The professionalism and courtesy extended by this group far exceeded any expectations. So impressed and grateful!When our 14-year-old golden retriever, Jack, passed away, I was at a loss for what to do next but I knew I had to act quickly. Jack weighed 85 lbs, and with an infant at home, the idea of managing everything on my own was overwhelming, more like impossible. I initially contacted a more established service in Jacksonville, NC, but they required me to transport Jack to them, within an hour! I am on Emerald Isle and even without an infant this would have been impossible. They gave no other options. So I looked on google and found this amazing group, Dignified Pet Transport, and I am SO GLAD I did. From the very first call, Nick was incredibly reassuring, telling me not to worry about anything. They immediately offered to come pick Jack up, and I felt such a sense of relief. Their service was prompt, professional, and compassionate, exactly what I needed in that moment.Not only was their service top-notch but their prices were also better than the competitors which was another welcome relief. When they returned Jack’s ashes, I was blown away by the professionalism and beauty of the presentation. They brought our Jack back in a beautiful, high-quality cedar box with his name on a gold plate, and they included a print of his paw as a keepsake. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture—truly a beautiful thing.If you’re looking for a service that offers everything you need when a pet dies (prompt courteous service, compassion and kindness, flexibility, price and ease of use) you have found the only place you need. Dignified Pet Transport blew me away with how incredible they are at every single step of this difficult process. I’m so thankful I found them in a time of need and I am eternally grateful for how easy they made such a difficult situation.

We lost our Maxx during the early hours on 12/23/2024. After he passed we found Dignified Pet and my fiance talked to Nick. What an amazing young man. He was so caring and empathetic and handled everything. He came at 4am and took Maxx and even brough back the ashes to us directly to our door. Maxx was a longtime companion as well as my emotional support through some very difficult times so losing him was not easy. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our Maxx. I'm so glad we found such an amazing place to handle this in such a difficult time.

The night before my Moe Beanz passed away I reached out to Dignified Pet Transport, not thinking that I would need them the next day. Can you say blessing in disguise! Anyways I talked to a gentleman named nick and he was very helpful from quoting me on my fur baby’s cremation. To texting/calling him about the passing of Moe Beanz. He was very gentle with him and made the process a lot easier than I could ever imagine, even though it happened on Christmas Eve I was able to get Moe back a week later. For that I appreciate Nick and his team to help me make final decisions for Moe Beanz and will forever be grateful for them!

When our beloved cat, Buckaroo passed away suddenly late at night, I didn't know who to call..Googled emergency pet services and got Dignified Pet service information, called and spoke with Nick. He was so sincere in wanting to ensure he would take care of anything we wanted for Buckaroo. I asked if he would pick him up that night, he said yes and explained the process. Sent me the invoice almost immediately, paid online and Nick came within the hour to pick him up. After Buckarll was cremated, Nick personally messaged me and delivered Buckaroo back to us..highly recommend.❤️

Dignified Pet Transport was Amazing. My dog Deebo passed away in car. Called Dignified Pet Transport and they came within an hour. They showed concern, empathy, and I feel that his cremation was in the best hands. They then delivered his ashes back about 5 days later and the presentation was great.

They took amazing care of my fur baby. She was part of my family for years. She now has a beautiful wooden Urn with her name and paw prints and sits on the mantle. I miss her, but it's nice she can still be with me in this way. Thank you for all you did to help me with this process Nick, you're very kind, compassionate, and professional

My lab passed away this morning and we didn't know what to do. My friend told me to call a pet cremation company. I called and Blake answered my call. He answered all my questions and told me the price which was reasonable. He said someone would be there within an hour. A gentleman named Nick came in 45mins after my call. He was professional and polite. We can't wait to get our baby's ashes back in 2 weeks.
