I was going on vacation in a few days, pulled in my driveway and found a deceased stray cat. I called Animal Control in my town and he was out of the office that week. I called so many numbers and had to leave a message. Some places never got back to me. I was referred to Pet Heaven and spoke to the owner, Eric. Everyone was so incredibly kind and took the cat for me and promised to provide a proper burial. I truly appreciate everything you did. Thank you! I highly recommend Pet Heaven. ❤️

Very thankful for Ashley, for being so compassionate while I went through the loss of my guinea pig. I picked up my little guys ashes today and it was more beautiful than I thought it would be. I wish I can give Pet Heaven Funeral Home more than 5 stars. My experience with them far exceeded my expectations. Our Bella passed away on a Friday and they allowed me to drop her off immediately the next day instead of waiting after the weekend. Tracy was quick to respond to my email even though it was after hours. On Saturday my family and I were dropping Bella off and we were greeted by the most kindest, sweetest, caring and compassionate staff member I've ever met. Her name is Rachel. She really made us feel like family and had the utmost professionalism I've ever experienced in these situations. Thank you for that Rachel. It really was needed for my family and I. It's indescribable how grateful I am to find Pet Heaven. A BIG "Thank You" to all the staff at Pet Heaven. You are all amazing! Highly Recommend

My cat Yoda passed recently after 20 amazing years. We all were devastated. This was our first time looking at cremation and this place was absolutely wonderful. I feel horrible I cant remember their names because they were just that great under the circumstances from us obtaining info, to the care they handled Yoda's remains with and right to bringing him back home again. It made it a bit easier for sure and we are forever grateful.

I came here the day of my 14 year old cats passing. The workers were so unbelievably compassionate, personably, caring. I couldn’t help but break down crying over him passing picking out urns, and they were so patient. They explained all the options so thoroughly, they never pressured me, made sure I understood every single option timeline expectation. I do not write very many reviews but truly could not have asked for better people by my side during such a difficult moment than the people working here and will always recommend them.

I cannot recommend this place enough! When I lost my baby boy early last Saturday morning I called them first thing once they opened. Forgive me if I got her name wrong but Rachael answered and she was so sweet and compassionate and even answered my silly questions! Back in 2018. We had a feeling that he wasn't going to make it, so I made a few calls. I knew that if he went I wanted him cremated. I called Pet Heaven Funeral and explained the situation. She explained to me that they would go and pick him up from the hospital if he died there. She also explained the process if we brought him home to die. She ended the call with stating that hopefully we will not need them. After the phone call I did not have to make anymore because I knew where I was going to go if he passed. We did end up losing him and they were amazing. They were courteous, sympathetic and professional. They also helped us design a custom engraved box to keep his ashes in. I will definitely be using them again.

We lost Roxy suddenly at home, on a Sunday/Monday night, and knew we wanted her cremated. This organization was the first to turn up in a search and I'm so glad that they did. They were the only ones to return my call within an hour on Monday morning ( before they even opened ), they were compassionate/ knowledgeable towards my questions of transporting her. They were beyond understanding and willing to do whatever they could do to honor our final wishes for Rox. They had so many urn options, viewing options, and they even were able to get her paw print for us on a tile. They told us that they love and give every pet a final scratch and "good girl." Our family can never be more thankful to the staff for making our loss that much easier. I will always recommend them and continue to come to them for our pets final car rides. If any of the staff happen to see this just know that what you do makes a huge difference and that you have all made losing (what feels like losing my sister) so much easier for us to handle. I can not recommend Pet Heaven enough. The entire experience is so comforting and spot on, in such a hard and heartwrenching time. The entire staff at Pet Heaven treat your pet like it was their own pet. My mind could rest easy knowing that my Millie was in the best of care until she was returned to me. I have used other cremation service companies in the area, and would never go to anyone else but Pet Heaven going forward. Overall such a kind, compassionate, caring, and understanding staff all around. You will not regret using Pet Heaven for any services for your pets, I cant stress this enough.

I recently lost my pet rat Sammy (he was almost 3 years old) this past Sunday and had planned to get him cremated. I'm glad I chose this place as they were super kind to me despite being out of it and a bit emotional/quiet. I have yet to get Sammy's ashes, but it will be well worth the wait especially knowing that he's being taken care of. The pricing for what I went with wasn't that bad and I'll be sure to come here again for future arrangements.Thank you guys for being respectful and patient with me during this rough time, I really appreciate it.

My pet dog Ricco died yesterday, we were blessed to have him for 20 years. We love this dog with all our heart and soul, he was our everything. I highly recommend Pet Heaven, we had a private viewing and a beautiful room that was so serene. They have many options to choose from, and the staff was very compassionate. I would recommend anyone to go to them. It is tough when a loved one passes and the staff treats your pet and you with the care and respect deserved. We took my daughters bearded dragon, Hannah here this morning. She was 4 years old and passed away on Christmas morning. My daughter received her for her 10th birthday and they went everywhere together. We wanted to have Hannah cremated so they will never be apart again.The girls in the office were absolutely amazing. They showed so much compassion and understanding. Treated us like family and treated Hannah with the most respect.I highly recommend taking your beloved pet here if you choose to have them cremated and want a peaceful goodbye with them.

