Triad Pet Cremation & Cemetery did such a beautiful service, for our Ava. They took the time and loving care, to ensure that Ava was given, back to us and Miss Tracey, kept us informed with such sincere and loving care. She was so sympathetic and each text/call, she expressed her deepest condolences.Ava was the 1st fur baby, we had that crossed over the rainbow bridge. It was so hard to try to come to grips that we would not have her back, as she lived. But Triad Pet Cremation & Cemetery, made sure, we have her from now on and we were able to build a memorial for her to be home with us.Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Ava Marie~~10/27/20~11/13/24 🐾🐶🐾

This place is amazing. I never thought I’d cremate a hamster but I loved her so much and I couldn’t stand the thought of burying her and leaving her behind when I moved. They have a 24/7 answering service which is extremely convenient so you can speak with someone when needed. I worked with Barbara and Tracy and they were extremely kind and understanding and I can’t thank them enough for what they do. People like this aren’t appreciated enough in this world. My baby was ready very quickly and I they provided extra services at no costs which was so kind. My Pandora will now be with me wherever I go. We have an aging 17 yr old dog who we know will eventually pass and when she does we are prepared and know exactly the best lace to bring her. Thank you for excellent service! I will recommend all my fellow pet owners here because it’s a peaceful experience.

This is the place to go even if it’s the worst circumstances they made my time there so easy I couldn’t have asked for a better place. They have the sweetest comfort dog ever he is very good at his job. My beautiful boy Kai went missing on July 24th. During our search we found him deceased and were devastated. I have lived in the neighborhood where the Pet Cemetery is not knowing how much I would need them one day.I called them an hour after our discovery and it was around 7 in the evening so I wasn’t sure if it was too late to ask for help. We were not mentally or emotionally able to get Kai on our own. They did not hesitate to help any way they could. Chris and Paul went to get Kai before dark and I am forever grateful to both of them. Kai deserved the care that I could not give him at that time.From that moment going forward I knew that he and I were in the best possible hands through care and compassion.Thank you again for being there for me and Kai and for going above and beyond every step through a very difficult time. 🐾❤️

They took the time to explain everything we needed to know in detail, ensuring we understood every part of the process. She walked me thru the process and updated me every step of the way. Our girls came home together. I wished I could have met Tracey but she was out when I went to pick them up. They are absolutely amazing. They are very compassionate, and truly want to make your fur babies last rites as simple as possible. It's so hard going through an unexpected loss, and having to make arrangements while falling apart.. it's so hard. They sent a hearse out to get my boy after he passed, I honestly am not sure I would've been able to make the drive. They made something that was such a heartbreak for me, more personal than transactional. They didn't focus on cost of services, they focused on what I needed for my boy. I am so grateful I contacted these wonderful people. And, I didn't even meet them in person(my husband did). I will only be recommending them, and as I will always have pets, will only use them from now on for my babies cremations.

I am sorry to say we have needed Pet cremation 4 times in the last several years. It's an emotional time and I want to make sure I place my pets in caring hands. I found Tracey & Triad Pet by chance. I had gone to another place and was waiting with my beloved deceased kitty in their waiting room - which was loud and chaotic. I couldn't bear being there so I searched online and found Tracey - she said come right over and we did. Since then I have needed her services 3 more times - each heartbreaking. We recently lost our JJ at the young age of 9. I appreciate her kindness and care. Tracey's place is special - her father started it and she and her son are carrying on. It's calming & special here. This is the cemetery where we will be buried too - with our pets.

The ladies working here are so lovely and helpful. I came here after calling different vets offices and every vet office I called was so cold and impersonal. At Triad Pet they treat your pet as a family member that has passed away. They talk with you about them, show you your options for urns or jewelry and give you a little imprint of their paws. On top of that you would think that it would be more expensive than going to a vet but it’s not! I was shocked that it was cheaper.

Tracy and her organization were absolutely amazing in their compassion, sympathy and efforts to help me through this heartbreaking time. She sat and helped lead me in the best direction to do what i needed to take care of my furbaby, and inquired about who my ferret was and her interests. They really went the extra mile with the mementos of the clay paw and snoot print, the ink prints of the paws and the rosewood box that my girls remains are in. Most companies only care about the “green”, but TPC&C are truly beautiful people and though I hope it will be no time soon I will do business with them again. Thank you for everything!

My fur baby passed and finding this place was a true blessing. They were so empathetic and patient. The cremation was quite quick and when I picked him up they had prints of his nose and paw in a little bag as well as a clay print of my baby. I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of cremation for your fur babies!

