I have known Polly since high school and she is the most caring,, compassionate person I know with people’s pets. My pets are my kids and I want to have their final goodbye in a peaceful loving environment. She will take her time with you as far as decisions etc. I never Felt rushed when I was there.

This place is amazing and beautiful 💕 Kyle was fantastic and always willing to listen. He took great care of our Chinchilla and a complementary beautiful Rose wood box. For the remainder of my animals lives, when their time comes to cross the rainbow 🌈 I know where I’m going 100% I’ll also be referring to friends and family ❤️ Thank you so much !☀️🌈

We lost a kitten, 1 month old due to fading kitten syndrome. She was only 8.5oz. I didn't want to bury her because we live in the country, so I called numerous places for cremation services, and they were beyond compassionate and understanding. I had to change the appointment time to pick up her ashes since I was sick and there was no problem whatsoever. He also remembered and asked me how I was feeling. Super kind, beautiful establishment and I highly recommend them!!

We were so fortunate to find Rush Inter Pet. Ellie, our 13-year old English Bulldog died unexpectedly on Thanksgiving weekend and we had no idea what to do. Our vet office wasn't answering calls and, with no emergency vet services in town, we didn't know where to turn. I found Rush Inter Pet online and was relieved they provided an emergency phone number. Polly, the owner, was so supportive when we met with her a few hours after speaking. The location is beautiful and it gave us peace to have such a nice setting. We highly recommend you consider this caring business - there are many options - you can choose whatever is best for your personal situation and the cost was very reasonable.

Every employee I've had the pleasure of working with has been courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic to the highest degree. Being an animal lover I have had many pets over the years. The absolute worst part of owning a pet is having to say goodbye.I have been going to Rush Inter Pet Inc. since 2004 and have had 8 pets cremated there and have brought each of their remains home.From Cats to Cockatiels, Polly and her staff have accommodated me. Allowing me to bring each of my pets in personally to spend every last minute with them. Sometimes having to modify my pickup or drop off times at the last minute. Each of these details or issues was met with a smile and a 'not a problem'.Cost has always been very reasonable. One of the few things that still is these days.I am most thankful to have a place to bring my beloved pets to. In order to give them the most respectful send off they have earned.At a time that is most stressful and emotionally draining on me. I can always count on Polly and all her friendly staff to be there to help me through it.We are so blessed to have them in our local area. Praying they will always be able to remain here with us.I would and have recommended them to all pet owners that I know.

I would like to thank Julie and Polly for reaching out to me regarding an issue I had with the paw print of my sweet girl Lily Bell. They both went ABOVE and BEYOND to rectify the situation. Polly reached out to let me know that she was aware of the issue, and apologized for the mishap. She also let me know that Julie would be contacting me to further discuss a resolution for the issue. Julie called me, and she was very kind, and understanding to my concern. She offered up a couple of different options for me to choose from, and allowed me to take my time in my decision. They were both very kind, understanding, and not once made me feel like my concern was not a valid one. They are true PROFESSIONAL, AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS NEEDS. Thank you both for working so diligently with me on this matter. The staff and owner of this establishment really do care about their clients, and they truly do want to see them SATISFIED, AND HAPPY with what they are receiving from their place of business.

Our Mae Mae passed 5 days after getting her last Heart Worm shot. We were devastated as it was unexpected. The ppl there are very compassionate. The cremation was done quickly. SAME day. They allowed us to say our last goodbyes. We had her cremated with her fave blankey, stuffy and a treat. This was comforting to us. Received a beautiful rosewood box with her ashes with her name on it. Very affordable. We run a rescue and highly recommend RIP.

Rush Inter Pet is amazing! They made everything as straightforward as possible, the main building is beautiful and welcoming, the staff is incredibly sweet and understanding. The paw prints and fur clippings were perfect! They answered our thousand questions and made us feel comfortable which was so helpful for our grieving process.It was reassuring to see how peaceful and maintained everything is while walking through the cemetery. I never knew a place like this existed and now I’m glad I do. I know I will have more pets and go through more heartbreak but I will always come back to Rush Inter Pet 💜

Polly and her team go above and beyond when it comes to caring for my deceased pets and tending to their final needs. I have always been met with compassion, patience, and consideration when bringing my pets to them. So far we've had 3 dogs cremated, and I recently had to call on them again to assist with final arrangements for my friend's 5 pups who died in a house fire. They went and picked up the dogs, cremated them, and had them returned to me in the most beautiful urn in only 3 days at an incredibly reasonable cost given the significance of the work. I will never take my pets anywhere but here for as long as I can!

