Quite simply, Susan is phenomenal. She turned the most heartbreaking experience of losing our special needs dog into something absolutely beautiful. Our pup was handled with such dignity and grace, and every single one of our requests and wishes were granted without hesitation. We spent some final moments with her body, with the sun pouring in through the big barn door of the crematorium that we had asked if we could open, overlooking the horses and their stable. It was so serene, and so perfect.When all was said and done, Susan carefully checked what remained, and separated out some remains that had stayed in tact. It was a level of care and attentiveness that went above and beyond any expectations.Susan, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything you do. Not only for grieving pet parents, but for the animals you care for at your sanctuary.We are so grateful to have found Sienna Sky. It was the perfect way to close the final chapter of our sweet pup’s short, but very special life.

Sienna Sky is a clean, neat, and welcoming environment. Owner and Caretaker, Susan Bandy, is a professional, skilled and yet very gentle, kind and compassionate woman. She took great care of me, my sons and most importantly, my beloved River Dog, Radiant Cali. Susan offered heartfelt condolences, educated us through the process, offered us space to own our emotions and guided us through difficult choices. Susan gave us all the time we wanted to say goodbye to our beloved Cali. Susan is one of the most compassionate and caring beings that I have ever met. We had to say goodbye to our precious dog, and we wanted a private cremation. Susan worked around our schedule and was there to greet us and help us in any way we needed. I can't imagine going anywhere other than to Sienna Sky to say goodbye to your beloved pet.

I don't know where to start. Susan was so wonderful to me in a moment of heart break. I lost my 1 yr old German shepard suddenly nov 29th and I was not comfortable with the options the vet had given me and I found Susan through my grandmother who used her for her dog and spoke highly of her services. I could not have asked for better treatment from start to finish. She was so kind and compassionate she truly was genuine and cared about my feelings and last wishes for my Laska. She walked me through everything and what would happen and how she explained everything that needed explaining and made sure everything was perfect. If you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation of a passing of a a pet I highly recommend Susan. She goes above and beyond for you and you're pet. Not only that the location of her place is absolutely beautiful and a gorgeous place to bring you're pet for final goodbyes. Thank you Susan for everything you did for me and my Laska. I am forever grateful for you.

Putting your beloved animal to rest is the hardest decision. But when we have to make that decision you want it to be a smooth process. Susan was great! Her availability to accommodate you and your pets needs are a sense of relief. I wanted to know my loved blu was in good hands. She offers beautiful tins with the cremation but if you want a urn she has a beautiful selection and they are priced very reasonable. I highly suggest when it's your pets time let susan handle the going home.

I was able to say goodbye to my beloved friend, and be there with him as he departed.Please don’t forget to donate to the animal sanctuary! The Lily Pond saves horses and takes care of disabled cats and dogs. With the current economy every dollar counts!

If you give Susan your business you will be enabling her mistreatment and hoarding of animals. Susan runs an unaccredited animal rescue on site. The animals receive little attention from Susan as she spends most of her time drinking at her house. 39 cats are forced to live in a building that's only big enough for 12. The cats regularly fight and the submissive one's take the brunt of the abuse. Susan does not provide adequate behavioral enrichment and does not care for these animals properly. Please, for the animals sake avoid this place at all cost.

I have worked with Sienna Sky twice now and I would recommend them and only them for pet cremation services. Sienna Sky is small and situated on a wonderful hill with beautiful views. Susan is so wonderful to work with and extremely compassionate. Sienna Sky really helped me gain closure and gave me piece of mind .I would also want to acknowledge a wonderful interaction that I had with another client who was there with her son. He had just lost his bunny. I was waiting for the service to end, and she entered the room, approached me and my little black kitty. She immediately put her arm around me, stroked my kitty's head and voiced her condolences. That was the nicest thing I have enter encountered with a stranger. Very profound and I hope she sees this and knows how comforting her gestures were for me.

What a beautiful place to share your last moments with your beloved companion animal. Susan keeps a clean, bright and calming environment. Laying to rest my dear Malacai in her care gave me the peace of mind needed to process his passing. The thoughtful touches she provided; personalized bookmarked, nicely personalized black velvet bag for his remains and a condolences card hidden in my bag for later were unexpected and deeply appreciated. Sienna Sky is what all of us who lose a companion animal need.

