Where do I begin?! I rarely write reviews, but this is just the most amazing organization Rita runs that everyone with a pet they love needs to know about!! Rita and her team were angels of comfort and help during the hardest loss of my life. Her operation is one of true HEART and CARE with HONOR and RESPECT!! The day I was dreading and the aftermath of it was not something I could bear on my own with our special dog, Lily. It came to be Lily’s time to cross the Rainbow Bridge, and I wanted her to rest in peace and not be cremated (personal preference). Deeded pet cemeteries are very difficult to find in upstate NY, and I was concerned that the pet cemetery we were planning on was being sold and was not deed -dedicated which means the pet cemetery according to NYS law means the land COULD BE DEVELOPED ON WITH THE PETS BEING DUG UP AND REMOVED! Thank God I found Rita. She rescued the cemetery in 2018 from the previous owner who did not care for it. She swooped in and saved it because her fur babies are there aswell as other friends fur babies. Rita was there for us at every step. She picked up the phone right away that desperate, early morning I called. She helped me pick out a perfect burial plot remotely with dozens of photos, videos and explanations over the phone. I could tell her heart was breaking for us. She has the biggest heart. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well-maintained with gardens and beautiful trees and bushes throughout. They even restored the old stone wall on the property. Robert drove over 200 miles upstate to pick up Lily and did it gently and with dignity and brought her down to their lovely memorial center where she was beautified for a lovely memorial for us to say goodbye. Rita wrote the most beautiful tribute for us to read at the gravesite for Lily and put together a beautiful memorial book with over 40 pictures that I sent last minute to her. The memorial bag Rita put together was full of keepsakes as well as an impression paw print from Lily and many more special things. Rita, Jeffrey, and Robert operate this business out of love, and it felt like anything but a business. I just love them so much, and I can’t imagine not having them during this difficult time. My broken heart is healing much faster knowing Lily was honored so well in her passing. They even cut costs when they determined Lily could fit in a smaller casket than anticipated and a large stone found while digging could be used as a headstone marker. They have also invested in a beautiful new building and an incredible cremation machine from England that is state of the art and guarantee that your pet will have a private cremation if that is the avenue you want. Also free bereavement counseling. Are you kidding me?! I never thought I would be so incredibly impressed with a pet cemetery, but Rita, her husband Jeff, and Robert are just so top-notch in every way. Please please please just call Rita if you are needing to make this difficult decision and going through it. She will take care of you. You will never ever regret it! Absolute perfection!

Rita and Robert were such beautiful souls ,I'm glad that I chose them to cremate Venus .When my mom and I arrived I was sobbing and Rita and Robert was so sympathetic and loving .They set up a Beautiful send off for Venus .They explained the whole process to my mom and I. When we came back to collect her ashes Rita made this beautiful album with poems and photos of Venus .Venus's paw prints came out gorgeous as well. I think about Venus everyday and think about how kind Rita and Robert was to Venus ,My mom and I . my mom and I strolled through the cemetery and it was so beautiful and well maintained . ❤️❤️

It's been exactly one year since I lost my boy Ty.I will be forever grateful with Forever Angels. When my beautiful dog Ty passed away, I called many places and none of them offered the same compassion, care and understanding as Forever Angels did. From that first phone call, to the texts, and the in-person care, it felt that this was the right place.From the moment I got there, up until I picked up my boy's ashes, I felt this sense of peace. I didn't feel rushed, it just felt right. Like I was at the right place. It is a beautiful place, although it could also be said that it is a place of sadness because it's where we get to say our last goodbye to our angels. Walking the grounds of the cemetery also helped me put into perspective that many others have gone through what I'm going through and that I am not alone. It also made me feel grateful that I got to experience many years with my boy because many had to say goodbye to their angels very young.This whole experience of saying your last goodbye to your best friend will never be easy, but it was a little less painful because of everyone at Forever Angels. Thank you to Rita! Thank you to Tara, for being so compassionate on all those phone calls while I was trying to figure this out! Thank you to Rob for being so gentle and understanding on the very last step of this process. I appreciate everyone's help!

I have just recently moved back home to take care of my 84 year old mom. My mother has rescued animals her entire adult life. Adopting, transporting, and working with rescues to find homes for pets of all ages. She has always had a soft spot in her heart for senior dogs.Last week her last senior rescue, Niko, passed away. My mom has dementia and has good and bad days. The one thing she was adamant about is where she wanted to take Niko to be cremated. She could not remember the name of Forever Angel's, but what she did remember is the care and dignity in the way they handled her fur family members. I started googling and informing her what I found to see if she could remember. It came down to two places. When I called Forever Angel's and spoke to Robert, he informed me that my mom had used their services before. As I drove towards Forever Angel's, my mom remembered and started giving me directions!Both Robert and Rita were wonderful at this difficult time. My mom received a Rainbow Bridge bag with Niko's ashes in a wooden box inside a velvet bag, a memory candle, and a paw print. There was also a memory book with inspirational sayings and poems with pictures of Niko scattered throughout. It was absolutely beautiful!Since experiencing their services, I now know why my mom was adamant about Forever Angel's Pet Cemetary.Thank you