Just wanted to thank Polly once again for her caring and compassion when I lost my Stewie on October 7, 2022 . Polly has taken care of several of my other pets in the past, Frankie and Walter both kitties, and then my Westie Ari in 2009. Stewie was a French bulldog and he was well loved not only by myself and my family but many others. He was at my grooming salon every single day we worked for nearly 11 years and my customers enjoyed him. He babysat most of the puppies that came in for the first time..I miss him terribly, and I’m grateful for the care he was given at Rush Inter Pet. We had to say goodbye to our nearly 16-year-old boy pretty suddenly last week. From leaving the vet’s office on Thursday to picking up his ashes this afternoon, the entire process was incredibly smooth. They take the utmost care of every pet that comes to them. Kyle helped us this afternoon, he was compassionate, respectful, and all around a joy to work with. They have a wider selection of urns than what is listed on the site, and gave me time to pick out the perfect one. I could not be any happier with how everything turned out. Our cat, Bo, passed away unexpectedly on Friday. The people at Rush Inter Pet Cemetery in Rush were so kind and compassionate, and took care of his remains over the weekend while giving us time to decide whether we wanted to bury or cremate him. Then quickly took care of everything for us once we decided on cremation. They helped us find the perfect cat urn that resembled him, and made a cast of his pawprint and took fur clippings. They even gave our daughter a teeny decorative bird she had been eyeing in their office free of charge which helped cheer her up! Such nice people and it's a comfort to know our kitty was in good hands with them.

Rush Inter Pet is one of those companies that you wish you never have to deal with but beloved pets do not live as long as we want. The people at this company are so wonderful at taking care not only of the pets but also with dealing with the the people left behind. I have always had a wonderful experience dealing with Rush Interpet! Polly, Kyle and the entire staff have always handled the cremations for my pets. I have also buried all my pets in the cemetery, it's a beautiful cemetery and I know all my pets are together. My 2 cats even enjoyed being boarded at Ranchanna kennel and had the best care. Polly and the staff at Rush Interpet are absolutely wonderful. Today was the second time I brought a beloved pet to be cremated. Not only were they available to meet with short notice,but Polly also helped us with chosing the perfect urn for our family member. I highly recommend them to anyone who looses a pet. A number of our friends highly recommended Rush Inter Pet for their cremation and burial services. Sadly we had to utilize their facilities on three occasions following the deaths of three of our dogs. I can not imagine any other facility where you would be treated with such sympathy and concern during this trying period of loss. While we did not bury them in the Inter Pet Cemetery we took the opportunity to walk around the beautiful grounds and view the head stones which were a great resource for the wording we put on plaques for each of our dogs. Polly and her son Kyle operate the business and were very professional as well as understanding.

This is a very nice, warm place. They're respectful and kind. I couldn't bare to wait for my Daphne's ashes to be returned to the vets office, so I called Rush's to ask if the process could be expedited and they said of course it could. The very next day after calling I was able to get my baby and bring her home.The property is beautiful and even though I'm keeping Daphne with me, we went to visit Rush's pet cemetery, can I just say "WOW!!" It's gorgeous! A lot of care and respect go into this business. I am very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I wouldn't even consider anyone else at this point. Rush Inter Pet is amazing and Polly was absolutely wonderful! I had called them the day I had to euthanize my Cat. I have owned many animals in my life but this Cat was VERY special to me. I opted at the vet for an individual cremation at first, but ended up going with a private. After calling for details I discovered that I was allowed to be present during his cremation. Polly arranged for me to pick up and transport his body MYSELF the very next day, which was incredible. I was allowed to see the entire process from start to finish and it was wonderful for me. The facility is very beautiful and clean. I felt that my Cat was important to them and not just a "body". Polly knew that he was a loved one of mine and VERY important to me. I was there by myself, but Polly discussed all aspects with me including the selection of an urn for his cremains. She even sat and talked with me. We shared stories and memories. This place did an absolutely wonderful job and I feel, went well above what would normally be expected. I recommend that anyone with a deceased pet bring them here. Not just for cremation either. They have different kinds of services and options available. It really means a lot to me that I was allowed to do all of this. Thanks to Rush Inter Pet, I can honestly say that the only aspect of Bagheera's life that I was not present for was his birth. Thank you so so much Polly!Most sincerely and respectfully,Kevin