This was my first visit to Triad Pet Cremation & Cemetery and I will highly recommend that anyone who would like to bury their pet to please contact Tracy. .Tracy was very professional and polite to my friend Sarah, who recently lost her baby Chico. Her knowledge of this process is outstanding and she is also very compassionate and caring about peoples pets.. These services & burials are well done by Tracy and her staff.Tracy listened well to Everything Sarah wanted to do for her baby and explained everything thoroughly, answering all questions Sarah had, plus offered her professional advice and opinion.I was so happy that Sarah found this establishment last min. She Had contacted other places previously but they can’t even begin to compare to this place.The office space is nicely decorated, very clean and bright, even has a memory tree in the lobby.Everyone I encountered in this office was kind & courteous, from Tracy the owner, to the 2 awesome gentlemen that dug Chicos gravesite.I highly recommend Tracy and her team. I moved to Greensboro 18+ years ago and within several months I needed to put a long time wonderful best friend down named Ginger Tracy‘s father is who I dealt with. He was a wonderful person wonderful man who helped me through the whole thing after that I was sold, I told everyone that I ever knew that lost an animal or was near that point to go to what’s now Triad Pet Cemetery . They have always taken care of me and everyone I’ve ever sent to them. Their with such caring, loving hands and make a terrible situation better. They were incredibly sympathetic for our of our dog Riley. The service was rapid and allowed us to have our last time together at our home where Riley passed. I highly recommend Triad Pet. When our beloved Akita (Bear) passed, Triad Pet came to pick him up for cremation. Their price was very fair. They were incredibly sympathetic for our of our dog Riley. The service was rapid and allowed us to have our last time together at our home where Riley passed. The arrangements were seamless and Riley was back to us in his cremation box within three days. Totally recommend this service…and compared with others very affordable.

Tracey and her team have been absolutely amazing through the whole process of losing my sweet fur baby Bruno. Beginning with answering my call at 2a.m. on a Sunday morning, coming out to my house to pick up Bruno(amlost an hour drive), the guys that came out were so sweet and considerate of the situation. Bruno was cremated, Tracey gave me a imprint of his paw on a stone, ink prints of his paw and nose( which meant more than mrs Tracey will ever know) a clipping of his fur and his ashes in a nice velvet bag( spreading his ashes so no need for a urn but she did offer some beautiful choices) and the conversation and compassion that she shared with me when I picked all this up was so needed. Bruno passing away was heartbreaking but knowing that he was respected and taken care of like a loved family member instead of just a dog by Tracey and her team made it just a little easier. We lost our Sweet Cali September 30th after 18 years. We didn’t know what to do or who we needed to call. We wanted to get her cremated so my husband looked on line and read the reviews of a few pet crematory’s.We called Triad Pet Cremation and spoke with Jeremy. He gave us the option of them picking her up or we could bring her to them. He assured us we would hear from Tracy and have her remains back on Monday. We decided to take her to them. When we arrived there we were greeted by two gentlemen who came out with a stretcher. Since I was holding her I got out and I laid her on there. My husband and I were both crying almost uncontrollably so we don’t remember the guy’s names but one of them offered me a hug and I am a BIG hugger. You just don’t know how much that meant to me!!!Tracey called us Sunday morning to touch base and to confirm we could pick her up Monday afternoon. When we got there she greeted us and went over all the details. We shared stories shed tears and a few laughs. We felt like Cali was treated with kindness and compassion by someone who really cared. Oh and we got more hugs from Tracey when we left with our Sweet Girl. Even though our hearts are broken they made it a little easier 🐈Thank God for Triad Pet Cremation!!!

Obviously you're making that call during a tough time but they seem to take all the worry away, at least as far as what happens after your pet passes. That first phone call with Tracey was just wow. It barely lasted 2 minutes but I was blown away... hung up and tried to explain to my partner, couldn't really put it into words or do the feeling justice, but she and everyone else I've bragged to get it because that's not me, ha! I really don't leave reviews like this either. Service and care to you and your pet are exceptional, not to mention the actual products and what you receive, etc. As a small biz person myself, as a lifelong pet owner, and so on, I really couldn't imagine calling anyone else after that first call with the daughter of the founder. I feel like no others in our area could possibly care as much, and that goes for Barbara in the office as well. My buddy lived 17 years and the end was rough as hell but there's no question they made this part easier.TLDR; Call them if you need this service for your pet, no-brainer.