Oh goodness where do I even start! My bunny got sick about a week before thanksgiving and I was devastated! I didn’t know how much longer I would have with her but I knew I needed to have a plan in place for the day she did cross the rainbow bridge. Forever angels was the first place I reached out to and Rita got back to me almost immediately! She answered all my questions and reassured me that when the time comes my beloved pet would be treated as if it were her own! Sadly my bunny passed away at the very early hours on December 21st. I texted Rita and she got back to me a few hours later. I was able to drop my sweet fur baby off with Robert the same day she passed and I knew from the second I met this man I knew (Moonshine) was in excellent hands. He reassured me that my bunny would be cremated privately and that was the clarification I needed, living in fear of coming home with another animals ashes…After everything was signed and paid for Robert allowed me to spend as much time as I needed in the viewing room to say my final goodbyes. Moonshine was cremated that same day and 3 days later she was home. I am forever GRATEFUL I was able to bring her home for Christmas Eve as this was my first Christmas in 6 years with out her. If you or someone you know ever looses a fur baby and are looking for a pet cemetery or a cremation option please look no further!! The memory package(s) they offer are BEAUTIFUL and worth EVERY PENNY! I can not THANK Robert and Rita for everything they did for me and my sweet fur baby! 🙏🏻🌈🤍With Love,Bianca and Moonshine

We are glad we found Forever Angels Pet Cemetery and Crematorium for our beloved cat Simba. We had to make the painful decision to have Simba put to sleep and we knew we wanted to have him cremated. We were calling all over to find a place that can cremate and return his ashes the same day. Every place we called was either closed or unable to provide this service. We knew we wanted him home that night with us. Luckily my husband found Forever Angels online. We called & spoke to Robert, he was so compassionate and accommodating. He fit us right in. He understood what it meant to loss a pet who is a member of the family. When we drove in we knew this was the place we wanted. It looked like Rainbow Bridge. As we waited for the cremation, we later met Rita & Jeffrey who also were extremely empathetic and compassionate. They understood our pain and were there to listen. We shared pet stories with one another. Honestly, it felt like we were friends for a lifetime. We couldn't imagine going to any other place. Forever Angels in our opinion is the only place for a beloved pet. They go above and beyond any expectations. Robert, Rita & Jeffrey are angels in disguise. God Bless them! Rita is a true Angel and has an incredible health! Once I found out that my precious Koko was going to pass I contacted Rita about putting her to rest as the cemetery. When we arrived she came to me with open arms. I knew we chose the right people and place for our girl. From choosing her final resting place to saying our farewell, Rita, Robert, and Jeffery were there with us. Words can’t express how much this meant to us. Losing a beloved member of your family is not easy but Forever Angels Pet Cemetery eased the process. This is KoKo’s forever resting place, since the land is preserved and can’t be developed on. If you lost your pet and need services with burial or cremation, Rita and Robert are the right people for you!We miss our baby KoKo 🐈‍⬛but go visit her every week at the cemetery. 💚

If you're reading this review I first want to say how sincerely sorry I am for your loss. I know your pain as I've loved and lost many fur-babies throughout my life. I can say without any hesitation that I whole-heartedly recommend Forever Angels during this difficult time. We lost our sweet 14 year old tabby Kilea in July and our loyal 12 year old GSD Kassie in December. Losing two of our fur-babies within 5 months was devastating. We couldn't be more grateful though that our vet recommended Forever Angels when we lost Kilea. Rita and Robert are two of the kindest people you'll ever meet. From the first contact they showed sincere compassion for our loss and were so respectful of our grieving. It's evident how much they love animals as they and we shared pictures and stories of our beloved pets and they never made us feel rushed. It was heart-warming to be treated so kindly. Rita goes above and beyond creating picture memory books and Robert ensured we had perfect paw prints. We chose cremation and both times left with a bag of memories along with the ashes in a lovely urn. Everything is explained in detail and they treated us and our fur-babies with the utmost respect and professionalism. Rita and Robert, I can't thank you enough for helping our family say our final goodbye in such a dignified manner. We look forward to supporting Forever Angels future events so you can continue to help others.

Our Little Chloe recently passed away due to old age 😢 We were lucky to love her & spoil her for 3 yrs♥️🐹 I wanted to come on here & give a huge shout out to Forever Angels Pets Cemetery in Montgomery for making her cremation process as smooth & quick as possible. I spoke with Robert and he was so kind and empathic with my little one. He took her feelings into consideration and acknowledged her opinions on the decision making which made her feel very important. After all Chloe was Hers so this meant the world to her. We got our little hammy girl the next day after she was dropped off & I am still in Awe with the dedication that they put into her memorial folder. Rita, who we didn’t get the chance to meet took the time to personalize every memorial poem w/ similar pictures of our little Chloe. Our folder was full of hamster prayers/poems that my daughter found very comforting. I couldn’t be happier with the compassion that they showed us and our little Chloe!! 💖 Our urn is beautiful & my daughter is very happy that we were able to get beautiful paw prints despite Chloe’s tiny paws.🐾 I can tell with how they handled our hamster’s passing that Forever Angels treats all pets w/ respect no matter the size💖

I lost my girl a few months back. It was New Year's Day and the really nice people at Forever Angels not only picked up the phone but came in just to meet me so I could drop my girl off for cremation. They got her setup for a viewing and let us take as long as we wanted to sit with her and say goodbye. Rita was so sympathetic and comforting and just genuine. I have unfortunately experienced this multiple times but I lived in another state. This was my first time with Forever Angels and it was the best experience I've had, even though the circumstances are so hard. The beautiful memorial book with poems and pictures of my Anabelle was an amazing tribute to her. I have never gotten that from the other services I have used. I'm so grateful for their compassion and kindness during one of the worst days of my life.

