My beloved Guinea pig, Charlie, passed away after 7 years together. He was more than a pet, he was a wonderful family member. I was distraught when I found him and did not know what to do. Sean at Companah was so kind and caring . I was able to bring Charlie in that morning and sit with him in the quiet room they provided. The staff worked with my schedule and the website was easy to use. He was ready for pickup when they said he would be. His urn and engraving are beautiful. I cannot say enough about how compassionate and caring everyone at Companah is. I would definitely recommend them during such a difficult time.

Sadly, I required the services of a pet crematorium.Companah staff were wonderful. I spoke with Sean who assisted me with arrangements for my beloved dachshund, Count Dinker.Sean was helpful, kind and compassionate during a very difficult time. Sean helped me work through my decisions, sending me urn pictures with inscriptions and was very patient while I made the final arrangements. Hal met me to pick up my sweet Dinker for cremation. Hal was kind, sympathetic and held my sweet boy with care as if Dinker was his own pet. Companah's understanding the depth of my loss, professionalism and compassion gave me comfort in knowing I had entrusted my beloved Dinker to good caring people, a quality company.

I was in a very vulnerable situation when my pet died so I contacted this cremation facility. The family owned business is run by a husband wife team who are extremely compassionate and caring. They really helped me out last week when my beloved dog of 17 years passed away. They were very reliable and resourceful and extremely compassionate, and very professional during this vulnerable time. I would highly recommend anyone taking their pets here for services. They offer a variety of options for the need of each customer.I won’t ever forget the human kindness they have shown me during this difficult time.

We recently lost our family fur member of 13+ years. We chose Companah for cremation services. After an initial online contact was made, we had a direct conversation with Sean. He was compassionate and clear with options. When the day for services was needed, we contacted Companah and made the transfer arrangements of our pet to Companah. Instructions were provided and were clear. Our pet’s ashes were returned within a few days.We felt the price was very fair. There was no upselling pressure. Communication was excellent …….. texts were typically responded to in minutes. The entire process was handled compassionately.

My sweet 14yo boy crossed the rainbow bridge 3/3. The vet (Dr.Burroughs) works with Companah for the final journey and the experience was beautiful given the circumstances.I received a detailed, compassionate text message from Shannon on Thursday that they had been caring for Kilo, and his memorial items were ready, which was days sooner than I was anticipating.I called to verify I was reading the message correctly because…tears. Sean answered the phone and was very patient while I gathered myself, and reiterated the information was correct. He also gave me instructions on how to retrieve my boy if pickup was going to be after hours.The box is sturdy, but beautifully engraved with flowers on top, and Kilos name, along with a heart made with paw prints.There is an area of patio style seating right outside the front door, I found that to be thoughtful, because I’m sure most do what I did, which is absolutely lose it once items are retrieved.Thank you everyone at Companah for your kindness and support during such a difficult time.

Our wee 17+ year-old terrier passed away on Sunday and we entrusted Companah with looking after her final journey. From the first heart breaking phone call to receiving PiP-PiNs remains back a few days later, the entire team at Companah showed empathy and patience at such a difficult time for our family. Really cannot speak highly enough. So compassionate and kind. By the time our fur baby crossed the rainbow bridge (assisted by Gentle Journey vet at home), there wasn't a usual pickup person immediately available but Shannon (who I had been in contact with for at least a month prior in preparation) made a special trip to come get her. She had a nice fuzzy blanket to wrap our baby up as we sobbed and watched as Shannon gently loaded her in the car. Shannon was so incredibly patient with us at every step of the way. At such a devastating time, Shannon was such a wonderful presence in the process. I will forever be grateful.

