After speaking with a kind lady at the crematory, I felt so much more at ease about my fear of my baby cat being mixed with other animals. They truly care for you and your pet. I had my baby back within a week, and everything was handled beautifully. The urn came in a lovely velvet bag, and the paw print was such a touching detail. Losing my Danny was heartbreaking, but I am so grateful that Agape Crematorium took such compassionate care of him.

Our beloved German shepherd passed away unexpectedlyWe carried the big fellow to Agape crematory and were treated so very well by Whitney. She was comforting and sympathetic to our loss. In just 2 days our faithful companion's remains were returned to us in a beautiful urn. Such a great experience at a very sad time in our lives. In the last 30 days we’ve had used their service twice and they have done an amazing job each time. Thank you for everything you do for our pets.*** We had our baby Fife cremated at Agape through our vet, Kernersville Veterinary Hospital. Both places did an amazing job during our hard time. Thank you very much for the service Agape provided. The way our Fife was returned to us in the beautiful wood urn inside the velvet bag, along with the certificate of cremation was very much appreciated. They were able to accommodate my wishes to have my two basset girls cremated together recently. They listened and followed my every request. We were devastated when she passed but Agape did such an incredible thoughtful job on her urn and assesories. Even included a pamphlet about grief for a furbaby. It was all so touching. My sweet little Maltese Princess that I had for almost 17 years got sick and left to meet her Daddy Snowball at the rainbow bridge on Saturday morning. Snowball, her Daddy, died in 2013. They were the most adorable dogs. Agape pet services took care of my little girl and treat people with kindness and compassion. I went this morning to pick up my Princess and was greeted by Hippo the dog that was inside the office. He's a big boy and is friendly. He gives lots of love. We used Agape a couple months ago when we had to put down my 13 year old Winston, our precious Miniature Schnauzer. We were shown such compassion and understanding as they guided us through the process. We never felt rushed to make a decision. The price was so much cheaper than the price our veterinarian quoted us. We got the ashes back rather quickly. The urn was beautiful and packaged nicely. I can't think of anything they could have done to make this sad day any easier for us. They took great care of us. I hope we never need their services again but it's nice to know they are there if we need them.

For people that see pets as so much more than just an animal, losing your beloved friend if such a hard thing to deal with... I am amazed and incredibly impressed with their services. More than I ever expected. I lost my angora rabbit Belle and had no options on laying her to rest, until I found Central Carolina Pet Services. They handled everything beautifully and the price was amazing. I received her ashes back 3 days later in a beautiful carved wooden box with a card and a name plate. My boyfriend lost his 15.5 year old Chihuahua, Joey, and since I had used Central Carolina Pet Service through my vet's office in the past, I recommended them. Cory, my boyfriend, spoke with Nanette and she was very kind and courteous. Cory is also in a wheelchair so they took good care of him too and allowed him to stay for the cremation and got him all set up with a nice urn that he could put a picture on the front. The weekend phone attendant was also very helpful.

I just lost my beautiful fur baby Jelly Bean. It was the most difficult time we had to go thew. I’ve never got a pet cremation done I’ve only ever had two dogs which one is still with me. I got the call from pet angles this morning it was a call I was dredging but when I picked up the phone such a nice lady was on the other end. She said we are so very sorry for your loss. Those word meant so dear to me as then I know they truly cared about our fur baby. She was very nice and help with all the questions we had, also the price was very affordable. Great people who provide wonderful service at such a difficult time. We lost our beloved Savannah unexpectedly and Central Carolina was there for us when we needed them. I was worried she would not get there and the on call driver went to the facility to check to make sure they had Savannah for us on Saturday. We went to see her body the day of her cremation and the staff were very friendly and empathetic. We will always use Central Carolina Pet Services and truly appreciate their efforts to heal our broken hearts.

We unexpectedly lost our dog Pete while evacuating from hurricane Matthew, and the staff at Central Carolina Pet Services were incredibly friendly, compassionate and professional. The facility was very clean and offered a large assortment of beautiful urns, wooden boxes and stones. I had my 10 year old Great Pyrenees, Sebastian, put down on July 21. I got my boy back today in a beautiful carved wooden box. While I've never met the people I have talked with them by phone. They were incredibly kind, respectful, and knew what I was going through with the loss of my pet. Nanette was AMAZING, talking me through everything in detail but also giving me time to cry when I needed it. I got the Cedar urn with engraving on the top for my labrador baby Nimbus and it looks impeccable. They also made a clay pawprint and an ink print and they turned out perfectly. They truly go above and beyond. I would give them more stars if I could.

