My pets are my companion my family I treat them like my kids. On June 21, 2024 I found my senior girl Ella Marie dead day before no signs of any illness, she rest on her sleep. Let me start when I call for Companion Cremation I was crying short of breath with no voice and Owner Katie May was very understanding of the pain I was going through. I brought my baby to their facility and her dad, 4 dogs and the cat were waiting at first they were barking I stayed in the car while they bring my baby inside the facility, I went inside devastated in so much pain and these 4 dogs got completely quiet. I sat on a bench because I felt I can not keep myself up and there he comes this beautiful cat to comfort me. I felt in so much peace, not matter the pain I was going through. The service from this facility are amazing, marvelous and I wanted to say Thank you for your kindness. The community in this area should support this business ❤️🐾❤️🐾. Again, Thank you.

I wish I could give 10 or 20 stars! Maggie was absolutely amazing. My dog, Cooper, passed away at home on Good Friday at around midnight. My regular vet had closed that day at noon for the holiday weekend, and the ER vet is an hour away from us. But the dog passed so quickly, there was nothing anyone could have done. At 8:00 am I looked at the closest cremation place's social media account, and saw that they had posted that they would be closed for the entire Easter weekend. I then began calling all the area cremation places, and even though Companion Cremation is about 45 minutes away from where we live, they were the first to call me back. In an ironic twist, Maggie was right here in my town that morning, and offered to come by right away. She arrived at our house at 8:40 a.m. and we all helped carry my dog's body to her car. It was so fast, which I think was a blessing in hindsight. Maggie was so kind and gentle with us. Our hearts were broken, and here we were on Easter weekend wondering how we were going to deal with our deceased dog with everything closed for the holiday. But she reassured us that Companion Cremation would take care of everything. I thought Maggie mis-spoke when she said the ashes would be ready on Monday, and that she would bring them to us. I was wrong... there she appeared at our house shortly after lunchtime on Monday, carrying a beautiful package including our beloved dog's ashes in a gorgeous box, a plaque to attach to the box with his name and birth & death dates (as I had requested), a plaster paw print of his paw with his name stamped on the side, wrapped with a pretty bow, paw-print tissue paper, and a sprig of rosemary. The staff of Companion Cremation signed a condolence card especially addressed to us. She even said if we had not been home she would have left everything on our porch. AND... they returned our blanket to us (our other dogs went nuts sniffing it for about 10 minutes). I can't even begin to describe how effortless and un-stressful this experience was. These are the most caring (and efficient) people I've encountered in many years. I am forever grateful for their quick action, their gentle kindness and handling all the details. The presentation of the package is absolutely beautiful. I placed Cooper's ashes on the table next to the sofa where he loved to sleep and watch TV with us. He will always be next to us. I highly recommend Companion Cremation Services. Thank you so much for helping us through a very difficult weekend.

My little man Charlie passed away very unexpectidly early on Saturday morning. I was able to drop Charlie off Saturday morning and his ashes were delievered to my home by Maggie on Tuesday. Everyone was so nice and completely accomodating to me and it was comforting to find Maggie there as she had previously been the vet tech at my Vets office. I can't say enough thanks to Compantion Cremations for helping me during this awful time.

Outstanding service and respect. Had my first personal experience with losing a dog and Four Paws Veterinary Hospital and Companion Cremation Services provided a great experience in this upsetting time. I was very impressed with the packaging, the rosemary scent, the wooden box, and very surprised and moved by the paw print ornament. Having his paw print is something I never even thought of during the end, but I am so glad I now have it to cherish. My sweet chihuahua will be remembered forever thanks to Companion Cremation.

We unexpectedly lost our golden retriever Bailey last month and Katie Mae was amazing with us. She treated us and our golden Bailey like we were family. We were highly impressed on how she handled the whole process from transferring our dog from our vehicle to their cart which had a quilt to cushion her. Katie Mae adjusted her tail to so it laid in a more comfortable position. It's the little things like that which shows that they are so passionate about their role as a pet crematory. You can tell she was an Animal lover as she had she has two dogs and and a rescue cat which had one eye and which they called him Sammy Davis jr. in her office. I highly recommend Katie Mae at Companion Cremation Services, if you need their services.

When your dog is your child even after they have reach the end of their time you still want to ensure they are in good hands. I searched and could not find any place that I really felt comfortable with until I spoke to Katie. Our initial conversation made me feel so at peace. Yesterday when the time came I drove him right to Companion from my vet. We were welcomed by 3 adorable pups and the team made me feel extremely comfortable.Today (the next day) I received Mak's remains with a heart felt card, his paw print in clay, a beautiful wooden urn with name plate and Katie was gracious enough to do a few ink paw prints for me. Thank you so much Companion Services for helping me feel at peace during this process. It was definitely worth the drive from Conway, SC.

Saying goodbye to our 15yr old Chaz was so much more difficult than we ever imagined, and we really appreciate how quickly you helped us take care of him. Would definitely recommend Companion Cremation! I had just had a crested gecko that passed away and wanted to get him cremated, they definitely did a great job and did a lot for his memory! Wouldn’t ever go to anyone else if any of my other baby’s pass. He was so little and they still did his leg/paw print.

