Tonight we brought our Frenchie to Truss in Cary on a last minute decision - the best one we could have made. The staff was so kind & loved our little girl and made her super comfortable. I was impressed with the level of thoroughness and empathy they offered. I would highly recommend this location for emergency vet care. They fixed everything and now our pup is home and sleeping off an eventful day. Thank you for taking such good care of our Bailey!

I had a wonderful experience at Truss Vet last week! Dr. Gibbons, Sam and Ruby were extremely thoughtful, thorough and gentle with my sweet kitty, Walter. They made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us in great detail. I highly recommend trusting Truss vet with the care of your pets. Everyone there was so knowledgable and comforting when we needed it most. Not to mention their office is beautiful and my cat loved exploring the exam room! Thank you, Truss!

Very easy drop off for my dog's sonogram. The Dr called with the results a couple of hours later and thoroughly explained everything. She also went over our options going forward. Everyone was very friendly and Inigo was well taken care of.

My dog had a leg injury. They were very caring, doing a thorough exam. They walked me through everything, explaining what I could do and working with me to decide what was best to do since they don’t know the dog fully. Very happy with their treatment of me and my pet and would definitely return if needed.

I can't say enough good things about Truss Vet Hospital! Dr. Stone and nurse Vanessa took excellent care of my chihuahua (aka the land shark) during an emergency situation, and we are so grateful for their kindness and expertise. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, thorough, and compassionate, making a stressful experience so much easier.What really stood out were the extra touches—the thoughtful letter in his take-home bag and the follow-up text and call to check on him. Those personal details made all the difference and reassured us that our little guy was in the best hands. My cat, Frances, had an acute issue and I brought her to Truss as recommended by my regular vet. Everyone we encountered was very kind. Dr. Stone was compassionate and very clearly and openly communicated the treatment options and collaborated with me to create a plan for her. He paid close attention to Frances and my concerns and made sure I fully understood. He and the office seamlessly sent all of the information to my vet so that there are no gaps in her care.

Very pleased with our experience at Truss. Staff were caring, polite and and kept us informed of plans. I was a little apprehensive using an Urgent Care Vet that I had no previous experience with, nor directly referred to me by a trusted source, but they were great to work with and took wonderful care of my fur-child.Even got a follow-up message the next morning to see how my girl was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed and would recommend to others without hesitation.

My dog became very sick suddenly on Sunday afternoon, and Dr. Stone and team too wonderful care of him from the first moment I called. The front desk assistant was gracious and warm as well. Dr. Stone very clearly explained each step of the process as we navigated how to determine the cause, then clearly explained his thought process and plan for treatment. I especially appreciated that we were included in each step of the decision making.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while — but wanted to share how eternally grateful I am for Truss Vet.Some background: I had spent days in/out of the ER with my cat who blocked. I had just brought him home from a ICU hospitalization stay after he had a catheter in, to realize his brother hadn’t peed in over 24 hours. Sigh. I know what that meant. I hadn’t eaten in over 32 hours, i was exhausted, stressed — all the things. I called Truss Vet as they were closer than the ER and they told me to come in right away.They were SO helpful, and unfortunately my 2nd boy was blocked. They put a catheter in for me and we went to the ICU to hospitalize him overnight after.The amount of empathy shown by this place was remarkable, as stated before i was exhausted, and hungry. They allowed me to leave to get a bite to eat while they put the catheter in. I unfortunately had many many hospital stays over the course of the next 2 months following this visit — 5 blockages among 2 cats, and a major surgery(PU). And this practice in particular is the one that stayed in my mind through it all.Dr. Schneider is absolutely amazing and i owe her so much gratitude. She saved my cat’s life, i would recommend her to anyone.Thank you Dr. Schneider, and everyone else who helped me that day. 🩷

I took my pup Ryan, a 5yo yellow lab, here when she stopped eating and started vomiting. (For a lab to not eat? Something must be seriously wrong.) This team handled the situation with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way, and giving me options (both financial and mental). Plus, they treated Ryan like the queen she is. Ryan went home happy (as did I), and she was very comfortable with the fluids and meds she received. For what this team did in the short amount of time we were there, it’s not only a great value, but an even better vet practice. (Pic is of Ryan when I told her we had to leave.)

i brought my dog in for a broken nail, and let me just say that the service was top tier. great communication, great atmosphere, all around great personnel. they took care of my pup jingle got her all bandaged up and even worked out pricing with me for the process and treatment. 10/10 would recommend for your pets needs or emergencies.

I went to the Cary location when my vet could not get me in for an emergency visit for my dog who scratched her eye. My dog is very nervous and difficult to work with. Sara put me at ease by listening and showing compassion. Dr. Gibbons is easy to talk to, explained everything well and let me ask any questions I had. Thank you!!!!

Dr. Way provided exemplary service to me and my cat. I was extraordinarily impressed with how he communicated during his initial assessment and how he walked me through each test/imaging result. Dr. Way was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and showed a great amount of kindness and compassion. Bring your pet here and they will be in great hands.My cat ended up having to be referred to an ER. Unfortunately, that ER was pretty incompetent so we transferred him to NC state. The vet at NC state did the exact treatment plan Dr. Way recommended and my cat seems to be doing better.

The nursing staff was thorough and I appreciated the transparent treatment course of action plan where they outlined options and pricing. Highly recommended!My American Bulldog, Birdie, has had inner-ear issues for years that I’ve always been able to soothe and heal through medication, until recently. One of her ear flaps formed a hematoma due to shaking her head/flapping her ears that grew exponentially within a few days and I knew I needed to act quickly.I’m fairly new to the area and her primary vet is a 45 minute drive away so I looked for emergency care in or near Cary and found Truss. They are a primary care and emergency care go-between for non-life threatening conditions.It was Memorial Day so I had planned to make an appointment for the earliest time available the following morning. But, the Cary location (closest to my home) had same day availability with no one currently waiting. I immediately booked for 8:30pm and ran out.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smiling face from the office coordinator who checked us in and quickly took us back to the exam room. Within less than a minute the assistant entered the room to take Birdie’s vitals and ask questions to understand more in-depth of what brought us in. She was so kind and gentle.Afterwards, she stepped out to speak with the vet and within minutes Dr. Way entered the exam room with a smile. By this time I was feeling more at ease. Dr. Way and I spoke about different procedures, we decided on one, and he took Birdie with him to perform the procedure.They re-entered the exam room, procedure complete, and Birdie bandaged in what felt like a flash.After being debriefed, we were on our way back home. We were in and out in less than an 45 minutes.I’ve never had a more client/patient-centric experience than I had at Truss. I would be remiss if I didn’t share my experience. Truss is absolutely amazing and I’m so grateful for each of you!Thank you Dr. Way and staff. You are the epitome of professionalism, integrity, and top notch service.Btw, I failed to mention to Dr. Way and staff that the purple flower added to Birdie’s headdress was the cherry on top and didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you a million times over for taking care of my baby and making this scared mom’s day! If you ever take on primary patients, I’ll be the first to sign up 💜💛

We had a phenomenal experience at Truss Vet with all the staff and Dr. Way. Having a sick dog is an emotional and scary experience, but they spent a lot of time going over a thorough exam as well as explaining treatment plan and diagnoses. The did not push any unneeded tests, which is always appreciated. Also, when I called around they were one of the cheapest cost wise in the Apex/Cary/Holly Springs area. I wish they offered primary care services, but for any after hours or emergency needs for your pet I would 100% recommend this office!!!

