Losing a pet is one of the hardest experiences anyone can go through. Recently, when we had to say goodbye to our beloved pet, Pet Cremation United made the process more manageable. Their team was compassionate, respectful, and took care of every detail with genuine care. They provided a peaceful and dignified farewell, and it truly helped us cope during a painful time. Their attention to detail and the warmth they showed will forever be appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone going through the heartbreaking experience of losing a pet.

Jo helped us through the toughest time of losing our beloved Bruce. Our dog had been a huge part of our family for the past 14 years. We lost him on a Tuesday around 5:19 pm and they picked up our call right away, answering all of our questions. We made arrangements for same day pickup, and the driver picked him up around 10:14 pm. The staffs are all compassionate and they offered us as much comfort as they possibly could. The rates are reasonable and I got Bruce’s ashes in a beautiful wooden box by Thursday, same week. I can't think of anything that Pet cremation United could've done better. They are the best choice in NY/ Westchester area if you need cremation for your pet. If can give them more than 5 stars I would.

I would not recommend Pet Cremation United to anyone seeking a trustworthy and respectful pet cremation service. My experience with them was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling scammed. They lacked clear communication and compassion, making a difficult time even harder. The company seemed more focused on receiving payment than providing a caring service.If you're looking for pet cremation services, I urge you to research options thoroughly and ensure the company has a physical location or legitimate reviews before handing over any money. There are many reputable providers out there—this, unfortunately, is not one of them. I regret choosing them and recommend looking elsewhere for someone who will treat you and your pet with the respect you deserve.

Losing a pet is just as hard, if not more difficult as losing a family member. Pet cremation united made things a little more easy to handle with their excellent services and hospitality. Would recommend for anybody who has to go through losing a pet.
