Dakota Monument Company is A+ with their high level of excellent customer service as well as willingness to stop and actually listen to what you want. In this case my husband's grave marker has to include some Hebrew wording on it in 3 sections, and Amy could not have tried any harder to make it perfect, going out of her way to get their Hebrew double checked for accuracy and providing me with timely updates along the way. During a very difficult in my life, Dakota Monument didn't hesitate to step up and hold my hand through the process explaining clearly in answering my questions. Thank you Amy.

Amy was great for sales and design, but I would not recommend paying 100% up front. We ordered two monuments in May, both were in stock at the Fargo store. Install was promised by August and it is now October and they won't even return a call. Tired of the "supply chain "excuses.Very disappointed with their service.

Have purchased flat markers for my parents and sister in the past, and they are always very helpful. Once again I went here to get a price for a marker and as before they were very accommodating and don't pressure you to make a sale.

I highly recommend Dakota Monument Company. They were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job on the stone we had ordered. I really loved the fact that they were able to design both sides of the monument which is great. I think a lot of people don't necessarily think of it and it really looks beautiful. Very pleased overall.

The headstone for my parent's grave that Dakota Monument Company made turned out being a really nice piece. It was so beautiful and so right. The headstone they made helped my family and I to have such a positive experience during a difficult time.

When my son died in 2005, we used this company, and we were very pleased with the service. My dad passed away June 2021, we went in to order the stone in August. Here it is September a year later, still no stone. We are getting a little tired of the empty promises.

Stone is nice but trying to figure out when they would put the stone in the ground was horrendous. No one would contact us or follow up and we kept getting difference answers. Horrible customer service.