Rush Interpet cemetery has been taking care of my sweet pets for twenty years. My pets are a part of my family. I take very seriously the handling of their remains. I live out of state and Polly has gone out of her way over the years to be sure that my little ones are taken care of immediately. I have used both their burial services and cremation services with no hesitation. Why would I drive from South Carolina or Texas to take care of my pets in Rush, New York?? Because this is a family owned business with absolute integrity. The property is beautifully maintained and you can access it from sunup to sundown 7 days a week. Additionally, states like South Carolina have no regulation of pet cemeteries. Recently, a property with a pet cemetary was purchased in SC and the new owner does not plan to maintain it as such. Of course the pet owners are upset but there is nothing they can do except request the remains of their pets back. Very disheartening. We are blessed to have this beautiful place for our pets and such caring people to take care of them. Second to none. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I have nothing but good things to say about this family owned and run cemetery. All the staff are incredibly caring and compassionate with every situation. After my dog passed we were given the option to bring him there ourselves, they were very accommodating to when we would be arriving. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from the staff and left feeling confident he was in good hands. He was ready to be picked up within just a couple days and we were given a slew of urns we choose from. The grounds themselves are gorgeous and well kept, with rolling hills, flower beds, a pond and private trail through the woods that provides a peaceful resting place for the animals. I would recommend the services of this cemetery to anyone.

polly is the best. she is very caring, understanding, compassionate & understands your loss of your pet. my mom & i have known polly for 15 years. we have been putting our pets there at rush inter pet for their final resting place. it's so beautiful there. it's like heaven down here on earth. it's so quiet & you can see wild animals there at times. you can visit your loved ones 7 days a week, plus you can have your own quite time when you visit them. she is so loving cause she has rescued animals. she understands you. she has done a lot for me when i have lost my babies. she always has time to talk to you & helps you feel better. her staff is very friendly. one day i will be there with my babies & all the other animals that are there. there is no other place to put your pets than to put them at rush inter pet cemetery. knowing that they will be safe there FOREVER. polly never rushes you. she lets you have the time you need with your pet. polly thank you & your staff for everything you've done for me & my mom. your the best!

Polly and her team go above and beyond when it comes to caring for my deceased pets and tending to their final needs. I have always been met with compassion, patience, and consideration when bringing my pets to them. So far we've had 3 dogs cremated, and I recently had to call on them again to assist with final arrangements for my friend's 5 pups who died in a house fire. They went and picked up the dogs, cremated them, and had them returned to me in the most beautiful urn in only 3 days at an incredibly reasonable cost given the significance of the work. I will never take my pets anywhere but here for as long as I can!

Just wanted to thank Polly once again for her caring and compassion when I lost my Stewie on October 7, 2022 . Polly has taken care of several of my other pets in the past, Frankie and Walter both kitties, and then my Westie Ari in 2009. Stewie was a French bulldog and he was well loved not only by myself and my family but many others. He was at my grooming salon every single day we worked for nearly 11 years and my customers enjoyed him. He babysat most of the puppies that came in for the first time..I miss him terribly, and I’m grateful for the care he was given at Rush Inter Pet. His cremains were returned to me quickly and I bought a beautiful wooden urn for him there. It has a window for a photo which I just placed this morning.Thank you again,Karen Shraeder

We had to say goodbye to our nearly 16-year-old boy pretty suddenly last week. From leaving the vet’s office on Thursday to picking up his ashes this afternoon, the entire process was incredibly smooth. They take the utmost care of every pet that comes to them. Kyle helped us this afternoon, he was compassionate, respectful, and all around a joy to work with. They have a wider selection of urns than what is listed on the site, and gave me time to pick out the perfect one. I could not be any happier with how everything turned out. Thank you to Julie, Kyle, and the whole team. I’m so glad to have my buddy back home with me. 🖤

I've used Rush cremation services for many years. I have always had positive experiences. Polly, Kyle and Julie are caring and compassionate and treat remains with the utmost care. I can't imagine using any one else. I have not used burial services but have visited the area several times and it is always well maintained and a peaceful place.