Everyone in there was absolutely amazing! After dealing with the untimely death of our cat and being stricken with grief they were able to provide a tremendous amount of comfort to us. My wife and I can't say enough good about the staff and how they treated our baby as if he was their own. We lost a very valued four legged family member, very suddenly one night. I called Pet Heaven the next morning, only moments after they opened. Krystin answered the phone and with great sympathy invited us to come with our recently deceased cat, Puppy the same day. Krystin greeted us at the door and respectfully took Puppy in the back. She asked if we would like to say a last good bye before we left and assisted us in taking care of Puppy's arrangements. Before we left we were taken to a private room where they had our baby laid out in a basket, wrapped in a blanket. It was done with such respect and care.Within a few days I received a call from Sasha, who told us "she is ready to go home". All of us, including Puppy were treated with such respect and professionalism that I would highly recommend Pet Heaven. Losing a family member is so hard and they manage to take some of the stress of that time of your shoulders and they do it at a fair price. I can't wait to plant the wild flower seeds they gave us in Puppy's honor this spring.

They give you a chance to say goodbye in a viewing room and the option to put your pet in a pet obituary in the paper. The staff is extremely caring and sensitive during such a difficult time for pet owners. The owner Joe truly cares about his clients and their pets. They have a viewing room where you can say your goodbyes in private and even offer to put your pet's name in their monthly obituary in the news. Losing a pet is never easy, but Pet Heaven makes the process of memorials simple and cathartic.

Losing a family member is never easy, but these guys here are absolutely wonderful. I just received a condolence card from them and as it hurts my little man isn't with us anymore I'm taking comfort in that he was so well taken care of at this place. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door they're genuinely sincere about what they do. Forgive me for not remembering the woman's name but she told me they say a prayer before cremation takes place, I 100% do not doubt that and it truly means so much that they really do care. The circumstances weren't ideal but I'm glad I went here when I needed help. Thank you guys so much.

This past Saturday my wife and i had to euthanize our 14 year Lhaso Apso named Christy. As i'm sure you can imagine it was a very painful decision. We didn't know where to turn until my wife found the website for Pet Heaven. Before Christy was gone they walked us through the entire process up to her cremation. The day we brought her there they laid her out on a bed for us to give a chance to say goodbye. After that they called us on Monday to let us know when she was to be scheduled for cremation (we had her privately cremated). She was scheduled for first thing Tuesday morning. When we arrived they again gave us time to spend with her including letting us bring our other dog for her to say goodbye as well. The thing that touched our hearts the most is that once they took her into the cremation room they allowed us to watch until they placed her in but instead of just leaving her on the table they would scratch her ears or pet her each time they past her.The staff were amazing and extremely caring in our time of need. We are glad that a place like this exists, they gave our dog the respect and dignity that she deserved!

Two of our beloved Bunnies passed, Honey Bunny in March and ButterCup in May, they handled our babies with such care and compassion! Had an amazing experience here at pet heaven. Very compassionate towards your loss. The whole process was handled with respect and sensitivity. I would definitely recommend pet heaven for anyone who has to go through the heartbreaking process of losing their pet.

Losing a family member is never easy, but these guys here are absolutely wonderful. I just received a condolence card from them and as it hurts my little man isn't with us anymore I'm taking comfort in that he was so well taken care of at this place. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door they're genuinely sincere about what they do. Forgive me for not remembering the woman's name but she told me they say a prayer before cremation takes place, I 100% do not doubt that and it truly means so much that they really do care. The circumstances weren't ideal but I'm glad I went here when I needed help. Thank you guys so much.

This past Saturday my wife and i had to euthanize our 14 year Lhaso Apso named Christy. As i'm sure you can imagine it was a very painful decision. We didn't know where to turn until my wife found the website for Pet Heaven. Before Christy was gone they walked us through the entire process up to her cremation. The day we brought her there they laid her out on a bed for us to give a chance to say goodbye. After that they called us on Monday to let us know when she was to be scheduled for cremation (we had her privately cremated). She was scheduled for first thing Tuesday morning. When we arrived they again gave us time to spend with her including letting us bring our other dog for her to say goodbye as well. The thing that touched our hearts the most is that once they took her into the cremation room they allowed us to watch until they placed her in but instead of just leaving her on the table they would scratch her ears or pet her each time they past her.The staff were amazing and extremely caring in our time of need. We are glad that a place like this exists, they gave our dog the respect and dignity that she deserved!

My bearded dragon passed and they were so helpful and sweet. Incredibly sensitive and efficient. After everything had been said and done they sent me a plaque with Sunny's name on it and a card expressing their condolences. Really amazing and so thoughtful.

Two of our beloved Bunnies passed, Honey Bunny in March and ButterCup in May, they handled our babies with such care and compassion! We had them cremated and they had a place where we could say goodbye! ♡ Saying goodbye to our fur babies is never an easy thing, but Joe and Mona and staff made the transition a little easier!♡

My cat of 17 years passed away, and I took her here to be cremated. They went through all of my options with me, which they offer a good variety for good prices. Very friendly and professional, would definitely recommend.
