We lost our precious cat Louis who lived to be 16. He was a core part of our home and lived inside with his brother Gilbert, 14. The quick turnaround, bringing our boy back to us quickly was wonderful. The beautiful urn, the paw prints, heart shaped holder with his fur, and all the extra touches were so comforting. Wonderful people taking care of animals that were family. We highly recommend this wonderful company in your time of sadness.

This service is amazing. They made the passing of our Sneakers amazing ! Down to the little vile of hair and the envelope of his whiskers and fur, and the paw prints. Made this so wonderfull. Receiving his ashes to place back in his home was perfect❤️neither my husband or I could even think of burying him. This is so much better❤️❤️

I was so pleased to have our Dusty back. I was disappointed that I did not ask for a paw print, but was very touched that I received one without asking. The sweet package of fur was a blessing to receive. Can’t wait till spring gets here and plant the wildflower blossom that I received. The wooden box was another unexpected gift. Thank you to Kathy&Ava for showing respect for my Maty Girl. She was the queen of our home and gave us 14 1/2 years of love. Her death was unexpected but we are glad we found a place that would treat her remains with the same love we gave her all those years. They treated her with the same love we did. Spending time in the chapel to say our final good-bye was greatly appreciated. When we picked up her remains she was still called by name and treated with respect. Every item was labeled and packaged with love. I am so glad that we found this facility. Thank you so very much!!!

Recently we lost our sweet old boy - Rain. We had this puppy for 16 years so it was a big loss to us. When asked at the Vet office if we wanted his remains we were relieved because we hadn’t thought about it at that time. Our heads were still spinning from losing him.We were called within days and so we ran up to gather him up to be back with us. On the way to get him from the vet, an hour drive, I mentioned that I wished I had gotten some fur and paw print … I vaguely remember asking for anything. When we received his remains it was a sad time but with the care they took at making sure he was respected and lovingly cared for was 100% amazing. He was in a beautiful carved wooden box and had a paw print and envelope of his fur. Also flower seeds and poem with his certificate of remains. I can’t say enough about how this company made a process that was so hard be so much brighter. I would recommend them over and over again…. You can tell they have a passion for animals by the respect they put into the remains.

The urn was beautiful...we also received a clay paw print, some of Coppers fur, the rainbow bridge poem with dried wild flowers to plant attached, together with a Certificate of Aquamation.Copper was the second of our dogs to be cremated by aquamation by Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services.Very pleased with them.

Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services did the aquamation of our forever foster Betty Boop. They did an excellent job and to me, they went above and beyond when I called asking for our last name to be put on her papers instead of the CBHR medical director. We greatly appreciate it and will be recommending their services to friends and family.

I was very touched by the service they provided for my beloved, 3 year old, Ollie Ray. This was unexpected & a terrible loss for me, unfortunately for me, I wasn’t given the chance to say my goodbyes or be with him which has been extremely painful for me, but when I picked my sweet boy up, there was a extra bag with the blankets they had him wrapped in, & I hope they know that, just that extra little bit of thoughtfulness meant the world to me & helped ease some of my pain, I will cherish them forever. Ava is amazing. My daughter’s cat got injured and I had to put him down the day after Christmas. My daughter was away with family for the week. Ava was so patient while my daughter picked out everything over the phone while I was there. Then today we got Garfield back and I can’t tell you how much it means everything they did. To loose my son was very heartbreaking, emotional, and not to mention a mental strain. Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services took the role of Family and provided one of the, if not the best services to animal lovers I personally have witness and needed.Personally I never heard of Aquamation but they assured me that it is a service that I would like and appreciate the time, effort, heart and thoughtfulness. Well I certainly was without a word shocked literally shocked. Upon receiving the beautiful blue gift bagI arrived home and when I took everything out I just lost it and began crying. The bag and it's contents blew my mind away. My baby JD was presented to me by Yadkin Valley Pet Services with such dignity, I was completely and utterly satisfied not to mention left with the question as to why when my father passed away that he wasn't given this level of dignity. My father was presented to me in a cardboard box with had a plastic bag with a metal clamp on it. No carved wooden box name plate or even a Lil bit of wildflower seeds to honor him yearly and I promise you 10 times doesn't even come close to his cremation versus my lil boy jd's aquamation.Yadkin Valley Pet Services should be commended for their professional, loving, and thoughtful ways of making sure that your love ones are cherished. Their Services and Prices to include the love and professionalism that they share with you is UNMATCHED by other vetenary offices in North Carolina in my opinion and hopefully one that is shared by many.