Compassionate, kind, caring, understanding, sympathetic, helpful... I could go on. My wife and I lost our cat Stewie recently, and we chose to go with Forever Angels for his cremation. Rita and her staff are wonderful and everything was a breeze. The package we received with his remains was great. So much stuff, a picture book, hair clipping, candle, paw prints, etc. If you love your pets and you're unsure of where you should go to after your baby dies, Forever Angels is the place.

We are so deeply grateful to Rita and Robert for their incredible compassion during a dizzyingly difficult time. On short notice they took in our canine companion, Crackerjack and showed us the most exquisite care and support. They welcomed that we witness the placement of his body into the chamber (done so gently!), which we appreciate because we could rest assured that it would only be his ashes that we'd be bringing home with us. They also gifted us with a wonderful assortment of gifts to remember Crackerjack by, which is so thoughtful.Their reverence for Crackerjack's final transition was beautiful and such an honor to his soul. Well, I must say..In a difficult time with my fur baby dog ie: Maxx which I had for 15 years joined the heavens and the earth. It's still a tough time for me, shy over a month from now. I wanted to denote a review but; I'm still grieving. I didn't want too much time to pass sharing a heartfelt calm experience I had in real-time with the the team of staff at Forever Angels Pet Cemetery and Crematorium I appreciate yr team transporting my pet to their establishment, they rendered outstanding service over the phone to in-person services to my best friend, alway's in my heart "Maxx" . The team of staff provided an excellent portfolio of my pet with other keepsake items that I can reference ie; the journey of my best friend,, taking daily walks, laughing, talking and playing with "Maxx" I appreciate the entire team of staff here. They exhibited compassion and empathy during these challenging times as my fur baby "Maxx" parted from me and my family..Till we meet again Maxx. Folks, don't hesitate to reach out to this business establishment to get yr business in order just to put yr heart at ease, having yr business in order, you cannot go wrong. My opinion..

I cannot thank Rita and Robert enough for their kindness, sympathy, and support they have shown since the moment I arrived at Forever Angels Pet Cemetery And Crematory. I have never felt more welcomed after the passing of a pet like I have with both of them. It's never easy saying goodbye to our fur babies, especially because they become family, but I was comforted and reassured that everything will be fine and they would handle my parakeet Abbey with care and respect. Robert was super gentle while handling Abbey, and it was then that I knew I was definitely in good hands with Forever Angels.When I arrived to pick up Abbey's ashes, I was surprised with a beautiful rainbow bag with a beautifully put together portfolio which includes a tribute to Abbey. I cried while reading all of the things Rita placed inside. I have never received anything like this before, and I will treasure it forever!The grounds of the cemetery are beautiful and relaxing, and I felt at peace being there. Rita and her team at Forever Angels Pet Cemetary are some of the kindest, most generous people I have ever worked with. As the Shelter Manager of a local no-kill cat shelter, we were in need of burial or cremation services for some of our cats who passed from various illnesses and old age. Rita provided more professional and personal care than I could have ever imagined. Despite us being a shelter and not a private pet parent, Rita understood the love we have for each of the cats. Forever Angels was compassionate and treated us no different than any other client. Our shelter team are very consoled to know that our beloved cats found a peaceful and loving "home" with Rita and her team. We cannot thank Forever Angels Pet Cemetary enough.

We lost our sweet 14 year old tabby Kilea in July and our loyal 12 year old GSD Kassie in December. Losing two of our fur-babies within 5 months was devastating. We couldn't be more grateful though that our vet recommended Forever Angels when we lost Kilea. Rita and Robert are two of the kindest people you'll ever meet. From the first contact they showed sincere compassion for our loss and were so respectful of our grieving. It's evident how much they love animals as they and we shared pictures and stories of our beloved pets and they never made us feel rushed. It was heart-warming to be treated so kindly. Rita goes above and beyond creating picture memory books and Robert ensured we had perfect paw prints. We chose cremation and both times left with a bag of memories along with the ashes in a lovely urn. I don't even know where to begin! Rita and Robert are top notch! I had to make the hardest decision to put my kitty Zena to rest on March 2nd 2024. I knew I wanted to have her cremated so I searched a few sights. I'm so happy that I chose Forever Angel's. I spoke to Robert over the phone and his voice was so soothing and comforting. He let me take my time as I cried throughout the phone call. I wasn't able to bring her til shortly after they closed, but he told me that he would wait for me. I was greeted with hugs and comforting words. They took Zena to the viewing room (which I didn't know they had). We finalized everything and they asked me if we wanted to say goodbye to her. I truly thought she would still be in the box we brought her in with., but they had her beautifully displayed for an actual viewing. I am forever grateful for that. The package they put together for her was absolutely beautiful. I hope I don't lose any of my other fur babies anytime soon, but Forever Angel's would be the place I definitely will turn to.