We made the 2 hour journey to the Cary office when our sweet doodle, Georgie, began having bloody stools. I cannot tell you how wonderful Dr. Stone and the entire staff were to us and Georgie. They took us back immediately and got to work on our baby. Dr Stone explained everything to us and all the costs and options were presented along with recommendations. An hour after receiving his IV therapy, our guy was already improving. We are so thankful for the love and compassion from Dr Stone and team for taking care of us. And the text the next day checking in, just know that meant so very much to us. We love you guys!

I cannot say enough about this place! From the time we walked in the door until we left, we were treated top notch! We brought our little man in on a Sunday with some urinary issues and the wait time was very manageable, considering it is an Urgent Care type facility. The gentleman at the front desk greeted us right away and went above and beyond. The nurse we saw was also very kind and compassionate (unfortunately, I don’t remember their names). Dr. Stone was exceptional! He was personable, thorough and caring. Would 💯 recommend them. Also I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t have the “odor” of a normal vet office, so bonus points there, LOL. 🐾💕

I was unable to get a vet appointment but needed to be seen today for our cat. I discovered Truss through a google search for emergency veterinary care and noticed the amazing reviews. Our need was not an emergency but urgent so I took our cat here. From the receptionist who greeted us to the Doctor, they are all amazing! It was apparent why they received such high reviews. The plan was well explained and estimate given prior to treatment. The cost was affordable for an urgent care facility. I would highly recommend them and appreciate all their help!

I just left there after an emergency visit because my dog was extremely sick and it came on suddenly. This was by far the best experience I have had with a vet and I really appreciate the care that they put into our emergency visit. The vet took the time to go through a plan thoroughly in order to diagnose my dog. Thankfully the vet knew what was wrong with my dog after testing, and was able to refer me to an emergency room to be admitted overnight. If you’re having any emergency with your pet, definitely take them to Truss. I’m so grateful.

Had such a great experience after I needed to make an urgent appointment for my dog. We were seen within ten minutes and Dr. Gibbons and Madison were so kind and helpful. They loved on my German Shepherd and were so thoughtful in their care plan and keeping cost as low as possible for us. I told them he was reactive to other dogs and there was no judgement and they were all helpful with coordinating minimal interactions with other animals. The team is welcoming, funny, and have great energy that my dog responded to so well.

Incredible experience at Truss Vet. Our regular vet was unavailable and our 7 week old kitten had a possible leg injury. They took us right in and gave great care. Dr Stone and his staff kept us well informed and gave us wonderful customer service. You could really tell they were glad to have us as a patient. Beautiful office and very convenient to get to. We really felt we were in good hands. Also, kitten is doing great.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the Truss Vet Cary team and all they did for my cat. I called and made an appointment for just two hours later. The staff were excellent and professional, and the services were delivered shockingly quickly. Fastest clinic visit I have ever experienced! I had a doctor’s appointment for myself later in the afternoon, and they did a great job getting us in and out so that I could get to it on time while also providing quality care for my cat, which I greatly appreciated. We are from out of town and needed to visit Truss Vet Urgent Care to get my Yorkie's eye checked out. We were grateful it was open because all the vets were closing or were already closed on a Sunday evening. We had a great experience I highly recommend this vet urgent care center.We had a great experience at Truss Vet. The vet was knowledgeable and explained what was going on with his eye and it turned out to not be a bad condition but due to the previous dilation of the eye and it's natural green anatomy due to its ability to see at night. His eyeball looked green which looked concerning but he assured us it was natural. He also checked that the original reason his eye had issues (an eye scratch) was healed up and it was. He removed the cone around his neck and we went home happy and relieved.

Our visit on Sunday was exceptional. Dr. Schneider is top notch. Her demeanor is one of an educated, calm, soft spoken, caring veterinarian. The vet tech who worked with us was also thorough, and detailed. I believe her name is Nasara. We were stressed about possibly loosing our little girl (a cat) and the staff there did everything they could to relieve our stress and focus on the matter at hand. All documents, x-rays, medication information, diagnostic information, and all records were forwarded to our local vet the next morning - as promised.This is a very professional business and gratefully, one that is open on weekends. If your pet is in distress, this service is one to travel to for assistance.My sincere thanks to Dr. Schneider and all the staff at the Cary location.Elsa’s dad and mum.

I came here for a second opinion for my dog after a vet on rotation at his primary care wrote him off and just said to go to the hospital. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and put in a room. Within 10 minutes we were seen by Kelsey who was very friendly and gave me an estimate of potential diagnostic tests, but said the doctor would decide if those tests were necessary. Within 10 minutes Dr. Gibbons came, checked out my pup and was so honest and transparent on what our next course of action was. He was not doing a bunch of unnecessary tests and gave a thorough treatment plan based on my pups needs. This was the best vet visit I have ever had. We will be back but hopefully not too soon.

I have now used Truss Vet twice for my senior cat. The first time I rushed her to them on a Sunday afternoon after she had vomited blood and had blood in her stool. They got us seen right away and diagnostic testing immediately. We recieved the grim diagnosis of GI lymphoma. They were extremely caring and went over all our options. After choosing a more conservative option since my cat was 17, she went on to live another 1.5 years with. She started to deteriorate but still had quality of life. Unfortunately on yet again another Sunday evening, she deteriorated to the point where she was having difficulty breathing and in distress. Since I knew it was her time, I rushed to Truss Vet again after calling ahead to see if they could be ready to ease her pain and suffering. They ensured they would be ready on our arrival to help her go peacefully. Unfortunately her heart gave out just before we got there. When we arrived, the team were so thoughtful and caring. They helped give us time to say goodbye and then helped arrange aftercare despite not having treated her. It was very comforting knowing that there is an exceptional team available for an emergency and for times of comfort when normal Vet offices are closed. I can't say enough about their compassion and care for animals. Although I do not wish for any future urgent events with my other animals, it is comforting to know I have a phenomenal option with Truss Vet.

