Such compassionate a great service. The two office members were so compassionate and helpful from the start to finish process. They helped me along every step of the way. They made sure my special requests were granted and made this hard process as easy and simple as they could. They accommodated my schedule, they stayed late and come in early during their non business hours to accommodate a plot selection, drop off of my dog and the burial of my dog. It shows how much they truly care and they truly are so compassionate. You do not feel like just a number. They were truly amazing and I couldn’t have had a better experience during this hard time. The groundsmen who handed me my dog and lowered her casket were so respectful, gentle, and patient. They let us carry her ourselves. They reassured us and our questions and they were so compassionate. They were great and in no way during the burial did I feel rushed or unheard.

No matter how many times I see this place. I'm so impressed with the size, beauty, serenity, care, history and peacefulness of this final resting place for pets. Bideawee's staff does a great job taking care of your beloved pet even when it's time to say goodbye. πŸΆπŸ•πŸ©πŸΊπŸˆπŸ±

I had my pet cat buried here back in 2017. For the next 6 years, I visited the grave site, on the death anniversary, and personally made the $50 annual site cleaning fee. One can argue why there is an annual maintenance fee when you have already paid for the plot/burial service. But it is an insignificant enough amount for me that I just make the payment as a nice gesture since I visit yearly anyways. This year in 2024, I was very sad to not be able to go during the anniversary. For this reason I also have not YET been able to pay their annual maintenance suggested fee (only for this one year). I receive a letter in the mail now, threatening to reclaim the burial plot where my cat is buried. This is not only deeply disturbing but very sad. I feel obligated to warn others of this horrible practice. Just the entire tone of the letter seems so wrong and threatening I am at a loss of words. Almost feel like I’m being extorted to keep my cat safely buried. $1200? It’s insane. When I buried my cat there, they made it clear to me that this was not a mandatory fee, but rather a suggested one. I am not ok with this letter and this needs to be addressed.

The people that operate this place are professional and human. EVERYONE that my family has come into contact with. Decent and compassionate. The grounds are very well maintained. They helped to ease the suffering, and treated my dog with integrity and respect.
