Our dog was sent here for cremation by Wake Veterinary Hospital, and the items we received are so nice. The paw prints are perfect, and the box is simple yet beautiful. The card with date of service is much appreciated too.

This service seems to be not customer-facing and understaffed. When I called no one was available to answer the phone. Finally, I spoke with the assistant (Walter) who was nonchalant and in a hurry. -And Ginny never did return my phone call. Overall, my customer inquiry was met with indifference. -Not what a person would expect under sensitive circumstances. So, even ONE star is being generous.