I very highly recommend this vet. They are very very clear on courses of action that may be taken, the prices that will be associated with them, and the potential risks. They are caring and knowledgeable while still being very empathetic. My puppy went in after some GI issues and Dr. Schneider and Jazmine took such good care of him. He’s starting to feel better but I left with them having set me up with a plan A, B and C depending on what happened through the rest of the night. They certainly exceeded my expectations!

I was unable to get a vet appointment but needed to be seen today for our cat. I discovered Truss through a google search for emergency veterinary care and noticed the amazing reviews. Our need was not an emergency but urgent so I took our cat here. From the receptionist who greeted us to the Doctor, they are all amazing! It was apparent why they received such high reviews. I just left there after an emergency visit because my dog was extremely sick and it came on suddenly. This was by far the best experience I have had with a vet and I really appreciate the care that they put into our emergency visit. The vet took the time to go through a plan thoroughly in order to diagnose my dog. Thankfully the vet knew what was wrong with my dog after testing, and was able to refer me to an emergency room to be admitted overnight. Had such a great experience after I needed to make an urgent appointment for my dog. We were seen within ten minutes and Dr. Gibbons and Madison were so kind and helpful. They loved on my German Shepherd and were so thoughtful in their care plan and keeping cost as low as possible for us. Incredible experience at Truss Vet. Our regular vet was unavailable and our 7 week old kitten had a possible leg injury. They took us right in and gave great care. From start to finish my experience was top notch. I called because my dog (orange harness) ate pieces of rubber duck and my vet recommended induced vomiting. From my first phone call, Truss was reassuring, calm, and capable. They made an appointment right away for me. I didn't get the name of the woman on the phone/front desk but she was great!Nurse Madison and Dr. Way evaluated/treated my dog and were both very informative of the entire process, what to expect next, etc.I was able to pay for the service in the exam room which is so nice when you've got two terriers and potential other animals/people in the lobby.I definitely recommend this clinic if you have any urgent care needs.

Shot out to Dr. Way and the wonderful staff at Truss Vet Urgent Care in Cary. It is a very nice, new facility that offers urgent care with external sonogram and radiograph machines. We had to take our 12.5 year old Brussels Griffon in on Sunday morning and they were able to take him into their care for 8 hours to give him fluids and encourage his appetite. We felt secure and reassured that he was in the best of hands! They were able to pinpoint the issues and clearly communicated the necessary after care to keep him on the mend. We are very grateful for their warm and compassionate bedside manner and are very pleased to share our positive experience.🐾💗

We took our 10 year old dog to Truss for an emergency visit after she was bitten and had a tear in her eyelid. Not only did they repair the tear with stitches, they did a thorough exam and addressed a severe ear infection and noted arthritic findings in her leg as well as a puncture in her neck that required cleaning and drainage. They went above and beyond to ensure my baby had the best possible care. Service was fast but completely competent and thorough. They loved my dog as much as I do as the owner. I highly recommend Truss for your emergency pet needs. Prices were fair as well. They gave clear options so I knew what to expect before the procedures started.Update: our dog is completely healed and it looks like it never happened. The cosmetic surgery was great!

We took our dog in for a puncture wound on the face and went to a place we’ve used twice before and was good but this time it was not a pleasant experience so we left. The next morning I called around and found Truss. They were so wonderful and kind and did exactly what was needed and did not try to upsale us on tests that weren’t necessary. I can't say enough good things about our experience here today. Our cat needed urgent care. He's a senior with many known issues. From the first phone call, to working with Vet techs, to the vet, to the bill - absolutely everything was better than I could have hoped for. We were seen about 30 min after calling and my unruly, but sweet kitty was treated with the utmost care. We are from out of town and needed to visit Truss Vet Urgent Care to get my Yorkie's eye checked out. We were grateful it was open because all the vets were closing or were already closed on a Sunday evening. We had a great experience I highly recommend this vet urgent care center.We had a great experience at Truss Vet. The vet was knowledgeable and explained what was going on with his eye and it turned out to not be a bad condition but due to the previous dilation of the eye and it's natural green anatomy due to its ability to see at night. His eyeball looked green which looked concerning but he assured us it was natural. He also checked that the original reason his eye had issues (an eye scratch) was healed up and it was. He removed the cone around his neck and we went home happy and relieved.

Our visit on Sunday was exceptional. Dr. Schneider is top notch. Her demeanor is one of an educated, calm, soft spoken, caring veterinarian. The vet tech who worked with us was also thorough, and detailed. I believe her name is Nasara. We were stressed about possibly loosing our little girl (a cat) and the staff there did everything they could to relieve our stress and focus on the matter at hand. All documents, x-rays, medication information, diagnostic information, and all records were forwarded to our local vet the next morning - as promised.This is a very professional business and gratefully, one that is open on weekends. We took our cat to Truss Vet when he started getting sick. Truss Durham sent us to Cary because we'd have the option of doing an abdominal ultrasound to found out more about the cause. The Truss team was kind, explanations of findings and possible causes were thorough, and they helped us transfer care to Blue Pearl for further testing and more intensive palliative care. Sadly, the "worst case" scenario of lymphoma ended up being the likely scenario, and we did lose Monty a couple weeks later. We're so grateful that Truss helped us get clearer answers to our questions and do everything we could, if only for our peace of mind and knowing it wasn't our fault our buddy couldn't bounce back. Our Cat Simon was in trouble . Not eating not drinking and not going to the cat box. This can become serious in short order if not sorted out quickly. The entire staff from the front intake at Trus a fellow who I do not know his name dark hair glasses facial hair neat was fantastic Destiny the Vet Assistant WOW Great and Dr Jenn Schneider who was so obvious of her concern and intent. After careful exam a plan was put into action. Simon 1 day later is now eating, drinking using the cat box.The pricing well its reasonable. We had gone the day before to another vet and it was awful, expensive incompliant money hungry and should be exposed for what they are. Veterinary Emergency Group Located across from HT off Kildare.Not this team at Trus Vet. I do not know the other Vets and people. But these 3 are Fabulous. We thank them.

The next morning I called around and found Truss. They were so wonderful and kind and did exactly what was needed and did not try to upsale us on tests that weren’t necessary. And even did a more thorough exam for a lesser fee than the other place. Dr. Way also took time and explained everything to me about the situation. I’m so thankful. I can't say enough good things about our experience here today. Our cat needed urgent care. He's a senior with many known issues. From the first phone call, to working with Vet techs, to the vet, to the bill - absolutely everything was better than I could have hoped for. We were seen about 30 min after calling and my unruly, but sweet kitty was treated with the utmost care. Our individual situation was taken into to consideration and Jojo received exactly what he needed. If you have an urgent situation, this is the place you want to take your pet.

