My sweet baby boy, Kimchi, declined very quickly, and I did not have a lot of time to make arrangements for his passing. His euthanasia was scheduled for late Friday afternoon and all of the crematoriums the area closed at five, leaving me with terrible options as to how to maintain my boy’s dignity after he passed while preserving his body. After speaking with Triangle Pet Cremations and sharing my predicament, they stated they would do their best to help me if possible. In addition to the time constraint, a large winter storm was scheduled to pass through on Friday and would possibly shut down the city for several days. He passed at 4:30 and I called triangle pet services to let them know that I was planning to be on my way and see if they would still be there. Only then, I discovered they were an hour away. At this point, the snow had just started to fall. When I called, they were very kind and said they would wait for me. We drove an hour through the snow and delivered our sweet boy safely. My last memory of holding him, he was still warm and looked so peaceful, just like he was sleeping. Without the incredible kindness of the man who stayed and waited for me, my last memories with my boy would’ve been very different and much more traumatic. I’m so very grateful. I received his remains back in less than a week in a commemorative tin with the option of purchasing jewelry made with his paw prints. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional. Should I require this service again, I will definitely be using Triangle Pet Cremations.

During the most difficult time in my life Carson with Triangle Pet Cremations was very assuring that I made the right decision. I had many of questions that he listen to and answered. I came to pick my sweet boy Zeus up and Amy took the time to explain my bill and show me keepsakes. I would recommend them to anyone that need this service.

It was just an ordinary morning, until our beloved dog didn’t wake up. In the midst of our heartbreak, I am so grateful I called Triangle Pet Cremation. From the very first phone call to the moment we received our dog’s ashes, they treated us with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Their support made a difficult time a little easier to bear. I can’t thank them enough for the care and respect they showed on our dog’s final journey.

Choosing Triangle Pet Cremation was the best decision I could make for my beloved dog, Porkchop, and my family. I was already having the worst day of my life. We had an impending snow storm which limited my options for euthanasia and forced me to choose a place that didn't allow me to be there with him when he was put to sleep. Because of how quickly Porkchop's health deteriorated, I had to make all the hard decisions in the span of 16 hours. Triangle Pet Cremation was very upfront about their pricing and options. Everything was listed on their website. I appreciated the video on the site explaining the process of aquamation, which I had never heard of before. Having everything on their site, including payment, was a huge benefit for me who could not speak to anyone without breaking down in tears.We live 40 minutes away and Carson assured us that someone would be there when we delivered Porkchop's body. We were afraid because many places had closed early because of the snow storm on the way. Carson was so kind and understanding. We explained that we had only paid for the cremation but had decided we also wanted to get the clay paw print and lock of fur. He told us that we absolutely could and sent us a text message with the invoice within minutes of us leaving and we were able to pay through the link. The next day I realized that I forgot to take Porkchop's collar and I was devasted but I figured it was too late to do anything about it and at least I would have the keepsakes I paid for.Two days later my family went to pick up Porkchop's ashes and keepsakes. It was much quicker than I thought it would be considering how late in the day it was when we dropped him off. I broke down in tears when I opened the bag and saw that they had put Porkchop's collar in there.I cannot recommend this place enough. They are kind, transparent, and affordable. You can tell they have compassion and take pride in their work. I really want to thank everyone at Triangle Pet Cremation for making this process the easiest hard thing I had to do that day.

We live in Raleigh, 40 mins away, but we chose this place due to their transparency on their website and how available they were for questions. We took our beloved pet here for cremation and the process was smooth, quick and affordable. The staff was extremely professional and friendly and I couldn't image having a better experience anywhere else. If you are ever going through a tough time with your pet and need a place you can trust to get the job done well and thoughtfully without putting strain on you and your family, this is the place.

Lossing your heart pet is hard!!! The thought of burying Toby was unbearable. I had no experience with cremation! This place made the process sooo easy, the website and payment was easy to navigate then I dropped Toby's body off an hour later, got him back within two days! It was very very affordable compared to a few other places. He's home now resting, he will go with me forever ❤️❤️ thank you Triangle pet cremation!!

I was looking to get a private cremation done for my beloved rooster D'Artagnan. Triangle Pet Cremation is a lot more reasonbly priced than some of the other places. Carson was great! He explained the water cremation process and also met me when the business was not actually open. I would highly recommend them for pet cremation.

My son’s bird died this past Sunday and Triangle Pet Cremations went above and beyond with service and care. Their website was easy to maneuver, payment was simple, they worked with us on a time to meet and the return of the urn was quick and just as seamless. I just can’t say enough nice things about our experience with them even under the circumstances. I definitely recommend using them if you’re ever in this situation.

Carson was very kind and handled everything with grace. You can tell they really care about what they do and how they can make such a difficult time easier. Everything was simple and straightforward.Though I hope it’s no time soon, I will definitely use them again when my old girl’s time comes.
