I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart how truly amazing Mallory is! My daughter’s sweet puppy unexpectedly passed away on 1/16/25. 💔 It was so hard for her because we also lost our house during the hurricane and we really didn’t have a place that she could bury him and feel comfortable with where he was so knowing he could be cremated and with her at all times really made the difference! Mallory took her time to make sure our daughter and her sweet baby Dante was handled with care and taken great care of. Our daughter was very upset about losing him but, getting him back and knowing he would be with her forever no matter where we are as a family really made her heart whole again! ❤️‍🩹 Thank u so very much from the bottom of our hearts Mallory, for everything u done for our sweet girl and her baby Dante, it means more to us then anything! Much love, the Chandler family. 🫶💙🐶 P.S I hope we’re never in this situation again at least not anytime soon but, if we ever lose another sweet furbaby, Asheville pet cremations would most definitely be who we would use in the future. We lost our precious Chloe girl at 3:00 am on 12/29. We met up with Mallory that same day. Mallory was very kind, she has a heart of gold. We are so appreciative of her work and how she handles our sweet pets. She is so caring and reassuring. We have been so lucky to find someone that takes great care of our babies after they pass. She has met up with us super late at night to obtain my brothers and uncles pet that have passed. She really is great.In a time as hard as this, other businesses will take advantage and price gauge. And I unfortunately have been that person who was given a $700+ price for a cremation and paid it. That is not the case here. This business provides a more than fair price. Almost a "to good to be true" price.She made our family feel comfortable to leave our pets with her and assured us she would take great care of our baby.

We lost our fur baby, Bullet, a few months ago. He was the best dog and lived a wonderful life. Even though you might know the end could be near after 13 years together, it doesn’t really prepare you for when it is actually time. When Bullet passed there was no question who we trusted to take care of our boy. We have been friends with this family for a very long time. Mallory was great communicating our options and had his ashes ready for us quickly. In addition to the beautiful urn and ornament with his paw print, she also included something special for my son to help remember him. No one ever wants to find themselves having to say goodbye to a pet, but when that time comes I would not call anyone else.

Mallory (Owner) is amazing! We lost our Athena very unexpected and she was able to meet us that night to take her in. She was so sweet, and made sure to give us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. She talked us through everything and made sure anything/everything we wanted was done. She gave us hugs and truly showed her compassion with us. When we got to bring Athena home she had put in a sweet hand written note to us, I know Athena was loved while in her care. I could not recommend her enough! Thank you so much Mallory!

Our Shadow was a very loved part of our family for 20 years and Mallory treated him with every bit of the dignity and compassion he deserved. I Lost part of my heart when I lost Guinea 3 days ago at 12:30 am. Even in the middle of the night Mallory was so compassionate and caring. We got the deluxe package along with the urn keychain. Mallory brought my baby girl back to me today. The handcrafted box is beautiful and I love the clay paw print ornament, just holding it makes me feel close to my baby. Guinea would go with me on my Texas trips, and with the keychain urn she will continue to do so. Thank you for taking care of my baby with such love and showing compassion for our loss.

We lost our best friend of almost 16 years. I knew the time was coming and I had been dreading it for a few weeks. After being out of town for a few days we came home and our sweet girl (Saffie) had taken a turn for the worst. After contacting the mobile vet we quickly reached out to Mallory who answered immediately and was able to make arrangements to be at our house shortly after our sweet girl had passed. She was so kind, and compassionate as she sat with me in my dining room floor. She made sure I knew she would take care of and love my sweet girl as much as I do. The box she brought my girl back to me in is so beautiful with her name on the top. The most perfect pawprints inked onto paper and a clay pawprint ornament that I will always keep close. Thank you Mallory for making it possible to always have my girl with me. This has been the most heartbreaking experience but you and your family business has brought me peace and closure and for that I’ll always be grateful.

Mallory & Allen at asheville pet cremation services is really good people. I had lost my kiddo TANK late one night and they drove out and met us to take my boy. Mallory and Allen was very respectful of the situation they took time out of there night to do this and didn't rush us when making the final decisions. They offered different keepsakes but the very well priced services comes with several keepsakes already. I can't thank you guys enough for the services provided to my family total we have had 3 pets cremated so far. I will only deal with you guys. Again thank yall.

I can not praise this company enough. The owner is so sweet and comforting. She was defiantly made for this line of work. She has taken care of my cat and my dog when it was time to lay them to rest. She picked them both up from me very quickly and kept me updated. Her work with the urns and paw prints are top notch. She has the best prices of any place I have every seen, and that means a lot in times were everyone is struggling and when your heart is broken. My little girl was over the moon that we were able to get his paw print one last time.

