I’m so thankful to Dr B; Jessica and Jack for an amazing job that they performed on our beloved girl Lulu. She’s a 6 yo Terrier mix and she developed terrible teeth; plaque and periodontal disease.Through 2 visits for an evaluation and annual vaccines we felt confident to bring her here for a very serious dental procedure.Dr B is always SO kind; informative and non judgmental. Jessica and Jack treated us very well and more so; took great effort to make sure Lulu felt comfortable and safe. They handled her with care.Yesterday was the day of the procedure; we were kept informed throughout with (3) calls from the Hospital to us! Never did we have to check on her; we were kept firmly in the loop.Upon pickup; I was extremely grateful for the affordable price we were given; which was on the lower scale of the detailed estimate Dr B had given us; with extremely detailed work performed. She absolutely is an incredible Dr and person. The best bedside manner I’ve ever seen from a Veterinarian (and I managed a pet hospital in my job history and have visited with the major pet hospitals in Orange Cty). She gave us a detailed breakdown of the procedure and our follow up instructions.Our Lulu is so much healthier now. I couldn’t be more pleased; grateful or Thankful that we found this Wonderful Veterinary Hospital. 10 out of 10 in every way. Strongly recommend that you bring your Pet Family here. Thank you :)))))

I am very protective of my pets. I have two awesome Bassadors. One of them had what's called a "hotspot" on his right front leg. Dr. B is incredible caring and impressively competent. Seamus no longer has a hot spot and unfortunately has a shaved area that his brother keeps licking. But he got so much better in 72 hours. I would not hesitate to bring either or both my dogs here. We boarded them here 2 weeks ago and they loved it so much they barely wanted to leave. If you love your furry buddies or your feline friends, take them here.

We've had great care at Sullivan County Animal Hospital over the last two years for our two Golden Retrievers. The building is clean and comfortable, and we've never had a problem making an appointment, even an urgent one. The staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Bodolosky is the best.

I was in such a panic about my puppy. He was very sick and I tried every vet within Sullivan County and none of them would see him on short notice without ASTRONOMICAL fees. This place took him in and didn’t charge an extra “ER” visit fee. It was the same as a normal appointment. In addition to that every single person I interacted with here was kind, informative and understanding. I even received a follow up phone call to check on him. Downright down to earth, kind people. I cannot thank the Dr. and staff here enough for helping my Gouda bear!

I have used Dr. B in the past and was always pleased with her and the care my animals received at Animal Hospital of Sullivan County. Within the past couple of years ,I moved into a different area in Sullivan county and recently tried a different veterinarian because it was closer to me. I immediately noticed a drastic difference in the care that my dog received, definitely not for the better. I returned to Dr. B and I’m extremely pleased with the care my dog is now receiving. She is an excellent, caring and supportive veterinarian.

I was going to another vet in the area for many years until something very scary happened to one of my dogs. Animal hospital of Sullivan county ended up truly saving him because his other vet who treated him for over 7 year wasn't able to figure it out. I am forever grateful for Dr. B and her team! Both of my cats have gotten top notch care with Dr. Bodolosky and the team over at the Animal Hospital at Sullivan County. The building is very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Recently, one of my cats had a urinary blockage and is now home after having to spend 2 difficult nights at the facility. I am so grateful to have him home and for the care he received. It comes at a price, which seems a bit high (the only reason I didn't give 5 stars) but It's more important to be able to trust your team and their ability to diagnose and treat your babies!

I brought my dog Lucky in for a nail trim. The front desk staff was very kind and full of smiles. Lucky and I recieved a warm welcome. The tech that done Luckys nails was Fantastic. Dr. Bodolosky takes care of my Westie and my Lab. I am very happy with her and all of the experiences I have had there. We moved up to Sullivan County about a year and a half ago and I decided to go to her because of all the great reviews. There is a vet only a few minutes away but I wanted to try her out and I am very happy that I did.The grounds and office are very clean and well-kept. The rooms she sees my dogs in are comfortable and pleasant. All of the people that work there are professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and they are happy to take the time to talk to me and my dogs.Dr. Bodolosky absolutely knows her stuff. She is very professional, thorough and takes the time to discuss any concerns you may have. She also explains why she wants to do whatever it is she is doing as well. She is great with my dogs and with me. My lab is still a puppy and I had no hesitation bringing her to Dr. Bodolosky right away.This is definitely going to be our veterinarian for good!

