The young lady that took care of us was very kind and sympathetic. We stayed with our baby until the end. I was so grateful that I was able to bring him to Peaceful Pets, which allowed us more time to grieve the loss. We were very lucky that bandit was with us for 17 beautiful years. Peaceful pets honored their timeline of when bandits remains would be ready. His remains came in a beautiful box and inside a velvet pouch were his remains and inked prints of both his paws. Unfortunately because if the pandemic we didn’t get the chance to view inside.Thank you Peaceful Pets❤️

She talked me through all of my options and answered any questions I had. She sent someone the same day I called her for a home pick up and not even a week later, our dog's remains were ready for pick up. Gave them a call at midnight on a weekend after my old boy sadly passed away. They were really easy to get ahold of and really worked with me given my circumstances at the time. They took the best care of my boy and he was ready to bring back home in just a few day. Upon picking him up he was in the most beautiful wooden polished urn with paw and nose ink prints along with an abundance of clippings of my boys fur. The customer service was amazing and although I didn’t get anything engraved on his urn I was told I was more than welcome to call and bring it back to be done. Will definitely be using their services when the time comes again.

Since I had a family of miniature pincher‘s I’ve had to bring three of my pets to Peaceful Pets to have them cremated. Not only are they very kind and compassionate but they make sure your needs are met in every single way. We’ve used Peaceful Pets for several of our cats over the years. They offer a number of options based on budget and preferences. They are always very compassionate and respectful of your feelings and state of mind after having lost a pet that may have been a friend and companion for many years. We’ve sometimes delivered our pet to their facility ourselves after euthanasia, but they’ve also been very accommodating about picking them up if needed. They are also very good about describing your options without trying to upsell you at a difficult time. Since using their services, we’ve never considered going anywhere else.

Grateful that this service is available and provided by such professional and compassionate staff. My dog passed away at home on the weekend. I was frantic not quite sure what to do. I contacted Peaceful Pets and their answering service had someone call me within minutes. They made arrangements to pick up my pet within a few hours. They handled her with care as I would expect a human family member to be. She was cremated and I had her back home within a few days. I would highly recommend the services of Peaceful Pets.

Peaceful Pets were wonderful in so many ways. Firstly, they have an on-call staffer 24/7. I called at roughly 11:30 pm, spoke to the answering service and within 10 minutes, received a call back from the staffer. We made an appointment for me to bring my dog in the next morning. She informed me in advance that upon my arrival, they would have a gurney on which they could transport my 80 lb boxer fr the car, inside.The process was explained thoroughly and I picked up my dog a few business days later. His ashes were in a beautiful polished box and I received two beautiful sympathy cards with his paw print inside. Peaceful Pets made a very painful and difficult time, quite bearable and as smooth as possible. I highly recommend them for any end-of-life pet needs.

Peaceful Pets makes it so beautiful and peaceful in such emotional hard times. Such a lovely setting and wonderful people to work with. I've used them 7 years ago and again last week. I would highly recommend their services to everyone. I would not let my pet go anywhere else. Their private cremation services including the 🌈 rainbow room are beautiful and so fulfilling. I got to put my baby girl Leah's favorite blanket and toys in with her. May she rest in peace and join her other half at the rainbow Bridge. The loss of a pet is tragic, thank God for the caring, compassionate people at Peaceful Pets. I have now used their services for two furry kids. I was so thankful for the kindness they showed and the wonderful treatment we all received. When I lost my recent pet, I immediately called and was relieved by the care Jess gave! Her compassion and understanding were unsurpassed!!! I am glad for Peaceful Pets, they make the loss less painful and find compassionate people to work there. I am so impressed with them that I have not stopped telling people about them and am considering planning my arrangements to be through Schweppes Funeral Home, their affiliate. Last year we had to put our cat down due to oral cancer and this year (on Halloween) we unfortunately had to put down our last cat due to suspected cancer. Our cat that had been put down last year was actually the first time we've ever had a pet cremated/dealt with the cremation process. Both times the cats were picked up from the vet's office, picking up our ashes, and even paying were hassle and worry free during times of mourning and not really thinking straight.Their ashes are placed in beautiful wooden boxes along with a rainbow bridge prayer. The employees are the honestly the most compassionate and patient people I've ever interacted with (to say the very least)!I really can't recommend Schepp's/Peaceful Pets enough!

Words can’t even begin to express how much I appreciate Peaceful Pets, their staff, and the service they provide.I recently lost my pet ball python. I was a bit apprehensive as to whether I would be able to find a place to have him cremated where I would be able to get him back after. I contacted Peaceful Pets and they said that their services included reptiles and that brought me a lot of peace of mind.When I arrived with him, the staff was extremely kind and gentle when handling my passed on pet. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and so gentle with me in my time of grief and made the paperwork process very simple and easily to handle.When the time came to pick up my snake’s ashes, the woman let me know that she was able to get me some prints of his tail and head (like how they would get a paw print for other animals). She told me how beautiful he was and that really meant a lot to me; I cried like a baby when I got back to my car.Upon getting home and checking the remains, I was very pleased and touched when I looked at the prints of his tail and head that they were able to get. Despite being a smaller animal, he still came in a beautiful, hinged box and velvet bag. You could really see and tell how much effort and dignity Peaceful Pets and their staff put into caring for the remains of lost pets.I will definitely being using their services again when the time comes that my other pets cross the rainbow bridge.Thank you Peaceful Pets.