My dog has a broken foot and had been in a splint for almost 7 weeks. Today he managed to destroy his splint despite having his cone of shame on. Truss Vet was able to see him immediately and put a new splint on his leg. They were absolutely wonderful, kind, and very caring. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. To note Blue Pearl, my local emergency vet, was unable to fit us in despite this being very much an emergency. I’m not a client here but I brought a cat I found on the street and my gosh the staff(esp Samantha) was so helpful! They checked the cat for a chip, and got in contact with the owners. The cat had pooped and peed in the carrier and they even cleaned both the cat and carrier. They also offered us drinks and snacks while we waited for the owner to come pick up their cat, and kept communicating with us. If I ever had to take a pet somewhere it would definitely be here with their services and kindness. Hoping they open a vet clinic for routine check ups soon 🫶🏽

Makayla and Dr Gibbons were very caring, efficient and helpful. They did many tests onsite to help inform us of the situation. And they were very helpful in sending us to an animal ER from there, as we needed further care. (Truss is an urgent care, comparable to that role in human terms). This included transferring all the tests done at Truss and having a referral organized for us so we already had a room ready for our dog in the ER. The facility at Truss is also clean and organized. We had to bring our cat in for a suspected abcess. Staff was wonderful we were put immediately into a room and the nurse took vitals both the technician and the CSR were warm and friendly providing excellent customer service. Dr Gibbons was great he listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. He even noted a heart murmur that was not previously identified. My only issue was that I forgot to bring a sweater as it was a bit cold in the exam room. we sadly needed a vet Memorial weekend to put our cat Harvey to sleep.. we were devastated but everyone at Truss was so extremely compassionate and caring..(I hope I get the names right) the moment we walked in (a blubbering mess I might add) Jared led us to a room with a chair and a sofa (not a clinical sterile exam room). he was very caring and understanding. Then Madison came in and explained the process and asked if we had any questions. she also was very caring and understanding.They told us we could take as much time as needed. When we were ready Dr Schneider came in and she again explained the process. she was very gentle as the gave the injections. she checked a couple time to make absolutely sure he was gone and then left us alone with him for as long as we needed. The staff at Truss Vets made this horrible experience as good as it could have been. If I ever need this service again I would 100% go back to them! They were very compassionate and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye.

We took our cat to Truss Vet when he started getting sick. Truss Durham sent us to Cary because we'd have the option of doing an abdominal ultrasound to found out more about the cause. The Truss team was kind, explanations of findings and possible causes were thorough, and they helped us transfer care to Blue Pearl for further testing and more intensive palliative care. Sadly, the "worst case" scenario of lymphoma ended up being the likely scenario, and we did lose Monty a couple weeks later. We're so grateful that Truss helped us get clearer answers to our questions and do everything we could, if only for our peace of mind and knowing it wasn't our fault our buddy couldn't bounce back. Our Cat Simon was in trouble . Not eating not drinking and not going to the cat box. This can become serious in short order if not sorted out quickly. The entire staff from the front intake at Trus a fellow who I do not know his name dark hair glasses facial hair neat was fantastic Destiny the Vet Assistant WOW Great and Dr Jenn Schneider who was so obvious of her concern and intent. After careful exam a plan was put into action. Simon 1 day later is now eating, drinking using the cat box.The pricing well its reasonable. We had gone the day before to another vet and it was awful, expensive incompliant money hungry and should be exposed for what they are. My kitty got very sick suddenly. My regular vet said a house call wouldn't be sufficient and recommended i go to Truss Vet urgent care. Thankfully very near my house and they could see Sweetie right away. After a quick diagnosis, it was determined that my 16 1/2 year old girl could not recuperate, and letting her go would be the kind thing. The doctor was soooo compassionate, and they put us in a private grieving room to allow as much time as needed with her. After much crying and loving on my girl, it was time to say goodbye. Thankfully, my sister was with me, and Sweetie left very peacefully with a loving, kind doctor easing her on her way.

The second you walk in, you're greeted with care and empathy. It was unlike any other vet or urgent clinic I've ever been in, and, should I ever need it, will always be my first and only choice for care for my precious companions.The space they have created is unique and inviting. You don't feel like you've entered an emergency vet. If anything, it feels like a doctor's office, and they treat each patient as you would treat a sick child. It almost doesn't even feel like you're at the vet.They offer everything you would need to be as comfortable as possible: refreshments, comfortable chairs, and inviting atmosphere. Every staff member treats your pet as their own, with care and love unlike anything I've experienced before. It really was moving and has changed my perception of what a vet visit should be like.We had to put down our sweet girl after two days of her staying here with an IV and I could not believe how kind and thoughtful the staff were. They spoiled her rotten for her last hours and sent us lots of pictures of her so we could see how she was doing. When the time came for the hardest decision a pet owner can make, Dr. Waltz and Madison made sure we were fully taken care of and made it so much easier for us than past experiences.Dr. Waltz, Madison, and the rest of the staff handled everything with grace and compassion, allowing us time to cuddle our sweet girl in a private room with cozy blankets for as long as we needed before letting us know exactly what was going to happen so there would be no surprises. It really did make a very painful experience so much easier and I would highly recommend this team of amazing nurses and doctors to anyone who has reached this impossible decision. They really do care about each and every animal that enters those doors and they make it evident in every single thing they do.Truss Vet has truly changed my expectations of urgent pet care and they will always be my choice from now on.

Absolutely amazing! This was the second emergency vet in 4 days I’d been to and Barnabus was now declining with no known cause. Dr Gibbons didn’t automatically jump to the typical “in-the-box” answer, he didn’t rush. He listened, got a detailed history, thorough physical exam, spent time with Barnabus and discussed a detailed plan. I felt more than happy with the care and staff, from the moment we walked in. I thought for sure I was going to have a $1000 vet bill. Nope. Only $585 because they had to do labs, worm testing, giardia testing, fecal sample, etc. I’ve been having a really hard past two years due to my son being in and out of the hospital 12 times in the past two years. It’s been a financial struggle and to hear that this veterinary urgent care charges little for these tests…I was shocked. All labs and tests: $49. You need an abdominal x-ray? $300 max. My dog didn’t need one, thank goodness. All of my stuff was $585 because I got all of the meds and IV fluids for my dog, which wasn’t necessary. That’s on top of the labs, the fecal sample, and the vet room fees. To me, that’s reasonable. The staff were super nice and friendly. This is a great place to go if you have urgent needs for your pet(s). Paco is feeling a lot better, thankfully. The meds have done some good! Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet boy!