The entire staffing was beyond wonderful. As my baby was passing, I gave them a call (literally right after midnight of April 1st) . The crew told me the pet side was unfortunately closed but they were more than happy to bring my baby in their human funeral home until they opened. Traid pet crematorium and cemetery were amazing to work with. In such a horrible and unexpected time they rushed in to help us. They allowed us time with our beloved tabasco before kindly taking him at 3 am in the morning. The owner kept us up to date with everything that was going on and how the process would be completed. We even made a request to have a special patch of fur as a keepsake and they wrapped it up beautifully for us. If you would like to keep your beloved pet close after passing I would hundred percent recommend them. I consider this company a ministry to all pet lovers who are in need of a wonderful support at the end of life for their loved ones. My experience began a decade ago, when our beloved Gloria, cat of 17 years passed away, we were devasted. A co-worker recommended the services of Triad Pet Cremation, and that is where we met, Tracey Bowyer, the Pet Loss Coordinator of Triad Pet Cremation. Our experience there was so very healing, and it gave us great hope and closure with the loss of our Gloria. One special memory is that Triad has grief loss pet greeters there, at the time it was Bernie Mac and he definitely cheered our hearts. Tracey is truly a pet loss counselor extraordinaire as she told us at our very lowest, that “when our hearts were ready, our hearts would grow to love another animal family member.” Tracey was so very right and here we are a decade later with Tracey and Triad Pet Cremation. My heart grew exponentially with the adoption of the dog love of my life, Spirit. Spirit was my very best friend and a beautiful ambassador of a rescue dog who was my life partner through all my life happenings this past decade. I knew that Spirit was at the end of life and contacted Tracey because of the positive and supportive experience that we had with Gloria. Tracey guided me through the whole process of being able to have a home veterinarian come to our home so Spirit could pass peacefully and with dignity. Tracey then arranged to have our precious and beloved Spirit picked up and taken to Triad Pet Cremation and it was such a surreal moment when I knew Spirit was being kindly and respectfully journeyed to Triad Pet Cremation, I even received a phone call afterward to let me know she had arrived at her destination from my home to Triad Pet Cremation. That phone call was such a reassurance, and I appreciated the thoughtful, compassionate, and caring gesture.I then met with Tracey to finalize Spirit’s arrangements; they had the most loving grief dog greeter Tubbs to again cheer my heart. Tracey fully understood my deep attachment to Spirit and honored us by allowing us to have closure all the way through the process of bringing Spirit’s ashes (and cherished special keepsakes) back to our home sweet home. Spirit was indeed my heart dog, and I am sincerely grateful for Triad Pet Cremation for treating us so very lovingly. I am highly recommending Tracey and all the wonderful employees that treat you like family during your most heart-breaking moments to guide you and your fur family throughout the process. I am sincerely appreciative for the kindness and professionalism that Triad Pet Cremation represents for our community. Words just can’t express my gratitude and appreciation for such a special place. It’s so incredibly hard when we lose our deeply loved pets, furry children, that add such depth and unconditional love to our lives. We are there for them through every aspect of their sweet lives up until the very end when we have to say goodbye….but it doesn’t end there. We need to take that final step of their funeral that they so deserve. Where they are treated as a family member. Where their life is treated with dignity and respect. Where we, also, are treated with dignity and compassion as we arrive with our lifeless pet. It’s hard but being with Traci and her staff is like a calming balm where they take time to talk and listen, I mean really listen. It’s not just a business transaction. I appreciate that I can give details of what I want our cat to lay on and with the toy or special something that meant so much. Where I can see that my cat is the only one to be cremated and not in with a dozen other precious animals. That the remains I pick up are my babies. I lost my 16 year old Yorkie, Lexie "Momma Dog" and am totally heartbroken. She was like another child and my house seems a little empty without her. Kenny and Tracy made my loss so much easier with their caring, loving, heartfelt and compassion. They walked me through the process from beginning to end and answered any questions I had. They sat beside me when I would tear up and made me feel much better. They made sure I had locks of hair, paw prints and helped me pick out the right URNS for her. I bought a memorial necklace and Kenny helped me put some of Lexie's ashes in there so I can keep her close to my heart. Triad Pet Cremation & Cemetery in Greensboro will be the only place I will ever take any other pets that cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend anyone that has a pet that has crossed the Rainbow Bridge to contact them and let them help you with this very hard process.

I was so pleased as soon I entered the door. I was met at the door by Tubs, a French Bulldog, that seemed to recognize my sadness. Everyone was very friendly and thoughtful. We always rely on Triad Pet Cremation & Cemetery for our unfortunate pet needs. They are compassionate, kind, thoughtful and always there for us in a quick and timely manner. As unfortunate as it can be to need their services, they will always be my 911 call when I’m in need. We’ve unfortunately lost three pets within the last few years and they have helped us and handled each one as the individual spirit they were. I will always highly recommend their services as one of the only things in a situation as terrible as losing a pet family member that can help make the situation less stressful.