After having to help my beloved cat Dozer cross the rainbow bridge, I was left with a decision to make about what to do next. My vet’s office uses a company that didn’t have the options I was looking for and so I decided to call Peaceful Pets and spoke Felicia who very sweet and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable that he would be in good hands. I left the vet’s office and drove straight there. Again, I was greeted with sympathy and understanding. She discussed thoroughly the process of the option I choose and I felt at ease. I highly recommend Peaceful Pets and their staff.

I believe that the service Peaceful Pets was fine. Although the price is better than others, I don’t believe that there should be and additional fee for weekends or after hours. We can’t control when our loved ones die. Understanding that this is an industry standard but, it’s still wrong and it’s taking advantage of a person’s love for their pet. I just wanted my kitty to be taken care of and come back to me. I do appreciate how nice they were. The box provided for her ashes is very sweet and they included herpaw print on the insert. I didn’t realize that I could have gotten her paw print in clay. I would have liked to have that as well.

We have used Peaceful Pets in the loss of two of our family dogs. Both times, we’ve had wonderful experiences with the staff and have found them to be incredibly compassionate and understanding. They allow you the time you need to process, make decisions, and say goodbye to your pet. They are not forceful when it comes to choosing a package and they really seem to want to help you through the process! For us, it was some of the saddest times in our lives and Peaceful Pets made it easier for us to grieve.

I have to say the wonderful ladies at Peaceful Pets made such a hard time a little easier. They listened as I described my fur babies. I had to have my guinea pig added to his brother. In the early morning hours of May 8th I lost my baby boy, my best fur friend of 12-1/2 years. I was referred to Peaceful Pets by a friend of my daughter. An appt was available later that afternoon. Felicia was so compassionate and very soft spoken. She understood my emotions. My Wellesley was ready to come home just two days later. Peaceful pets handles my grief like it was one of their fur babies. I lost my baby Max after 18 years together. It was devastating. My vet recommended I call Peaceful Pets. The girls who helped me were very kind caring and compassionate. I lost him on 12/14 and he was back home by 12/17. Everything was very reasonably priced and was done with class. 2024: Sadly I had to put my precious Lisa Marie to rest. Peaceful pets, again, did a wonderful job and they are beyond compassionate. My only complaint is that they called to let me know she was ready to be picked up, only to tell me that they didn't have any appointments available that same day... I just wanted my baby girl back home. I don't understand why I couldn't just quickly pick her up. I understand that other people had scheduled to drop off/pick up their pets, but this is my beloved pet we are talking about here.. It would take 1 minute to hand her to me. :( There seems to be less compassion than the last time I came here.This is my review from 2021: This is my first experience putting an animal down. I googled pet cremation services and Peaceful Pets came up. With every single one or my calls they got back to me immediately. Very kind and compassionate staff. Franklin, my cat, is inside a beautiful jewelry-like box and his ashes are inside a velvet back that says "Until We Meet Again At The Rainbow Bridge." His pawprints are on a paper in ink with the poem "The Rainbow Bridge. " The prints turned out beautifully! They even offered to add any jewelry to the box for no additional cost. Wonderful experience. I have no doubt that they took great care of my Franklin.

My 17 year old Jack Russell Terrier was my little love ❤️, I trusted Schepp’s to properly take the steps needed to return my little dog to me. Peaceful Pets is wonderful! They were very kind and showed great empathy dealing with someone who had just lost their 4-legged "child". My dog was EVERYTHING to me and it was so nice dealing with a group who knew the right things to say. (Unlike that "place" on Onondaga Hill who returned my previous dog's ashes in a decorative tin and told me how nice that tin would be for Easter cookies!!! Losing a beloved pet is like losing a member of the family and the grieving process much the same. Peaceful Pets are very passionate in what they do. We have had 2 of our beloved cats cremated with them and they are awesome. They provide our pets paw prints inside a personalized card along with their ashes in a small but nice wooden box. They provide this service in 3-5 days and will bring it to you in your vehicle. Having them was truly a blessing during such a tough time. Thank you Peaceful Pets.

I cannot say enough good things about Peaceful Pets. My contact request was fulfilled even quicker than I could have hoped for. The employee who contacted me was kind, professional, and empathetic. She made the entire process simple and efficient. I felt the cost was very reasonable and the mementos offered mean so much to our family. Losing a furry member of the family is devastating, but Peaceful Pets provides excellent care and service, taking care of a lot of the difficult aspects with grace. Peaceful Pets was an amazing experience when my English Mastiff Amelia passed away a week ago. Their staff is compassionate and super friendly. The urn, obituary card and paw print are out of this world, they gave me an extra paw print for a tattoo I’m going to be getting. I would have never thought I would receive such a beautiful urn as I’ve never cremated an animal before. They gave great advise to help with the other two mastiffs who are grieving her loss. Highly recommend and if there were more stars to rate I would as they are deserving of it. Thank you so much for all that you guys do!