My Bella had emergency surgury here andafter, was put on a prescription dog food. We bought her food $40 to $60 a bag for 7 years, regular appointments and nail trimming for 11 years. When my baby took ill we brought herin, $537 later we got very expensive pills with no answers. I watched my dog deteriorate and when I couldn't bare to see it I went to a different vet and she was put to sleep on the spot. Not once after 11 years did I receive a follow up call. They still don't know Bell is gone. I'm sure if I didn't pay the astronomical bills I would have got a follow-up call. I never trusted the doctor and never felt she cared about my dog only her wallet.

From the first call making the appointment to paying the bill - the experience here was GREAT. My regular vet was unable to see me, even though my dog has gone to them several times in the past year. I called looking for any vet that could take a look at my dog's very bad allergic reaction. I was seen within 2 hours; the place itself is spotless and the layout of the rooms was well thought out. The care and friendly attitudes that my furbaby received was far above what I expected for a search on the internet for a vet close to me. Thank you Animal Hospital ofSullivan County.

Best experience I ever had at a vet. I was visiting family in the area they took me in last minute for an emergency. I am a certified crazy overprotective dog mom and they made me feel normal there. Nurse and doctor were super patient and answered all my questions and calmed all my probably not so rational fears. I will say they did a great job, and provided some great information! Only thing I wish they did a tad bit better was Chaco my dogs eyes and ears for his exam (which they didn’t) and inform me his Heart Rate and Breathing Rate! Other then that though they were very nice to my dog and us!

I had an emergency with my 15 year old Yorkie. The staff at the hospital were very responsive, compassionate, and caring. They were able to schedule an appointment within a few hours of the time that I called. I think they worked through their lunch to make sure my dog was seen.Dr. Bodolosky was thorough in her assessment and prescribed medications to help my dog heal. I would highly recommend the Animal Hospital of Sullivan County to anyone who has an emergency or for ongoing care of their pet.

They are all very nice and love our dog's Lilly and Duke.The nurses are always happy to see the dog's and Vet. B.B. is always ready to give us some advice for the dog's when needed. If we want to wait in the car with the dog's because they might have lots of dogs already in the waiting room,it's ok and call us when there is a room empty for us. Lilly and Duke are happy with them too. Duke recently had a big lump on his anckle [happens with English Mastiff's] we called and took him in that very same day.Good bunch of people working with animals you can trust. Vet.B spayed Lilly and did a very nice job and they took care of her very well.'

I just moved to Sullivan County and i'm so glad to have found Animal Hospital of Sullivan County. Dr. Bodolosky and staff are friendly, kind and caring. My dog was calm and very relaxed during the exam, everyone is very profesional and knowledgeable. The vet is very clean, they have a beautiful outdoor space, you could walk your dog to get them feel comfortable before going in for the appointment, at least that's what i did. I highly recommend this vet to anyone searching for a good hospital for their pets.

I just moved to Monticello from Long Island and needed a new Vet for my German Shepherd King. My new neighbor Ashley suggested Animal Hospital of Sullivan County. What a pleasant surprise.First I got an appointment right away. When we got there we saw a beautiful landscape with lots of flowers and plenty parking. Everything was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and told me to bring King in to a room.Then Claire showed up. She is like an angel. Very polite and knowledge. She explained everything to me, took my information and even run some tests. She told me how much my bill was going to be and took King for a blood test.Then Dr. Bodolosky came in and she listened to me and took very good care of King. I couldn't be happier. Their practice is like a Pediatrician office, they even have a tv that King was watching at. Thank you Dr. Bodolosky and your fantastic team, your are going to be my Veterinary from now on.

They were great in an emergency with my cats. Then I got my dog expecting the same service. The prices are out landish quoting me $400 for a neuter not including anesthesia... Tara did it for $95 everything included. Rabies and pain medication. I'm still giving it a 3 because of the care they gave my cats. But I won't bring my dog there.

I was in the facility about 2 weeks ago. Jesse the front desk receptionist was absolutely amazing. She helped me out so much. I was able to bring in a stray, I'm trying to rescue and hopefully bring into my home. Jesse listened to my story and helped me tremendously. Doctor Bodolosky was wonderful with my cat Midnight. She took her time and explained in detail, everything she was doing. Entire staff was absolutely lovely. Will bring in 4 other strays, I'm trying to help and probably give them a home. I truly recommend this place to everyone!!!!