There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful and thoughtful Companah was after the passing of my 16 year old fur baby. They worked with me the day prior to putting him down to arrange everything I wanted from the private cremation and urn design/engraving, down to the memorials. Everything was handled so professionally and with such kindness and empathy. When the time came, I opted to take my cat to Companah rather than having him picked up. They have a beautiful room for families and allowed me extra time to say goodbye. His ashes (in a beautifully engraved urn) and memorials were returned to me in a timely manner. Having to make this decision for your pet is not an easy one to make, but I felt comfort in knowing that my fur baby was taken care of so well. I can't recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend Companah enough. My beloved Chance passed Saturday October 14th at 10:30pm, the night before my birthday. The only crematorium that responded to my call and text was Companah. The owner was out the next morning on a Sunday! She was on time, caring, and compassionate during the entire process. Chance and all his items were beautifully done. Chance saw my family during hard emotional times, my 7 surgeries, my colon cancer, and all he asked for was love and treats! He deserves the very best and Companah delivered. RIP my angel!

Losing a beloved pet is "never" easy; no matter how many times you go through it, (and, I've been through it multiple times, unfortunately). In this instance for me, I hadone-on-one contact with the Companah staff, (family), from start to finish. Their empathy, compassion, manner and tone when speaking to me about my wishes was nothing but respectful and kind. The very careful handling of my Gus-Charles body when removing him from my home was incredibly peaceful and serene. The return of Gussy's remains back to his home here with me, was also done with an extreme sense of respect and utmost care in a timely fashion.If there was a 10-star review, Companah would have mine!Thank you for being there when I needed you!

Please choose Companah for your pet(s) you will not regret it. We lost our beloved Exotic to cancer quite suddenly. I was absolutely distraught trying to figure out what to do and who to call. I came across the Companah website. Gave them a call and I didn’t have to do a thing. The communication was impeccable. They answered all of my questions that day either by phone, text, or email. When they came to pick up our furbaby the care, and kindness they showed was admirable and equivalent to losing a human child. They were out of stock on a keepsake my daughter had wanted, but they called another place to get it for her. I’m so happy and satisfied with Companah. The prices are reasonable and the delivery is respectable as well. I highly highly recommend them. I would give them TEN ⭐️. Thank you Companah for taking such good care of Exotic and the state she was in. You are the best and caring team I have ever seen. Will keep you in mind for our other pets in the future.

From the time that I first emailed Companah in preparation for the passing of my boy to the time that I picked up his ashes, my experience was outstanding. Shannon replied with such compassion that I was convinced at first contact that this would be the place that I would trust to take care of my Zen. She picked up his remains within a couple of hours of his passing and I had the ashes back in a couple of days. The entire process was easy and comforting. I felt that I left him in good, caring hands.I am happy that I made the decision to make the arrangements myself rather than just having the vet use whatever company that they deal with which would have been cold and impersonal.The price was reasonable and the paw print that I received was a lovely touch. My German Shepherd, Fifty, passed away on January 13, 2019. He was my baby, my family and my world. He was a rescue that rescued me. Not keeping him with me forever wasn't an option so I began researching places to have him cremated when his health began to decline. In my research, I emailed Shannon at Companah and in that very first email I immediately knew Shannon and Hal would be who I would trust with my baby and I didn't regret that decision in the least. I've had the pleasure of having many dogs in my 45 years but the loss of Fifty has, by far, been the hardest for me to deal with. The kind, caring and compassionate nature of both Shannon and Hal has helped me beyond words. I cannot thank them enough for being there and going the extra mile to help me keep him with me. Shannon and Hal are wonderful people who helped us through a difficult time. They were very compassionate to our family. Hal and Shannon were wonderful to deal with. We lost our kitty after almost 16 years. She was a huge part of our family when she passed away at home. We were distraught at the thought of having animal control pick her up and discard her as our regular vet was closed while on vacation. From the moment we first called them until they brought Brisbane back home to us they were very understanding, compassionate and attentive to our needs and our grief. It is so difficult losing a member of the family and they definitely understood that and made the whole process easier. They came the same day we called which was a Sunday to pick up our boy and spent as much time with us as we needed and also let us spend as much time with Brisbane as we needed they didn't rush us at all. They were in constant communication with us and did such a wonderful job with everything we asked them to do. When they brought him home they also spent some time with us as well making sure we were doing ok. I can not say enough great things about Companah and the owners Hal and Shannon. We lost our baby snake, and besides being muddled by shock and grief, I didn't know what to do with our little guy's remains. I'd buried a pet in my mother's yard years ago, but when she moved houses a few years later, we regretted the choice immensely. From that mistake, I knew that yard burial wasn't an option as an adult with my own kids who were mourning their pet and wanted him near always. We did some research and quickly (and luckily!) found Companah, and could not be happier. Shannon came to our house to get him, which is a great service, because the last thing you want to do when you're grieving a lost pet is go driving around with its body in your car. She was kind, compassionate, patient, and gently and lovingly talked with us about our snake and how the process would go before taking him for us. I have every reason to believe that he was handled with care the whole process, and communication with the Companah team the entire time they had his remains was clear, open, and prompt. When his remains were ready, they were packaged beautifully and with obvious care. For such a sad experience, we couldn't be happier with its handling. My only tiny criticism (and I still give Companah 5 stars!) is that, when we went to pick up our pet's remains, it wasn't clear inside the building where we were supposed to retrieve them. I'm still not sure whether Companah actually has an office space at their physical address. Luckily someone from another office in the building (or maybe someone who works for the building's leasing company?) came out and showed us where our parcel was waiting for us. She was very nice, too, but it was all a little confusing and I was worried for a few moments that we were in the wrong place or that our pet's remains had been negleted somehow. (They hadn't.) Still, I would absolutely use Companah again, and I chalk the wonky pick-up up to a new business with just a couple busy employees. Thank you, Companah! 100% satisfied.

