Thank God I found I found Serenity Pet. I was devastated in making the most difficult decision but Buddy let us know it was his time. I contacted Eric is so loving and caring, and he explained the whole process. Last Saturday 2/1/25 my buddy was put down in our home thanks to Dr. Campbell and Jesus came to pick him up and was so loving, caring and compassionate that I was so devastated and reassured me my buddy was going to be well taken care of. Today I got the greatest news from Eric that my buddy was going to be delivered to me which I didn’t expect it to be so soon. My buddy came back home with so much love and beautiful details and I am beyond blessed, grateful and pleased and couldn’t be more happier that he is home. Eric and his staff are a true meaning of love, compassion and love what they do and the work is absolutely beautiful in every aspect. Thank you Eric and staff for bringing my buddy back home and handling him with so much care. Words can’t describe how grateful and blessed to have found them and I highly recommend them to anyone.

🐾♥️🐾This company did a beautiful job with my precious baby's remains. The wooden box w/ Rocky's ashes, along with 2 keepsake glass vials of his fur & ashes. I plan on purchasing a locket to wear over my ♥️with his ashes forever. The clay paw prints 🐾 are very sweet. I really appreciate the Thank you card.... Inside the card is an ink blot of his paws & snout. Thank you so much for creating such beautiful mementos during a very difficult time. 🐾♥️🐾

I contacted Serenity pet Cremation after the sudden loss of my Mother's Cockatoo, Sedona. They took such wonderful care of Sedona from the time she was picked up until the time she was returned to her. They gave us urn reccomendations based on Sedona's size, took time to make beautiful prints of her feet and returned her wrist band to my Mom. Eric answered my call at midnight and gave us guidance and support through one of the most difficult conversations of my life. Recently we had a second beloved dog passed away unexpectedly and without thinking twice I knew who to contact. Eric and all of the staff at Serenity Pet Cremation & Burial had been so kind and compassionate with us when we lost another dear fur friend about a year before. Once again, I received a prompt response and nothing but compassion and understanding from Eric and his team. My son really struggled with this death but he was comforted in knowing Eric would come and pick her up, handle the situation with professionalism and respect, as he had before. Losing a pet who is a part of your family isn’t easy, but knowing that even in death, they are treated with gentleness, dignity and respect makes it a little easier. Eric was wonderful helping me through one of the most tragic days. My sweet Stella was only 8-years-old when she passed. My heart was, and is broken but Eric put my mind to ease, which made this whole process a little easier. I just brought my sweet girl home and her wooden urn is beautiful. I called Serenity pet cremations when I had to send my sweet Jericho over the rainbow bridge 🌈. Eric was nothing but amazing, compassionate and sympathetic. I met him with my baby and he was so kind. I got my boy back about 5 days later with 2 paw prints, a beautiful box with his name and picture and saying, a small bottle with fur and a small bottle of some ashes so I could put them in jewelry if I wish.I have nothing but amazing things to say about Eric and his team at serenity pet cremations. No one ever wants to deal with the loss of a pet...especially one that you have had for 16 years. When we were faced with this we turned to Eric and his crew at Serenity Pet Cremation & Burial. Eric referred a DVM to assist us at our home and he was there personally to make sure that Storm was respected and taken care of. We were never rushed through the process and he was very empathetic. Storm was returned to us very quickly and respectfully. I never want to be faced with this situation again but I know who I would call and trust.

I truly have taken a while to write this review because I couldn’t quite find the right words to describe how much their service meant to me in one of the hardest times I have ever experienced. I work in the funeral and monument industry and I know the importance of showing complete kindness and compassion when you have someone grieve the loss of a loved one. What I experienced with Eric and his staff was beyond that. My journey with them actually started before my beloved rescue passed away. I knew the time was getting close in preparation for my unstable time that was to come I reached out to ask about their process and Eric answered all my questions and even allowed me to fall to absolute pieces at just the mention of loosing my sweet Piney Girl. He explained the process and allowed me to ask any questions I had. A week later I had to make the dreaded phone call to him to let him know the time had come and me and my sweet girl would take our last car ride together that day. I was absolutely distraught as I tried to navigate my next steps and explained to him the importance of providing her a more personable cremation she was after all my best girl. Eric showed up and picked my girl up once we said our goodbyes. He kept me notified through out the entire cremation process even just texting a time or two to check in and make sure I didn’t have any questions and to make sure I was okay after loosing my fur baby. My sweet girl was returned to me a week later in her beautiful urn with her sweet paw prints and all the extra unexpected trinkets to memorialize her. The staff at Serenity made one of my greatest losses as easy as possible to deal with and to navigate. To just say Thank you could never be enough for the kindness and compassion they showed me. I would recommend their services to anyone who is loosing their fur family member there will always be a special place in my heart for them for the kindness and sincere compassion they showed me in my time of great loss.

He was able to work with us during such an unexpected time for us, even at 4 am when Coda took his last breath. Eric was amazing. I had such a hard time when my buddy passed a couple weeks ago. We had to put him to sleep due to cancer. Eric was waiting for me when I arrived at the vet for the appointment. Afterwards I left and Eric stayed behind to do what needed to be done. He made me feel very comfortable leaving my baby in his hands. He even held his remains for me for a week because my heart just couldn't take the loss. When I finally got my baby back I was so pleased with the final products. Mr. Hicks came to our home to pick up our beloved Taco. He was very professional. I received Taco’s ashes with in just a few days. The wooden box is beautiful and has a photo of Taco. I also received two small vials with Taco’s name on them. One had ashes and the other had Taco’s fur. There were two foot prints in plaster and a card with Taco’s nose and foot print. It’s very beautiful. I highly recommend Serenity Pet Cremations. I had numerous recommendations when Taco died. Several people recommend him. You won’t be disappointed.