After losing my cat "Moe" of 17 1/2 yrs I had to make the decision as to how I wanted to lay her to rest. After researching local animal cremation I stumbled upon Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral services. I called and spoke with Cathy who was extremely nice and understanding as to what I needed. I made the drive and once I entered the door I knew I had made the right decision. Cathy explained the entire process as to how they complete the process, only because unlike most I am extremely curious. When it's your family pets time to cross over the rainbow bridge, I would highly recommend them. I lost my 9 month old kitten, Winston a few weeks ago. I knew I wanted him cremated but WOW!! They went above and beyond what I expected. A funeral service using Aquamation, a miniature canvas of his paw print, a cut of his hair and whiskers, a beautiful rainbow poem and a Certificate of the service. Who does all of that?! My boy Rocky had to be laid to rest and crossed the rainbow bridge on June 7, 2022. I requested cremation. When I got him back, I got so much more in return. I had never been in this situation before. What I expected was to get a ziploc bag with his remains. Noooooooo! That did not happen. I received a gift bag with a wooden box inside, a name placard, a certificate of his funeral service and some of his fur. I saw the box as the bag was being handed to me and my eyes welled up with tears. I thanked the receptionist, walked out the door and let the tears fall. Thank you Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services. You honored my sweet boy in the way that I would have. 💙

To loose my son was very heartbreaking, emotional, and not to mention a mental strain. Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services took the role of Family and provided one of the, if not the best services to animal lovers I personally have witness and needed.Personally I never heard of Aquamation but they assured me that it is a service that I would like and appreciate the time, effort, heart and thoughtfulness. Well I certainly was without a word shocked literally shocked. Upon receiving the beautiful blue gift bagI arrived home and when I took everything out I just lost it and began crying. The bag and it's contents blew my mind away. My baby JD was presented to me by Yadkin Valley Pet Services with such dignity, I was completely and utterly satisfied not to mention left with the question as to why when my father passed away that he wasn't given this level of dignity. My father was presented to me in a cardboard box with had a plastic bag with a metal clamp on it. No carved wooden box name plate or even a Lil bit of wildflower seeds to honor him yearly and I promise you 10 times doesn't even come close to his cremation versus my lil boy jd's aquamation.Yadkin Valley Pet Services should be commended for their professional, loving, and thoughtful ways of making sure that your love ones are cherished. Their Services and Prices to include the love and professionalism that they share with you is UNMATCHED by other vetenary offices in North Carolina in my opinion and hopefully one that is shared by many.

I lost my 9 month old kitten, Winston a few weeks ago. I knew I wanted him cremated but WOW!! They went above and beyond what I expected. A funeral service using Aquamation, a miniature canvas of his paw print, a cut of his hair and whiskers, a beautiful rainbow poem and a Certificate of the service. Who does all of that?! My boy Rocky had to be laid to rest and crossed the rainbow bridge on June 7, 2022. I requested cremation. When I got him back, I got so much more in return. I had never been in this situation before. What I expected was to get a ziploc bag with his remains. Noooooooo! That did not happen. I received a gift bag with a wooden box inside, a name placard, a certificate of his funeral service and some of his fur. I saw the box as the bag was being handed to me and my eyes welled up with tears. I thanked the receptionist, walked out the door and let the tears fall. Thank you Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services. Very thankful for this company and the service they provided for my senior cat. My sweet Bean lived to be 17 years old, and we wanted to memorialize him in a way that he would be with us forever. If you love your fur baby this is the place to bring them. I spoke with them on the phone and they were so encouraging. I could feel the empathy in their voice. I was called after hours when my baby moved out and I needed to make arrangements. They walked me through what to do and I drive an hour and a half to them. When I arrived at their location it was warm and welcoming. They asked if I wanted them to set her up in the chapel and I did. I walked in and was surprised at the set up. It was amazing. They set her up with dignity and the chapel had a comforting feel. Music played as I say with my girl and talked to her. I went into the office to do the arrangements and I picked out a pink urn (my girls color). They had an emergency with another fur baby and their family and I did not feel like I was neglected in anyway. They were able to focus on me and my needs while handling the other situation. I figured after 30 min in the office making arrangements my girl would have been removed from the chapel and to my surprise she was still there. That meant the world to me because I go to see her one last time. They explained the process to me and gave me information to help me with my grief and the grief the other fur babies were experiencing. This is the BEST place in the world for parents who lose their fur babies. These are caring and compassionate people and I am glad I listened to my heart and gut and drive so far when there was another place 20 min away. Thank you for helping me and making this process easier.

