Dakota Monument Company is A+ with their high level of excellent customer service as well as willingness to stop and actually listen to what you want. In this case my husband's grave marker has to include some Hebrew wording on it in 3 sections, and Amy could not have tried any harder to make it perfect, going out of her way to get their Hebrew double checked for accuracy and providing me with timely updates along the way. During a very difficult in my life, Dakota Monument didn't hesitate to step up and hold my hand through the process explaining clearly in answering my questions. Thank you Amy.

Amy was great for sales and design, but I would not recommend paying 100% up front. We ordered two monuments in May, both were in stock at the Fargo store. Install was promised by August and it is now October and they won't even return a call. Tired of the "supply chain "excuses.Very disappointed with their service.

Have purchased flat markers for my parents and sister in the past, and they are always very helpful. Once again I went here to get a price for a marker and as before they were very accommodating and don't pressure you to make a sale.
