We recently had to put our beloved family pet, Hershey, to sleep. We were blessed to have her in our family for close to 16 years. Having to do this far exceeded the difficulty I could have ever imagined. We were all-heart broken - me, my wife, and the three kids. It was during this time the Carolina Pet Crematory stepped in with such wonderful care and compassion. Our regular vet was out of town, so we had to have the procedure done at another vet (and they too were great), but we decided to bring her body over to Carolina Pet ourselves as opposed to having her picked up from the vet. I spoke to Justin a couple of times throughout the day, and he was so compassionate and reassured me with all my questions. When we arrived, we were greeting and his father-in-law, Wayne, who met our family for one final goodbye. He shared some very comforting words regarding Hershey and then prayed with us, which was so appreciated. When I got the call the next day that "Hershey was ready to go home", Justin had the sweetest note "written" from Hershey along with her remains and a mold of her paw print. As I sat in the car and read my note and touched the mold of the paw print, my happy memory tears started flowing all over again. Thanks you Justin, Wayne and staff for making a difficult time beautiful and special.

Carolina Pet Crematory took excellent care of me, my family, and most importantly, my cat, Jericho. They treated him with dignity and respect. The process, although painful for me, was handled with the utmost care by Justin and Jeff. I would recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a dearly loved pet. Thank you so much!UPDATE - I used Carolina Pet Crematory again, based on my experience 5 years ago. Again, they handled my needs with class and grace, and I am forever thankful.

My mothers beloved dog Scooby passed away on Saturday March 11,2023 and while looking for services on dog Cremations came across your services. Not knowing much about what to do I called and spoke to Jeff who gave us proper information. My mother and I were able to take her dog to the Greenville site the next day. We were so glad for such efficient and accommodating services. We will recommend it to anyone who needs the services for their beloved pet.

Carolina Pet Crematory is run by such wonderful people. They were so very kind and understanding during such a terrible time for me. They let me visit with my girl for as long as I needed and explained the process of getting her footprint and noseprint, as well as doing the ceramic tile. I am grateful for such kind people to take care of my baby during such a hard time.

Justin and staff at Carolina Pet Crematory were extremely helpful and sensitive to our loss of beloved Coco. Coco was one of our four legged children, she was much more than a "pet" dog. Justin was helpful with all options of how to remember her and helped make the process as smooth as possible. I recommend Justin and his services to anyone who wants to remember their family pet, with memorial, photos, and pick from a wide selection urns or other items.

Justin is an absolute professional, polite and respectful, caring person during our time of loss. We have lost two pets in 8 months, we used Justin and his services both times, he is the best. The care, the memorials, ability to provide photos, and the large selection of urns to honor your lost beloved pet are absolutely flawless. It's hard to say you "love" to let your pet go. I can say, however, that Carolina Pet Crematory (CPC) was a class act to deal with. From the first after-hours-on-the-weekend call to picking up the remains of our sweet Sara, the CPC team made the process easy and treated us with dignity and respect.Their base service exceeded our expectations and didn't even come close to putting us in the position to choose price over the love of our pet. CPC even provided tasteful and classy keepsakes that I know I will cherish for years to come.It's hard to say goodbye. I wouldn't wish the pain on anyone. But, when the time comes to let your dear pet go, Carolina Pet Crematory will help you make the process as painless as possible.Thank You CPC. Your services were exceptional.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!! Such compassion and warmth and love was shown to us as well as our Baby boy Gizzy .They made it easy on us and it was very affordable and they have is such nice lil keepsakes .Plus he got a memorial online with pics and we got his paw print done in clay to keep , a sweet little poem and the best part is he's with us ALWAYS .No matter where we go .So if we move we don't have to "leave" him .I only wish we would have had this option for our other babies that we had to "leave behind"Will be the way we will handle our babies in the future. Thank You Smith and Carolina Pet for showing "Gizzy" respect ,love and taking care of him for us in our time of need. U made our loss a lot easier and a Our Final Goodbye a Wonderful Memorial and Memory