After Scruffy passed away, I met with Robert to set up the funeral. However the weather did not cooperate and we had to reschedule multiple times. Her patience and warmth made a deeply painful time a little easier.Robert is her right hand guy and gently walked us through the cremation process (which, sadly, we know all too well) and is a kind man. We recently said goodbye to our dog Marley. She was our everything and meant the world to our family. It has been beyond heartbreaking and we have been devastated by her loss. We were given Rita’s name from a friend and the moment I spoke to her, she made me feel at ease. Her kindness, support, and love for Marley brought us so much peace. Our Little Chloe recently passed away due to old age 😢 We were lucky to love her & spoil her for 3 yrs♥️🐹 I wanted to come on here & give a huge shout out to Forever Angels Pets Cemetery in Montgomery for making her cremation process as smooth & quick as possible. I spoke with Robert and he was so kind and empathic with my little one. He took her feelings into consideration and acknowledged her opinions on the decision making which made her feel very important. After all Chloe was Hers so this meant the world to her. We got our little hammy girl the next day after she was dropped off & I am still in Awe with the dedication that they put into her memorial folder. Rita, who we didn’t get the chance to meet took the time to personalize every memorial poem w/ similar pictures of our little Chloe. Our folder was full of hamster prayers/poems that my daughter found very comforting. I couldn’t be happier with the compassion that they showed us and our little Chloe!! 💖 Our urn is beautiful & my daughter is very happy that we were able to get beautiful paw prints despite Chloe’s tiny paws.🐾 I can tell with how they handled our hamster’s passing that Forever Angels treats all pets w/ respect no matter the size💖

I lost my girl a few months back. It was New Year's Day and the really nice people at Forever Angels not only picked up the phone but came in just to meet me so I could drop my girl off for cremation. They got her setup for a viewing and let us take as long as we wanted to sit with her and say goodbye. Rita was so sympathetic and comforting and just genuine. I have unfortunately experienced this multiple times but I lived in another state. This was my first time with Forever Angels and it was the best experience I've had, even though the circumstances are so hard. The beautiful memorial book with poems and pictures of my Anabelle was an amazing tribute to her. I have never gotten that from the other services I have used. I'm so grateful for their compassion and kindness during one of the worst days of my life.

Compassionate, kind, caring, understanding, sympathetic, helpful... I could go on. My wife and I lost our cat Stewie recently, and we chose to go with Forever Angels for his cremation. Rita and her staff are wonderful and everything was a breeze. The package we received with his remains was great. So much stuff, a picture book, hair clipping, candle, paw prints, etc. If you love your pets and you're unsure of where you should go to after your baby dies, Forever Angels is the place.

