I highly recommend Angels with Paws Pet Cremation. As someone who had been dreading the day of dropping off my beloved companion, Brian and the team held each detail with compassion and care. I was truly impressed at the level of professionalism, while also being incredibly personal. I was walked through all of the options, and was even surprised by the accessible pricing. It was an extremely emotional time for me, and I felt so supported and knew that my beloved dog was in good hands until he transitioned to stardust. I was grateful for the fast turn around to have my sweet boy returned to me in a gorgeous wooden box that will be treasured for the rest of my life. During a time when our hearts are broken and we're deeply saddened by the loss of our pup, we were granted peace of mind through Angels with Paws. Heartfelt condolences were shared as we were notified that our sweet Olly Boy was ready to pick up at our vet's office. I don't wish the loss of a beloved pet on anyone, but we are very grateful for the seamless, respectful, and compassionate process provided by both Lap of Love and Angels with Paws. I work in the veterinary field and have always heard that Angels with Paws is exceptional in every way, yet they truly went above and beyond my expectations. I am so relieved that we chose to trust Angels with Paws to care for our beloved dog, Clementine, on the hardest day. We will always be grateful to Brian and Roberta for their kindness, compassion, and respect. They were both professional and empathetic. They treated our sweet girl with dignity and allowed us time to say goodbye.I called and emailed to ask questions before needing their services, and they were both so patient, communicative and helpful, which gave me so much comfort. My questions about private individual cremation were addressed promptly and thoroughly by Roberta on the phone, and Brian by email.Although they offer pick up, it was important to us to go to Angels with Paws to ensure we felt comfortable. We were so fortunate to be able to choose in-home euthanasia, and we took our dog for cremation afterward. We arrived later than expected, and Brian was so accommodating, and ensured we did not feel rushed. We appreciated his quiet presence and empathy, and he expressed his condolences several times. Angels with Paws offers a nice selection of urns, memorial jewelry, and other keepsakes, too.The drive through the mountains from Asheville was beautiful, and upon arrival we felt such a sense of peace. They have chosen a lovely, tranquil location, and the crematory itself is located outside. We arrived toward the end of the day, and our amazing girl was wrapped in her blanket and cremated under a starry sky.We were relieved to hear that Clementine’s ashes were ready for pickup sooner than expected. Our only regret is that Angels with Paws did not provide cremation services for our previous animals years ago. We have always had suitable experiences in the past, but this was different. Angels with Paws is a locally-owned family business and they genuinely care. They took extra time to honor our wishes, and this meant more than words can express. Thank you, Brian and Roberta, for being here for our family and so many others.

We lost our Delta Rose very unexpectedly. Delta was nothing less than a family member, she was our life. She deserved nothing but the best while she was here with us and even more when she left us. My daughter looked at a few places before landing on Angel's with paws, she read a few reviews to me before I told her I didn't need to hear anymore my heart told me this was the place for our baby. We drove almost 2 hours one way to take her and ever second with her during that ride will be cherished! When we arrived we were greeted by caring people who listened to us tell them all about our sweet girl! We spent an hour with her and they never once made us feel like we needed to hurry with our final goodbye, they knew this would be the last moments we had with her and they more than respected that. They handled her with love, care and respect no differently than they would their own. Everything we requested we received and more! To know that our baby was treated with more care after she was gone than she received by the er vet techs that handled "care" was heartbreaking and bitter sweet. I more than recommended this place and when the time comes for our other babies I will again entrust Angel's with paws to give them their last moments of dignity.

First off I want to say how grateful and appreciative we are that my brother found this place. It came with a heavy heart since “Nova” his beautiful fur baby, was only 8 months old and unfortunately could not be saved due to a unforeseen inheritance disorder she has 😢With that being said, communication was easy to come about. This was a sad, unexpected event, and we all had heavy hearts. He was very nice, understanding, and professional with my brother and with me. I kept in contact with him to let him know when I would be arriving and he was understanding! I actually got to him around 8ish last night.First thing he did was listen to me talk about Nova, what happened, and offered his condolences immediately. He never once acted rude, inpatient, or rushed me off.He showed me his set up, how stuff works, the choices that were available, and how he respects every animal that he comes across. He showed me how to fill out the paperwork and explain it to me due to the fact this was a first time experience for me. He also explained that he likes to spend time with each one of them and show them that they are respected and treat them like one of his own.We was on a budget since this was a last minute thing but the price he quoted us did not change even when I said that her weight was different from what we originally thought! He stood by his word and that is rare now days! Most people care about the money but not this gentleman! He cares about the process, the family, the respect and treatment of the family pet, being affordable, etc!He also informed me that it could be 72 hours before she would be returned and we understood that. He told me if I changed my mind on what urn I wanted; that I could call anytime and he could change that for me or if I needed to add something!To my great surprise I was going home today from work and he called me at 6:17pm letting me know Nova was ready to go home! This was less than a 24 hour turn around! I explained that I had to go home and let my dogs out then could be there. He was understanding and told me to call him when I’m 15 minutes out. Once I was 15 minutes out I called and his wife answered and she was very sweet and professional! Once there we talked some more and once again he showed his condolences and told me to let my brother know as well he was sorry for this happening to him and his precious fur baby that is not a pet but family.I highly recommend this place for everyone! They are so nice, professional, caring, and involved with the process start to finish! I have their cards and number saved in my phone and I am going to recommend them to anyone that needs this service! I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here! Such a great experience and beautiful people! Our beloved golden cat Buddy passed away on a Saturday morning in February 2024 at 430am. After searching online to find the previous business we had used, they now had over 10 negative reviews! We called Bryan on Monday morning. We took Buddy on Monday afternoon, and we picked up his cremains on Thursday. Bryan was very caring, explained the process, and was very genuine in his tone and empathy for us, during this difficult loss. I would highly recommend Angels With Paws Pet Cremations. We didn’t get to meet his wife Roberta, but other reviews said that both of them are wonderful people. Thank you.