Going to Peaceful pets was an amazing experience. They made a painful experience so much more tolerable. We had to put our 7 year old dog Molly down unexpectedly and we were not home at the time and would not be getting back with her until after hours. We called peaceful pets and they met us after hours and couldn't have been more compassionate. They walked us through all our options and how our Molly would be cared for. She was ready to come home to us 4 days later. When she came home she was in a beautiful velvet bag inside a small cherry box, perfect for having her home with us. They also did two ink paw prints, which mean the world to us. They took such great care of us and our baby! Highly recommend in your time of need.

It was 9:15 pm on a Sunday night in September of 2020 that I met Mike Small at Schepp cremation home for pets, with the “love of my life Sterling.” He was 18.5 yrs old and I had had him since he was 6 weeks old, so you can imagine my state of mind. Mike was so comforting and understanding. Mike was very professional with a caring and loving way about him. He made handing my sweet boy over to him peaceful and heartwarming. Mike explained everything and took much time in making me feel comfortable and at ease. He gave me a much needed hug and I left with a great feeling of peace! Two days later I received a nice voice calling to tell me my loving boys’ remains were ready to be picked up. He was in a beautiful wooden box with his name on top and a card with his foot print and the rainbow bridge poem. Inside the box, his ashes were in a pouch that said “until we meet again at the rainbow bridge”. I am so grateful for the service I received from the Schepp family cremation for pets. They made my experience very comforting. Well it’s been four months and I had to make the visit to schepp unfortunately again. This time during day time hours with the second “ love of my life Layla”. Again I was greeted with the same warmth and caring as I received the first time. I highly recommend if anyone is in this unfortunate situation with your loving pet that you take them to Schepp. They are the most caring people and help you to feel at peace with your loss! Thank you to all.... especially Mike Small for the comfort you made me feel during the passing of my loving babies❤️

They are so kind and professional; it's amazing that such a wonderful place exists to help you say goodbye to your furry family members.I am so impressed with the cremation box and the beautiful cards that come with it. Last year we had to put our cat down due to oral cancer and this year (on Halloween) we unfortunately had to put down our last cat due to suspected cancer. Our cat that had been put down last year was actually the first time we've ever had a pet cremated/dealt with the cremation process. Both times the cats were picked up from the vet's office, picking up our ashes, and even paying were hassle and worry free during times of mourning and not really thinking straight.Their ashes are placed in beautiful wooden boxes along with a rainbow bridge prayer. The employees are the honestly the most compassionate and patient people I've ever interacted with (to say the very least)!I really can't recommend Schepp's/Peaceful Pets enough!

Words can’t even begin to express how much I appreciate Peaceful Pets, their staff, and the service they provide.I recently lost my pet ball python. I was a bit apprehensive as to whether I would be able to find a place to have him cremated where I would be able to get him back after. I contacted Peaceful Pets and they said that their services included reptiles and that brought me a lot of peace of mind.When I arrived with him, the staff was extremely kind and gentle when handling my passed on pet. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and so gentle with me in my time of grief and made the paperwork process very simple and easily to handle.When the time came to pick up my snake’s ashes, the woman let me know that she was able to get me some prints of his tail and head (like how they would get a paw print for other animals). She told me how beautiful he was and that really meant a lot to me; I cried like a baby when I got back to my car.Upon getting home and checking the remains, I was very pleased and touched when I looked at the prints of his tail and head that they were able to get. Despite being a smaller animal, he still came in a beautiful, hinged box and velvet bag. You could really see and tell how much effort and dignity Peaceful Pets and their staff put into caring for the remains of lost pets.I will definitely being using their services again when the time comes that my other pets cross the rainbow bridge.Thank you Peaceful Pets.

After having to help my beloved cat Dozer cross the rainbow bridge, I was left with a decision to make about what to do next. My vet’s office uses a company that didn’t have the options I was looking for and so I decided to call Peaceful Pets and spoke Felicia who very sweet and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable that he would be in good hands. I left the vet’s office and drove straight there. Again, I was greeted with sympathy and understanding. She discussed thoroughly the process of the option I choose and I felt at ease. I highly recommend Peaceful Pets and their staff.

I believe that the service Peaceful Pets was fine. Although the price is better than others, I don’t believe that there should be and additional fee for weekends or after hours. We can’t control when our loved ones die. Understanding that this is an industry standard but, it’s still wrong and it’s taking advantage of a person’s love for their pet. I just wanted my kitty to be taken care of and come back to me. I do appreciate how nice they were. The box provided for her ashes is very sweet and they included herpaw print on the insert. I didn’t realize that I could have gotten her paw print in clay. I would have liked to have that as well.

