But we still can’t get ourselves to write it without getting emotional and a lot of crying.All that to say that if you unfortunately need this service. Good shepherd will provide this service with the upmost care.

They have provided services for my family before.You can be sure your pet will be handled with care and dignity. You can be sure you are getting a private cremation. They will help you step by step with deciding exactly what you want, such as paw prints, locks of hair, small travel urns, what sort of large urn you'd like to have. Good Shepherd made one of the worst days of our lives a bit easier to get through. Our precious girl Tori died suddenly at 325 in the morning and I called them as soon as they opened on a Saturday. They came within 90 minutes and handled her with respect and care. When I went to pick up her remains, I was pleasantly surprised not only by what we received, her ashes in a lovely box, her paw impression and more, but how lovingly the cemetery was maintained and the animals had flowers at their headstone.

Wonderful and caring people. My Nubi passed at 4:30pm I called the office and usually they don’t pick up at night. I was so upset because my Nubi passed away on my couch. Within 10 minutes I received a call that they were coming to pick her up. Wonderful wonderful people. This is the 3rd time I had my fur babies cremated by them. Unfortunately, we were in need of their services twice in one month. On the up side, we were so happy with the personal and caring service we received with our dogs passing, when we lost our kitty 3 weeks later we didn't hesitate to call them again. When we called and left a message we got a call back immediately from April who met us at our convenience, talked us through the process and options we had, gave us time to make whatever decision we wanted and carefully handled our babies. I can't say enough good things about the Good Shepherd. They took excellent care of my Sophie when she passed, and we're so understanding with me during one of the hardest times of my life. I didn't have to wait long at all to get her ashes back and they even made a paw print and gave me some of her fur, so I will always have an actual piece of her with me. Good Shepherd was so good to myself and my sweet Trudy. I had to reach out to them on a weekend and after regular business hours. Trudy had spent the day at the emergency clinic but it became clear I would need their services. They were at the clinic waiting when I had to say goodbye to my girl and took care of everything from then on. Good Shepard’s transition Ambassador April is amazing!!! When we lost our beloved Service Dog Hero, it felt like our world was crashing down around us.April was a God sent as she helped to settle our anxiety, grief, and pain and guided us through the process of honoring our beloved companion, Hero. I just lost my baby girl of 17 years. April was great and took such care in everything. She was very prompt in getting my baby’s ashes back to me & even fit me into her schedule so I could get them ASAP, which was very comforting. I will treasure the special added touches of the lock of hair & paw print. I would recommend the picture frame with a casting of all 4 paw prints & name, with a place to put a picture on the other side. It was also comforting that it was a private cremation. I will never forget the care Good Shepherd took in the whole process.

The folks at Good Shepherd did an amazing job taking good care of my baby. Sugar was 13 and my world. When I took her to drop her off the gentleman met me outside and as I went to pick up Sugar he stopped me and said he would get her for me. Once we got inside he asked me if I wanted to spend more time with her. He allowed me to sit with her as long as I needed. I appreciated it so much. He treated her like she was a baby. He was very helpful with the form and showed me different urns. I dropped her off on Saturday morning and I got a phone call from April Monday morning. She was very nice and very helpful. She even texted me pictures of different urns and such. They called within a couple days and told me "my baby was ready to come home". When I went to pick her up, she sat me in a room and brought Sugar out to me. The box is beautiful and her paw prints are amazing. They have texted me several times checking on me and offering any help I may need. I would recommend Good Shepherd to anyone who has lost a baby!

I can't say enough good things about the Good Shepherd. They took excellent care of my Sophie when she passed, and we're so understanding with me during one of the hardest times of my life. I didn't have to wait long at all to get her ashes back and they even made a paw print and gave me some of her fur, so I will always have an actual piece of her with me. It's very unfortunate when the time comes to say goodbye to our best friend, but they make the process a little easier with their compassion and attention to detail. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Good Shepherd was so good to myself and my sweet Trudy. I had to reach out to them on a weekend and after regular business hours. Trudy had spent the day at the emergency clinic but it became clear I would need their services. They were at the clinic waiting when I had to say goodbye to my girl and took care of everything from then on. Its a sad time but the staff at Good Shepherd make it easier to deal with your loss by taking care of the details. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Good Shepard’s transition Ambassador April is amazing!!! When we lost our beloved Service Dog Hero, it felt like our world was crashing down around us.April was a God sent as she helped to settle our anxiety, grief, and pain and guided us through the process of honoring our beloved companion, Hero. The lady operating was very sweet and very understanding. She was also patient with me while I cried. It was hard losing a pet and they made it special. Our cat Charlie is home thanks to her. I just lost my baby girl of 17 years. April was great and took such care in everything. She was very prompt in getting my baby’s ashes back to me & even fit me into her schedule so I could get them ASAP, which was very comforting. I will treasure the special added touches of the lock of hair & paw print. I would recommend the picture frame with a casting of all 4 paw prints & name, with a place to put a picture on the other side. It was also comforting that it was a private cremation. I will never forget the care Good Shepherd took in the whole process.

The folks at Good Shepherd did an amazing job taking good care of my baby. Sugar was 13 and my world. When I took her to drop her off the gentleman met me outside and as I went to pick up Sugar he stopped me and said he would get her for me. Once we got inside he asked me if I wanted to spend more time with her. He allowed me to sit with her as long as I needed. I appreciated it so much. He treated her like she was a baby. He was very helpful with the form and showed me different urns. I dropped her off on Saturday morning and I got a phone call from April Monday morning. She was very nice and very helpful. She even texted me pictures of different urns and such. They called within a couple days and told me "my baby was ready to come home". When I went to pick her up, she sat me in a room and brought Sugar out to me. The box is beautiful and her paw prints are amazing. They have texted me several times checking on me and offering any help I may need. I would recommend Good Shepherd to anyone who has lost a baby!

My mother's cherished pet passed away today,I called the Good Shepherd pet Crematory to make arrangements to have my mother's pet cremated...I called twice the lady who answered and said someone would call me back.I waited most of the day and no one ever did.We ended up having to bury her.My mother wanted her pets ashes buried with her. Now that can't happen.Thanks for nothing.I will never do business with this company.It broke my mother's heart.