I brought my geriatric Jack Russell Terrier, Daphne, into Truss Vet today because she was feeling poorly. I should preface this by saying that I'm a veterinary nurse of 16 years (general practice), so when something happens with one of my own babies that I can't deal with in-house, or that "can't wait until Monday" when I can bring her to work, you know that I'm incredibly worried. The wait wasn't terribly long, and expectations were managed up-front. The facility itself is beautiful, calming, and very clean - and again, considering my career, there are little "gotcha" things that I look for in a hospital - and I found none of those things. I was treated with kindness and respect from the second I walked in, and so was my Daphne. Dr. Schneider was thorough but in all the right ways, and I trusted her assessment of what was going on, and thoroughly appreciated that she went through every proposed diagnostic prior to completing anything (I was alarmed at how reasonable the prices were, truthfully!). It's very obvious to me that she knows exactly what she's doing, and again - I'm a very tough customer to please. Daphne's nurses (Maddie and Ruby) were clearly skilled and gentle with my sweet old lady, and I would trust them to take care of any of my pets. It's also clear that the people who work at Truss LOVE working there. Now, as Daphne is resting and recovering from a terrible pancreatitis flare, I can rest easy knowing there's a great option for those "oh, crap" moments that often occur after business hours at my home clinic, and when a big emergency/trauma center isn't appropriate. Truss Vet is an establishment that a seasoned veterinary professional can feel good about taking their pet to - and that's a massive undertaking and monumentally hard to accomplish. Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart (and Daphne's!). Can't wait to see what great things you guys do for the vet-med community in the Triangle.

We were visiting a friend in Cary and Daisy had had some issues with her stool for quite some time. We live out of town. We were trying to wait til we returned to our home vet, but ultimately decided it was time to have her checked sooner than later. We went to Truss on a Monday night around 9 pm. The staff was so attentive, listened fully to what had been going on with her for the past 3-4 weeks, involved us in the decision-making for tests, kept us informed throughout the visit, and shared everything that was going on. Once all tests were back, a plan of care was discussed, and reviewed and we were sent out the door with a plan. We never felt rushed (even though we were there after the closing hour) and felt so comfortable and reassured. Even after leaving, they texted to check on her, answered my countless questions and worries almost daily, and reassured me to be patient and stick with the plan. We are now on day 9 of the 14-day plan and she is significantly better and I know that will continue. I wish I lived closer to bring her to these caring individuals all the time. We took out Sweet Beau in after hours, they were accommodating and their customer service was top tier. Even with the Shortages with Hospitals that are equipped with surgery capabilities they went above and beyond for my best bud! They gave clear and concise instructions that saved his life. They worked well with the Hospital that ended up doing the Foreign Body object removal. They went out of their way to follow up to see how his surgery went and it meant a lot to me! This was our second successful experience at Truss. The first time, our dog needed urgent care and he recovered on the Truss treatment plan. This time, our 14.5 year old cat needed urgent care (when the phones were down at our regular vet due to Hurricane Debby). She was very sick with a 105 temperature. I took her to our regular vet the next day and he said her treatment plan was just what he would have prescribed. She recovered a few days later as they predicted. They don’t have all the diagnostic equipment that others have, so just be prepared to ask about their limitations. Nonetheless, the doctors have very good instincts and your pets should be in hood hands.

The first time we went to this vet, it was a wonderful experience, But this last time we went, was anything, butJust doesn’t seem like anybody could get any of their information, correct, The ladies took 20 minutes to sell me on a medication that they did not even have in stock. So she sent it to a pharmacy that wasn’t even close to my house( When I told her there was a CVS within walking distance)Not to mention the medication cost four times as much, and nobody informed me of this, Then she charged me $18.74 for one pill… So I told her back and I was like why am I paying $20 for one pill when you just sent me to the pharmacy to Pick up a prescriptionOn top of it, the lady told me it would be ready in 30 minutes At the pharmacy, When I pull up to the pharmacy, she said she did not say that she said it would be ready at quarter to one which was an hour and 40 minutes..Just seems like nobody’s got their facts. Nobody’s really Double checking any information before sending people on their way. Definitely could use some more professionalism and attention to detail

1st if you don't need 24/7 care or to be seen past 10pm, they are by far the most affordable urgent vet, I called around 1st and asked about exam fee and quote for Xrays, which is how I landed at visiting Truss.2nd staff and Dr. Gibbons were all fantastic. Dr. Gibbons recommended NECESSARY test and provided immediate. medication needed for my dog. Since my dog was alert and there were no concern of anything fatal, I was able to take my dog to her regular vet the next morning for blood work which is obviously more affordable. There was no delay in them sending her records and they had them by the time they opened the next morning. Dr. Gibbons was truly compassionate and explained everything with me, even covered stuff he saw on her xray that had nothing to do with our visit.The team sent a text the next day to follow up and see how my dog was doing too, which I really appreciated.Thank you Dr. Gibbons & Team!

My kitty got very sick suddenly. My regular vet said a house call wouldn't be sufficient and recommended i go to Truss Vet urgent care. Thankfully very near my house and they could see Sweetie right away. After a quick diagnosis, it was determined that my 16 1/2 year old girl could not recuperate, and letting her go would be the kind thing. The doctor was soooo compassionate, and they put us in a private grieving room to allow as much time as needed with her. After much crying and loving on my girl, it was time to say goodbye. Thankfully, my sister was with me, and Sweetie left very peacefully with a loving, kind doctor easing her on her way.

The second you walk in, you're greeted with care and empathy. It was unlike any other vet or urgent clinic I've ever been in, and, should I ever need it, will always be my first and only choice for care for my precious companions.The space they have created is unique and inviting. You don't feel like you've entered an emergency vet. If anything, it feels like a doctor's office, and they treat each patient as you would treat a sick child. It almost doesn't even feel like you're at the vet.They offer everything you would need to be as comfortable as possible: refreshments, comfortable chairs, and inviting atmosphere. Every staff member treats your pet as their own, with care and love unlike anything I've experienced before. It really was moving and has changed my perception of what a vet visit should be like.We had to put down our sweet girl after two days of her staying here with an IV and I could not believe how kind and thoughtful the staff were. They spoiled her rotten for her last hours and sent us lots of pictures of her so we could see how she was doing. When the time came for the hardest decision a pet owner can make, Dr. Waltz and Madison made sure we were fully taken care of and made it so much easier for us than past experiences.Dr. Waltz, Madison, and the rest of the staff handled everything with grace and compassion, allowing us time to cuddle our sweet girl in a private room with cozy blankets for as long as we needed before letting us know exactly what was going to happen so there would be no surprises. It really did make a very painful experience so much easier and I would highly recommend this team of amazing nurses and doctors to anyone who has reached this impossible decision. They really do care about each and every animal that enters those doors and they make it evident in every single thing they do.Truss Vet has truly changed my expectations of urgent pet care and they will always be my choice from now on.

