Exceptional Support During A Difficult TimeI cannot say enough good things about the team at McLean Funeral Directors and the incredible support they provided my family during the loss of our beloved Aunt. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated with the utmost compassion and care.Our funeral director, Katy, was an absolute rock for us. She guided us through every step of the process with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to ensure our needs were met. Katy went above and beyond, becoming almost like family to us during this difficult time.The level of attention to detail from the entire McLean team was remarkable. Little touches, like having a separate cookie oven where they offered us fresh baked cookies while we discussed the arrangements, made a world of difference. Mary even made sure I had a quiet space to take a work call when needed - their thoughtfulness knew no bounds.The coordination of everything, from the service to the reception, was seamless. We never had to worry about a single thing, as the McLean team handled it all with the utmost professionalism.If you are entrusting the farewell of a loved one, I cannot recommend McLean Funeral Directors highly enough. I recently discovered that McLean offered pet cremation services and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. From the timely manner in returned phone calls, answering my questions, compassion, pick up service, friendly front desk staff and turn around time for pick up - this business is top notch! I worked directly with Katie and somehow they made it extremely pleasant, even during a time of grief. I wanted a place that would do clay prints and ink prints. I was told sometimes the ink prints could potentially not be great (I was aware of this already and knew it wasn’t due to McLean just the nature of the process) I went ahead with them anyway and I was extremely satisfied. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend McLean Pet Cremation services and will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you McLean!

10/10, I recently used them after losing my family dog they came and handled everything with so much care and grace . I did not know that pet burial was an option with them but if you’re in the area and looking for someone please give them a call .

Wonderful funeral home. Recently my husband Charles Lowe passed away and there are not enough words to describe the respect we have for McLean's.Clay handled everything with the uppermost compassion,dignity, and loving care for us all and left us with no worries. During the worse days of my life McLean Funeral home was there .Mr Don Long was extremely sensitivy to our pain and a great comfort in every moment.I will never forget how with his help we had a personal and sweet good bye to my Son! God bless you Mr Long!!
