Our 16mo Great Dane passed away unexpectedly on Sep 1st, Labor Day Weekend. A friend of mine recommended Lowes Family Pets Cremation Service. They were wonderful. Called us right back after a very teary voice mail. As bad as the situation was, Grace was very kind and understanding with the loss of Ouran. Grace has checked on us a few times even after we had brought Ouran back home. Which is so very kind and caring.

When you lose a fur baby the last thing on your mind is what am I going to do with her? Lowe’s came to the Vets office and picked her up. In just a few days, Georgia was in a beautiful box Urn with her name on it along with other sweet items inside a beautiful bag. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my little fur baby of 16 years. Thank you Lowe Family Pets Cremation Service.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

In September we had to make the heartbreaking decision to end our sweet pups pain and suffering. In doing so I searched for someone to handle her cremation and found Lowe Family Pets. They met us at the vet and waited patiently as we said our goodbyes. With the upmost empathy and care, they waited until we said our goodbyes then they ever so gently, carried her out. They were extremely patient and kind. We were so happy to receive a call 2 days later to tell us Bella was ready to come back home. So glad I found them.

I would just like to say how utterly amazing the staff were, my sons dog had passed away and he was so beside himself with greif ( loss of his first pet) they were so understanding and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and that his dog would be well care for. So glad we didn’t go with someone else ❤️

As a former Funeral Director, this service meant so much to me. I can't even tell you with adequate words the peace this bought to us on the day we unexpectedly lost our Keegan.Not worrying about where he would have been taken from the vet or when we would get him back relieved a lot of my grief and worry. The fact that you do single pet cremation was the biggest relief for me. I truly felt his life as our fur baby (we don’t have kids) was validated to be real. You treated him like our family member and for that I am forever grateful!!!! I can’t thank you enough for what you have provided. Getting him back home the next day was very comforting.I have already told numerous people about this service and will continue to spread the word. Banfield Pet Hospital near Publix recommended you to us and for that I am forever grateful beyond words.

Our 10 year old dog died. We brought her to Lowe pet crematory on Church St in Burlington. They were wonderful. They not only help us pick out the type of urn, but were so kind and considerate to us. They also treated our dog with such respect. Not only did we pick up her ashes, but they had made an imprint of her nose and paw. Also a small bit of her hair. I cannot say enough of how wonderful they were. I would recommend them to anyone! 🩷

Lowe Family Pets went above and beyond for our pets needs. Our loved one was originally at another location that was going to take 2 weeks to get our dog’s remains to us. I called people at Lowe Family pets and they were on the way to pick up our loved one, and had his ashes ready for us the next day.They were compassionate and understood that we didn’t want our dog to be sitting around for two weeks before he was cremated. Anyone that needs pet cremation services can expect amazing customer service and a top class experience from Lowe Family Pet Cremation Service!
