From the second I called about being in the process of losing our senior girl, Shiloh, Brad was so incredibly supportive and kind. He told me no matter the time, when we needed him, call him, and he held to his promise. We called about 11 pm and wouldn’t be there until around midnight, but that didn’t matter. He was outside waiting for us to greet us with condolences and compassion. Brad was incredibly patient as we thought through our options and swapped stories about Shiloh and his fur babies. Once we left her in his care, he kept us updated along the way. Even though he ended up with the flu, he still delivered on his initial promise of having our girl back with her remembrance package in 7-10 days. When I arrived to pick her up, it was the most beautiful display of respect and compassion for our sweet girl. I cannot thank Brad enough for the support, kindness, and compassion he showed throughout this entire process. I have zero regrets about choosing Paws Remembered to take care of sweet Shiloh in the end. Thank you for everything!

I lost Oliver one night, suddenly, with no warning, and way sooner than I ever expected. I had never had a pet cremated before, but with Oliver being my first pet away from home, I knew I wanted to keep him with me rather than a traditional burial. After a bit of research, I found Paws Remembered. I called ahead and spoke with Brad since I hadn’t done this before but knew that normal pet places need appointments and such. Not Brad. He understood how tough these moments are and told me to come in whenever and he would take care of Oliver from there. When I met Brad, he was very welcoming and compassionate, and I was pleasantly surprised that the place is set up and feels like a home rather than an animal hospital. He explained how the process works, showed us our options for having Oliver remembered, and after giving us plenty of time to say goodbye, we left Oliver in great hands. Fast forward less than a week, and after Brad shared the engraving details with me, Oliver’s ashes and other mementos were ready. When I arrived, Brad was helping another family, and I really appreciated that he gave each of us our privacy rather than shuffling us together. Brad really did a wonderful job, and the variety of mementos he provides lets us keep Oliver in some of his favorite places throughout the house. This is one of those situations you never want to be in, but when it happens, it’s a big relief to have someone as kind and reliable as Brad. Thank you so much!

If I could give 100 star rating, I’d give 200. Losing Blue was heart breaking. We adopted her from an animal shelter in Okinawa and she was our fur baby before we actually had babies. We’re a military family and she’s been with us for it all. I wanted to honor her memory and knew that I wanted to keep her with us in her passing. Without even asking, my husband found Brad, reached out to him and made coordinations. We met up with Peyton who was the most comforting, supportive, and caring person in our time of grief. They kept constant communication with us and took such great care of our Blue. When Blue was ready to be picked up, Brad was so kindhearted and delicate in his presentation. I was blown away by how well everything came out and so touched by all the small details. This is the business you need to support. Nobody does a better job at memorializing your fur family.

I just want to thank the staff at paws remembered, my puppy unexpectedly passed away a little over a week ago and my vet sent him to paws remembered for his aquamation. we have just received everything from paws remembered, in a very quick manner. it looks like there was definitely a lot of thought and love behind all of the gifts to remember him by. i was unaware that i’d be receiving some of his fur, his paw printed into clay, and also a printed version of his paw print and nose print. they also left a very sweet letter to me and my family. i couldn’t thank them enough for giving him such a beautiful place to rest.

Paws Remembered helped us say goodbye to our dearest Chow Chow Fiona. She passed the morning of 12/19- Brad picked up right away and was extremely patient with us. We selected the keepsake, private Aquamation package which included a handful of mementoes in addition to a cute urn that our daughter picked out(they had several to choose from). Brad was Amazing! He was unbelievably nice and caring in our time of loss. He had someone come and pick up our dog after he passed because we weren’t able to transport him. The whole urn and certificate were beautifully done and we got a lock of his fur as well. 5 stars all the way! My dog passed unexpectedly and I had no idea what to do. After a quick Google search I contacted Brad at 6am on a Saturday morning. Despite definitely waking him up, he was incredibly kind and patient helping me make arrangements to have my dog’s body picked up and taken to be cremated. I was so sad at the time and just wanted it all to be done with that I didn’t select any kind of remembrance package. Brad made me a paw print anyway, which I’m so glad I have now.Obviously not a service you ever want to need, but when you do, it softens the blow to have people like this managing everything.