I had my Great Dane die suddenly around 3 am on a Sunday morning.I called Companion Cremation and left a message Katie returned my call she was very understanding, and sympathetic. Her father Al was very gentle in removing my large Great Dane . I highly recommend them they will take care of your pets with respect and dignity. I've had them to cremate four of my dogs over the years and place them in beautiful wooden urns, so again I highly recommend them for your time of uncertainty when your animal passes. I can't Thank them enough for all they have done for me.

A couple weeks ago we had to say goodbye to our sweet pup after almost 16 years. We wanted it done at home and used Coastal Pet Euthanasia (which was wonderful) who coordinated with Companion Cremation Services. Katie Mae was so kind, respectful and professional, and to my surprise she brought my baby back home less than 24 hours later in a lovely dark wood box, along with a clay imprint of her paw. I'm eternally grateful to Companion Cremation Services for the service they provide, and for the exceptional way in which they provide it.

Katie Mae and her father were wonderful. I had my dog euthanized in his home which was a peaceful experience and within a very short time Katie Mae's dad, Al, came and picked Henry up. Al was very kind and I helped him carry Henry on his bed to his car. It made me so happy when we got to the car that Al had his little dog, Griffin, with him. Though Henry passed on, I was happy he had Griffin with him. The next day, Katie Mae brought Henry's ashes back to us with his bed. It was a beautiful presentation and I was so thankful. Companion Cremation helped in making my Henry's final moments peaceful!

I am so very grateful for Companion Cremations Services. Honestly, when my fur baby was getting sick I had no idea who to call but knew I wanted him cremated. After looking at reviews, looking at their website, seeing that they are family owned....I just had a good instinct about them and decided to call them first. I’am so glad I did because I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Katie and her dad. Not only were they readily available and accommodating the minute I needed them but so compassionate. I recently had to let my kitty cross the rainbow bridge, my vet uses companion cremations services, I was expecting a little tin container with his remains in in like the one my mother in law got back with her cat. I was extremely moved when I had seen the beautiful wooden urn, but what really let me know how much they cared about my loss and what I was going through they included a plaster impression on his actual paw. Knowing that I still have something left that my kitty touched meant the world to me. There was a beautiful heart felt card. I can not express enough to all of you for caring for my baby with such love and respect.

We lost our best friend. I went back today to pick up his remains. I waited for my husband to come home to open the bag. I want to thank you so much for what you have done for us. Katie Mae came to pick up my dog Rosies remains at my house after a home visit from Dr Jenifer Anderson for home euthanasia. She was so respectful and kind of my sweet companion and also to me.Rosie was handled with such care and dignity when she left the house she was on a little gurney with a blanket under her head she looked like she was sleeping. Katie sent me a beautiful plaster of Rosies paw print with her name and date about a week later. A wonderful experience and Katie Mae a kind and beautiful soul.

My wife recently had her Maltese cremated at Companion. The box that holds his ashes was not the box we wanted. The manager was very nice and gave us a box that made us very happy. Companion is a very thoughtful company to take care of your pet.

Ms.Katie Mae and Mr.Al are just Amazing. I reach out to them about 2 months ago about my Boop of 9 years. They was so kind and went out of there why to make sure we was pleased. I was so broke when I came here after battling cancer with my beloved Rambo. I thought how can I afford this. But to my surprise it was cheaper, they was wonderful, and made me feel lucky I found them. Thanks for everything y'all done for us during our time of sadness .

My 10-year-old dog just passed away a couple of days ago. I had her cremated here. They were super friendly and very wonderful. Really took good care of my little Nina. I highly recommend anyone that has lost a pet to go here.

My husband and I unexpectedly lost our pup and decided to have her cremated. We were truly shocked at how beyond this company goes for their service. Through this hard time, they have given us comfort. I was overwhelmed with emotions when I opened the bag to the beautiful box, name tag, paw print, and card. Thank you, truly.

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Al Parker at Companion Cremation Services. Mr. Parker’s care and compassion made saying goodbye to our girl Emma so much easier. He brought her back a few days later with a lovely card and a special reminder. Thank you Al, Katie Mae and Anna for taking such good care of our girl.

Thank you so much Katie for staying late and meeting me with my puppies. I'm so glad that I remembered to look at my card with my other puppy you did a few years ago. Hands down very friendly and goes the extra mile for customer service. I will definitely keep using yall.

Katie Mae came to pick up my dog Rosies remains at my house after a home visit from Dr Jenifer Anderson for home euthanasia. She was so respectful and kind of my sweet companion and also to me.Rosie was handled with such care and dignity when she left the house she was on a little gurney with a blanket under her head she looked like she was sleeping. Katie sent me a beautiful plaster of Rosies paw print with her name and date about a week later. A wonderful experience and Katie Mae a kind and beautiful soul.

My wife recently had her Maltese cremated at Companion. The box that holds his ashes was not the box we wanted. The manager was very nice and gave us a box that made us very happy. Companion is a very thoughtful company to take care of your pet.

Ms.Katie Mae and Mr.Al are just Amazing. I reach out to them about 2 months ago about my Boop of 9 years. Ms Katie Mae gave me the BEST Service I could have ever ask for...Boop was my Emotional Support Dog.Katie Mae is just Amazing.I again reach back out to Katie Mae about Archer and again she out did her self....I highly recommend Companion Cremation for your beloved Animal