Our BFF Prince Inky passed on New Years Eve, we began calling around the area to find a Cremation service. From the moment Susan returned our call,till the time that we picked up our BFF's remains Susan was considerate, compassionate and remarkably kind. She answered all our questions, allowed us time to grieve, make our last goodbyes and accomodatedour schedule to do a same day cremation and pickup. Sienna Sky was the most beautiful spot to bring our beloved Mojo when he passed. They took over for Buddy's Pet Crematorium when they retired. I was so grateful for the peace of mind and compassion Susan offered us during this sad time. When we picked up his ashes every detail was so special and gave us such a sense of peace. Patient. Accommodating. Supportive. Assuring.Susan is so wonderful and nice. She is such a positive presence: she spoke so gently and sweetly to our beloved cat Heihu as we took paw prints and fur for her urn. She even gave us toe bones leftover from the cremation.I couldn't bare the idea of sending Heihu's body off, not knowing if I was getting the right ashes, or her ashes mixed with someone else's pet. If you want your pet treated respectfully in death, this is the place to go to.

Sadly, we went today with our little 3 1/2lb Toy Poodleand were handled with such incredible care and professionalism at Sienna Sky. We had never done this before. And on our local Community Boards got rave reviews on this business. We had our Bugsy🐩 for 16 years~Our only child. So when he passed last night we wanted a way to be there when the individual cremation took place. Did not feel comfortable or trusting any other way. Susan was amazing and brought us thru experience Better than I expected.Sienna Sky exceeded my wife Marion and my expectations. And the procedure was done in two hours as we waited close by. Picked up Bugsy’s ashes in a beautiful Urn, got paw prints and a prayer flag from Susan. Everything was reasonable. There is no pressure. And Susan is a kind soul that loves animals.If you must deal with the loss of a pet, this facility is the place to go. Could not imagine better.You want to see your little loved ones treated with care and respect from beginning to end. And Susan did this. And it’s at a peaceful serene rural location.❤️

I just had my beloved cody cremated today at Sienna Sky,Susan was very friendly and kind to me and my granddaughter, she explained everything to us, and let me put Cody inside, and let us say our goodbyes, Susan was so kind and gentle throughout the time,i never meet such a nice person. I want to share my experience with Sienna Sky LLC pet crematorium. Maybe this will will help you with what to do after you have to have say goodbye to your best frind. I didnt know of the options that are out there. Im glad i figure it out.About 2 months ago i knew Thomas time was coming and didnt know what to do. I have a vet that comes to my house and i knew that she would help with his final goodbye, but what was i gonna do after? I didnt want him to be karted off to some place not knowing if the ashes i got was his or not. I know he deserved alot more respect than that also. I went and searched and found Sienna Sky LLC. It was a crematorium just outside of chatham in Columbia county. I called and left a message, about 15 min later Susan called me back. She was able to answer all me questions and even give a few suggestions of things i wouldnt have thought of. After that call i felt a huge relief. I knew what the next step was gonna be for the beast.Fast forward to March 14 2021. I called to see if i could get a appointment for the next day. (Susan asked if it was scheduled to try to give her 24 hr notice so she could move things around and accommodate his cremation) She was able to fit Thomas in for that afternoon the same day.We arrived to the location of the crematorium and was greeted by susan was was just cleaning up a few things in the office lounge area. We went in, and talked aboit what we wanted to do. She was so soft spoken, sympathetic and understanding it made the whole process that much easier. (Im tearing up just thinking about it now).After everything was figured out we went out to my truck, got the 110lb beast out and on the rolling table and brought him inside. Every move she made was gentle and if he was made of glass. So respectful with everything. Took ink prints of his paws and also had a clay impression made. It truly was beautiful how it happened. I was able to place him in the crematorium, position him, he was able to be cremated with his duck and a pint of vanilla ice cream from Stewarts. Said the final goodbyes, closed the door and pushed the button.Left the crematorium and went to have lunch, came back 4 hrs later and picked him up. Was able to take him home that day. I truly cant thank her enough for what she did and how she did it.