My sweet boy Aries passed away and I was completely distraught. I spent the next whole morning searching for the perfect place to take him. I called places all over the state, literally. I'm so pleased I chose to take him here locally. Bryan was patient and just very sweet dealing with my Aries. One very special thing I liked was the beautiful drive out there. I enjoyed holding Aries while looking out the window with the rolling hills and cows, horses & birds. I imagined that's where Aries would be. ❤️. Very peaceful place to leave your fur baby.They had fair pricing and I'm just overall so pleased with Angels with Paws. I will absolutely be using them again when the time comes. I was able to get a beautiful paw print necklace with his ashes in it, a paw print (clay and paper), his sweet lil fur clippings and a certificate with an ID chip. I chose to take Aries home in a wooden box urn as a temporary urn until I can get the one I want online. However, they have many beautiful pieces to choose from on site and many more than whats on their website. Thank you so much Bryan. I felt very much at peace after leaving Aries with you as well as when I picked him up to take him home, hardly 2 days later. Forever grateful. If you're reading this review and not sure as I was, afraid of making the wrong choice... this is the RIGHT place!

Our precious Letti passed away around 8 o’clock at night. (I named her from fast and furious) (Our 13 yr old daughter Is determined to become a vet. Learning as much as she can everyday) She was giving Letti CPR. She suggested that we have her cremated. I never in my life I’ve heard of it. We called around. The owner was such a compassionate, caring, sincere, and soft spoken woman. After hearing her there was no way my Letti was going anywhere else. She quoted us 1/4 of what the others was wanting and we could bring her right away with no fee at night. We got there around 12:30am. We were welcomed by a warm hearted gentlemen. He listened as we told him all about our 17 years with our Letti. He gave us as much time as we wanted. We picked out the box and a necklace for our daughter. It didn’t feel like we were dropping her off with a stranger. It just felt right. My heart was calming down and I said my goodbyes. A heavy lift was lifted off my chest on our hour way back home. Still didn’t seem real. They are just the ones you need at a time like that. That’s all I can say they were perfect in every way. My husband cried when he picked up Letti and the woman held him. I couldnt be there cause of work. From calling them to picking her up was a very special moments and we will never forget what and how they treated us and our sweet letti. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Sorry it’s taken me a month to right a review just it’s been hard here at the house without her. Thank u again.

We had some friends who took their baby to Angels with Paws several months ago and had a wonderful experience. When the devastating inevitable time came for us, it happened early Sunday morning. We called and Bryan was super accommodating and kind to us. The location is a beautiful, comforting drive. Their business is very clean, organized, and comfortable inside. They have many options of urns, keychains, and necklaces on site to choose from, as well as the option to do a clay paw print. They are very transparent about the entire process and tell you what to expect. We received our precious angel back in 2 days. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and so comforting. We felt a sense of peace leaving, both dropping our baby off and picking him up. I would highly recommend Angels with Paws to anyone looking for options to have their beloved pet cremated. I can’t say enough good things about them.

We had to have our sweet cat of 16 years, Max euthanized on the first Friday in August and knew immediately that we wanted to have Roberta and Bryan of Angels with Paws do the cremation for us. We have known Roberta and Bryan for years and know them to be compassionate and respectable people who have lovingly and emotionally cared for their own pets. We knew that Max was in Good hands. I would highly recommend using them when that difficult time comes when you're having to make those decisions. You know that you're pet will be treated with love and respect. They will pick up your pet either at the vet or at your home or you can take them directly to their crematorium. I know that we will be using them again when that need arises.

Yesterday (6/21/22) I lost my fur baby unexpectedly. After calling my vet who wanted ($275 for a cremation with ashes returned) I looked up local pet cremations. I called Angels with Paws and they took my girl in and got her back to me today (6/22/22). Bryan and Roberta are both super friendly and compassionate. Their facility is very clean and their prices are super reasonable.