I cannot put into words how helpful and supportive Mallory was with the recent passing if our dog. Our sweet girl passed in the wee hours of the morning. At 8am I called and spoke with Mallory who said she could be at our house by about 10am (from Marshall to West Asheville). She was so kind, so respectful, so patient. Asheville Pet Cremations did such a wonderful job! They handled our puppy with such care and provided us with great service. Mallory spoke with us as if she’d known us for years and explained everything and kept us updated during our grieving process! Even with it being a holiday weekend we received everything super fast! 💕 I would highly recommend them to anyone needing cremation services! We lost a huge part of our family recently. Our sweet boy Blaze passed, and we knew we wanted to have him cremated because he was so special to us. We just didn’t know where to begin. We found Asheville Pet Cremations on Facebook and the prices were very reasonable. We contacted Mallory and she was very quick to respond and come pick our baby up. She was very respectful, and let us take our time with him before she took him. She also made sure we decided on everything we wanted before she left. And she even greeted our young kids and gave them lollipops. She was so sweet and this made the process so much more comfortable for us. When she brought our precious boy Blaze back home, I was so pleased with how everything turned out. His box is beautiful, and we got a sheet of paw prints which she made sure were beautiful. We now have this special piece of our beloved dog to hold forever. Mallory from Asheville Pet Cremations is such a precious soul. My Maddie passed away in the early hours on Easter Sunday. I was lost and didn't know what to do. I emailed her around 4 am and she responded quickly and came to pick up my baby by 10 am. She explained the process and comforted me. She delivered my baby back to me in just a few days and was in a gorgeous wooden box with her name on it. I also received a sheet of paw prints and a clay ornament and she even captured my baby's one little crooked paw which I appreciated more than she will ever know. I cannot recommend Asheville Pet Creations and Mallory enough.

Unexpectedly and sadly lost one of my dogs due to unknown heart problems a few days ago. Was kind of lost as what to do with it being a weekend. When I had lost previous dogs, my vet or a service came to my home and took care of everything. Feel very lucky to have found Mallory at Asheville Pet Cremations. She was kind, compassionate, understanding and efficiently took care of everything in a very short time. Also, the wooden box holding my dog's ashes was beautiful! Losing a fur baby is a very tramatic experience, and made worse when you don't know who to trust with caring for them after the transition. When I had to make the hardest decision in my life 2 weeks ago with my best friend,buddy, pal dog named Rocky. I contacted the Madison County ANIMAL SHELTER I Spoke with River and he recommended Mallory her business. I gave her a call and explained to her my situation and what was going on. She not only made me feel @ ease with everything, her time, patience,, empathy let alone her kindness @ the most difficult time I was having was so much appreciated. I can't express enough the compassion, respect and show of true heart that Mallory showed. If your reading these reviews you're more than likely looking for someone to take care of a lost loved one. I highly recommend Asheville Pet Cremation and their services. I unexpectedly lost my 10 yr old puppy Se7en. I couldn't bare to bury him and leave him behind if I was to relocate. I called and spoke to Mallory and she was amazing. I explained my situation and within 2hrs a young man by the name of Gath came to Swannanoa and picked up my boy. We spoke for a moment and instantly showed he cared and had a heart. For an 80lhs dog he was as gentle and respectful with his handling of my Se7en. Much respect and thank you to him. Mallory would check in asking how I was coping and handling my loss. Little things as such tell a lot about a person and who they really are. She kept me updated throughout the process and a week later she personally delivered my boy back to me. For 30mins she listened to me ramble on about how amazing he was, what he ment and his background. She had nothing but positive and encouraging responses. For someone like myself that's considered disabled, unable to drive and live alone their pick up and redelivery service is amazing!!! Thank you so much for giving me the ability to keep my Se7en with me wherever I may go. I am absolutely greatful for all you've done and the services you provide. Thank you for being true and having a heart. It's hard to find people as such anymore!! Proven they care and would without question recommen in a time of loss.