They did an excellent job with my baby. The standard urn is a beautiful wooden box, with a lovely flower design carved into the front. I was very pleased with it. They also offer jewelry, made with your pet's bone mineral, and other keepsakes. They offer aquamation, which I preferred over cremation. My family had the best experience possible at Yadkin Valley after the loss of our almost 15 year old cat, Archie. We had Archie since he was a kitten and the loss affected our family greatly. We made the decision to cremate Archie, and the work and extra effort put in by the staff here made the experience so wonderful for us. We were given a small carved wooden box with his ashes and a golden plaque with his name. In addition, we were given a small canvas with his paw print and an easel to display it. We had already been given some fur from our vet, but Yadkin Valley gave us even more and included his whiskers. Overall, they offered the best outcome to such an unfortunate situation. We could NOT thank them more. (Plus, the price was incredibly reasonable for how much we were offered.)

After helping my 18 year old kitty to cross over the rainbow bridge, I was upset to lose my companion of so many years. It was very important to me that she be cared for as lovingly after death as when she lived with me. I'm so touched to learn that Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services was chosen by my vet to care for Jasmine's remains. I put off picking her up after the vet's office called me, but I needn't have been worried about being upset when I sat down with the lovely tribute from Yadkin Valley. I so appreciate the lovely wooden box she was returned in, along with a special ornament with Jasmine's paw print and a small envelope of her cloud-soft fur. That's the first thing I noticed when I adopted her -- she had such downy-soft fur that it reminded me of a cloud. Once I read about the process used by Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services to cremate my pet's body, I felt a relief that she wasn't cremated by fire in a group of other pets. I intend to call on Yadkin Valley in the future with my remaining kitty as well as future adoptees.

This place it exceptional, My dear Katie Lynn passed to the Rainbow Bridge on Wednesday May 19, 2021 at 1600 hrs. I called Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Service to see what time they closed and was told at 4:30. Being it is a 35 minute drive. They informed me that they would wait for me to bring Katie in. I got there about 5pm and was met by the staff. They were very compassionate and brought a bed and pillow put for me to place Katie. They then placed Katie in the Chapel and allowed me to stay in the chapel as long as I needed. These are great people and treat both your fur baby and the parents with the upmost respect. I was very pleased with Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services. My sweet little man, Colby recently passed away. When I called YVPFS she was so kind, patient and understanding. I ordered a beautiful wooden keepsake box, and a charm bracelet for his ashes to be put in the charm. I received this on time and at a very reasonable price for all. Without knowing prior that I would receive this, they sent a lock of his hair, an ornament with his paw print, and a pad with his ashes and seeds that I can plant in his memory. I laid my cat Piffy to rest as he passed away on the 25th of January. Animal Arc Vet asked me if I wanted his ashes and I did. After helping my 18 year old kitty to cross over the rainbow bridge, I was upset to lose my companion of so many years. It was very important to me that she be cared for as lovingly after death as when she lived with me. I'm so touched to learn that Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services was chosen by my vet to care for Jasmine's remains. I put off picking her up after the vet's office called me, but I needn't have been worried about being upset when I sat down with the lovely tribute from Yadkin Valley. I so appreciate the lovely wooden box she was returned in, along with a special ornament with Jasmine's paw print and a small envelope of her cloud-soft fur. That's the first thing I noticed when I adopted her -- she had such downy-soft fur that it reminded me of a cloud. Once I read about the process used by Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services to cremate my pet's body, I felt a relief that she wasn't cremated by fire in a group of other pets. I intend to call on Yadkin Valley in the future with my remaining kitty as well as future adoptees.