Absolutely amazing! This was the second emergency vet in 4 days I’d been to and Barnabus was now declining with no known cause. Dr Gibbons didn’t automatically jump to the typical “in-the-box” answer, he didn’t rush. He listened, got a detailed history, thorough physical exam, spent time with Barnabus and discussed a detailed plan. I felt more than happy with the care and staff, from the moment we walked in. Mia and Dr Gibbons were both great. Will keep using in the future :)

I thought for sure I was going to have a $1000 vet bill. Nope. Only $585 because they had to do labs, worm testing, giardia testing, fecal sample, etc. I’ve been having a really hard past two years due to my son being in and out of the hospital 12 times in the past two years. It’s been a financial struggle and to hear that this veterinary urgent care charges little for these tests…I was shocked. All labs and tests: $49. You need an abdominal x-ray? $300 max. My dog didn’t need one, thank goodness. All of my stuff was $585 because I got all of the meds and IV fluids for my dog, which wasn’t necessary. That’s on top of the labs, the fecal sample, and the vet room fees. To me, that’s reasonable. The staff were super nice and friendly. This is a great place to go if you have urgent needs for your pet(s). Paco is feeling a lot better, thankfully. The meds have done some good! Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet boy!

I brought my geriatric Jack Russell Terrier, Daphne, into Truss Vet today because she was feeling poorly. I should preface this by saying that I'm a veterinary nurse of 16 years (general practice), so when something happens with one of my own babies that I can't deal with in-house, or that "can't wait until Monday" when I can bring her to work, you know that I'm incredibly worried. The wait wasn't terribly long, and expectations were managed up-front. The facility itself is beautiful, calming, and very clean - and again, considering my career, there are little "gotcha" things that I look for in a hospital - and I found none of those things. I was treated with kindness and respect from the second I walked in, and so was my Daphne. Dr. Schneider was thorough but in all the right ways, and I trusted her assessment of what was going on, and thoroughly appreciated that she went through every proposed diagnostic prior to completing anything (I was alarmed at how reasonable the prices were, truthfully!). It's very obvious to me that she knows exactly what she's doing, and again - I'm a very tough customer to please. Daphne's nurses (Maddie and Ruby) were clearly skilled and gentle with my sweet old lady, and I would trust them to take care of any of my pets. It's also clear that the people who work at Truss LOVE working there. Now, as Daphne is resting and recovering from a terrible pancreatitis flare, I can rest easy knowing there's a great option for those "oh, crap" moments that often occur after business hours at my home clinic, and when a big emergency/trauma center isn't appropriate. Truss Vet is an establishment that a seasoned veterinary professional can feel good about taking their pet to - and that's a massive undertaking and monumentally hard to accomplish. Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart (and Daphne's!). Can't wait to see what great things you guys do for the vet-med community in the Triangle.

We were visiting a friend in Cary and Daisy had had some issues with her stool for quite some time. We live out of town. We were trying to wait til we returned to our home vet, but ultimately decided it was time to have her checked sooner than later. We went to Truss on a Monday night around 9 pm. The staff was so attentive, listened fully to what had been going on with her for the past 3-4 weeks, involved us in the decision-making for tests, kept us informed throughout the visit, and shared everything that was going on. Once all tests were back, a plan of care was discussed, and reviewed and we were sent out the door with a plan. We never felt rushed (even though we were there after the closing hour) and felt so comfortable and reassured. Even after leaving, they texted to check on her, answered my countless questions and worries almost daily, and reassured me to be patient and stick with the plan. We are now on day 9 of the 14-day plan and she is significantly better and I know that will continue. I wish I lived closer to bring her to these caring individuals all the time. Thank you so much to Dr. Schneider, Mikayla and all of the others who answered my texts and calls. Please come open a branch in Brunswick County!! Thank you again. Trish & Daisy

We took out Sweet Beau in after hours, they were accommodating and their customer service was top tier. Even with the Shortages with Hospitals that are equipped with surgery capabilities they went above and beyond for my best bud! They gave clear and concise instructions that saved his life. They worked well with the Hospital that ended up doing the Foreign Body object removal. They went out of their way to follow up to see how his surgery went and it meant a lot to me! This isn’t just your average urgent care…these people LOVE what they do and genuinely care about your animal as if they knew them their whole life!!

This was our second successful experience at Truss. The first time, our dog needed urgent care and he recovered on the Truss treatment plan. This time, our 14.5 year old cat needed urgent care (when the phones were down at our regular vet due to Hurricane Debby). She was very sick with a 105 temperature. I took her to our regular vet the next day and he said her treatment plan was just what he would have prescribed. She recovered a few days later as they predicted. They don’t have all the diagnostic equipment that others have, so just be prepared to ask about their limitations. Nonetheless, the doctors have very good instincts and your pets should be in hood hands.

The first time we went to this vet, it was a wonderful experience, But this last time we went, was anything, butJust doesn’t seem like anybody could get any of their information, correct, The ladies took 20 minutes to sell me on a medication that they did not even have in stock. So she sent it to a pharmacy that wasn’t even close to my house( When I told her there was a CVS within walking distance)Not to mention the medication cost four times as much, and nobody informed me of this, Then she charged me $18.74 for one pill… So I told her back and I was like why am I paying $20 for one pill when you just sent me to the pharmacy to Pick up a prescriptionOn top of it, the lady told me it would be ready in 30 minutes At the pharmacy, When I pull up to the pharmacy, she said she did not say that she said it would be ready at quarter to one which was an hour and 40 minutes..Just seems like nobody’s got their facts. Nobody’s really Double checking any information before sending people on their way. Definitely could use some more professionalism and attention to detail

1st if you don't need 24/7 care or to be seen past 10pm, they are by far the most affordable urgent vet, I called around 1st and asked about exam fee and quote for Xrays, which is how I landed at visiting Truss.2nd staff and Dr. Gibbons were all fantastic. Dr. Gibbons recommended NECESSARY test and provided immediate. medication needed for my dog. Since my dog was alert and there were no concern of anything fatal, I was able to take my dog to her regular vet the next morning for blood work which is obviously more affordable. There was no delay in them sending her records and they had them by the time they opened the next morning. Dr. Gibbons was truly compassionate and explained everything with me, even covered stuff he saw on her xray that had nothing to do with our visit.The team sent a text the next day to follow up and see how my dog was doing too, which I really appreciated.Thank you Dr. Gibbons & Team!

