I and my family cannot thank Sue enough for taking care of us. She answered our call in 5 minutes and met us ON CHRISTMAS DAY to accept my daughter's dachshund! (Other crematoriums did not return the call 😞)She was empathetic and helped my daughter at the most difficult of times.

We have lost 3 cats in the last year and we have brought all of them here to be cremated. The staff is wonderful and the owner is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them. They take such amazing care of your babies. I can't thank them enough

I simply cannot thank Susan and the staff at Pet Haven enough. They helped our family through one of the most difficult times of our lives. Their kindness and compassion was exactly what we needed. They also gave us the time we needed to be able to bring our boy home. I highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in need. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I had a very pleasant experience with Pet Haven! I called beforehand and the lady was very friendly and welcoming on the phone. When I brought my turtle in the office feels very warm and welcoming as well. You’re surrounded by beautiful urns and jewelry which makes it feel like your loved one is in good hands. Their prices are the best around! Sue was very kind and compassionate about animals. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone whose lost a fur or reptile friend! Thank you so much Pet Haven for this wonderful experience and helping me feel like my pet was in great hands. ❤️

I worked with Polly for the care of my deceased pet. She was extremely accommodating. She was caring and heartfelt in her service to me. She went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. God bless your kindness.

I have to say that when my English Setter, Freckles, passed away last winter, I was just a little dubious about taking him to a cremation service. I was ( and still am!) grieving terribly over his passing and the folks at Pet Haven were kind , gentle and understanding of the pain and grief I was feeling. It was a HUGE comfort knowing that Freckles would be creamated by himself without and other person's pet getting mixed in with his. I cannot say enough about the way not only I was treated but also the way Freckles was treated. The treated him with utmost respect and dignity. I got the impression that he was treated the same way one of their own pets would be treated. Unfortunately, my buddy Lucky ( our tuxedo cat ) just passed today and without hesitation I will be calling these folks up in the morning to arrange for Lucky's creamation. Not only did they treat me and my lost loved one with utmost respect and dignity, the cost was far less than I expected. If you've lost that special friend and are looking for an alternative to a " backyard burial" THESE folks should definitely be considered. It is comforting having people like these folks there for you in your time of need and distress. I would give them 10 Stars if I could after how I and my Buddy Freckles was treated and the fine job they did.

My wife and I were on a vacation from Maine and were visiting friends in Liverpool.On the way up we were side swiped by a tractor trailer on the mass pike. We survived that with minimal damage. So our. Honeymoon-vacation didn't start off too well...once we arrived our dog Gypsy unexpectedly died during the night. Thru Google I found pet haven and spoke with Sue.A wonderful lady who helped us thru this difficult time.. Thank you Sue and pet haven.

I was unable to bring our family member home for burial - due to weather.We chose pet haven and I am very sorry we did. ZERO STARS if I could."our dog" was delivered by mail and upon opening, I was shocked to find the remains of someone pet NOT MINE. Also, Enclosed all of their personal information (receipt, address phone numbers)I called Pet Haven, and talked to SUE, who guaranteed me it that it was my pet! She wouldn't listen or believe me. I was Wrong NOT HER.I knew what i was looking at. I was looking at a guinea pig - not a my big dog.She gave a million excuses and laid blame on the post office - for not properly packing the remains.I called the other owners and advised them to what was happening. They refused delivery of my pet and he was sent back to Pet Haven.Sue was very rude thru this entire event and a few phone calls.She constantly interrupts the client and continued to blame others.Sue, told a number of lies about this whole process.Sue told me that THEY HAD NEVER MADE A MISTAKE.In the end the refunded my $$$ - and I cashed the check as they continue to blame others for THEIR mistake.I have doubts that I even have My pet back.He was delivered in a wooden box - covered with i assume cremation debris. This whole deal made me sick !I have learned sense there are funeral homes in Syracuse that provide pet service.I will add that his special cremation certificate was printed on Cheap bond paper and wrinkled. Whoopie for me.I will always bring my pets home - I always had.Sue your harsh words spoke volumes about your business. I would never trust you

Just a footnote for Consumers, not every veterinary clinic uses Pet Haven. There are many other pet crematories in the area. They no longer use metal tins with flowers on them. Pet Haven returns cremains in a wooden box now and have for the past 3 or 4 yrs. Pet Haven only does private cremations. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, please call the company.

Amazing staff that will always guide you in the right direction and through the process. Our first experience was in 2003, and have been loyal customers since. If you go you will not be disappointed.