We have used Peaceful Pets in the loss of two of our family dogs. Both times, we’ve had wonderful experiences with the staff and have found them to be incredibly compassionate and understanding. They allow you the time you need to process, make decisions, and say goodbye to your pet. They are not forceful when it comes to choosing a package and they really seem to want to help you through the process! For us, it was some of the saddest times in our lives and Peaceful Pets made it easier for us to grieve.

I previously had a dog cremated at another facility. While the office personnel were very caring, the person charged with handling our dog showed no compassion and treated him with no dignity. It was heart wrenching to watch. Thus, we decided to contact Schepps and Peaceful Pets for this dog. We could not have hoped for a better experience!! Our telephone conversations were very professional and understanding. From the moment we brought our sweet Sabine to the facility we felt comforted. Feleshia and the staff could not have been more kind and compassionate and treated our dog as if it was their own. Prior to the appointed cremation, I was able to spend, in a beautifully peaceful room, as much quiet time as I needed with our dog to say good-bye. Every step in the process right up to the actual cremation was one of caring. When I returned later that day, the lovely box containing her remains and her footprint were displayed in that same peaceful room in a very touching way. It would be virtually impossible to find a better place for your pet or to help you start your healing process! I feel like Sabine received the tender care she deserved after the lifetime of joy she brought to our hearts.

My son’s dog Nirvana passed away on May 20 and he was very sad. We called Peaceful Pets and scheduled a time to bring Nirvana for cremation. We brought Nirvana to Peaceful Pets where they met us outside and was kind and compassionate. We chose Peaceful Pets because they offer the option for a semi private cremation. Peaceful Pets contacted us the following week and we picked up her ashes. Her ashes were presented in a beautiful wood box with a card which had her paw print. Having had a bad experience with a crematorium in the past where I got the wrong ashes back and lost my pet forever, I was paranoid that it would happen again. Peaceful Pets was extremely sympathetic and validated my concerns. My pet cat Ike was cremated privately and tagged and we watched him go into the furnace alone. We received his ashes and the burnt tag soon after. We are so grateful that we can be completely sure this is our baby. We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye in a setting that feels just like a human funeral home. Our grief was treated seriously and the employees never rushed us. All the keepsakes we asked for turned out beautifully, and they even took his paw print when most in the industry would have refused. Everything turned out perfectly.

Ken Misercola and I lost our family member Nicko recently. Yes he was our 14 year old dog but the staff at peaceful pets understood that he was much more than just a pet. Peaceful Pets was the best place to take my beloved dog of 14 years when he passed away at home. The staff was caring and helpful from the very first phone call. They treated my dog with dignity and care when we brought him to them.His remains were given to us after the cremation in a beautiful wooden box with his name on it. The cremains were in a velvet bag inside the box. 2024: Sadly I had to put my precious Lisa Marie to rest. Peaceful pets, again, did a wonderful job and they are beyond compassionate. My only complaint is that they called to let me know she was ready to be picked up, only to tell me that they didn't have any appointments available that same day... I just wanted my baby girl back home. I don't understand why I couldn't just quickly pick her up. I understand that other people had scheduled to drop off/pick up their pets, but this is my beloved pet we are talking about here.. It would take 1 minute to hand her to me. :( There seems to be less compassion than the last time I came here.This is my review from 2021: This is my first experience putting an animal down. I googled pet cremation services and Peaceful Pets came up. With every single one or my calls they got back to me immediately. Very kind and compassionate staff. Franklin, my cat, is inside a beautiful jewelry-like box and his ashes are inside a velvet back that says "Until We Meet Again At The Rainbow Bridge." His pawprints are on a paper in ink with the poem "The Rainbow Bridge. " The prints turned out beautifully! They even offered to add any jewelry to the box for no additional cost. Wonderful experience. I have no doubt that they took great care of my Franklin.