When a pet passes, it's a hard and painful time. Mallory with Asheville Pet Cremations was quickly in contact, arrangements were made, and they picked up, cremated, and returned our pet 'home' with compassion, kindness and understanding. I cannot recommend this company enough. We were traveling to Asheville when our elderly dog passed away while on vacation. Mallory came to our Airbnb and picked up our pup and was able to get all things handled and had her back to us the next day to travel back home. Mallory, the owner, is a very kind and caring person She came out to our home on short notice at night to take care of our beloved 13 year old dog, Miles, who passed unexpectedly. Mallory was helpful when we called to understand our options and, once we agreed to having Gus cremated with her, she showed up quickly. We lost a huge part of our family recently. Our sweet boy Blaze passed, and we knew we wanted to have him cremated because he was so special to us. We just didn’t know where to begin. We found Asheville Pet Cremations on Facebook and the prices were very reasonable. We contacted Mallory and she was very quick to respond and come pick our baby up. Mallory from Asheville Pet Cremations is such a precious soul. My Maddie passed away in the early hours on Easter Sunday. I was lost and didn't know what to do. I emailed her around 4 am and she responded quickly and came to pick up my baby by 10 am. She explained the process and comforted me. We lost our Hazel last week. .Hazel was more then family member, she was our life. She deserved the best while she was here with us and even more when she left us. I looked at a few places before finding Asheville pet cremations, but every place I called pretty much told me to put her in a bag and to bring her over which felt to me like I was not giving her the proper good bye she deserved. After getting off the phone with Malory, I knew this was the person and place that Hazel was going to be honored and laid to rest with the upmost respect. When our cat passed away in the middle of the night, I was at work and my husband was home by himself trying to find somewhere that would cremate our beloved cat. Once I was home in the morning and we were both able to say our final goodbyes, my husband found Asheville Pet Cremation online. We were very surprised to discover that she was willing to come out to where we live (in the middle of the forest) to pick up our cat to have him cremated. We were also very grateful to discover how afford it was to have our cat cremated. In the past we had another cat cremated and it cost around $2,000. We greatly appreciated how loving and caring Mallory was towards our family during this difficult time. We chose to have a private cremation along with having a hand carved wooded box to put the ashes, we also got our cat's paw prints inked on paper. I can't express enough the compassion, respect and show of true heart that Mallory showed. If your reading these reviews you're more than likely looking for someone to take care of a lost loved one. I highly recommend Asheville Pet Cremation and their services. I unexpectedly lost my 10 yr old puppy Se7en. I couldn't bare to bury him and leave him behind if I was to relocate. I called and spoke to Mallory and she was amazing. I explained my situation and within 2hrs a young man by the name of Gath came to Swannanoa and picked up my boy. We spoke for a moment and instantly showed he cared and had a heart. For an 80lhs dog he was as gentle and respectful with his handling of my Se7en. Much respect and thank you to him. Mallory would check in asking how I was coping and handling my loss. Little things as such tell a lot about a person and who they really are. She kept me updated throughout the process and a week later she personally delivered my boy back to me. For 30mins she listened to me ramble on about how amazing he was, what he ment and his background. She had nothing but positive and encouraging responses. For someone like myself that's considered disabled, unable to drive and live alone their pick up and redelivery service is amazing!!! Thank you so much for giving me the ability to keep my Se7en with me wherever I may go. I am absolutely greatful for all you've done and the services you provide. Compassion has to be the number one need when going through such a profound loss, and it was so evident in my experience with her. Wonderful Company in emotional times! I recently lost my little Shih Tzu after yr long illness, Muffy. She was 17 yrs old. When she passed on a Saturday, with no one open or wanting a small fortune, for assistance. I called Asheville Pet Cremations. Answered right away, and on Easter weekend. Great company and so easy to communicate!They came and picked up my baby the same day and returned her a few days later. No extra charge! For those of you that are reading my review for unfortunate reasons, I have just felt what you are preparing to experience or have just gone through. The appearance of what feels like never-ending pain due to the loss of unconditional love from a fur baby is one of the most miserable feelings you will have to endure in this life. I lost my Sherman a little over a week ago. He passed away on June 12th, which was the seventh anniversary of the day I adopted him; so, for us, that was his birthday. Right now, it looks as though the sadness will never ease, the crying won’t ever stop. As the days go on, you will have thoughts in your mind that will think "its time to go get him out to play," "its time to go give him food," or when you come home you are expecting to see his face sitting and waiting for your return; and those times are hard. But as their passing steps back into the shadows of history the pain will ease. The days will sometimes feel empty, but we can make it through them.Prior to Sherman passing, I had decided when the time came, I couldn’t bury my baby in the ground. I couldn’t say I loved him then do that; therefore, the alternative would be to have him cremated. This is where Miss Mallory comes in. A quote that came to my mind when I chose Asheville Pet Cremations, (A.P.C.), came from our favorite TV neighbor, Mr. Rodgers. Mr. Rodger said,“When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, "Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”The kind of people he is referring to is those like Mallory. I was concerned I would be dealing with an undertaker personality; like those who work at a funeral home. That kind of interaction don’t, and would not have worked for me, and fortunately that was not who came. I had never met her before in my life, but when Mallory came to pick up Sherman, she acted as though she had been a friend for years, even though she was dealing with someone who had been having a nuclear emotional meltdown that entire morning. She was patient, caring, respectful, accommodating, and most importantly, human.Replacing a pet (even though Sherman was not a pet to me, he was my friend) with a urn won’t fill the hole that has been left in your heart, but it will help you heal as the days pass on. Something I do appreciate about Sherman’s urn is that is not manufactured, it is hand-crafted. There is no square edges, the carving is not symmetrical, and that’s what makes it perfect, because it is unique. One of kind, just like every pet is. I don’t know who made it, but what it means is that whoever made it made it special for my Sherman.If you have lost, or are at the end, I cannot recommend Mallory and A.P.C. ENOUGH to carry out an honorable cremation for your baby. They are the helpers when you need help.