We are so deeply grateful to Rita and Robert for their incredible compassion during a dizzyingly difficult time. On short notice they took in our canine companion, Crackerjack and showed us the most exquisite care and support. They welcomed that we witness the placement of his body into the chamber (done so gently!), which we appreciate because we could rest assured that it would only be his ashes that we'd be bringing home with us. Well, I must say..In a difficult time with my fur baby dog ie: Maxx which I had for 15 years joined the heavens and the earth. It's still a tough time for me, shy over a month from now. I wanted to denote a review but; I'm still grieving. I didn't want too much time to pass sharing a heartfelt calm experience I had in real-time with the the team of staff at Forever Angels Pet Cemetery and Crematorium I appreciate yr team transporting my pet to their establishment, they rendered outstanding service over the phone to in-person services to my best friend, alway's in my heart "Maxx" . The team of staff provided an excellent portfolio of my pet with other keepsake items that I can reference ie; the journey of my best friend,, taking daily walks, laughing, talking and playing with "Maxx" I appreciate the entire team of staff here. They exhibited compassion and empathy during these challenging times as my fur baby "Maxx" parted from me and my family..Till we meet again Maxx. I cannot thank Rita and Robert enough for their kindness, sympathy, and support they have shown since the moment I arrived at Forever Angels Pet Cemetery And Crematory. I have never felt more welcomed after the passing of a pet like I have with both of them. It's never easy saying goodbye to our fur babies, especially because they become family, but I was comforted and reassured that everything will be fine and they would handle my parakeet Abbey with care and respect. Robert was super gentle while handling Abbey, and it was then that I knew I was definitely in good hands with Forever Angels.When I arrived to pick up Abbey's ashes, I was surprised with a beautiful rainbow bag with a beautifully put together portfolio which includes a tribute to Abbey. Rita and her team at Forever Angels Pet Cemetary are some of the kindest, most generous people I have ever worked with. As the Shelter Manager of a local no-kill cat shelter, we were in need of burial or cremation services for some of our cats who passed from various illnesses and old age. Rita provided more professional and personal care than I could have ever imagined. Despite us being a shelter and not a private pet parent, Rita understood the love we have for each of the cats. Forever Angels was compassionate and treated us no different than any other client. I lost my English bulldog (Sophie) yesterday. She lived a great almost 16yrs. She passed away on a Saturday and Sunday morning I called forever angels and they immediately got back to me and I was able to bring her in to be cremated. The staff were AMAZING so compassionate and loving. The package you get when you use the cremation services is simply amazing. The price was great and for everything they give you in living memory is amazing. I highly recommend this place as the love and heart that goes into the process is clearly evident and truly refreshing. From the time Robert answered the phone finding out that our beloved pet was a hamster he continued to treat the call with compassion and professionalism. Other calls I made prior to Forever Angels that day heard hamster and said "oh just a hamster" or we will treat it as a cat and procced accordingly....Robert was just as kind in person. My 13 year old daughter who our hammy belonged to came with us to see him off, and Robert included her in the entire process, spoke softly and was very gentle with his words. He even offered to set up a viewing room for her to have privacy to say her final good byes. He gave her a bracelet and a little trinket to help get her through until we were able to pick him back up. Then we get a request from Rita for pictures of our Hammy as she would like to put together something nice for my daughter to help her get through this most difficult time. As I have explained to Robert this was her first real loss of a pet. The customer service experience was wonderful and the experience was memorable given the unfortunate circumstances. With tremendous sadness, heartbreak and devastation, we had to say goodbye to our beloved, cockapoo, Tramp, who was our absolute joy, love of our life, and loyal furbaby for 18 years. He was our baby and our lives lovingly revolved around his. My husband and I cannot express the level of gratitude we have to Rita, Jeffrey, and Robert. If you know the story of how Rita acquired Forever Angels Pet Cemetery & Crematory, then you know this is not just a “business”, but a genuine passion that is very personal to her. If you don’t know her story, I encourage you to Google, and you will understand in an instant.They went above and beyond by waiting 90 mins past their closing time for me and my husband to arrive after we lost Tramp. Rita was outside in the cold to greet us as we pulled into the parking area. We were met with open arms, warmth and sympathy for our tremendous loss. Rita and Robert took their time in speaking with us, intently listening to our journey as to how Tramp’s end came to be. Rita was devastated for us and, like the rest of us who unconditionally love our fur babies, is from the same cloth. And so is Robert. They even allowed us time in their viewing room with our Tramp for as long as needed, to say our goodbyes. Mind you, they closed at 4:00. At this point it was around 6:30.The next morning, we were able to view Tramp being placed in the cremation chamber to ensure we were getting our baby’s ashes. Again, Rita and Robert showed nothing but comfort and support as this was our final goodbye to our sweet boy.Days later, we were able to pick up Tramps’s ashes. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rita’s husband, Jeffrey, who is also from the same cloth.I have had many pets over the course of my life, and have lost more than I care to remember. Picking up ashes in the past from my veterinarian’s office was like picking up a prescription to them. I was handed a paper bag with their remains.and sent on my way. I was shocked when I was handed this beautiful decorated cloth handled bag, which contained tramps ashes in a beautiful box placed in a velvet style bag. Tramp’s paw print in resin which holds a photo. A container with his hair. Various dog related decor items, a candle, and most importantly, a beautiful keepsake Memorial book of poems put together by Rita which incorporated two dozen photos of our baby that Rita had asked that I send. I cried that night reading every beautiful poem.Like people, we want to honor our family members in death, as much as we did in life. We love our fur babies just the same. Sometimes I feel even more! Why wouldn’t we want the same for them? Forever Angels Pet Cemetery ensures that does. They took care of us, and Tramp, with the utmost respect, professionalism, care and understanding. I lost my fur baby he had just turned 19 years old and so grateful to Forever Angels for being there. I was heartbroken and I wanted to have my beloved fur baby cremated at a place that would show respect, love, and care for him. I sincerely found that at Forever Angels. If you are looking for a place that will treat your beloved one with absolute love and care this is the place. Robert was extremely compassionate, gentle, and listened to me. Rita and Robert were very supportive throughout this painful process. They had a beautiful selection of urns and offered to order me one if I didn’t find one I liked. The care package they give was just beautiful. My fur baby passed away on a Sunday and I was so thankful they were open. The service here was absolutely amazing. This place really loves animals. Our little guy Troy had to say goodbye. A faithful and loving companion for 15yrs. Good dog. Gave us all he had. So hard to go thru these times, and I have had many. Something you never get used to. You absolutely deserve them!This past Monday was one of the hardest days in my life. After battling gastric carcinoma for about 14 months, my 10 years old fur daughter Cora had to be put to sleep. I can't thank you enough for your caring and your outpouring of support to me before and after my beloved Cora's euthanasia process. The time you took in answering my questions and in comforting me either by phone calls or text messages were simply amazing and very much appreciated. As a pet parent, you were there by holding my hands to walk though my sadness and sorrow of losing my lovely fur child.If my Cora could speak, she would be also very touched by the arrangement that you made for us. Thank both Robert and you for letting us view on loading Cora into her private chamber, and bringing her remains back to home on the same day. Thank you for placing all the keepsakes such as wooden urn, paw print, candle and certificate very nicely in your beautiful Rainbow Bridge bag for my family.Compared to some "big name" pet cemetery companies, Forever Angels Pet Cemetery is more like a non-profit service to me. Losing our first fur baby was one of the most devastating events me and my wife have had to deal with to date. Rita and Robert at Forever Angels were extremely sympathetic and comforting during our time of grief. They handled our boy with the same love and care you would expect for a human funeral. Posting for Jeanette Carlstedt: From the moment a flyer was picked up for the National Pet Memorial Day on September 10, 2023 at the Forever Angels Pet Cemetery, I became aware of a very special place! The event was attended by a great number of pet lovers. Refreshments were served and personnel were available to answer questions and provide information. A few weeks later an appointment was made to take a tour of the cemetery. What a heavenly place for my forever friends! The owner Rita is so sweet and we were deeply touched by her empathy and understanding. Her patience and warmth made a deeply painful time a little easier.Robert is her right hand guy and gently walked us through the cremation process (which, sadly, we know all too well) and is a kind man. They presented us with a beautiful package containing Mimi’s ashes in a lovely wooden box with velvet bag, paw print impression, locks of fur, numerous poems, scented candle, condolence card, a gorgeous COLLAGE of photos of Mimi, and more in an adorable jute bag (see photo).I hope we don't have to use their services again for many years, but will certainly return when that time comes.