Camping ant Jordan Lake and my dog got a laceration on her ear. Reached out to a local vet who referred us to an urgent care. When I called Truss Vet we were told to come on in. When we arrived we within minute after arriving we were taken to a room, within 20 minutes we had been seen my the nurse and had already seen the doctor. Those who have pets know that a trip to the urgent care can take hours just to be seen. The facility looked more like a spa than an urgent care, super clean and they offer refreshments while you wait, professional and friendly staff that explained exactly what needed to be done for my pup and what they would be doing. Don't ever take your animals here ever. My daughter-in-law took their dog here yesterday to figure out why she couldn't walk why she wasn't eating why she was having seizures and all they did was just do test after test and jack up the bill to $2000 only to tell them oh we don't know what's wrong with her. We have no idea.They wanted to give meds but yet had no idea what they were giving meds for. My daughter-in-law took her dog out to the car and she had another seizure in the car now she hasn't walked since she got home. She won't eat. She won't drink. She can't do anything so they're going have to put their dog down and all they wanted was answers to help fix her. This vet is a joke. Don't take your dogs here if you really want them to live.

First veterinary urgent care that didn’t make me wait hours to be seen! I noticed an issue with my dog, I called my regular vet and they referred me to Tuss. I went on the website, made an appoint for asap. 30 minutes later, I got there, checked in, and was seen by the nurse within a few minutes. Tests were done quickly and symptoms addressed. The doctor also noticed an additional issue that had been a concern of mine since my dog was a puppy (now senior) and she was the only vet I felt took it as seriously as I did. Now I’m going to follow up with my dog’s primary care for more information. Overall great experience and my dog and I were treated with respect.Also, SO CLEAN!!! The place was immaculate!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! We brought our 10 month old kitten in on Wednesday 8/14 with complaints of vomiting and diarrhea tinged with blood. These people ran tests that had NOTHING to do with his symptoms, gave him an anti-nausea injection and some probiotic sprinkles to put on his food (although they were told he wasn’t eating). We were told if he vomited again in the next 24 hours to bring him back. He did not vomit again, however, he continued to get worse. I called them Thursday evening because he still hadn’t eaten and was continuing to have diarrhea. They set us up with a 10am appointment Friday where they did another physical exam and charged us a re-exam fee, although he was just there less than 48 hours prior. They were going to charge us hundreds of dollars more to do any testing that was relatively related to his symptoms, so we took him elsewhere. The other vet quickly did X-rays and found a major blockage in his intestines. His blood levels were off the charts due to the amount of time he was down, and there was nothing that could be done at that time. We let our guy take a walk on the rainbow bridge far too soon! If this vet had done the proper diagnostics, our little guy would still be here! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I used Truss Vet this morning after my dog decided to chase a rabbit at 230a and severely tore a toenail and we weren’t able to get into our usual vet. I was able to easily schedule her appointment online at 10am for right when they opened. The staff was wonderful and very Pitbull-friendly as my girl is a goofy staffy. Dr. Waltz was wonderful. She did a good exam, was clear on the treatment need and expectations. The price estimates were thorough. They treated my dog quickly and provided complete aftercare for pain and infection prevent. The process was easy, the staff was kind, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this clinic and would definitely utilize their services again!

They gave solid, reasoned recommendations based on their observations and my dog’s history and provided transparent and affordable pricing to make it happen. Camping ant Jordan Lake and my dog got a laceration on her ear. Reached out to a local vet who referred us to an urgent care. When I called Truss Vet we were told to come on in. When we arrived we within minute after arriving we were taken to a room, within 20 minutes we had been seen my the nurse and had already seen the doctor. Those who have pets know that a trip to the urgent care can take hours just to be seen. The facility looked more like a spa than an urgent care, super clean and they offer refreshments while you wait, professional and friendly staff that explained exactly what needed to be done for my pup and what they would be doing. Don't ever take your animals here ever. My daughter-in-law took their dog here yesterday to figure out why she couldn't walk why she wasn't eating why she was having seizures and all they did was just do test after test and jack up the bill to $2000 only to tell them oh we don't know what's wrong with her. We have no idea.They wanted to give meds but yet had no idea what they were giving meds for. My daughter-in-law took her dog out to the car and she had another seizure in the car now she hasn't walked since she got home. She won't eat. She won't drink. She can't do anything so they're going have to put their dog down and all they wanted was answers to help fix her. This vet is a joke. Don't take your dogs here if you really want them to live.

The team at the Cary location are absolutely phenomenal. I had to bring my dog in last month and they took such good care of him. They explained all the options and provided costs upfront. I found the costs to be quite reasonable considering they are an urgent care facility. Sadly, my dog was not doing well so I brought him back for their End of Life services and the level of empathy and compassion was truly heartwarming (even right down to little details-see picture.) While I hope you don’t need urgent services for your beloved pet, but if you do, this is the place to go. Truly a wonderful group of people that work here. Thank you all so much for everything. ❤️

First veterinary urgent care that didn’t make me wait hours to be seen! I noticed an issue with my dog, I called my regular vet and they referred me to Tuss. I went on the website, made an appoint for asap. 30 minutes later, I got there, checked in, and was seen by the nurse within a few minutes. Tests were done quickly and symptoms addressed. The doctor also noticed an additional issue that had been a concern of mine since my dog was a puppy (now senior) and she was the only vet I felt took it as seriously as I did. Now I’m going to follow up with my dog’s primary care for more information. Overall great experience and my dog and I were treated with respect.Also, SO CLEAN!!! The place was immaculate!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! We brought our 10 month old kitten in on Wednesday 8/14 with complaints of vomiting and diarrhea tinged with blood. These people ran tests that had NOTHING to do with his symptoms, gave him an anti-nausea injection and some probiotic sprinkles to put on his food (although they were told he wasn’t eating). We were told if he vomited again in the next 24 hours to bring him back. He did not vomit again, however, he continued to get worse. I called them Thursday evening because he still hadn’t eaten and was continuing to have diarrhea. They set us up with a 10am appointment Friday where they did another physical exam and charged us a re-exam fee, although he was just there less than 48 hours prior. They were going to charge us hundreds of dollars more to do any testing that was relatively related to his symptoms, so we took him elsewhere. The other vet quickly did X-rays and found a major blockage in his intestines. His blood levels were off the charts due to the amount of time he was down, and there was nothing that could be done at that time. We let our guy take a walk on the rainbow bridge far too soon! If this vet had done the proper diagnostics, our little guy would still be here! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I used Truss Vet this morning after my dog decided to chase a rabbit at 230a and severely tore a toenail and we weren’t able to get into our usual vet. I was able to easily schedule her appointment online at 10am for right when they opened. The staff was wonderful and very Pitbull-friendly as my girl is a goofy staffy. Dr. Waltz was wonderful. She did a good exam, was clear on the treatment need and expectations. The price estimates were thorough. They treated my dog quickly and provided complete aftercare for pain and infection prevent. The process was easy, the staff was kind, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this clinic and would definitely utilize their services again!

