Faithful friends pet crematory has been incredibly genuine and empathetic. I would like to express extra gratitude to Nan and Allison who have both went out of their way to help me in this difficult time. I am overwhelmed with how wonderful they have been towards me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants gentle people to handle your beloved pet. They care for YOU just as much as they do your pet. Thank you, so much.

I want to thank Nan and her staff. The beautiful handwritten card I received with Lucy ashes was such a gift. I hated leaving her not knowing where she was and who had her, but that wonderful card relieved all of my fears and I know she was with loving friends. Thank you so much Mary Palazzolo

Faithful Friends were so supportive and kind in our time of sorrow. I felt comfortable and secure leaving our precious Bella with them to give her a private cremation. They were quick with their service and we had Bella back home with us in three days. Very professional and caring.

My cat passed away and we took her to Faithful Friends. This place is amazing, If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The folks at Faithful Friends Pet Crematory should be commended for their outright and admirable compassion. Very recently, I had to say goodbye to my best friend of many years, Wilson. The staff were able to work with me through some tough logistical circumstances to give my Wilson the loving care in death that he deserved. Reasonably priced, and speedy turnaround time meant that he came hoke with me just a few days after I dropped him off. Thank you for the hard work you are all putting in, and for making this difficult time a bit easier.

This place is phenomenal! I lost 2 fur babies just 10 days apart. They are very caring and compassionate. Kept me updated on when I would receive my remains. Highly recommend

Losing my sweet Obie was the most painful thing I will ever go through. It feels like I lost a part of my soul, we we're inseparable my Obie and I. The vet where I held him until the very end works directly with Faithful Friends Pet Crematory and honestly, I am so grateful. The packaging, the gorgeous wooden box of his ashes, the hand written card that had me bawling my eyes out, the paw print, the Rainbow Bridge card, the way they tied it up with love- I am so grateful for your handling of my Obie. I can truly sense the love that was tied up into this package and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for handling my boy with love and care, and thank you for his ashes as it is comforting to know he will always be with us.

I was very impressed. Losing my Zoe was extremely difficult for me. Nan and the girls were beyond wonderful.Nan was always available to take my calls in the days n hours leading up to our arrival.Genuinely compassionate gals.I felt so relieved leaving my angel with them. Nan was very thorough and patient with me.Very accommodating, as well. I never felt rushed. We lost 5 dogs in the last 10 years. They were all seniors. And all were cremated, at several locations in Upstate NY. Their prices here are fair and it was well worth the drive. But I'd have paid more for the peace I felt. Thank you all, so much.I only wish I had come here first.

This is the only crematorium I will bring my beloved animals to!! Nan, and her staff are wonderful. Nan has treated all of my beloved animals from goat to alpaca with respect, and compassion. She asks for a biography of your animals life and documents it all. The compassion that she shows towards her clientele during their time if grief is very special indeed.When I arrive to pick up my pets remains, they are presented in the vessel bof my choosing, wrapped in cellophane, replete with rubber stickers stickers representative of the animal within.

After a long night with no sleep and losing Sammy, the best dog ever, we contacted Faithful Friends to handle the cremation. Nan, the owner, is a true empath. Her kind and caring nature are as genuine as it comes. Business wise, everything was simple, logical and honest. Pricing was inline with others that we had reviewed. We called when they opened and within 3 hours everything was completed. We walked away feeling we left him in the best possible hands, knowing that Nan would handle everything with the same care she would if it were one of her own.

The staff at faithful friends are truly caring and and wonderful they treated my pup trooper like he was family and I cant thank them enough. They truly love animals and treat every lost fur baby as their own I highly recommend them.

I had to have my 16 year-old cat "put to sleep" at my vet's office and had him individually cremated. The "memorial basket" in which his cremains were returned to me was breath-taking. The beautiful wooden box of ashes, the hand-written sympathy card, the plaster-of-paris paw mold, the certificate of cremation, the stickers and ribbon, ...they treated my cat like it was their own loving, yet departed, companion. The attention to detail, the amount of time and love that Faithful Friends put into this, brought tears of gratitude and joy to my eyes. THANK YOU!!!

my husband chris and i took our chihuahua there and nan and the staff were amazing she let me hold her as long as i wanted and didnt press me for time and told me to take as long as i wanted to thank you so very much nan and staff you truely are amazing
