Customer Reviews Summary
The reviews for the pet cremation service reflect a mix of experiences. While many customers praise the compassionate and helpful staff, as well as the ease of communication, there are significant concerns regarding the handling of memorial markers and the lack of responsiveness to customer requests. Overall, the service is seen as caring but has room for improvement in certain areas.

If you look at my reviews I have never given a 1 star review. Unfortunately this group earned one. They ruined my father's grave marker by placing information on the marker that I did not personally draft. It was an obnoxiously large line of text which reads, "Devot 87-C2". It makes no sense because it would appear to someone who is not biblically proficient to be a reference to scripture-- however it is not, it is the "cemetery's way of locating a marker," according to their representative and has no biblical reference whatsoever. Any individual reading that information on the face of a marker would be rightfully confused by it. When I asked them to remove the information they refused and instead offered to place flowers on his marker instead. It's a horrible way to represent someone's legacy, especially considering the thousands of dollars that were spent.