I’m so glad that I chose to take my pet here. They are very compassionate and understanding. The way they set up my Chico to be viewed for the last time before cremation was something I will never forget. He looked peaceful. Our pets our more than than just pets..they are family. I called them through a recommendation by my vet. Felecia was very nice and came to pick up my Mickey (canine) the next business day. My car was not running properly so they did this for an extra reasonable charge.Mickey was cremated within 3 days and, as they said, his ashes, contained in a pretty soft cloth bag inscribed “Until We Meet Again at the Rainbow Bridge,” were put in a beautiful little dark wooden box. They also made a paw impression on a separate card.I couldn’t pick him up until nearly 2 months after, finally purchasing a new car at that time. The box & card were in a pretty white bag waiting for me. THEIR NAME REPRESENTS THEIR MISSION & SERVICE. I cannot RECOMMEND PEACEFUL PETS MORE HIGHLY. Peaceful Pets was an amazing experience when my English Mastiff Amelia passed away a week ago. Their staff is compassionate and super friendly. The urn, obituary card and paw print are out of this world, they gave me an extra paw print for a tattoo I’m going to be getting. We had to put our 7 year old dog Molly down unexpectedly and we were not home at the time and would not be getting back with her until after hours. We called peaceful pets and they met us after hours and couldn't have been more compassionate. They walked us through all our options and how our Molly would be cared for. It was 9:15 pm on a Sunday night in September of 2020 that I met Mike Small at Schepp cremation home for pets, with the “love of my life Sterling.” He was 18.5 yrs old and I had had him since he was 6 weeks old, so you can imagine my state of mind. Mike was so comforting and understanding. Mike was very professional with a caring and loving way about him. He made handing my sweet boy over to him peaceful and heartwarming. Mike explained everything and took much time in making me feel comfortable and at ease. He gave me a much needed hug and I left with a great feeling of peace! Two days later I received a nice voice calling to tell me my loving boys’ remains were ready to be picked up. He was in a beautiful wooden box with his name on top and a card with his foot print and the rainbow bridge poem. Inside the box, his ashes were in a pouch that said “until we meet again at the rainbow bridge”. I am so grateful for the service I received from the Schepp family cremation for pets. They made my experience very comforting. Well it’s been four months and I had to make the visit to schepp unfortunately again. This time during day time hours with the second “ love of my life Layla”. Again I was greeted with the same warmth and caring as I received the first time. I highly recommend if anyone is in this unfortunate situation with your loving pet that you take them to Schepp. They are the most caring people and help you to feel at peace with your loss! This is going to be a long review, but I am so pleased. Long story short, Peaceful Pets is amazing. From customer service to my cats final resting. I will recommend Peaceful Pets to all family and friends. 10/10.Long Story: Our family cat Purrcy unfortunately passed away. He was far more to us than a pet though. He was a brother, a son, and a 10 year old girls best friend. Due to how much he means to us, and winter in CNY, we decided we didn’t want to box and bury Purrcy.I googled pet cremation near me, and Peaceful Pets was first option to pop up. It was a Saturday so I used the option to email them. I received a call back from Felicia first thing Monday morning. She was very sympathetic and helpful. She went through all the options with me and was very clear. We picked a time for us to drop Purrcy off and even then, I could feel her genuine care and sympathy.They even let me do some add-ons after the original receipt was filled out. I could not have asked for a better over all experience with Peaceful Pets. I got Purrcy back within 3 days. He came home in a beautiful box, with a clay paw print, and 2 ink paw prints. Peaceful Pets made a heart shattering experience for my family a little easier.

I previously had a dog cremated at another facility. While the office personnel were very caring, the person charged with handling our dog showed no compassion and treated him with no dignity. It was heart wrenching to watch. Thus, we decided to contact Schepps and Peaceful Pets for this dog. We could not have hoped for a better experience!! Our telephone conversations were very professional and understanding. From the moment we brought our sweet Sabine to the facility we felt comforted. Feleshia and the staff could not have been more kind and compassionate and treated our dog as if it was their own. Prior to the appointed cremation, I was able to spend, in a beautifully peaceful room, as much quiet time as I needed with our dog to say good-bye. Every step in the process right up to the actual cremation was one of caring. When I returned later that day, the lovely box containing her remains and her footprint were displayed in that same peaceful room in a very touching way. It would be virtually impossible to find a better place for your pet or to help you start your healing process! I feel like Sabine received the tender care she deserved after the lifetime of joy she brought to our hearts.

I've had 3 beloved pets cremated thru Peaceful Pets and each time I have felt comfort. They are absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helps out in everyday they can. They go above and beyond for all your requests. My latest experience was a week ago and I had the pleasure to deal with Felicia and she was amazing. My son’s dog Nirvana passed away on May 20 and he was very sad. We called Peaceful Pets and scheduled a time to bring Nirvana for cremation. We brought Nirvana to Peaceful Pets where they met us outside and was kind and compassionate. We chose Peaceful Pets because they offer the option for a semi private cremation. Peaceful Pets contacted us the following week and we picked up her ashes. Her ashes were presented in a beautiful wood box with a card which had her paw print. They were professional and compassionate and it made a very heartbreaking situation a little less painful

Having had a bad experience with a crematorium in the past where I got the wrong ashes back and lost my pet forever, I was paranoid that it would happen again. Peaceful Pets was extremely sympathetic and validated my concerns. My pet cat Ike was cremated privately and tagged and we watched him go into the furnace alone. We received his ashes and the burnt tag soon after. We are so grateful that we can be completely sure this is our baby. We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye in a setting that feels just like a human funeral home. Our grief was treated seriously and the employees never rushed us. All the keepsakes we asked for turned out beautifully, and they even took his paw print when most in the industry would have refused. Everything turned out perfectly.

Ken Misercola and I lost our family member Nicko recently. Yes he was our 14 year old dog but the staff at peaceful pets understood that he was much more than just a pet. They were very compassionate. They were so helpful at an emotional time. The staff also got Nicko back to us quickly. We really appreciate all they did. Peaceful Pets was the best place to take my beloved dog of 14 years when he passed away at home. The staff was caring and helpful from the very first phone call. They treated my dog with dignity and care when we brought him to them.His remains were given to us after the cremation in a beautiful wooden box with his name on it. The cremains were in a velvet bag inside the box. They also gave us an inked pawprint as a reminder of our wonderful pet.I would highly recommend Peaceful Pets for any pet owner who is dealing with a deceased pet.

