Losing a beloved pet is never easy, but Adirondack Pet Cremation Services has always provided kindness, compassion, and professionalism during these difficult times. They have taken wonderful care of my dogs over the years, handling each one with dignity and respect. As the founder and director of a national non-profit dog rescue, I have had to say goodbye to many rescued dogs, and knowing they are in such caring hands has brought me great comfort. I am truly grateful for their services and highly recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a cherished pet .

I was devastated when I lost my bird, Henry. My experience with Adirondack Pet Cremation was very positive. The employee who assisted me was very kind and empathetic as I struggled with my loss. I was very surprised to receive a text a month and a half later asking me how I was adjusting. I thought that was very thoughtful and excellent customer service, which is lacking from many other businesses. I will definitely recommend to others and use their services again.

My baby Bella recently passed away very unexpectedly. These people were so incredibly fast to have us come in and begin the process of resting her body. We went in the next day which was Friday and were told we would have her back by Wednesday at the latest. I actually got to come get her on Monday. I live in VT and all of the cremation services around me had wait lists of multiple weeks with only a few options of how they will return. The day we went with bella we were given a room for saying goodbye to her and see her one last time before they took her to clip some fur. We stayed there for what seemed two hours but it might have been one I can’t be sure. We did arrive late because of gps issues and they actually run a human funeral home as well and are on call for that kind of thing, but never once did we feel like we had to hurry. Lindsey was extremely professional and kind to us and helped us stay positive while picking out which jewelry pieces we wanted and such. I have never met someone that knew how to handle people experiencing this kind of pain. She knew exactly what to say and exactly when to not say anything and she never once made us feel weird or rushed. I really appreciate that. They really treat your pets like family members and allowed bella to stay with a blanket from home until her cremation and even allowed her to bring a rosary into the machine with her. They offered so many pieces of really nice jewelry at reasonable prices. They had Lots of other things too such as blankets candles picture frames and keychains. They have lots of options for urns and shadow boxes as well so you can really have something personal. Lots of options for different price ranges and such. They also made us three different kinds of prayer cards and two paw impressions and a custom plaque right on the front of the shadow box. We were also able to get 7 clippings of fur for everyone who wanted a small piece of her. They had no problem with the volume of items we wanted and got her back to us within two days completed. I could not have asked for a less painful experience. These people are truly amazing and deserve lots of respect and appreciation for what they do for pet owners and the pets themselves. They are also really happy to answer any questions you have for them. They cremate all types of animals including birds and horses and anything in between. They told us they just want to bring happiness to those who have lost their best friends. Thank you guys. I’m not sure how I would have done this without you. I won’t be bringing my pets anywhere else. I’m a customer for life unfortunately. (Side note: they did not ask for payment upfront we paid right before we left after picking her up. Not once did Lindsey ask us about the money, she just listened to what we wanted and did exactly that.)

I highly recommend Adirondack Pet Cremation Services. I was dealing with a great loss. My dog, Diego, who was with me for 11 and a half years had passed away. I was unsure who I should contact to help me. My vet recommended Adirondack Pet Cremation Services. I could not have asked for better service. They actually care and treated us like we were family. They have reached out to me and told me if I needed anything not to hesitate to contact them. I would highly recommend their service if you want your pet to have the best care during a very hard time.