I can't believe how kind, efficient and supportive Mallory is. I was a hot mess, and she made me feel as though I was normal, and not going mad. Love these peeps, they know what they're doing.

Nobody wants to google this service. It is the hardest thing. My Hawke passed away around 1am & as I lay there sobbing I knew I had to start to go through the motions of these next steps. With everyone still asleep I had time to look at every website I could possibly find. Something kept me coming back here. Before I even spoke to anyone my heart just knew, the words on their page were soft and it gave me a sense of peace in such a devastating moment. I know it says 24hrs, maybe I wasnt ready but I waited. I called around 7am and spoke to Mallory. Her voice soothed me as I tried to keep it together. She referred to Hawke as my baby. I can come she said. I said okay. I’ll see you soon. I knew I made the right choice in that moment. When I was googling my heart knew. I can not express in enough words the pure angel Mallory was when she arrived. Everything she did was done with grace and compassion. Again, peace overwhelmed me in the most heartbreaking situation. I knew Hawke would be taken care of. When she dropped him back off we laughed at how heavy his box was. He was a big boy I said :) There she was again bringing joy back into my eyes. The box was more than I expected. Burned onto it was his name. The most perfect pawprints stamped onto paper and an ornament to hold near. I cried happy tears, Hawke was home and I knew he was loved through the process. That is special and allowed for closure.Losing your best friend of 8 years will always be hard but his memory I get to see daily because of you. Mallory thank you for your kind soul. Thank you for your family. Thank you for bringing such light to all of lives during these times. You are our strength in a way that only you all can bring.💙🐶💙

Service was quick and easy, losing a pet can be difficult and was difficult but Mallory had such a kind and caring attitude that letting go of our dog with her and her family was comforting, she was so nice that we knew our dog was in the right hands and brought us back our dog in the most caring manner. When Buttercup past, Mallory was able to come short notice and pick our girl up. Mallory is a very sweet lady and helped the process be as smooth as it could be. She took Buttercup over the holiday weekend and got her ready. They put her in a very nice wooden box labeled with her name. We got copies of her paw print and even an clay stamp. My sweet girl passed suddenly and right before Christmas! Mallory was quick to respond & meet me to pick up Frost. Then just days later returned her ashes to me in this gorgeous box with her name on it and a wonderful poem! Great folks to work with!!!

My cat Oskar's cremation went through our vet so I never had direct dealings with Asheville Pet Cremations, but it was a very thoughtful presentation with a gorgeous box and a paw print, along with a kind note. The price seemed reasonable too. It's still hard to write anything without crying over my talkative little beast, but at least I felt he was in good hands.

When your precious fur baby walks across the rainbow bridge, trust Mallory and her team to take care of both your family and your beloved pet. Compassion has to be the number one need when going through such a profound loss, and it was so evident in my experience with her. My Lexi was picked up as soon as I contacted Asheville Pet Cremations and her remains were returned to me the following day in a handmade box that matched the box containing my late husband's remains, along with a touching poem and a "paw print" Christmas Ornament. I can't say enough about this bright beam of light in the middle of the black hole of losing a pet. Ease your mind by calling them when the need arises.

Wonderful Company in emotional times! I recently lost my little Shih Tzu after yr long illness, Muffy. She was 17 yrs old. When she passed on a Saturday, with no one open or wanting a small fortune, for assistance. I called Asheville Pet Cremations. Answered right away, and on Easter weekend. Great company and so easy to communicate!They came and picked up my baby the same day and returned her a few days later. No extra charge! Quotes from others was "bring them in after the holidays" Asheville Pets Cremation was the cheapest quote as well. Not that money was the only issue, but it was an unexpected death. So thankful for their help. Very respectful and would highly recommend!

The extra time that Mallory took easing my concerns was so very priceless.She came to my home to pick up my sweet 16 yr old cat Polka and brought her back to us after the private cremation. Not having to worry about transport was a huge help.Polkas brother Tom is still with us. When it's his time to meet his sister over the rainbow Bridge, I will be calling Asheville Pet Cremations.

Our family beloved dog Skye passed away. Called them and with in an hour they were at my house. They came with open arms and really care for our girl. I knew she was going to be in good hands.