Quick and professional. Was able to pick up and be out within minutes. Very nice presentation for my pet's ashes. Where most other places put them in a cheap metal tin, I got mine in a velvet bag placed inside a nice wooden box with a latch on it.

I had seen a commercial on TV and decided I would try it because I didn't know that a place like this was around. I had taken previous animals to the vets to be taken care of and they would call me to come pick them up. Then they would hand me a can with my pets remains. (It reminded me of a cheap coffee can, ) Then I went to peaceful pets and one they were cheaper then the vet's. And then I went to pick my best friends my dogs ashes and the lady was so friendly, she brought me into a little room and it was set up like a persons funeral. There was a beautiful box with the remains and candles and chairs. It was beautiful. I will never go anywhere else for cremation. They'll even pick your pet up from the vet's or your house and bring them to the funeral home. I have told everyone I know going through the loss and all of them have went there and they couldn't stop thanking me for recommending peaceful pets to them. Our Beloved 16yr old Jaden crossed the Bridge at 11pm on a Snowy Night at home. I called Peaceful Pets and they were there for Us. I’m so glad that I chose to take my pet here. They are very compassionate and understanding. The way they set up my Chico to be viewed for the last time before cremation was something I will never forget. He looked peaceful. Our pets our more than than just pets..they are family. Therefore, you want them to be treated as such. Here at Peaceful Pets I felt as if they did just that.They are very professional. We did a private cremation. After we viewed Chi Chi were able to pick up his remains rather quickly. If I ever have to go through this unfortunate event. I would take my pet here again without hesitation. Our pit bull- Sapphire - is the love of our lives ! She passed away at home on 4/4/22. Peaceful pets picked Sapphire up from home to take her to be cremated. I lost my beautiful Akita tragically on 9/27/21 ...... at an unfathomable time, Peaceful Pets/Schepp’s went WAY out of their way with compassion, affordability, timeliness of my dog returned to me, and so many above and beyonds. I called them through a recommendation by my vet. Felecia was very nice and came to pick up my Mickey (canine) the next business day. My car was not running properly so they did this for an extra reasonable charge.Mickey was cremated within 3 days and, as they said, his ashes, contained in a pretty soft cloth bag inscribed “Until We Meet Again at the Rainbow Bridge,” were put in a beautiful little dark wooden box. They also made a paw impression on a separate card.I couldn’t pick him up until nearly 2 months after, finally purchasing a new car at that time. The box & card were in a pretty white bag waiting for me. THEIR NAME REPRESENTS THEIR MISSION & SERVICE. I cannot RECOMMEND PEACEFUL PETS MORE HIGHLY. I’m a little late on doing this review, But I have to say I am extremely appreciative of their services and their dedication. On January 1, 2021 the beginning of this year I lost my dog and I didn’t know what to do I just know that I still wanted to have my beloved dog with me forever. I looked up pet cremation and their’s was on the top of the list it showed they had a 24 hour service number. During the middle of the night during the horrible blizzard and ice storm that we had someone came out from their home to meet me at their facility to help take care of my dog and I am so grateful that they were able to help me with that. A few days later I was able to pick up my dog’s ashes and I was very happy with how she was presented to me the bag was a very nice touch and the box was very nice. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and their absolute kindness. Very reasonably priced too

My family has had cause to use Peaceful Pets services twice now in a little over a year and both times have been wonderful experiences (excluding the obvious grief involved but they've done an amazing job at handling that - the Rainbow Room is perfect). They have a variety of things available to you; different cremation packages, urns, etc but they dont try to push anything on you which I really appreciated. We had to come here unexpectedly during a holiday weekend and the owner himself came out and was very accommodating and kind even though Im sure he had holiday plans to get back to. We were never rushed and even with the added holiday cost, it was still HALF the price we would have paid had we gone through the service our vet uses. Its sincerely heartwarming that this place exists, is a nicer funeral home than some human ones, and they arent taking advantage of the community. I really couldnt recommend them enough. Thank you Peaceful Pets for helping us say goodbye to our two boys with dignity and care!

I recently had to euthanize my 12 year old English Mastiff, Ollie. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Felishia (sp?) was incredibly kind and compassionate. She helped me make the arrangements to pick my boy up from Dr. Stack’s and have him cremated. I asked if they could get a nose print in addition to the pawprint. She said they’d certainly try. And they did.They understand that our pets are family and treat them as such. They understand that we are grieving and really go the extra mile. Even their answering service is amazing, compassionate and thoughtful. So long as I live in the area I will always choose them when the need arises. In the past I have used the Pet Cemetery on Onondaga Hill and had no idea what I was missing. I will never go back there after using Peaceful Pets. Losing a pet is hard enough and the staff was wonderful. Very caring and respectful of your feelings at all times. They explained everything at every step and I was so surprised when I went to pick up her ashes. They had a lovely viewing set up with candles, music, and flowers. I felt they really took care of my dear girl. I highly recommend them.