I cannot say enough good things. My husband and myself could not be more impressed with the care, dignity, and love provided. We received our kitty back in about 2 days which was sooner than the time frame given. The extra gifts along with his remains were so sweet and and unexpected pleasant surprise. This place it exceptional, My dear Katie Lynn passed to the Rainbow Bridge on Wednesday May 19, 2021 at 1600 hrs. I called Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Service to see what time they closed and was told at 4:30. Being it is a 35 minute drive. They informed me that they would wait for me to bring Katie in. I got there about 5pm and was met by the staff. They were very compassionate and brought a bed and pillow put for me to place Katie. They then placed Katie in the Chapel and allowed me to stay in the chapel as long as I needed. These are great people and treat both your fur baby and the parents with the upmost respect. Thank you for being there in our time of need.

They went above and beyond to help my 5 year old with the grief of losing her snail. I know snails aren’t for everyone, but she meant a lot to us. Ava did amazing with her shell and even gave us a gorgeous and precious clay print of her shell. The care they take is beautiful and I am very grateful. It’s taken me awhile to harness my emotions enough to make this.After losing Duke, the loss was immense. I was left with a lot of undealt trauma and closure that was unfathomable. Ava and Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services as a whole, jumped through millions of hoops to accommodate my last minute needs. Not only that, they provided me with the most beautiful and peaceful closure I could ever ask for; not just for me, but for all of my young children. It’s still hard to believe my Old Man isn’t with me - and I still look for him every day, but I cannot thank these beautiful souls enough for what they did for my family. God forbid you lose a furever friend, but if you do, I strongly urge you to utilize these amazing individuals. 🌈 🐾

Ava went out of her way to track down our sweet Huck when he was sent to the wrong pet funeral provider. It was a holiday weekend and somehow a mistake was made at the vets office and Huck was picked up by the wrong company. Yadkin Valley had prepared 2 other Goldens for us and Ava knew that I wanted them to take care of Huck!!! She had offered to meet us on the day that Huck passed ...but I didn't want to take away from her Easter Sunday!!! Thanks to Ava, our Huck was returned to Yadkin Valley so they could provide the method of aquamation on him. He was returned to us quickly In a beautiful box. If you choose to have Aquamation services you will not go wrong with Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services!!!

Thankful and appreciative for this place and the wonderful job they did for my 17 year old daughter who's still going thru the grieving process. She has never known a day without Cobi Moon Steelman (she named him) but now she won't ever have to have him far from physically as well as in her heart.I'll be honest that I've been hit harder with his loss than I anticipated, due to the emotions I've had to see on her face and the hurt she felt which killed me. Last Friday April 30th 2021 was a heart breaking day, having to allow my service dog to cross over the rainbow bridge! My heart was at such a loss! Ava and her staff were fantastic in picking up my girl Daisy! Ava treated my best friend with dignity, and her compassion could be felt over the phone! I received her back yesterday and was so very pleased and truely amazed in all you sent me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. She meant so very much to me. You see she came to live with me not long after I had lost my dear husband Jerry. She was here for me! she was my shoulder to cry on, the glue that kept me from falling completely apart. I can not thank all of the staff here enough for taking excellent care of my fur baby Eternity. They are some of the most compassionate people I've ever met when you loose your bestfriend no matter what species your fur baby is. I even got the pleasure to meet Ollie the chinchilla after loosing mine so that was a great experience add onto of the great customer service and experience. It sucks loosing another part of the family but everyone here makes sure you and your furever baby is taken care of.

I was very pleased with Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services. My sweet little man, Colby recently passed away. When I called YVPFS she was so kind, patient and understanding. I ordered a beautiful wooden keepsake box, and a charm bracelet for his ashes to be put in the charm. I received this on time and at a very reasonable price for all. Without knowing prior that I would receive this, they sent a lock of his hair, an ornament with his paw print, and a pad with his ashes and seeds that I can plant in his memory. When I have to cross the path of losing another precious baby, I will definitely call YVPFS.

The loss of my sweet kitty Baxter has been so painful, I am devastated. I got the call that Baxter was ready to be picked up today and I cried even more. The care and respect my Baxter has recieved is surely a blessing. The beautiful box with his named engraved on it, the fur clippings and whiskers, and the certificate are amazing. We were traveling on an RV trip and lost our Yorkie suddenly due to Cancer. Not only did we have wonderful care at Mt. I laid my cat Piffy to rest as he passed away on the 25th of January. Animal Arc Vet asked me if I wanted his ashes and I did. When they gave me back his cremains, I was given his Fur, Whiskers, paw prints, a frame, extra ashes to put it in a jewelry piece, and a certificate of an Aquamation service.