We recently said goodbye to our dog Marley. She was our everything and meant the world to our family. It has been beyond heartbreaking and we have been devastated by her loss. We were given Rita’s name from a friend and the moment I spoke to her, she made me feel at ease. Her kindness, support, and love for Marley brought us so much peace. She went above and beyond to honor Marley and treated her like her own. She made sure this difficult process was easy and calming for us. Rita kept in touch with me during the entire process. She even called to check in on me and my family after we left the cemetery.Because of Rita, Jeffery, and Robert, Marley has left us feeling so special. We were treated like family and now are like part of the family. My family is truly touched by the package Rita put together to honor Marley.There are no words to describe our appreciation. Robert and Rita took us in with nothing but compassion when our beloved Bailey cat left us after 15 beautiful years. Having called a couple of other places to inquire about prices, the humanity in Robert’s voice and words stood out immediately. "FOREVER ANGELS", There comes a time in life when you need help.. and the hardest part of acquiring help is where to look. I have had the tremendous heartache of having to make a decision to say goodbye. I have had my furbaby in my life for 15 years and I never thought the day would come where I would have to say goodbye to her forever. Making decisions like this are difficult and you will doubt and question everything about you as a person, as a fur parent and as a human being. As I fought with myself about whether I am doing the right or wrong thing I can assure you that me choosing "FOREVER ANGELS as my Help in this process was a God send 🙏. From the second I found them online to even this day, I knew I found the best help ever. Rita, Robert, and Jeff were the Angels I needed to help me with my fur baby "Bella". Everyone at FOREVER ANGELS showed the most understanding and gave me the most comfort in handling the transition of my little angel. Rita helped me through every step and even consoled me through this unbearable grief, I can't express just how much of an Angel she was and how understanding Robert and Jeff were as well. Losing a pet is one of the toughest days of your life. Especially when you had to make the decision to let them rest eternally. Rita and Robert were angels on earth for my family during this difficult time. Robert and Bob came right to my family home to pick up our English bulldog after he had passed. Jameson was our family dog for almost 13 years. Having someone come and make us feel like he was in safe hands and will be treated right really put us at ease. They gave us the most beautiful urn. Also gave us lovely paw prints, hair clippings and kind quotes about losing a loved one. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Was my first time going through this because Bella was my first dog unfortunately she passed away too soon but they made everything going so smoothly for me. Rita was so fantastic the morning after my Peanut passed; I didn’t know what to say other than I lost him, and she sprang into gear, knowing what I was saying, and with such compassion!! Robert was immensely comforting and helpful, coming to pick up Peanut for the services and going through all of the paperwork with me. He, too, was compassionate, and has a very soothing manner, and Peanut was shown the same care as I’d give. I’m so grateful to Rita and Robert, our beloved dog Esko was 16 years old. The heartbreak of losing him is indescribable. I decided to have him cremated. I first spoke with Rita to make arrangements, and Robert followed up. On the dreaded day Robert came to pick up my baby. He was so compassionate to what we were going through and handled Esko with such care, I knew he was going to be treated with dignity and respect even once he was out of my presence. Both Rita and Robert made me feel at peace and offered genuine concern for my family and I. When I picked Esko up he was presented to me with love and care as well. I can not express how grateful I am. I called Robert after my beloved dog "Jude" passed. Within 2hrs he and Rita came to my home in a snow storm to pick my baby up. In my time of devastation they were here for me. Rita gives the best hugs. And as kind as they are they delivered my babies ashes on Saturday morning. I lost my English bulldog (Sophie) yesterday. She lived a great almost 16yrs. She passed away on a Saturday and Sunday morning I called forever angels and they immediately got back to me and I was able to bring her in to be cremated. The staff were AMAZING so compassionate and loving. The package you get when you use the cremation services is simply amazing. The price was great and for everything they give you in living memory is amazing. I highly recommend this place as the love and heart that goes into the process is clearly evident and truly refreshing. From the time Robert answered the phone finding out that our beloved pet was a hamster he continued to treat the call with compassion and professionalism. Other calls I made prior to Forever Angels that day heard hamster and said "oh just a hamster" or we will treat it as a cat and procced accordingly....Robert was just as kind in person. My 13 year old daughter who our hammy belonged to came with us to see him off, and Robert included her in the entire process, spoke softly and was very gentle with his words. He even offered to set up a viewing room for her to have privacy to say her final good byes. He gave her a bracelet and a little trinket to help get her through until we were able to pick him back up. Then we get a request from Rita for pictures of our Hammy as she would like to put together something nice for my daughter to help her get through this most difficult time. As I have explained to Robert this was her first real loss of a pet. The customer service experience was wonderful and the experience was memorable given the unfortunate circumstances. With tremendous sadness, heartbreak and devastation, we had to say goodbye to our beloved, cockapoo, Tramp, who was our absolute joy, love of our life, and loyal furbaby for 18 years. He was our baby and our lives lovingly revolved around his. My husband and I cannot express the level of gratitude we have to Rita, Jeffrey, and Robert. If you know the story of how Rita acquired Forever Angels Pet Cemetery & Crematory, then you know this is not just a “business”, but a genuine passion that is very personal to her. If you don’t know her story, I encourage you to Google, and you will understand in an instant.They went above and beyond by waiting 90 mins past their closing time for me and my husband to arrive after we lost Tramp. Rita was outside in the cold to greet us as we pulled into the parking area. We were met with open arms, warmth and sympathy for our tremendous loss. Rita and Robert took their time in speaking with us, intently listening to our journey as to how Tramp’s end came to be. Rita was devastated for us and, like the rest of us who unconditionally love our fur babies, is from the same cloth. And so is Robert. They even allowed us time in their viewing room with our Tramp for as long as needed, to say our goodbyes. Mind you, they closed at 4:00. At this point it was around 6:30.The next morning, we were able to view Tramp being placed in the cremation chamber to ensure we were getting our baby’s ashes. Again, Rita and Robert showed nothing but comfort and support as this was our final goodbye to our sweet boy.Days later, we were able to pick up Tramps’s ashes. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rita’s husband, Jeffrey, who is also from the same cloth.I have had many pets over the course of my life, and have lost more than I care to remember. Picking up ashes in the past from my veterinarian’s office was like picking up a prescription to them. I was handed a paper bag with their remains.and sent on my way. I was shocked when I was handed this beautiful decorated cloth handled bag, which contained tramps ashes in a beautiful box placed in a velvet style bag. Tramp’s paw print in resin which holds a photo. A container with his hair. Various dog related decor items, a candle, and most importantly, a beautiful keepsake Memorial book of poems put together by Rita which incorporated two dozen photos of our baby that Rita had asked that I send. I cried that night reading every beautiful poem.Like people, we want to honor our family members in death, as much as we did in life. We love our fur babies just the same. Sometimes I feel even more! Why wouldn’t we want the same for them? Forever Angels Pet Cemetery ensures that does. They took care of us, and Tramp, with the utmost respect, professionalism, care and understanding. We strongly recommend to anyone who loses their pet (no matter how big or small, no matter the species) to reach out to these beautiful people. We love them.Kim & Chris K.