What an amazing experience!! Our pup (5 months old) swallowed a soft nylon toy from bullymake. We called Truss and were able to get him in within 30 minutes. They got him to throw it up and avoided a serious situation. We were in and out and on our way home in 35 mins. I highly recommend them!!

Pet emergencies are terrifying, so if you find yourself in the middle of one, GO HERE!!!! I felt cared for as the owner, and they treated my dog with such compassion. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a vet for my cat. He is not an easy cat to manage, as he has lots of anxiety and fear when we leave the house, but they were extremely understanding and compassionate. My cat Stormi was diagnosed with a rare disease called Plasma Cell Pododermatitis. I brought her in with concerns about her foot pads as they were bleeding and flaky and Dr. Waffa and Ruby immediately sprung into action even though they had never treated this. Dr. Waffa ran tests, drew blood, did a biopsy and more to figure out Stormi’s disease. They have continuously kept me in the loop regarding treatment options, side effects, worst and best cases and for that I couldn’t be more thankful. Stormi and I have felt so cared for every time we visit Truss Vet and she is doing so much better now thanks to Dr. Waffa and Ruby! I will recommend Truss Vet to any pet parent!! Best vet ever!

When it became clear the correct choice was to let our sweet girl go, they gave us all the time we needed even though it was well after the clinic had closed for the night. Our hospice foster dog recently had some seizures and his regular vet was booked solid. They recommended an urgent care. We had used Truss before in the rescue. I was so pleased with the service and compassion from all the staff and Dr Stone. He was patient and explained all our options for treatment. This place is amazing. I have two cats and love my primary vet, but this place is just as great. Been to this place two times on two separate/very different emergencies with each of our cats. Our primary vet was closed and each cat was in a rough spot (one had an intestinal/vomiting issue and the other had a skin rash) and Truss got me in immediately each time. They were very friendly and affordable, especially compared to the other emergency vets in the triangle. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs emergency veterinary services.

We had a great experience with Truss! We had to take our beagle there on a Sunday night. We were seen very quickly, and the vet, Dr. Stone, was caring and knowledgeable. The prices for the exam, labs, and medication were all reasonable, about on par with what we would pay at our normal vet, and they were up front about the prices for everything. We left with everything we needed to get our dog started on the road to recovery. Obviously no one wants to need an urgent care vet, but if you do need one, I recommend Truss. They provide a valuable service to our community.

Dr. Stone and his tech Alicia were amazing and took such good care of our girl! We called at 6:00pm and they immediately got us in at 6:30 to have her to be seen. Could not have asked for better treatment for Ashe, she is 12 and we are always worried about her, she has never limped before so of course we were concerned. They helped us to try and see what had happened to her and gave us medicines to get her to feeling better. Thank you all so much for your excellent care and quick response!

Really great experience with this location. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. Facilities are clean, well maintained and very nice. Prices are very reasonable and comparable to my regular vet. Availability is great! Would absolutely come here again

Writing this in the parking lot now. Just came home from visiting family for a few days to find my dog had developed a UTI and was urinating blood. I hardly had a chance to get off the plane and was left scrambling to find care and my regular vet office had already closed. The staff and DR Way were amazing. I was already exhausted and frustrated from traveling and then a nervous wreck to find this happening. They were great and were able to see and treat her quickly and also helped get me calmed down and reassured that my dog will be fine. Thank you guys!!!

We had to take our Frenchie in due to an IVDD flare up and could not have been happier with our experience at Truss Vet. Everyone was so kind, helpful and calm. We saw Dr. Stone and he took his time with us to explore our options and made sure to answer any questions we had. He was so gentle with our dog, Remy, and really listened to our concerns. They even texted us the next day to check in on how she was doing. We would highly recommend this vet to others who need any emergency care!

This place is hands down the best!Friendliest; they listened to me and my concerns. They met my dog on the floor, and took things at her pace. They did the most thorough exam I’ve ever seen by a vet practice. They cared about my price point, they cared about my dogs health first and foremost, and just so kind. I will be returning to this place!They even asked me to update them on how she’s doing.I cannot say enough good things.

Highly recommend! We brought our cat in today as we were unable to reach our primary vet. We took Finn in with some stomach issues and vomiting and the care he received at Truss was wonderful! The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind to us as owners and to Finn as a patient. They did a great job of keeping us informed and relaxed during a very stressful time. They were also extremely efficient and we were home within 2 hours, and the pricing was quite reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend Truss to any pet owner in the area! Thank you Truss!

I cannot express how happy I am to have found this place!! I have a senior dog (~15 y/o) who suffers from severe skin allergies and the occasional UTI. I spotted the signs of a UTI and our regular vet was booked for over 10 days, so she suggested we come to Truss vet so that my girl could be seen as soon as possible. I was able to book a same day appointment. (I believe they also accept walk-ins which is AWESOME!) Both the gentleman and the woman at the front desk were so welcoming. They made sure that my dog and I were both comfortable. Once the nurse and vet were able to examine my dog, they walked me through price quotes before proceeding with anything. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to spend money on seemingly unnecessary procedures/tests (If you've been to some of these emergency vets you know what I'm talking about! $$$). It ended up being surprisingly affordable compared to what I've been charged in the past (including at our regular vet).Dr. Waltz was absolutely amazing with my dog. She was so gentle and informative. My dog is a shy rescue and I've never seen her so comfortable in an unfamiliar place. Even when Dr. Waltz had to deliver some not-so-great lab results, she was comforting, kind and made me feel like I was getting the news from someone who truly cared about my dog and her well-being rather than from a stranger. She thoroughly explained everything to me and was patient with my questions. We came up with a treatment plan and she has since reached out to follow up with us multiple times. This place is amazing, I am so thankful to have found them for situations like these and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for all you do!!!

Everyone at the clinic is very nice and friendly. The clinic and rooms are clean and neat. The vet and vet tech explained every option for my cat’s treatment, as well as preparing costs for every treatment option so I could decide what was best for my cat and my wallet. I’m very appreciative of the time, work and care the practice gave my cat and I.
