Very accommodating and almost like a breath of fresh air during such a hard time. We lost our cat Otis suddenly on a Monday evening and Ryan was more than accommodating and showed so much compassion towards our loss. Giving us ample time to have our last moments. He took the time to talk with us about our loss and just life in general. We really feel like we gained a lot through this interaction and would never hesitate to recommend his services. It’s a blessing to have his services in our area.

These guys were fantastic! We had an extremely horrific event happen one of our dearly beloved cats. They were extremely, empathetic and professional. Their prices seemed to be very reasonable, we had no reservations about paying the fees. Turn around time was very short. Additionally when I showed up to bring our girl home they had her ashes in a very nice container placed in a nice gift bag. This team appears to take their work very seriously and they seem to understand the sadness with losing a pet. I hate to have to think about using them again but let’s face reality, their services will eventually be needed some day. We will not hesitate patronage again. Thank you guys!

The kindness, understanding, sympathy and rapid response to us during our time of need is incredible. My voicemail was returned in less than 20 minutes by Ryan, the owner. This man deserves an extra star in Heaven for what he does. He listened with patience and understanding, as I was an inconsolable, teary mess. He was patient and kind. They are VERY affordable. 100% recommended. They will also work with you on weekends.

There are not enough words to express my deep gratitude for Ryan and his services.. I've had a very tough year this past year, losing my husband and then a beloved pet not long after. Ryan is so compassionate when it comes to our furry pets/family members and works with you during these hard struggling times. I will be forever grateful for all his help and will highly recommend his company always.May God continue to bless him and his family for their pure hearts and love that is shown to our beloved animals

We lost our sweet spirit after 22 years. Called Ryan he meet us the next day to pick her up, I had the pleasure of working with Ryan and always new how kind he was but, during this hard process he showed such compassion and kindness for our loss, and I will never forget that..Thank you Ryan for taking such wonderful care for our sweet girl

I called and got a return call from. Ryan in about 5 mins. Their service was impeccable. Losing a pet on a family vacation in Nags head was very difficult. We were able to have our family's dog back to us before we left to return home. I would highly recommend them.

We used Albemarle Pet Crematoria through our vet's office, and the turnaround was much, much faster than we had expected. We lost our beloved chocolate lab to cancer on Friday, and his cremains were at the vets office by Monday, and back home shortly after. The folder, bag, and the temporary tin urn were neatly and respectfully done. I would certainly use the service again.