As this was the first time I've had a pet cremated and returned to me I wasn't sure what to expect or how long it would take to get my cat returned. I was pleasantly surprised to get her back so quickly in a beautiful little detailed wooden box with an engraved nameplate. So far pet angel has been nothing but "angels" to us during this rough and difficult period. It is great to see a little bit of kindness after so much horror.

We have had 2 of our dogs cremated here, 4 years apart. Both times we have been treated with such compassion, kindness and with such genuine empathy for our loss. I highly recommend this company to any one who loves and considers their animals as family members. Sadly, one rarely gets this type compassion and understanding fom their veterinarian when losing a family companion.

I have only dealt with CCPS through the mail via my veterinarian, however, have been very satisfied with their services the two times I have used them. I received my pets' cremains in the mail and you could tell just by how they were carefully packaged that the staff genuinely cared for and respected these animals. Even though I did not personally select the urns - they were of high quality and beautiful.

Some special kind of stupid person at this facility mixed my pet's ashes with other unknown animals and spread her out in some area without my consent! This is not first time this facility has done this based on my research! I now have no physical ashes to spread my beloved pet over her favorite place! Thank you to the special kind of stupid person who never called me to verify what I wanted after spending ridiculous amount of money to have her cremated.

I run a 501(c)3 non profit pig rescue and the people here were so patient , kind and knowledgeable . They gave me time with my little one and gave him his blanket. This was a very hard time in my life and they were there to make it less stressful. I am still grieving but they helped tremendously.

Update:Thank you Nanette for explaining the difference between individual and private cremation and for honoring a refund to reflect that.I have used Central Carolina Pet for years, walk in and through my vet, The staff was wonderful, the facility and grounds are clean and comforting and the prices use to be decent and reasonable. I recently and unexpectedly lost my dog and took her here, but they are now Pet Angel. The staff is the same, but the prices have jumped drastically, {which isn't a strong enough word}. My dog was under 45 lbs and what used to cost $80 is now $199. That's over 200% increase, more than double, since Pet Angel bought CCP. I still paid $80 a piece for two of my kitties in 2017 {with CCP}, which seemed high then for cats under 10lbs, but $200 now for the same, is just greed and taking advantage of people who love animals like family and are mourning the loss of their pet And it is a very unreasonable amount of money for most people to have to come up with, or pay back to someone, when this hits us. {If you don't want the ashes, it's $149!}A person can get cremated for around $1100, so for pets, it's now around 1/5th the cost? Highway robbery. I was told the increase was from an evaluation of {and competition with} the current market. I think it has more to do with Pet Angel taking over the market, because they are everywhere, which to me is not comforting or a selling point for deciding to use a business. {CCP ran a successful business without putting profits first}. And cremating only one at a time, doesn't justify the price, is not necessary and is wasteful of space, time and use of equipment., Central Carolina Pet didn't need a barcode at every step to make sure who's pet belonged to whom, so that isn't necessary either, nor justifies the price hike. It actually costs more and takes more time. The intake forms still say Central Carolina Pet, so someone isn't being wasteful with those, and didn't have to spend a dime for new forms. It was too late, but I found somewhere else the next day, that was $130 for the same weight {still a hefty jump from $80 just 2 years ago}, and included a clay paw print, which Pet Angel charges $25 for, but we didn't get one. The vet offered the same thing for $12. I absolutely, with every breath of my being, love my babies and want the best for them. Being ripped off, especially when upset and grieving, isn't part of, nor has anything to do with wanting or getting the best for them. There's is no justification for it, only greed. If burying was an option for me, I would be doing that, but it's not. My dog was given to me in the large urn. I asked why, when my other, bigger dogs had all come in medium, and was told that she didn't fit in a medium, they tried. She was on the counter and the light showed that the urn was half full. The next day, Nanette easily put her in the medium and explained that the machine calculates which urn they'll need. So much for machines and using common sense and experience, instead of relying on machines, when something doesn't look right. Wasting a trip back there, dealing with feelings and having to talk to people again, and so soon, was not helpful, but I appreciate her fixing it, and not re-affixing the eyesore of a barcode to the medium urn. They even had the barcode on the bag. Putting a barcode on everything doesn't ensure accuracy. Hospitals still make mistakes with all of their stickers for identification. It's wasteful, time consuming and just an extra step that isn't necessary in a small facility, and that takes focus off of what is important, which is paying attention. People don't need fancy. They need caring and compassion during this time, which you will receive here.