First I would like to say the first thing I noticed when calling for my little one that passed is how kind and empathetic the owner was. I appreciated that so much! The whole staff is professional and kind. The package that they gave was lovely and heartwarming to see all the poems they gathered up. All though it was a sad moment to think about my little one passing , we still felt the love and comfort thanks to them. Great service. 10/10!

I lost my fur baby he had just turned 19 years old and so grateful to Forever Angels for being there. I was heartbroken and I wanted to have my beloved fur baby cremated at a place that would show respect, love, and care for him. I sincerely found that at Forever Angels. If you are looking for a place that will treat your beloved one with absolute love and care this is the place. Robert was extremely compassionate, gentle, and listened to me. Rita and Robert were very supportive throughout this painful process. They had a beautiful selection of urns and offered to order me one if I didn’t find one I liked. The care package they give was just beautiful. My fur baby passed away on a Sunday and I was so thankful they were open. The service here was absolutely amazing. This place really loves animals. The entrance and grounds were beautiful. I highly recommend everyone to come here, even if you are not local the drive would be worth it. I can see and now know why this place has five stars. Our little guy Troy had to say goodbye. A faithful and loving companion for 15yrs. Good dog. Gave us all he had. So hard to go thru these times, and I have had many. Something you never get used to. This time though, by the miracle of God we found the most compassionate. caring, understanding souls one could ever have guide and support you in an incredibly difficult time. Let me tell you about Robert, Rita and Jeffery of Forever Angels Pet Cemetery and Crematorium. If you have ever lost a beloved pet, and I'm sure most of us have, these are the greatest people serving this profession I could have ever dream of. You absolutely deserve them!This past Monday was one of the hardest days in my life. After battling gastric carcinoma for about 14 months, my 10 years old fur daughter Cora had to be put to sleep. I can't thank you enough for your caring and your outpouring of support to me before and after my beloved Cora's euthanasia process. The time you took in answering my questions and in comforting me either by phone calls or text messages were simply amazing and very much appreciated. As a pet parent, you were there by holding my hands to walk though my sadness and sorrow of losing my lovely fur child.If my Cora could speak, she would be also very touched by the arrangement that you made for us. Thank both Robert and you for letting us view on loading Cora into her private chamber, and bringing her remains back to home on the same day. Thank you for placing all the keepsakes such as wooden urn, paw print, candle and certificate very nicely in your beautiful Rainbow Bridge bag for my family.Compared to some "big name" pet cemetery companies, Forever Angels Pet Cemetery is more like a non-profit service to me. Your place obviously has the same love and respect for all the fur children that their owners do, but you are also providing a highest quality service at an affordable price due to your passions for animals.I also can't thank Robert enough for the service you provided in preparation and during Cora's cremation. Losing our first fur baby was one of the most devastating events me and my wife have had to deal with to date. Rita and Robert at Forever Angels were extremely sympathetic and comforting during our time of grief. They handled our boy with the same love and care you would expect for a human funeral. They even have a little room for a final viewing which helped me with closure and being able to see our boy one last time. The property is beautiful and quiet. My family lost a beloved member and best friend. We weren't fully prepared for this loss and finding a way to preserve his memory was not easy. We were so grief stricken we couldn't see straight and Rita and Robert took care of everything. Such kind people and understanding of the pain when you lose your beloved pet. Only pet people will get it. They picked up our Rocket from the vet and transported him and kept him "safe" and that was so helpful on my heart. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Losing a beloved pet is heart-breaking. During such a sad time, I was able to rely on Forever Angels Pet Cemetery to pick up my little dog Hope from the vet's office and take her to the Cemetery. The next day I said my final good-bye as she was laid out for me at the Pet Cemetery so that I may see her one last time. Rita and Robert not only treated my little one with love, they were kind and loving to me as I began to mourn the loss of Hope.

We lost our beloved Savvy to heart failure suddenly. We were able to take him to forever angels the next day without my 5 year old having to see him. They were kind, gentle and much better then just dropping off at a vet to have something similar done. Very nice peaceful place. My Katie passed away on Friday and they were able to help me over the weekend with her cremation.. In addition, their prices are reasonable in comparison to NJ. Forever Angels what comes to mind is our departed fur kids but after unfortunately having to go there with my pet I do believe they are the angels. Robert was so caring and he made an uncomfortable task bearable. He was very informative and compassionate. The grounds were well kept and beautiful.