Losing a beloved pet is "never" easy; no matter how many times you go through it, (and, I've been through it multiple times, unfortunately). In this instance for me, I hadone-on-one contact with the Companah staff, (family), from start to finish. Their empathy, compassion, manner and tone when speaking to me about my wishes was nothing but respectful and kind. The very careful handling of my Gus-Charles body when removing him from my home was incredibly peaceful and serene. Please choose Companah for your pet(s) you will not regret it. We lost our beloved Exotic to cancer quite suddenly. I was absolutely distraught trying to figure out what to do and who to call. I came across the Companah website. Gave them a call and I didn’t have to do a thing. The communication was impeccable. They answered all of my questions that day either by phone, text, or email. When they came to pick up our furbaby the care, and kindness they showed was admirable and equivalent to losing a human child. They were out of stock on a keepsake my daughter had wanted, but they called another place to get it for her. I’m so happy and satisfied with Companah. My cat of 12 years passed on a Saturday morning. Almost abruptly and I searched on Google for local cremations places and stumbled upon companah. I filled out the form online and was called by a lovely young lady who walked me through the process. They even offer a pick up service. Hal, came to pick up our baby and gave us.. extra time to mourn since my father was handling it very hard... It's still very hard and it's been 3 weeks. We miss her everyday. From the time that I first emailed Companah in preparation for the passing of my boy to the time that I picked up his ashes, my experience was outstanding. Shannon replied with such compassion that I was convinced at first contact that this would be the place that I would trust to take care of my Zen. My German Shepherd, Fifty, passed away on January 13, 2019. He was my baby, my family and my world. He was a rescue that rescued me. Not keeping him with me forever wasn't an option so I began researching places to have him cremated when his health began to decline. Hal and Shannon were wonderful to deal with. We lost our kitty after almost 16 years. She was a huge part of our family when she passed away at home. Shannon and Hal took great care of our dog Leroy during such a sad time. I notifed them via email very late on a Saturday night that he might not make it through the night and they responded right away. As Leroy passed on Sunday morning, Hal called with his condolences and offered to come to my home and pick him up that same morning.We decided to have the communal service and a clay paw print. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely would recommend. Our dog passed away on a Sunday morning in our house. I called them at 6:30 am and they picked our 100 pound lab up by 8:00am on a Sunday morning mind you. Upon pick up he didn’t ask about payment and was extremely sympathetic and respectful. We had our dog cremated and he delivered her to our doorstep four days later a a custom made box with her name on it. Absolutely incredible respectful service from beginning to end. Could not recommend these people high enough. They made the process as painless as possible.

