Very caring compassionate company. They don't treat you like a customer they treat you like family. We had our 16yr old beloved dachshund pass away on 5-17-24 and we had Jenkins do her cremation. They were very compassionate about our grief and did everything we requested. I can't say enough about how great Jenkins Funeral Home is.. We recently lost our beloved dragon Falcor. We wanted to honor our little buddy and decided to have him cremated. The staff at Jenkins were so kind & genuinely caring to our family. They gave us time to say our goodbyes in a private area. This was so appreciated. When my husband and daughter went to pick up the urn the staff had made us a paw print. This really touched our hearts. Thank you Jenkins staff for all you do for your grieving families. That little unexpected touch really meant so much to us. Thank you

Faustena, Aaron, and Kim were amazing helping with the arrangements for my Fathers funeral. When we met with Aaron he was very patient and compassionate. When we discussed a song for the service that would be sung by my Pastor and myself; he offered to play the piano.Faustena went out of her way to take care of something for us and it meant so much that she offered. She was an absolute God send. Her kindness will not be forgotten.Kim was wonderful and as things progressed she added an extra “light” to the conversations we had bringing smiles to our face.I would highly recommend Jenkins Funeral home for their professionalism, kindness and as you know; funerals are expensive and I had several close friends and church members say they couldn’t believe how well the pricing was for the entire funeral.Thank you so much to everyone at Jenkins Funeral for comforting our family and taking care of my sweet Father as he was laid to rest.

Because of her everything went smoothly and all 8 of my grandmother's kids are very thankful and great full! I can not say enough good things about my family's experience with Mr. Aaron Causby and Mr. Michael Keener at Jenkins Funeral Home. My Grandmother passed away at my mother's home and from the moment they came to retrieve the body through the week of planning and all of the services they were so kind, courteous, respectful and enjoyable to work with. We made multiple requests, changes, questions, had family dynamics to work around and they handled every aspect of that with ease and calm reassurance. Mr. Causby delivered a wonderful service that honored my Grandmother and also spoke biblical truths which I appreciated. Mr. Keener produced a beautiful funeral pamphlet which multiple people complimented. Also, Miss Faustena and Miss Shea were incredibly sweet and helpful to us throughout the week. My mother-in-law was buried here it is the most sad n unmanicured grave yard ever. The grounds really need attention because when you see broke alcohol bottles laying around that is uncalled for .I am very unsatisfied with the way things look.This would not of been a choice place at all for my mother-in-law .She deserves much better than this.

Jenkins, is by far, one of the most outstanding funeral facilities we have experienced. Caring, compassionate and knowledgeable, Aaron and his staff worked with us and answered all our questions and more. There was such a wide variety of products and fair pricing. Down the hallway revealed a complete church with a baby grand piano for soloists, hymns and other special music. Ada Harvell helped us organize my father in law’s funeral and she was amazing! She made this hard time so easy! She was patient, understanding, sympathetic, and went beyond what was expected. I am forever grateful that God put her in our path. I had to translate for my loved ones so she made sure she explained things in a slow pace to make the translating process easier. I can’t express enough how awesome she is! The whole staff always made sure we were well taken care of! Both receptionist answered our questions or would find someone to get us answers.

They understand the cultural aspects of both the traditional & non-traditional Hmong funerals, for they have serviced many in the past. They also have a great reputation in our growing community & I believe will continue to do so, for many years to come! Our family have used them twice & was very satisfied with both services. We had just recently worked with Aaron this past weekend; he was so pleasant, attentive & compassionate. He made sure we had everything we needed with no hesitation. Recently my mother-in-law just passed away and Jenkins Funeral Home was such a blessing. Aaron was so kind and caring, helping in every way and was always available for our family. When she was picked up at her home, Bradley and Jerry were also very kind and respectful. Elizabeth and Sarah were so patient with us and did an amazing job with our pictures for the video celebrating mom. Mike and Pete were also very caring, helpful and supportive during the funeral. While it was very difficult to let my father go to heaven the only easy part of the process was working with Jenkins funeral home. They made ever step of the process easy. Carl and Lori Jenkins provided excellent services for my husband’s funeral. We had taken their advice, and pre-planning was in place which made the process seamless so that I was not overwhelmed with making final arrangements for my loved one. Each of their staff I encountered were professional, kind and caring, and it is obvious each of them is hand picked by the Jenkins to perform their individual jobs. I was especially impressed with Mary Jo who greets you with such kindness and compassion when you enter their facility, and Sarah who is a young lady just starting her career in funeral services. My infant passed away on October 15th. Our family was devastated and had no clue where to even begin in arranging services for her. I found Jenkins Funeral Home on Google and was blown away after reading all of their positive reviews. After calling and being connected with Mr. Aaron Causby, I fully understand how they have earned their reputation. Their location is beautifully put together. Their attention to detail and respect of the family's wishes speak to a level of care you don't often find in this world anymore. But the biggest point I can speak on is their genuine concern and kindness. Losing a loved one is hard for anyone and none of us wish to need services like these, especially in my situation with my baby girl. The entire staff treated this as if she was a part of their family and they meant their words and actions. I can't thank them enough for being there for us in our time of need. Ada Harvell helped us organize my father in law’s funeral and she was amazing! She made this hard time so easy! She was patient, understanding, sympathetic, and went beyond what was expected. Carl and Lori (and all the Jenkins staff) handled every little detail beautifully. They were very receptive and accommodating to all of my ideas, even my atypical requests. The receiving area and chapel were both beautiful spaces for our service. My father did not have a home church or pastor, but the staff pastor, Aaron, did an absolute amazing job honoring him and officiating the service—I was blown away by his kind words and it felt like he had known my father and our family for years. When I returned home I was grateful to find that they even included thank you cards for us to use. I have been to a funeral service before at Jenkins and never had to complain. This time it was different. My sister in law's memorial service was a couple of weeks ago and whoever was supposed to make sure that the sound system was working. Didn't do their job. No one. Not one single person could hear the Minister's comments.If this is the way Jenkins treats people, then folks need to look elsewhere for their service needs. Apparently Jenkins does not deliver anything but broken promises and leave the family picking up the pieces along with the pain they're already going through.