All I can say is wow! This place is amazing and beautiful. The staff here is so personable and make things so much easier on the familyWhen I was there they told me I could go back and walk thru the cemetery, I drove back to a beautiful place and there were hundreds of moths and beautiful butterflys I had tears of happiness... so well kept and you can tell the owners and staff take care of everything like it was theirs. You don't want to visit this place often, but when you need to use this service, they are the Best! I've had to do here rice and they always handle my loves one's body with care and respect. Many options to choose from, like a funeral gone, but for pets and they do the cremation. At some of the saddest times in my life, they made it a little easier and better. And I got the ages and run back in a week.

They were so wonderful when my beloved cat passed. We asked them to pick up our cat from the vet to be creammated. They called the vet and can came after hours to pick her up right away. They were so patient and kind. I highly recommend them.

Our cat, Bo, passed away unexpectedly on Friday. The people at Rush Inter Pet Cemetery in Rush were so kind and compassionate, and took care of his remains over the weekend while giving us time to decide whether we wanted to bury or cremate him. Then quickly took care of everything for us once we decided on cremation. They helped us find the perfect cat urn that resembled him, and made a cast of his pawprint and took fur clippings. They even gave our daughter a teeny decorative bird she had been eyeing in their office free of charge which helped cheer her up! Such nice people and it's a comfort to know our kitty was in good hands with them.

Rush Inter Pet is one of those companies that you wish you never have to deal with but beloved pets do not live as long as we want. The people at this company are so wonderful at taking care not only of the pets but also with dealing with the the people left behind. I have always had a wonderful experience dealing with Rush Interpet! Polly, Kyle and the entire staff have always handled the cremations for my pets. I have also buried all my pets in the cemetery, it's a beautiful cemetery and I know all my pets are together. My 2 cats even enjoyed being boarded at Ranchanna kennel and had the best care. Polly and the staff at Rush Interpet are absolutely wonderful. Today was the second time I brought a beloved pet to be cremated. Not only were they available to meet with short notice,but Polly also helped us with chosing the perfect urn for our family member. I highly recommend them to anyone who looses a pet. A number of our friends highly recommended Rush Inter Pet for their cremation and burial services. Sadly we had to utilize their facilities on three occasions following the deaths of three of our dogs. I can not imagine any other facility where you would be treated with such sympathy and concern during this trying period of loss. While we did not bury them in the Inter Pet Cemetery we took the opportunity to walk around the beautiful grounds and view the head stones which were a great resource for the wording we put on plaques for each of our dogs. Polly and her son Kyle operate the business and were very professional as well as understanding.

This is a very nice, warm place. They're respectful and kind. I couldn't bare to wait for my Daphne's ashes to be returned to the vets office, so I called Rush's to ask if the process could be expedited and they said of course it could. The very next day after calling I was able to get my baby and bring her home.The property is beautiful and even though I'm keeping Daphne with me, we went to visit Rush's pet cemetery, can I just say "WOW!!" It's gorgeous! A lot of care and respect go into this business. I am very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I wouldn't even consider anyone else at this point. Rush Inter Pet is amazing and Polly was absolutely wonderful! I had called them the day I had to euthanize my Cat. I have owned many animals in my life but this Cat was VERY special to me. I opted at the vet for an individual cremation at first, but ended up going with a private. After calling for details I discovered that I was allowed to be present during his cremation. Polly arranged for me to pick up and transport his body MYSELF the very next day, which was incredible. I was allowed to see the entire process from start to finish and it was wonderful for me. The facility is very beautiful and clean. I felt that my Cat was important to them and not just a "body". Polly knew that he was a loved one of mine and VERY important to me. I was there by myself, but Polly discussed all aspects with me including the selection of an urn for his cremains. She even sat and talked with me. We shared stories and memories. This place did an absolutely wonderful job and I feel, went well above what would normally be expected. I recommend that anyone with a deceased pet bring them here. Not just for cremation either. They have different kinds of services and options available. It really means a lot to me that I was allowed to do all of this. Thanks to Rush Inter Pet, I can honestly say that the only aspect of Bagheera's life that I was not present for was his birth. Thank you so so much Polly!Most sincerely and respectfully,Kevin