I was slightly put off by the fact that we were not allowed inside the office, but this was due to the NC governor's lockdown rules on Covid and not due to Pet Angels.I hope you never find yourself in need of this service, but when you do I truly give my highest recommendation for the care they showed us.

Update:Thank you Nanette for explaining the difference between individual and private cremation and for honoring a refund to reflect that.I have used Central Carolina Pet for years, walk in and through my vet, The staff was wonderful, the facility and grounds are clean and comforting and the prices use to be decent and reasonable. I recently and unexpectedly lost my dog and took her here, but they are now Pet Angel. The staff is the same, but the prices have jumped drastically, {which isn't a strong enough word}. My dog was under 45 lbs and what used to cost $80 is now $199. That's over 200% increase, more than double, since Pet Angel bought CCP. I still paid $80 a piece for two of my kitties in 2017 {with CCP}, which seemed high then for cats under 10lbs, but $200 now for the same, is just greed and taking advantage of people who love animals like family and are mourning the loss of their pet And it is a very unreasonable amount of money for most people to have to come up with, or pay back to someone, when this hits us. {If you don't want the ashes, it's $149!}A person can get cremated for around $1100, so for pets, it's now around 1/5th the cost? Highway robbery. I was told the increase was from an evaluation of {and competition with} the current market. I think it has more to do with Pet Angel taking over the market, because they are everywhere, which to me is not comforting or a selling point for deciding to use a business. {CCP ran a successful business without putting profits first}. And cremating only one at a time, doesn't justify the price, is not necessary and is wasteful of space, time and use of equipment., Central Carolina Pet didn't need a barcode at every step to make sure who's pet belonged to whom, so that isn't necessary either, nor justifies the price hike. It actually costs more and takes more time. The intake forms still say Central Carolina Pet, so someone isn't being wasteful with those, and didn't have to spend a dime for new forms. It was too late, but I found somewhere else the next day, that was $130 for the same weight {still a hefty jump from $80 just 2 years ago}, and included a clay paw print, which Pet Angel charges $25 for, but we didn't get one. The vet offered the same thing for $12. I absolutely, with every breath of my being, love my babies and want the best for them. Being ripped off, especially when upset and grieving, isn't part of, nor has anything to do with wanting or getting the best for them. There's is no justification for it, only greed. If burying was an option for me, I would be doing that, but it's not. My dog was given to me in the large urn. I asked why, when my other, bigger dogs had all come in medium, and was told that she didn't fit in a medium, they tried. She was on the counter and the light showed that the urn was half full. The next day, Nanette easily put her in the medium and explained that the machine calculates which urn they'll need. So much for machines and using common sense and experience, instead of relying on machines, when something doesn't look right. Wasting a trip back there, dealing with feelings and having to talk to people again, and so soon, was not helpful, but I appreciate her fixing it, and not re-affixing the eyesore of a barcode to the medium urn. They even had the barcode on the bag. Putting a barcode on everything doesn't ensure accuracy. Hospitals still make mistakes with all of their stickers for identification. It's wasteful, time consuming and just an extra step that isn't necessary in a small facility, and that takes focus off of what is important, which is paying attention. People don't need fancy. They need caring and compassion during this time, which you will receive here.

Very empathetic and professional during a period of mourning for my family. I was slightly put off by the fact that we were not allowed inside the office, but this was due to the NC governor's lockdown rules on Covid and not due to Pet Angels.I hope you never find yourself in need of this service, but when you do I truly give my highest recommendation for the care they showed us.

They gave the wrong remains to a person. His cat was a polydactyl (extra toes) and the card with the paw print is from a normal cat paw. Makes me wonder if I have my loved cats remains. Watch Nomadic Fanatic on YouTube.