There is not enough good things I can say about Shannon and Hal. We had to euthanize our 12 yo Brussels Griffon on March 29th😢. I was looking for the cremation company my Vet used when I came upon Companah. I read their website and decided to call them to get more information. Thank God I did! Shannon and Hal took great care of our dog Leroy during such a sad time. I notifed them via email very late on a Saturday night that he might not make it through the night and they responded right away. As Leroy passed on Sunday morning, Hal called with his condolences and offered to come to my home and pick him up that same morning.We decided to have the communal service and a clay paw print. I absolutely recommend Companah. Fortunately (I guess) my sweet Dixie died at home. I called Companah quite early and they got back to me within 30min. My cat died yesterday. I saw on the web that Companah was open on a Sunday. I called and they agreed to meet me at their Apex office an hour later so they could take Pumpkin’s remains. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely would recommend. Our dog passed away on a Sunday morning in our house. I called them at 6:30 am and they picked our 100 pound lab up by 8:00am on a Sunday morning mind you. Upon pick up he didn’t ask about payment and was extremely sympathetic and respectful. We had our dog cremated and he delivered her to our doorstep four days later a a custom made box with her name on it. Absolutely incredible respectful service from beginning to end. Could not recommend these people high enough. They made the process as painless as possible.

There is not enough good things I can say about Shannon and Hal. We had to euthanize our 12 yo Brussels Griffon on March 29th😢. I was looking for the cremation company my Vet used when I came upon Companah. I read their website and decided to call them to get more information. Thank God I did! This is not just a business to them. They are 2 of the most caring people I have ever met.From start to finish they couldn’t have been more kind, caring, and empathetic. Once again I wanna thank Shannon Atkins from Companah for everything she did for my fur baby and my family. I wanna start off saying that my dog Killer was like a son to me.. It was extremely important to me to find a place that I could trust and felt comfortable leaving my baby with.. Shannon was wonderful.. Our tiny boy was suddenly hit by a car and passed at only 4 years of age. Not only did they come pick him up, but they also worked with me on payment giving me time so that I could gather the funds. They saved my daughter and I some of his beautiful fur in separate baggies as well. Also they filled two tiny urn necklaces that my daughter and I had purchased and sent with him. I sent him with an urn box I had purchased that was a plain basic wood and they even stained the wood on the urn for me and it looks beautiful! I didnt even ask for that, I didnt know what I was going to do with that box! Then they delivered him to my home in his beautiful urn. They made this whole process very stress free and I could tell they VERY much cared! That was a big deal to me! I highly highly recommend them for the after care of your fur baby. I am just so pleased with the whole process! This hasnt been easy but they made it comforting for sure!

Make a long story short, all the nice things that the other reviews say, I can echo. I called 3-4 crematory services and they were by far the most consoling and at the same time professional. Their prices are either lower or match the best in the market. A few of the bigger companies also take longer and make you come to them.

We lost our sweet Akira unexpectedly and I called to inquire about cremation services for our sweet girl. Shannon was such a pleasure the moment she answered the phone. They came and picked Akira up that night during a snow storm and helped take some of the burden off of us. They brought her back in a beautifully engraved urn. I can not express enough how much we appreciate the help you all gave us during this very difficult time. Akira was a part of our family and having her home makes it a little easier to grieve. Thank you Companah for all that you have done for our family.

This company was great to work with last month when we lost our little rocky dog of 21 years old I would recommend them to anybody that's around our area . They even came to the house to meet with us. Super nice!

Make a long story short, all the nice things that the other reviews say, I can echo. I called 3-4 crematory services and they were by far the most consoling and at the same time professional. Their prices are either lower or match the best in the market. A few of the bigger companies also take longer and make you come to them.