My sweet baby Nyla was tragically hit by a car. I was extremely frantic and upset. I called paws remembered and a kind voice answered and reassured me he would take care of her and to bring her the next day. I came and was greeted with such empathy and the process was explained in detail. There were many suggestions available for her coming home box. We lost our 9-year-old dog unexpectedly just before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, it was devastating to the whole family—my mother in particular. She would have liked for him to have a natural burial, but that sadly wasn't an option. We discovered Paws Remembered online and the newer process of aquamation. After meeting Brad at his farm, we knew that this was how we wanted to move forward with putting our beloved pet to rest. Brad's experience in the industry was apparent right away, and he was also very comforting and respectful to our family through this difficult time. We never felt rushed with him, and he allowed us the space and time we needed to decide on our arrangements while always being available if we had any concerns whatsoever. Brad was very transparent throughout the whole experience, and he showed such care and compassion as he answered all our questions about the aquamation process and discussed arrangement options with us. He knows firsthand how difficult it is to lose a pet, and he treated ours with the utmost care and reverence. We opted for his pickup and viewing services, which really helped take some of the hardship off of us and allowed us to say a proper goodbye to our dog. His team did such an amazing job setting up the viewing; the atmosphere was comforting, clean, and homey. We all felt a greater sense of closure after it was done, and that was all thanks to them. We also received our dog’s ashes in a very timely manner, especially considering the holiday. As I type this my heart is broken over the loss of my great companion, Butters.Butters was a 15 year old miniature pinscher who was loving, energetic, loyal, a hunter and above everything a sweet boy.This is my first pet loss and it's such sadness.Paws Remembered were very friendly, compassionate, easy to work with and made the process very smooth.Honestly, I've never done this before and I'm glad I used their services and I highly recommend them.

I cannot express how much Brad has made losing my dog and my partner in the same night just a little bit easier. He went (literally) out of his way in the middle of the night to help with my Abby and it took such a huge load off my shoulders. Not to mention contacting me along the way about everything. It’s been a month and I can finally bring myself to write this. With a heavy heart and tears, I want to sincerely thank the loving people who own this business. Every single one of them made this process easy and bearable. I lost my beloved dear cat, Big Boy (of 16 years), on December 9th 2024. I had to say goodbye to him somewhat unplanned and Paws Remembered was there. From the first call to the last goodbye the entire process was professional and I felt like everything was taken care of for me. I have never had to do this sort of thing before and while I had chosen Paws Remembered beforehand (based off local reviews) I am evermore so grateful that I did because I did not have to worry about anything past picking out the package I wanted to receive. The amount of sincere compassion and heartfelt comfort the staff showed me was immense. I could feel the empathy they had for my great loss. In the past, I have gone to “pick up” my brother’s dog from a vets office that offered cremation for him. They simply handed me a bag over the counter and said “so sorry for your loss.” That’s what I was expecting this time also. But that is not what happened. When I went to pick up Big Boy they had him and everything I had ordered in a private room all displayed out on a table with flowers. It was beautiful. I truly did not know what to say. There was a personal letter from the family expressing their condolences and everything was placed in a bag after I was able to look over everything and have a moment with him. I was walked to the door and was asked if everything was right. During the process they checked in with me and updated with templates before making finalizations on things. Communication was amazing and professional. The entire length of process was timely. I hope that I do not find myself in this situation again however, if I do or if I ever know anyone who is facing this issue, I will 100% recommend Paws Remembered Aquamation. I could not be happier with the way things turned out and the attitudes and the way that I was treated by this family. I cannot express my sincere thanks enough for this gift that Paws Remembered has given me through this very sensitive time in my life. Riverwood Veterinary Clinic has recently switched aftercare services to Paws Remembered for a variety of reasons. The facility is in immaculate condition, the process is very clean and environmentally friendly and the returned remains package is well thought out. The remains are returned in a beautiful urn, a clay and/or ink paw print from the animal, a lock of fur, and an aquamation certificate. There is an optional custom shadow collar box with a sentimental quotation. Brad and Nick are always extremely professional and handle the animals with compassion and care. Our clients have been very satisfied.

Where do I begin…Losing a furry family member is devastating, life-changing and sometimes sudden. In our moment of despair, we reached out to Brad Pope for guidance. Our Lab Jezze passed after a very brief illness. We were lost. Brad and his team picked her up immediately and took her to a warm and comforting place, the memorial service facility is extraordinary! The cleanliness, organized and healing environment our Jezze was taken to could not have been a more perfect place. Within a couple days, our Big Girl was gently loved with a paw print, a resin heart storing her fur, a nose print that brought me to tears as it was her nose staring up at me looking for treats. The beautiful cedar wood urn with her name engraved, and a note to the family expressing the gratitude for allowing Brad’s crew to handle the arrangements, lessened our grief and filled our hearts with love. Brad truly cares about what he does and how he does it. He asks questions about the “clients “ and gets to know them as he spends the last moments with these babies before the memories are created. I was very heartbroken when my German Shepard passed away under suspicious circumstances. My son reached out to Paws remembered and spoke with Brad, who was very sweet and sympathetic from the start. Once my son took Raven in I was just in shock and didn’t plan on getting her ashes back and there was nothing we could do to investigate her death. When my son was on the way back from taking Raven he told me to call Brad. I called Brad and spoke with him. He is very kind and made me cry with his overwhelming generosity of letting me know he was going to look for physical evidence to try and see if she had died the way we thought she had. I don’t want to go into more detail than that. But for him to help me a total stranger try to seek justice for the death of my fur-baby and protecter was a kindness like no other, not only that, he gave me Ravens ashes, a tuft of her hair and a sympathy card. Brad was Amazing! He was unbelievably nice and caring in our time of loss. He had someone come and pick up our dog after he passed because we weren’t able to transport him. The whole urn and certificate were beautifully done and we got a lock of his fur as well. 5 stars all the way! I would recommend him to anyone who has had a pet pass away and looking for a place to have them cremated.