I lost my Bella unexpectedly and was distraught. I took her to the vet to be cremated but I just didn’t feel right about leaving her there. I had at least 5 recommendations if not more for Serenity Pet Cremations. Instead of Eric or his assistant picking up Bella from the vet I did first thing the following morning so I could hold her one last time. His assistant came to my house and picked her up. Within a week I had her back in a beautiful box. With a vile of her fur and a vile of her ashes, along with 2 molds of her paws. I just opened the vile of ashes this morning to fill my necklace to keep with me. I’m still so torn about losing my best friend of almost 15 years but the empathy, sincerity, and compassion shown from Eric Hicks during this tragic & heartbreaking time in my life made me much more comfortable that he was handling my baby. I’d refer him a thousand times over.

One of his partner vets made a house call, who came and led sweet Beau to The Bridge. And then Eric returned to bring Beau home today with beautiful memorial boxes and paw prints. Plus getting to choose what kind of urn you’d like is something I’ve never had the option for before. I forgot to get some of her fur to put in a locket and they gave me a whole vial of it. I truly have taken a while to write this review because I couldn’t quite find the right words to describe how much their service meant to me in one of the hardest times I have ever experienced. I work in the funeral and monument industry and I know the importance of showing complete kindness and compassion when you have someone grieve the loss of a loved one. What I experienced with Eric and his staff was beyond that. My journey with them actually started before my beloved rescue passed away. I knew the time was getting close in preparation for my unstable time that was to come I reached out to ask about their process and Eric answered all my questions and even allowed me to fall to absolute pieces at just the mention of loosing my sweet Piney Girl. He explained the process and allowed me to ask any questions I had. A week later I had to make the dreaded phone call to him to let him know the time had come and me and my sweet girl would take our last car ride together that day. I was absolutely distraught as I tried to navigate my next steps and explained to him the importance of providing her a more personable cremation she was after all my best girl. Eric showed up and picked my girl up once we said our goodbyes. He kept me notified through out the entire cremation process even just texting a time or two to check in and make sure I didn’t have any questions and to make sure I was okay after loosing my fur baby. My sweet girl was returned to me a week later in her beautiful urn with her sweet paw prints and all the extra unexpected trinkets to memorialize her. The staff at Serenity made one of my greatest losses as easy as possible to deal with and to navigate. To just say Thank you could never be enough for the kindness and compassion they showed me. I would recommend their services to anyone who is loosing their fur family member there will always be a special place in my heart for them for the kindness and sincere compassion they showed me in my time of great loss.

Eric was amazing. I had such a hard time when my buddy passed a couple weeks ago. We had to put him to sleep due to cancer. Eric was waiting for me when I arrived at the vet for the appointment. Afterwards I left and Eric stayed behind to do what needed to be done. He made me feel very comfortable leaving my baby in his hands. He even held his remains for me for a week because my heart just couldn't take the loss. When I finally got my baby back I was so pleased with the final products. Mr. Hicks came to our home to pick up our beloved Taco. He was very professional. I received Taco’s ashes with in just a few days. The wooden box is beautiful and has a photo of Taco. I also received two small vials with Taco’s name on them. One had ashes and the other had Taco’s fur. There were two foot prints in plaster and a card with Taco’s nose and foot print. I found Eric through a Google search on one of the worst days of my life. He responded so kindly, referred me to a vet who would do in-home euthanasia, and on a day he should have been with his family, he was with mine. Eric came in and explained the process, told me to take as much time as I needed, and when he came back in to take my baby's body away, he gently lifted her and placed her in the body bag and carried her to his truck. He was so helpful and kind during the whole process and answered all of my questions. Eric, I could never thank you enough.

I lost my Bella unexpectedly and was distraught. I took her to the vet to be cremated but I just didn’t feel right about leaving her there. I had at least 5 recommendations if not more for Serenity Pet Cremations. Instead of Eric or his assistant picking up Bella from the vet I did first thing the following morning so I could hold her one last time. His assistant came to my house and picked her up. Within a week I had her back in a beautiful box. With a vile of her fur and a vile of her ashes, along with 2 molds of her paws. As a pet owner, it is our job to know when they are ready. One of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make, but I knew when I had to make it, how I wanted it to be. I wanted our boy to be in the comfort of his home with his people, when it was time to go. I reached out to Eric to find out if he could help. Called a vet to help a friend with the sudden death of her fur baby and they mentioned Serenity. I called got no answer and thought I'll just stick with vet services. However, Eric called me back very shortly after he missed my call and he was so polite and professional I knew they would be the best service. He responded to my friend's house within a short time, picked up her fur baby and was so polite and compassionate that he left an impression on both of us. There's a reason he has 5 stars! He made the grief process a little easier by removing the burden of having to transport her deceased buddy in addition to all the kindness he offered along the way. Highly highly recommend!!!

As a pet owner, it is our job to know when they are ready. One of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make, but I knew when I had to make it, how I wanted it to be. I wanted our boy to be in the comfort of his home with his people, when it was time to go. I reached out to Eric to find out if he could help. He spent time talking me through the process, gave me upfront costs and suggested a vet that would come to our home. Eric made the whole process easier. He waited for us to say our goodbyes and handled our boy with care and compassion as he took him away. Brought back to us in a beautiful wooden carved box, where we can honor him and keep his memory alive. Nobody ever wants to go through this but when you do I recommend using Serenity Pet Cremation!