The entire staffing was beyond wonderful. As my baby was passing, I gave them a call (literally right after midnight of April 1st) . The crew told me the pet side was unfortunately closed but they were more than happy to bring my baby in their human funeral home until they opened. I received a text message later that morning from the staff checking on my family, which was absolutely sweet of them. With so many emotions, I asked Tracy if she could clip off extra fur so I can make a memorial keychain with it along with her ashes so I can have her wherever I go and she DID NOT judge nor hesitate! She is so patient and very comforting. Thank you so much for all you have done for our family and making sure our Bella came home 💕

Not only Penny, but my wife and I as well.The facility was extremely clean, but also extremely intimate and for lack of a better word, peaceful. The ideal place to take your families pet. The facility also doubles as a cemetery for pets as well.Despite dealing with the repetitive nature of her business, Tracey and her staff truly cared about what was going on. With a sudden loss and a tricky timelines, they still managed to move mountains for us and I cant even express how much that meant to our family. Professionals in every sense of the word. Traid pet crematorium and cemetery were amazing to work with. In such a horrible and unexpected time they rushed in to help us. They allowed us time with our beloved tabasco before kindly taking him at 3 am in the morning. The owner kept us up to date with everything that was going on and how the process would be completed. We even made a request to have a special patch of fur as a keepsake and they wrapped it up beautifully for us. If you would like to keep your beloved pet close after passing I would hundred percent recommend them. We have many of pets and when the unfortunate times comes (which I pray it never does) I will trust them with another one of my babies.

Triad Pet Cremation and Cemetery is an incredible gift to our community. I consider this company a ministry to all pet lovers who are in need of a wonderful support at the end of life for their loved ones. My experience began a decade ago, when our beloved Gloria, cat of 17 years passed away, we were devasted. A co-worker recommended the services of Triad Pet Cremation, and that is where we met, Tracey Bowyer, the Pet Loss Coordinator of Triad Pet Cremation. Our experience there was so very healing, and it gave us great hope and closure with the loss of our Gloria. One special memory is that Triad has grief loss pet greeters there, at the time it was Bernie Mac and he definitely cheered our hearts. Tracey is truly a pet loss counselor extraordinaire as she told us at our very lowest, that “when our hearts were ready, our hearts would grow to love another animal family member.” Tracey was so very right and here we are a decade later with Tracey and Triad Pet Cremation. My heart grew exponentially with the adoption of the dog love of my life, Spirit. Spirit was my very best friend and a beautiful ambassador of a rescue dog who was my life partner through all my life happenings this past decade. I knew that Spirit was at the end of life and contacted Tracey because of the positive and supportive experience that we had with Gloria. Tracey guided me through the whole process of being able to have a home veterinarian come to our home so Spirit could pass peacefully and with dignity. Tracey then arranged to have our precious and beloved Spirit picked up and taken to Triad Pet Cremation and it was such a surreal moment when I knew Spirit was being kindly and respectfully journeyed to Triad Pet Cremation, I even received a phone call afterward to let me know she had arrived at her destination from my home to Triad Pet Cremation. That phone call was such a reassurance, and I appreciated the thoughtful, compassionate, and caring gesture.I then met with Tracey to finalize Spirit’s arrangements; they had the most loving grief dog greeter Tubbs to again cheer my heart. Tracey fully understood my deep attachment to Spirit and honored us by allowing us to have closure all the way through the process of bringing Spirit’s ashes (and cherished special keepsakes) back to our home sweet home. Spirit was indeed my heart dog, and I am sincerely grateful for Triad Pet Cremation for treating us so very lovingly. I am highly recommending Tracey and all the wonderful employees that treat you like family during your most heart-breaking moments to guide you and your fur family throughout the process. I am sincerely appreciative for the kindness and professionalism that Triad Pet Cremation represents for our community. Tracey has such wisdom from her years of experience and reflects her father’s legacy beautifully through the love for our fur family. I told her that I wanted Spirit to live forever. Her sage advice went something like this and it resonated with me was “if your first dog lives forever, then you couldn’t love your second, third, fourth, fifth….eighth dog in a different way…”I am praising the animal family ministry that Triad Pet Cremation and Cemetery represents-God bless your wonderful works!

Words just can’t express my gratitude and appreciation for such a special place. It’s so incredibly hard when we lose our deeply loved pets, furry children, that add such depth and unconditional love to our lives. We are there for them through every aspect of their sweet lives up until the very end when we have to say goodbye….but it doesn’t end there. We need to take that final step of their funeral that they so deserve. Where they are treated as a family member. Where their life is treated with dignity and respect. Where we, also, are treated with dignity and compassion as we arrive with our lifeless pet. It’s hard but being with Traci and her staff is like a calming balm where they take time to talk and listen, I mean really listen. It’s not just a business transaction. I appreciate that I can give details of what I want our cat to lay on and with the toy or special something that meant so much. Where I can see that my cat is the only one to be cremated and not in with a dozen other precious animals. That the remains I pick up are my babies. That I can have a paw print and many special touches that mean so much to me. My cats life mattered to us and I have found, matters to Triad Pet Cremation and Cemetery. I have been with them since 2003 and wouldn’t dream of any other place to care for our pets final earthly journey. I can’t say enough about how special they are and how grateful we are that they are there.
