Our dog was sent here for cremation by Wake Veterinary Hospital, and the items we received are so nice. The paw prints are perfect, and the box is simple yet beautiful. The card with date of service is much appreciated too.

This service seems to be not customer-facing and understaffed. When I called no one was available to answer the phone. Finally, I spoke with the assistant (Walter) who was nonchalant and in a hurry. -And Ginny never did return my phone call. Overall, my customer inquiry was met with indifference. -Not what a person would expect under sensitive circumstances. So, even ONE star is being generous.

My dog Tyson and my sisters dog Baby passed while we were on vacation. I was given the name of this business for dog cremation through someone in the area and at this point my boyfriend and sister were in such distress that I wasn’t able to find the time to check the service ratings or what they provided. We just needed anything at that point.I was trying to make time to figure out an urn situation and upset that the imprint we had of his paw was lost and just altogether grieving while waiting for a week long vacation to be over. It was the worst week of my life. We were not expecting to come home to ashes that I assumed would be handed to us in a bag.Today my sister got the call that the ashes were ready. We had no expectations except we were picking up the ashes of our pets. I was absolutely floored when she came back with a beautiful wooden urn alongside a perfect imprint of our Tysons paw. To say that I only cried would be an understatement. I was overcome with appreciation and relief. Not only did they meet my sister, bawling and unable to speak, with empathy and patience, but they left us with a seamless goodbye and remembrance. One of the most thoughtful services I’ve ever experienced.My appreciation extends past a review, but this is what I’m able to return In the moment.

After almost 16 amazing years with my girl, I wanted to make sure she was taken care of and that I could have her with me forever. It only took a couple days before she was returned to me in a beautiful wooden urn with a plaster of her paw print and a sprig of rosemary. They also included a blank name plate but I had one custom made instead, although it was nice of them to include one anyways. I highly recommend their services and I am more than satisfied with how well my baby was taken care of and returned to me.

Thank you for the kind words on your note and the paw print of my family’s beloved companion, Leo. He was a very important part of my family’s life for 15 years. He was a fierce guardian with a huge heart-he suffered through rabbits sitting on him and the ferret biting him without any aggressive behavior. Cats, not so much.He was terrified of thunder, guns and hats on men, but would position himself between myself and anyone he didn’t know.He was a 110 lb “pound puppy”! We think he must have been abused by a man in a hat as he was very leery of men and especially one in a hat.I can not tell you how much it meant to us to know that he was treated in a respectful and caring fashion.He was back home so quickly, too!Thank you hardly seems enough to express our gratitude.

Ginny was amazing! She was very accommodating and compassionate to our situation. She went out of her way to keep us updated the whole time and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her!

I have never been so disappointed in this service. They sent me two blank plates to have engraved myself with their names and the dates. Seriously!! I'm not even sure that the picture I gave the vet went into the box with their ashes unless they rolled it up and shoved it in the little hole in the bottom of the box. The paw prints look exactly the same when it was two separate dogs that were cremated together with the request of each dog having their own paw print. Now I don't even know if it's my two dogs in that box!!No Rosemary clippings.Surely will never use them again?!!

Our sweet basset passed away Friday, April 8th. We ask that Sarge be cremated and his ashes returned. The Vet. handled calling and made arrangements for pick up. We recieved our best friends ashes back on Monday in a beautiful oak urn and his paw print.I want to thank Ginney and her staff for taking the time and care of our best friend.

Thoughtful and very beautiful way to receive my kittie’s ashes and paw print. Smelling the rosemary warms my heart and gives me hope she is now with Jesus. Thank you for such a tasteful way to return my furry baby’s ashes to us.

Picked up my cat's remains and his name was spelled wrong on everything. I was told by the hospital that they provided the correct spelling to them. Only part of his name was "carved" into the front of the clay paw print and the rest of his name was put on the back - both misspelled :(