Jenkins Funeral Home has been a blessing to my family. We recently lost my mother unexpectedly. She and her husband had not prepared for any final arrangements, other than verbally expressing what she wanted when she died. The hospital pastor referred us to Jenkins. The people at Jenkins made the worst and hardest day of my life bearable. They went above and beyond to make sure my dad had a great and memorable service and they didn't charge an arm and a leg they were very compassionate through the whole journey. Aaron Causby was there every step of the way even after the service was over he continued to lend support and help in my time of need. I have been to a funeral service before at Jenkins and never had to complain. This time it was different. My sister in law's memorial service was a couple of weeks ago and whoever was supposed to make sure that the sound system was working. Didn't do their job. No one. Not one single person could hear the Minister's comments.If this is the way Jenkins treats people, then folks need to look elsewhere for their service needs. Apparently Jenkins does not deliver anything but broken promises and leave the family picking up the pieces along with the pain they're already going through.

Jenkins Funeral Home has been a blessing to my family. We recently lost my mother unexpectedly. She and her husband had not prepared for any final arrangements, other than verbally expressing what she wanted when she died. The hospital pastor referred us to Jenkins. He told me that this funeral home was preferred based on their caring and compassionate concern for families like mine. One of our beloved Cats passed unexpectedly. Jenkins is the only place we could find who provides Animal services. Our little Ivy was cremated and small box Urn with a front for Ivy's picture was simply perfect. I don’t think this establishment is Professional they allowed a random person to draw up a contract on behalf of our family. It’s sickening that Jenkins Funeral Home doesn’t take preventative measures to ensure nobody is committing any forms of fraudulent behavior. My grandfather has a LIVING Wife why for the life of me they allowed anybody else to start a contract without permission. When we VIEWED the body we explained that we wanted our grandfather to keep his ring on another Unprofessional act they allowed someone to request his wedding ring and They actually gave them the ring off my deceased grandfather’s hand it’s SICKENS me to the core knowing he was buried without his wedding ring he honored his vows 56 years! The funeral home worker took it off his hand while he was in the casket HOW!!!Doesn’t end there we were supposed to be ESCORTED to the burial site our family was NOT given this service we were split up at stop lights people were cutting us off in traffic just a complete cluster of Unprofessionalism this Funeral Home left us sad and disappointed all they cared about was the BOTTOM LINE $$$ We’re currently seeking legal assistance.

From the kind gentlemen that came to our home to pick up my Dad to the young lady (Jordan) that I spoke to many times, to Ben Jenkins who handled the details, I commend every single one of them. They were just the ones that we had contact with. Kudos for those who are behind the scenes as well. My Dad was shown with an open casket and they made him look like he looked 20 years ago. Wow! Brought back so many good memories for us. Jenkin's is a family of people who care about their clients in a way you just don't see as much today. They were thoughtful, kind, accommodating in every way, and above all they treated my Dad with the respect he deserved. Overall very poor service. They threw my uncle's body into a casket without taking any consideration into how tall he was or how swollen his body got post heart attack. They did not have adequate seating for the family that came to the service. At the service the employees who were present to facilitate or assist could only speak English so it is not accomadating to the latin community. My uncle's skull was sunken in because the casket they forced his body into was not big enough so his head was resting on a bar inside of the casket. His body took weeks to be transported to Mexico and eventually we just had to have him transported by car rather than plane and ended up having to pay an additional $5,000. They did a horrible job of making his body recognizable and in the end made the entire process harder than we were initially advised. The funeral director is kind but everybody else needs to reflect on how they made us feel and make certain nobody else has to deal with the kind of service we endured.

Aaron at Jenkins funeral home is one of the most helpful and likable people I have ever meet , i recently lost my son at a very young age and didn’t know which way to turn, Aaron was right there with me seems like the whole time financially ,and like a good friend even though I just meet him, I was truly blessed,then just last month I lost my brother so I introduced my dad to Aaron at Jenkins,my dad at 84 years old absolutely loved how helpful and caring Aaron was if you loose a loved person and and are undecided on choices on a funeral home give Aaron a call at Jenkins in Newton you will be truly blessed you did, my dad and I was that’s for sure, what a great person and(FRIEND) he is through it all, Aaron is the GREATEST !!!!!!