Rush Interpet cemetery has been taking care of my sweet pets for twenty years. My pets are a part of my family. I take very seriously the handling of their remains. I live out of state and Polly has gone out of her way over the years to be sure that my little ones are taken care of immediately. I have used both their burial services and cremation services with no hesitation. Why would I drive from South Carolina or Texas to take care of my pets in Rush, New York?? Because this is a family owned business with absolute integrity. The property is beautifully maintained and you can access it from sunup to sundown 7 days a week. Additionally, states like South Carolina have no regulation of pet cemeteries. Recently, a property with a pet cemetary was purchased in SC and the new owner does not plan to maintain it as such. Of course the pet owners are upset but there is nothing they can do except request the remains of their pets back. Very disheartening. We are blessed to have this beautiful place for our pets and such caring people to take care of them. Second to none. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I have nothing but good things to say about this family owned and run cemetery. All the staff are incredibly caring and compassionate with every situation. After my dog passed we were given the option to bring him there ourselves, they were very accommodating to when we would be arriving. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from the staff and left feeling confident he was in good hands. He was ready to be picked up within just a couple days and we were given a slew of urns we choose from. The grounds themselves are gorgeous and well kept, with rolling hills, flower beds, a pond and private trail through the woods that provides a peaceful resting place for the animals. I would recommend the services of this cemetery to anyone.

polly is the best. she is very caring, understanding, compassionate & understands your loss of your pet. my mom & i have known polly for 15 years. we have been putting our pets there at rush inter pet for their final resting place. it's so beautiful there. it's like heaven down here on earth. it's so quiet & you can see wild animals there at times. you can visit your loved ones 7 days a week, plus you can have your own quite time when you visit them. she is so loving cause she has rescued animals. she understands you. she has done a lot for me when i have lost my babies. she always has time to talk to you & helps you feel better. her staff is very friendly. one day i will be there with my babies & all the other animals that are there. there is no other place to put your pets than to put them at rush inter pet cemetery. knowing that they will be safe there FOREVER. polly never rushes you. she lets you have the time you need with your pet. polly thank you & your staff for everything you've done for me & my mom. your the best!

I never knew I could feel more at home or dare I say slightly at ease through some of the most difficult times in my life! Polly & Kyle have taken care of me, my family and my children; all whom have 4legs with the highest level of respect, care, compassion, dignity and love than I've ever recieved anywhere. I have helped, rescued, been a foster failure to several furbabies for over 20yrs now&I've fallen in love with each&every one so it's very hard for me to say goodbye. Through the kindness I've recieved at Rush Interpet they have done way more than just helping me with the decision of a beautiful urn for my babies but also with the grief that comes with any loss. They've held my hand through my toughest times, walked me through the process, explained any&all the questions I have had over the years, counseled me through my grief, given suggestions and just listened when I told them my story &sometimes thats all someone really needs is someone who truly cares, listens&hears what your heart is saying. I cannot express my Love or Gratitude for Polly&Kyle enough for all they've done for me&my children over the years. The best way I know how is to let the world know how great they are and that should you require their services you&your pet will be treated with the utmost respect&compassion, maybe even better than family, I know I have. They offer many services including but not limited to cremation, burial, even boarding&they are willing to help with whatever they can as I know they can assist in picking up your pet for you should you require. They also have a beautiful pet memorial service every year on the 2nd Sunday in September&pets are welcome as they can be blessed at the service. Grief in any form is hard, losing someone you love is never easy and this is just another way they show how much they truly care. If I could give more than 5stars I would, I'd give them all of them because they deserve it for all they do! Thank you for everything!!❤