All three i called Peaceful Pets and they were sympathetic and responded without question. There prices and what they provided us for remembrance was all well worth it. This is going to be a long review, but I am so pleased. Long story short, Peaceful Pets is amazing. From customer service to my cats final resting. I will recommend Peaceful Pets to all family and friends. 10/10.Long Story: Our family cat Purrcy unfortunately passed away. He was far more to us than a pet though. He was a brother, a son, and a 10 year old girls best friend. Due to how much he means to us, and winter in CNY, we decided we didn’t want to box and bury Purrcy.I googled pet cremation near me, and Peaceful Pets was first option to pop up. It was a Saturday so I used the option to email them. I received a call back from Felicia first thing Monday morning. She was very sympathetic and helpful. She went through all the options with me and was very clear. We picked a time for us to drop Purrcy off and even then, I could feel her genuine care and sympathy.They even let me do some add-ons after the original receipt was filled out. I could not have asked for a better over all experience with Peaceful Pets. I got Purrcy back within 3 days. He came home in a beautiful box, with a clay paw print, and 2 ink paw prints. Peaceful Pets made a heart shattering experience for my family a little easier.

Chelsea and her staff were very compassionate, caring, and professional and were very helpful both times when we lost our beloved felines Cuddles and Rocky, both of whom had spent their entire lifetimes with us. On 6/8/21 I lost my the best dog in the world. I had no idea there was a place to have him cremated! A friend suggested Peacefully Pets.. It was late afternoon and when I called and Felicia offered to stay late to help with my boy !! The respect and care they give to pets is unbelievable!! This is the third time I’ve had to use Peaceful Pets and although it’s been said for me, every time they have been kind and considerate and made the experience as easy as possible. There was a beautiful box with the remains and candles and chairs. It was beautiful. I will never go anywhere else for cremation. They'll even pick your pet up from the vet's or your house and bring them to the funeral home. I have told everyone I know going through the loss and all of them have went there and they couldn't stop thanking me for recommending peaceful pets to them. I’ve dreaded the day I would need this service. I left in a genuinely happy state. I received a hug and kind greeting and the keepsake box is beautiful. The ink prints I have framed. Our Beloved 16yr old Jaden crossed the Bridge at 11pm on a Snowy Night at home. I called Peaceful Pets and they were there for Us. Feleshia was very kind to me when I brought my cat, Ripley, in. I have only ever had one cat cremated before and it was handled in a much more perfunctory way. There were so many personal touches to my experience with dropping off Ripley and picking up her remains with Peaceful Pets. I was very pleasantly surprised.Feleshia made me feel comforted as I cried in the office, and the presentation of Ripley's ashes was done with the dignity my fur daughter deserves.I hope to not have to visit this business anytime soon for obvious reasons, but I highly recommend their services.

I would like to thank the staff at Peace Pets 5for always being available for usin our time of need. We lost two dogs very close together. Nitika had been sick and we she would be passing but Leela we had know time to prepare. One minute she was playing wit the dogs and the next she was having a sizure on my kitchen floor. She was 8 yrs old . And Nitika was 14 yrs old. Then our 17 yr. old cat Bocephus gets sick and we needed them again and they came to our aide. So I just want to say Thank you for always being there when we call.🐾 We will always be there for our fur babies and I know I can count on you!!

I’m a little late on doing this review, But I have to say I am extremely appreciative of their services and their dedication. On January 1, 2021 the beginning of this year I lost my dog and I didn’t know what to do I just know that I still wanted to have my beloved dog with me forever. I looked up pet cremation and their’s was on the top of the list it showed they had a 24 hour service number. During the middle of the night during the horrible blizzard and ice storm that we had someone came out from their home to meet me at their facility to help take care of my dog and I am so grateful that they were able to help me with that. A few days later I was able to pick up my dog’s ashes and I was very happy with how she was presented to me the bag was a very nice touch and the box was very nice. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and their absolute kindness. Very reasonably priced too

My family has had cause to use Peaceful Pets services twice now in a little over a year and both times have been wonderful experiences (excluding the obvious grief involved but they've done an amazing job at handling that - the Rainbow Room is perfect). They have a variety of things available to you; different cremation packages, urns, etc but they dont try to push anything on you which I really appreciated. We had to come here unexpectedly during a holiday weekend and the owner himself came out and was very accommodating and kind even though Im sure he had holiday plans to get back to. We were never rushed and even with the added holiday cost, it was still HALF the price we would have paid had we gone through the service our vet uses. Its sincerely heartwarming that this place exists, is a nicer funeral home than some human ones, and they arent taking advantage of the community. I really couldnt recommend them enough. Thank you Peaceful Pets for helping us say goodbye to our two boys with dignity and care!