PLEASE... if you want to cremate your pet go here!! My beagle, Capi, of 16 years passed away Sunday. I was hesitant to send him to be cremated through the vet since none of the places I called were able to tell my about the process or were dismissive of my questions. I found Forever Angels on a google search. I called at 8am and Robert returned my call later that morning. As soon as he asked me how i was, I knew I would be using their services. He patiently listened to my questions and fears through my sobbing and explained to me step by step what to do to take care of my pet. I only wanted my baby to be treated with the compassion and dignity he deserved and Roberts last words before hanging up were, "I promise to treat him with as much compassion as I would treat my own dogs". A few hours later, my best friend, Capi passed away. I called Robert and brought him to be cremated. It was a pressure free process. Exactly how you should be treated when grieving. You know exaclty what your getting at a fair price, no surpises and I had my baby back with me the very next day! Robert called to say he was ready andI went right over to pick him up. He is now with me and although he is in a different form, I'm forever grateful that he was in the hands of someone who seemed to really care about us. God Bless you all at Forever Angels and for all of you reading this who are grieving right now....If your like me, then the emptiness you might feel doesnt have words but please.... hang in there!

I am so grateful i found Forever Angels. They went above and beyond in helping me deal with the loss of my beloved Sysco. I cant say enough good things about everyone there. For any burial or cremation needs please give them a chance and use them over the vet service. They offer to come and pick up your pet as well. They have a viewing room and let me have extra time with my pup before leaving their facility. THANK YOU again to eveyone at Forever Angels from the bottom of my heart.

I recently lost my pet bird, a Nanday Sun Conure at 34 years of age. I had decided that I wanted him cremated to have him at home with my other pets. I was ever so thankful to find Forever Angels Pet Cemetery where Moe could be cremated. Robert was amazing, validating the feelings one has when they suffer the loss of a beloved pet. Entering there is a sense of peace, the grounds are well manicured, and I will forever refer this place to anyone I come across. Robert is simply amazing!!….loosing Prada after 15 years has been extremely hard, and at forever angels I felt I gave my pet an honorable goodbye. Thank you again Robert!

When having my baby Nevaeh for 17 years, it was really hard for me to let her go. With the help of Forever Angels I can now have my girl with me no matter what. We were so grief stricken we couldn't see straight and Rita and Robert took care of everything. Such kind people and understanding of the pain when you lose your beloved pet. Only pet people will get it. They picked up our Rocket from the vet and transported him and kept him "safe" and that was so helpful on my heart. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Now we can visit our Rocket forever.

Losing a beloved pet is heart-breaking. During such a sad time, I was able to rely on Forever Angels Pet Cemetery to pick up my little dog Hope from the vet's office and take her to the Cemetery. The next day I said my final good-bye as she was laid out for me at the Pet Cemetery so that I may see her one last time. Rita and Robert not only treated my little one with love, they were kind and loving to me as I began to mourn the loss of Hope.

We lost our beloved Savvy to heart failure suddenly. We were able to take him to forever angels the next day without my 5 year old having to see him. They were kind, gentle and much better then just dropping off at a vet to have something similar done. Savvy came back to us and had a beautiful poem with him I was able to read the poem to my daughter and it brought her and I a lot of comfort. Thanks for everything you do ❤️

Very nice peaceful place. My Katie passed away on Friday and they were able to help me over the weekend with her cremation.. In addition, their prices are reasonable in comparison to NJ. When I received Katie's ashes I was provided with a package that provided me with nice items which enabled me to make a beautiful home memorial for her. Thank You for your compassionate care. Forever Angels what comes to mind is our departed fur kids but after unfortunately having to go there with my pet I do believe they are the angels. Robert was so caring and he made an uncomfortable task bearable. He was very informative and compassionate. The grounds were well kept and beautiful.

At a time when we are faced with the loss of a dearly departed pet, you are treated with extraordinary empathy, patience and kindness. The owners of Forever Angels are with you every step of the way.. The level of empathy and understanding goes beyond all expectations. I would recommend this cemetery and the kind people who run it to anyone who is thinking of a peaceful place to lay their pet to rest.

PLEASE... if you want to cremate your pet go here!! My beagle, Capi, of 16 years passed away Sunday. I was hesitant to send him to be cremated through the vet since none of the places I called were able to tell my about the process or were dismissive of my questions. I found Forever Angels on a google search. I called at 8am and Robert returned my call later that morning. As soon as he asked me how i was, I knew I would be using their services. He patiently listened to my questions and fears through my sobbing and explained to me step by step what to do to take care of my pet. I only wanted my baby to be treated with the compassion and dignity he deserved and Roberts last words before hanging up were, "I promise to treat him with as much compassion as I would treat my own dogs". A few hours later, my best friend, Capi passed away. I called Robert and brought him to be cremated. It was a pressure free process. Exactly how you should be treated when grieving. You know exaclty what your getting at a fair price, no surpises and I had my baby back with me the very next day! Robert called to say he was ready andI went right over to pick him up. He is now with me and although he is in a different form, I'm forever grateful that he was in the hands of someone who seemed to really care about us. God Bless you all at Forever Angels and for all of you reading this who are grieving right now....If your like me, then the emptiness you might feel doesnt have words but please.... hang in there!