My dog passed unexpectedly and I had no idea what to do. After a quick Google search I contacted Brad at 6am on a Saturday morning. Despite definitely waking him up, he was incredibly kind and patient helping me make arrangements to have my dog’s body picked up and taken to be cremated. I was so sad at the time and just wanted it all to be done with that I didn’t select any kind of remembrance package. Brad made me a paw print anyway, which I’m so glad I have now.Obviously not a service you ever want to need, but when you do, it softens the blow to have people like this managing everything.

My sweet baby Nyla was tragically hit by a car. I was extremely frantic and upset. I called paws remembered and a kind voice answered and reassured me he would take care of her and to bring her the next day. I came and was greeted with such empathy and the process was explained in detail. There were many suggestions available for her coming home box. Everything was very thoughtful and detailed to make it a personal experience. I could not thank them enough for the peace of mind they have given me and my family. We were able to bring her home and they definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of as well.

We had to put our beloved Toby to rest, unexpectedly and way too soon! The only thing that made this decision easier to accept was the wonderful, considerate, passionate, and loving manner in which Brad and Paws Remembered handled our loss. The communication and compassion throughout the process could not have been better and, with many pets still in our family, we feel comfort in knowing how we will handle the future loss of any of our family members. Recently my childhood dog passed away and I took him to Paws Remembered the day after his passing. Brad was very kind and helped us get our dog cremated. He handled everything with care making a difficult time easier. I would highly recommend him.

We lost our 9-year-old dog unexpectedly just before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, it was devastating to the whole family—my mother in particular. She would have liked for him to have a natural burial, but that sadly wasn't an option. We discovered Paws Remembered online and the newer process of aquamation. After meeting Brad at his farm, we knew that this was how we wanted to move forward with putting our beloved pet to rest. Brad's experience in the industry was apparent right away, and he was also very comforting and respectful to our family through this difficult time. We never felt rushed with him, and he allowed us the space and time we needed to decide on our arrangements while always being available if we had any concerns whatsoever. Brad was very transparent throughout the whole experience, and he showed such care and compassion as he answered all our questions about the aquamation process and discussed arrangement options with us. He knows firsthand how difficult it is to lose a pet, and he treated ours with the utmost care and reverence. We opted for his pickup and viewing services, which really helped take some of the hardship off of us and allowed us to say a proper goodbye to our dog. His team did such an amazing job setting up the viewing; the atmosphere was comforting, clean, and homey. We all felt a greater sense of closure after it was done, and that was all thanks to them. We also received our dog’s ashes in a very timely manner, especially considering the holiday. I honestly cannot recommend this business enough for anyone who has unfortunately suffered the loss of a pet. Your lost loved one could not be in better hands.Thank you Brad and the Pope family for all that you do.

As I type this my heart is broken over the loss of my great companion, Butters.Butters was a 15 year old miniature pinscher who was loving, energetic, loyal, a hunter and above everything a sweet boy.This is my first pet loss and it's such sadness.Paws Remembered were very friendly, compassionate, easy to work with and made the process very smooth.Honestly, I've never done this before and I'm glad I used their services and I highly recommend them.

I cannot express how much Brad has made losing my dog and my partner in the same night just a little bit easier. He went (literally) out of his way in the middle of the night to help with my Abby and it took such a huge load off my shoulders. Not to mention contacting me along the way about everything. I will forever be grateful for him and the memorials he made for her are just perfect. So thoughtful and beautiful and I will cherish them (and him) forever.

I have no words to describe how amazing this service is. My daughter was really upset about his dog passing away early in the morning but I had to work that morning so I called a lot a places to get my dog cremated but most of them closed at 5pm I was so happy when PAWS REMEMBERED pet aquamation service, answer my call and help me thru this process at 10pm. The owner waited for us at 10pm to drop him out he was helpful and very sympathetic he gave us two packages to choose from and we picked the one with the paw print and the heart with your dog hair inside when I went back to pick it up I was impressed by the details and how everything was handled. If you want to honor your pet life after he or she is gone please do yourself a favor by using this services you won't regret it.
