I have never shared a review on Google, but felt I needed to for Pets in Peaceful Rest. They were the most kind and compassionate people I have ever dealt with. The owner took my phone call at 2am, and directed me exactly what to do. I went to the Lockport location the next day...a complete mess over my loss. Everything they did and said made things just a little bit easier, they treat the animals with such dignity and respect, as well as the grieving family. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

We had our Beloved Brody cremated here. The Gentleman that took care of us when we picked up Brody’s ashes was very kind and compassionate.. Very nice keepsake… even included some locks of his hair in a heart shaped box.. Would highly recommend ❤️

By far the best experience ever with any of my pets. June spent hours with me on the phone before and after our best friend Cody passed. She offered to come in outside her working hours to give us Cody. So compassionate and caring. Everything we received from her from ashes to cards were heartfelt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Side note-extremely reasonable.

I want to thank June ☺️ and everyone at Pets in Peaceful Rest. I can not recommend them enough. It was a hard time but they made it easier. They are wonderful people and I felt comfortable leaving Razor with them. Pricing was very reasonable. When I picked him up, the presentation was beautiful. I was given his paw prints and nose print and a swatch of his fur. I was not expecting that. They are truly a wonderful business.

Passionate, heartfelt and genuine. They answered late night and offer really good pricing. The whole time I spoke with a lady and she was telling me stories and keeping me distracted and really being down to earth! Definitely Recommend!

It’s so difficult saying goodbye to your pet. My baby passed away during the Memorial Day weekend and my vet as well as other places were closed. They took my baby in right away and when I picked her up, everything was so beautiful. The box, the certificates with her little paw print and nose. What really touched my heart was they gave me a heart shape container with some of her hair which I did not expect and although it broke my heart, I knew she was well cared for with them. I cannot thank you enough for your services during this difficult time. It made the process so much easier.

A place where sympathy and compassion has always been extended to Our family. I couldn't be more thankful that Pets in Peaceful Rest has been there for our needs after the passing of two family Pets. They have been nothing but professional, compassionate and sincere as they helped guide us through the difficult process with first out Dog, Gunner and then our Kitty girl Katie Cat. I am grateful to the staff but especially Miss June, as she's gone out of her way to help give our family some peace through a most difficult time. 🦋

My husband's family dog Famous passed away at the age of 12. It was during the late hours when I looked up pet cremation locations and am so glad I clicked on pets in peaceful rest. They were available late at night to assist us. Immediately the following day I was greeted with compassion. They took great care of Famous with kettle effort on my end. Great service!

The compassion for our beloved Gemma (dog) was above and beyond !! Our hearts were heavy and broken to the max but the service that were received was outstanding .. not that I would want to see a pet cross the rainbow bridge but if so this is the place go.

I am so glad I found this place, Pets in Peaceful Rest made me feel so comfortable and really helped me and my boyfriend get through a tough time. Our pet guinea pig lovey passed away and they took such good care of her and really cared about what we wanted. This place truly cares about your pets and know that they are part of the family. Thank you so much for everything

June you are Absolutely wonderful. Our home burned down and we lost everything most importantly our 4 fur babies. June was on call each day I had to go in the burned house to try and find my babies. I will forever be grateful for June and pets in peaceful rest and they will forever holdA piece of my heart.

A wonderful service for those that have a pet pass. There are plenty of options. I thought the costs were very reasonable. June was exceptional in answering our questions and taking the time to go over everything. I would recommend this company to anyone that has lost a pet and wanting a service or cremation. Just all around a fantastic service to offer.

I can't explain how much I adore this place. They are really caring, professional and helpful. They really care about the lost of your loved pets. I recently had my pet cat salsa cremated and she was so close to me my bestfriend. Every memory card and keepsake was so beautiful I cried and her box. They really put the effort and time to make you feel your loved pets are with you forever.

I cannot say enough about this top notch Pets in Peaceful Rest. I lost my Riley Jo on a Sunday morning, called spoke with Mr. Scott Schmidt (he&his wife Aleka) are the most caring, understanding,compassionate folks you would ever want to deal with. The process of explaining what they provide was thorough &absolutely no pressure. The service for my punky was emotional with grief yet peaceful&beautiful. All questions asked, promptly answered. My sister's supported Riley Jo&myself therefore it was as smooth of transition-to be expected. Highly recommend. I will have wonderful keepsakes of Riley Jo for years, to reflect. With all my L.O.V.E until "we meet at the Rainbow Bridge". Thank you kindly!!!

Our Dog Misty a 90lb German Shepherd past away around 940 at night. We called and they answered right away. We lost our family dog unexpectedly on a Saturday night. The next morning I wasn't quite sure what to do (It was Sunday and New Years Eve). I called Pets in Peaceful Rest and surprisingly somebody answered. The woman's name was Aleka and she said she would gladly help me after church (she's a pastor). We met her at the pet funeral home a few hours later and she made a very hard day a little easier. The pet funeral home was just as nice as a human funeral home. Aleka was sympathetic and very informative on the cremation process. There was a nice room where we had as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our Canolli. As much as I hated this day Aleka and Pets in Peaceful Rest were there for our family. I felt compelled to write this review as I am very grateful for Aleka's good heart and help that day. I hope you you never need this service but if you do, this place is very personable and professional at the same time.
