But if you want true, caring professionals, contact Faithful Friends Pet Cremation service out of Morganton, NC.We unfortunately were in need of cremation for one of our 4 legged babies. We were advised about this particular service by the veterinarian who came to our house to help our girl in her final moments.Verlin Vinson of Faithful Friends came to our house. He was timely, respectful and showed the utmost professionalism and compassion during the whole process of loading up our girl (100+ pounds).The very next day he delivered our girl back to us (yes, I said he brought her back to us - we did not have to go pick her up) in a beautifully carved wooden urn.As tough as all of this was for my wife and me, Faithful Friends helped make it a beautiful ending for our girl.Thank you! 🐾🌈❤️🐾

Todd is an absolutely amazing soul. He shows so much compassion and goes out of his way to comfort the families. The customized urns are such a beautiful touch to place the ashes in and knowing the pet’s actual paw print is engraved on the box makes it just that much more special. I cant even begin to describe how much better these people made me feel. I called early Friday morning, and Todd said he'd try to get her back to me the same day(he did). Isabela has NEVER in her 13 years, spent a single night away from me, that she wasn't at her home. That was a major stressor for me, on top of losing her. Her urn is gorgeous, her pawprint next to her name is a comfort for me.It's a shame we can only leave 5 stars, these folks are just the best.I will definitely be recommending and using them in the future. ❤️

Twice in just a matter of weeks, two of my ShihTzu Furbebés had crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Devastating to say the least. While Being fairly new to the Western North Carolina Area, and not having the need for this type service, out this way yet. After making several calls, I finally fell upon Faithful Friends Pet Cremations. Todd was so gracious, and he handled both my Bella (15) 3/3/2022 and my Tassie (11) 5/11/2022, with the utmost love and care! He came to my House for Bella and he allowed me to bring my Tassie to him at 4:00 am, on my way home from Carolina Animal Specialty & Emergency Hospital in Hickory. I would HIGHLY recommend Todd from Pet Cremation Faithful Friends, LLC. He's based in Marion, NC and drove about an hour one way to pick up our Australian-Shepherd mix, Sam, and didn't charge a pick-up fee.I contacted Todd the evening of June 11, 2024 via Facebook Messenger. He responded that same evening and answered all my questions. After discussing everything with my family, I contacted Todd again the next morning and he came out that afternoon to get Sam. Two afternoons later, on June 14th, Sam was ready to be picked up.His pricing was far and away much better than any of the other companies I researched. But most importantly, his professionalism and compassion was phenomenal! He knew he wasn't picking up "just a dog;" he was picking up a member of our family. There is no way I can adequately explain how appreciative I am to Todd for his kindness and empathetic respectfulness during this time of pain and grief. Thank you Todd for making this time of loss and sadness just a little more bearable!

When my tootles passed away I was heartbroken and in that moment my whole world shattered she was my little baby she became my best friend and had been with me through a very hard time and to lose her so suddenly and so soon was just awful I couldn’t fathom putting her in the ground so I started looking for pet cremation and these guys answered right away not only did they answer on a Saturday afternoon they came to my house and picked her up within 30 minutes of me calling they were very compassionate and kind and understanding the urn they brought my toots back in is beautiful they worked with me in the finance department they worked with me by meeting me they were completely understanding and compassionate and sensitive to me bawling my eyes out I couldn’t even talk to them when I got her back from them only a day and a half I believe later very kind very compassionate great work beautiful I just cannot say enough good things about this company if you’re looking for somebody to take care of your pets final needs these guys definitely are at thank you guys so much again

It was a blessing to.find this place..It's difficult losing a pet, and they made the process so easy. They were kind, thoughtful, made sure of what you needed. The lady offered to walk Chenile back to the crematorium, and I declined and said I want to do it. If it was against policy, she gave me no flack. It's those kind of gestures that make my process easier. Thank you folks for making my bad day easier.

Wonderful Experience!For a sad and difficult as this day/time has been, Todd was exceptionally kind and compassionate. He made this part of the process as simple, painless, and fast as possible. We dropped off our baby of 15 years, "Sushi", in the morning and she was ready to be picked up before 7 p.m. in her beautiful personalized wooden urn. In addition to everything above, the price was the best I found and the urn was included at no additional cost. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Our sweet Dexter passed away Wednesday evening and we were totally lost on what to do with him until morning. They returned our call immediately and even met us Wednesday night so we didn’t have to wait until morning. They treated us and Dexter like family during the entire visit. We were able to pick him up Friday night, his ashes were in a beautiful wooden box with his actual paw print engraved on the front. Dexter was a member of our family for 13 years and it was so comforting to know he was treated as well with this company as we treated him at home. I will always be grateful for this company as they helped comfort an extremely difficult time.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Todd is extremely compassionate and sensitive. When he came to pick up our boy before leaving with him he let me that not only had he worked all day and picked up several others before ours. I would have never guessed. He treated us with such compassion and concern and was very focused son making a tough time as comfortable as possible. He handled the business end regarding payment and collection of info quickly and efficiently. Not to mention he picked up and delivered. Best of the best to say the least.

Faithful Friends is an outstanding local business. Todd went over and beyond for my family to give our 9 month old fur baby a proper, private cremation. Todd not only was very professional, but he has such a caring heart. As soon as I called Faithful Friends we were put at ease knowing our baby would be handled properly. The company was the cheapest in Burke county that we could find. The company was able to keep our boy, Moose, in Burke county and not send him off to another place, not knowing what they would do with him. Todd was able to add Moose's actual paw print on the wooden box. We were able to get his name, birthday and death date, a quote (Always stealin' Christmas balls), and a decorative top engraved. The wooden box was personalized. Todd knew we were a low income family and was able to meet us not too far from home and meet us again close to Home to pick him up after the cremation. Todd even offered to come to our home and pick his body up and offered to bring him home. Todd gave me the best hug and showed how much he truly cared. I cannot even write enough on how awesome Todd is. We also were able to receive a certificate for the cremation. We HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone who needs their fur baby laid to rest. My fiancée even said, she wish that Todd could cremate her, because she felt so caring, gentle, kind, respectful, and just amazing all around. We thank this company and most importantly, Todd, for truly making this hard time just a little bit easier. I must say this is the most affordable and caring company around. Again, we thank you!!!!