I recently had to euthanize my 12 year old English Mastiff, Ollie. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Felishia (sp?) was incredibly kind and compassionate. She helped me make the arrangements to pick my boy up from Dr. Stack’s and have him cremated. I asked if they could get a nose print in addition to the pawprint. She said they’d certainly try. And they did.They understand that our pets are family and treat them as such. They understand that we are grieving and really go the extra mile. Even their answering service is amazing, compassionate and thoughtful. So long as I live in the area I will always choose them when the need arises. I couldn’t possibly be happier with the services they provide.

In the past I have used the Pet Cemetery on Onondaga Hill and had no idea what I was missing. I will never go back there after using Peaceful Pets. Losing a pet is hard enough and the staff was wonderful. Very caring and respectful of your feelings at all times. They explained everything at every step and I was so surprised when I went to pick up her ashes. They had a lovely viewing set up with candles, music, and flowers. I felt they really took care of my dear girl. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately we lost three dogs in our family in a year in a half. Two were old age in the family a long time and one a tragedy. All three i called Peaceful Pets and they were sympathetic and responded without question. There prices and what they provided us for remembrance was all well worth it. We recently lost our Yellow Lab, Baby J. He was nearly 14 but in failing health. It was such a hard thing for us to end his pain, but we did what was best for him.I want to thank you for everything you did for us. The beautiful wooden box was a complete surprise, and then we opened the box and discovered he wasn't just put in a plastic bag - but a lovely cloth container with a heartwarming sentiment.My last lab (Baby J's father) was cremated in Watertown, NY. I can't say that they were as courteous as your staff. I sincerely appreciate your care and empathy in how you took care of our family member. I'll never forget your kindness.Baby J has a son who is nearly 12 years old. He's still with us and hopefully will be for at least a few more years. Last Friday I unexpectedly lost my best friend of 12 years! My kids and I were devastated. I always knew I wanted my boy cremated and I was directed by fate (and google) this wonderful place. Feleshia treated me and my family with so much respect. From the phone call to the door she helped me every step of the way. My precious boy was so peacefully placed in the rainbow room to say our final see you laters. ** Below is my initial review, however I would like to make a point of sharing that later this afternoon I received a phone call from Mr. Schepp. HIs concern about how I was treated as well as our loss was apparent and I appreciate him reaching out in an effort to make things right. For this reason I am also changing my star rating from the initial 1 star I gave.I just walked out of this facility after being treated rudely and without any compassion. The woman that answered the door, made it clear that I was inconveniencing her by being there as she was "just about to leave", then proceeded to give me a form telling me to "fill it out with all my info and mark which option(s) I wanted" and she would then ring me up. She then pointed to the wall saying "here are the keepsakes you can get if you want"', and went and sat at her desk. When I said I was going to leave because of her lack of compassion or concern, she responded "well thats why we usually take appointments". I just had my dog of 13 years die in my arms and I went to this place for support and instead I received a cold sales pitch. If I could give a zero I would.

Very knowledgeable..thorough with my concerns…put me at ease…I’m thankful when dropping our girl off that they had appointment in place so basically you have privacy, and gentle with our Doberman when the gurney was wheeled out.. Proficient, kind, and accommodating…I’ve never had such a experience…When picking up remains they were presented in a bag with the other articles I had requested to purchase…We recommend their services…

** Below is my initial review, however I would like to make a point of sharing that later this afternoon I received a phone call from Mr. Schepp. HIs concern about how I was treated as well as our loss was apparent and I appreciate him reaching out in an effort to make things right. For this reason I am also changing my star rating from the initial 1 star I gave.I just walked out of this facility after being treated rudely and without any compassion. The woman that answered the door, made it clear that I was inconveniencing her by being there as she was "just about to leave", then proceeded to give me a form telling me to "fill it out with all my info and mark which option(s) I wanted" and she would then ring me up. She then pointed to the wall saying "here are the keepsakes you can get if you want"', and went and sat at her desk. When I said I was going to leave because of her lack of compassion or concern, she responded "well thats why we usually take appointments". I just had my dog of 13 years die in my arms and I went to this place for support and instead I received a cold sales pitch. If I could give a zero I would.

100% best place to cremate ur little one they called me back almost immediately and wandered all questions over the phone and scheduled a time to drop him off we sat down at a table and they explained the processing time and what came with what I purchased they didn’t once lie to me and were very straight forward! Payed I believe a total of 135 dollars

These people are absolutely amazing, kind, caring, understanding. I had the unfortunate experience of our dog passing away and was in utter shock to put it lightly. Peaceful pets was there for us and helped us with whatever we needed, and they were so kind through out all of it. If you ever have the unfortunate task of saying goodbye to your furbaby, seriously go to peaceful pets! They're also very reasonably priced.

I highly recommend. Our pets are family and when one passes away it is extremely difficult time. Peaceful Pets is compassionate and makes saying good bye a little easier. I have had unfortunately 2 cats pass away over the last two years and have a place like this where you can have them cremated is a great help. The entire presentation is outstanding from the little box to the paw prints. Thank you Peaceful Pets I appreciate your thoughtfulness ❤️🌈