Angels With Paws were so quick to respond and their prices are so reasonable. Bryan and Roberta were so kind and supportive when they came to pick up my sweet old dog who had just passed. They were very professional and informative and brought his ashes back in the most beautiful urn only 1.5 days later. Some places said it could take 2-4 weeks and were way more expensive, especially for the pick up. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our pup.

Many thanks to Bryan and Roberta for the care and compassion they gave to us and our GSD Gandolph when he passed. They were referred to us by Four Paws Farewell. They came promptly when we called. We were comforted by their empathy and felt that they treated Gandolph with love and respect even putting a pillow under his head. We chose an oak urn and paw print. His remains were returned to us within days. It takes special folks to take on this traumatic task and we will always be grateful for their kind service.

Bryan and Roberta were extremely kind and it was an affordable price for us during this unexpected tragedy. We called all over not know what to do but are so glad we landed on Angels with paws. I was beating myself up for forgetting to get a clipping of our baby’s fur but was so grateful they did it without even asking. We were on vacation , the one watching our babies called and told me he had passed away in his sleep that night. Angels with Paws were called and they came and picked him up. They were recommended through the vet who did the at home euthanasia for our kitty last Tuesday.I am not impressed.I don't know if I wasn't given a choice of urns because this went through a vet, but that's number one. Not a deal breaker.The site claims return of ashes within 72 hours. The vet who performed the euthanasia told me the ashes would be ready in a few days. When I didn't hear from this company by Saturday afternoon, I looked at the site which is when I noticed the claim of return of ashes within 72 hours. Then I worried my cat's body had gotten lost. I had to email yesterday (Saturday) to find out the status - they had Keith's body since Tuesday night and they were only finishing up. Again, not really a deal breaker but don't put it on your site if it's not accurate. However, I said I could pick up the remains Sunday or Monday evening. I was told Sun would be better, but he had a BD party to go to at 6:30. If they had finished in the 72 hours as claimed, I could've picked up the ashes Friday evening or had my husband pick them up Saturday during the day and it wouldn't have been so inconvenient for them.Will not use them again. Will go back to using four paws farewell.Compassion and empathy are clearly lacking with this business.

Bryan was such a patient and comforting presence as I said goodbye to my most beloved of 16 years. Saying goodbye to our sweet little cat has been so so hard, but Bryan and Roberta were so incredibly kind and helpful throughout this process which made it all a little easier. The prices are very affordable, and I was able to pick up my fur babies ashes only 1 and a half days later, which was amazing. Angels with Paws is genuinely a wonderful place to go for laying your furry child to rest. My cat Chester passed very suddenly while I was away at school, and, being unable to bury him due to my current living situation, I was searching for places to get him cremated. I unfortunately didn't have a lot of money to take him to a vet or someplace similar because of how expensive it would've been, but through Angels with Paws I was able to afford not only the cremation itself, but also a nice urn and pendant for right around $200. Bryan and Roberta were very professional, respectful, and understanding, and they helped us through the entire process. Within 2 days of them bringing him in I had my child back home with me safe and sound, and am incredibly thankful to them for what they do.

I would give Angels With Paws Pet Cremations a 10 if it were possible. Answering the phone quickly when we called was a big plus. You never want to wait to make arrangements to have your fur baby taken care of in difficult times. The owners were friendly, extremely compassionate, and caring. They very much cared about taking care of our needs. Turnaround was quick and the price was very reasonable. They did everything needed to help us make it through the tough times when losing our dog. We have had many pets pass away and cremated, but this was the absolute best experience we have ever had. I was heartbroken when my beloved dog Gen of almost 17 years was so sick that there was nothing we could do. Even harder was being on our summer trip and not knowing anyone in the area that could help us. Roberta and Bryan were a God send to us. While on vacation our little Tiffany passed away and my husband contacted Bryan and he told us to bring her to them. Yesterday (6/21/22) I lost my fur baby unexpectedly. After calling my vet who wanted ($275 for a cremation with ashes returned) I looked up local pet cremations. I called Angels with Paws and they took my girl in and got her back to me today (6/22/22). Bryan and Roberta are both super friendly and compassionate. Their facility is very clean and their prices are super reasonable.

Angels With Paws were so quick to respond and their prices are so reasonable. Bryan and Roberta were so kind and supportive when they came to pick up my sweet old dog who had just passed. They were very professional and informative and brought his ashes back in the most beautiful urn only 1.5 days later. They were recommended through the vet who did the at home euthanasia for our kitty last Tuesday.I am not impressed.I don't know if I wasn't given a choice of urns because this went through a vet, but that's number one. Not a deal breaker.The site claims return of ashes within 72 hours. The vet who performed the euthanasia told me the ashes would be ready in a few days. When I didn't hear from this company by Saturday afternoon, I looked at the site which is when I noticed the claim of return of ashes within 72 hours. Then I worried my cat's body had gotten lost. I had to email yesterday (Saturday) to find out the status - they had Keith's body since Tuesday night and they were only finishing up. Again, not really a deal breaker but don't put it on your site if it's not accurate.