I took my puppy here to get his first shots, they are really nice and are very professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone and everyone. Best experience I ever had at a vet. I was visiting family in the area they took me in last minute for an emergency. I am a certified crazy overprotective dog mom and they made me feel normal there. I will say they did a great job, and provided some great information! Only thing I wish they did a tad bit better was Chaco my dogs eyes and ears for his exam (which they didn’t) and inform me his Heart Rate and Breathing Rate! Other then that though they were very nice to my dog and us!

I had an emergency with my 15 year old Yorkie. The staff at the hospital were very responsive, compassionate, and caring. They were able to schedule an appointment within a few hours of the time that I called. I think they worked through their lunch to make sure my dog was seen.Dr. Bodolosky was thorough in her assessment and prescribed medications to help my dog heal. I have been going to this vet for many many years. I can't say enough about her knowledge, caring and attentiveness to all my pets. If there is something she doesn't know, (which is rarely ) she always does research on it and learns, and I wouldn't trade her for the world. Her staff is always on top of everything and always so kind , and returns all my calls without fail. The building is so very clean and comfy. My pets are in the best care I can ever hope for here, and for that, I am grateful. They are my world. And this animal hospital makes sure I will always have them with me. She also, in my opinion, is way ahead in her medical knowledge , I'd almost say I'd chose her as my doctor, but I only have 2 legs....can't give it enough stars!

Dr Bodolosky has worked on 2 of my pets for emergency services. One time was a Sunday afternoon when no one else would take my cat. My curious beagle got into some rodent poison. We don't have a local vet and called the Animal Hospital who could not have been more accommodating. We went right over, they evaluated him and the packaging of what he took and treated him immediately. They were calm and reassuring about the situation and were in good humor. Dr B and the entire staff at the Animal Hospital have been wonderful! They have always treated us and our pets with the utmost care, respect and compassion! Recently our girl Riley had a growth that was suspicious for a cancerous lesion! Dr B gave us the information we needed to make a difficult decision. She gave me detailed estimates of what surgery and after care would cost and choices on how to pay. Yes it was expensive! Surgery is! But they do offer payment plans where you can divide the cost over a certain amount of months and many other payment choices! Thankfully our girl Riley is going to be fine! The surgery was successful and the growth was removed with no issues! We have three dogs and after moving from New Jersey we needed a vet. Animal Hospital of Sullivan County was the second place we tried. Dr. B saved the life of one of our dogs and we will never go anywhere else. Our 4 year old basset mix got into a bag of garbage and contracted pancreatitis. Dr. B was amazing. She kept us informed every step of the way. She called twice a day and if I called for Yogi’s status she would call me right back. The staff are wonderful. They are all very nice and love our dog's Lilly and Duke.The nurses are always happy to see the dog's and Vet. B.B. is always ready to give us some advice for the dog's when needed. If we want to wait in the car with the dog's because they might have lots of dogs already in the waiting room,it's ok and call us when there is a room empty for us. Lilly and Duke are happy with them too. Duke recently had a big lump on his anckle [happens with English Mastiff's] we called and took him in that very same day.Good bunch of people working with animals you can trust. I just moved to Monticello from Long Island and needed a new Vet for my German Shepherd King. My new neighbor Ashley suggested Animal Hospital of Sullivan County. What a pleasant surprise.First I got an appointment right away. When we got there we saw a beautiful landscape with lots of flowers and plenty parking. Everything was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and told me to bring King in to a room.Then Claire showed up. She is like an angel. Very polite and knowledge. She explained everything to me, took my information and even run some tests. She told me how much my bill was going to be and took King for a blood test.Then Dr. Bodolosky came in and she listened to me and took very good care of King. I couldn't be happier. Their practice is like a Pediatrician office, they even have a tv that King was watching at. Thank you Dr. Bodolosky and your fantastic team, your are going to be my Veterinary from now on.

They were great in an emergency with my cats. Then I got my dog expecting the same service. The prices are out landish quoting me $400 for a neuter not including anesthesia... Tara did it for $95 everything included. Rabies and pain medication. I'm still giving it a 3 because of the care they gave my cats. But I won't bring my dog there.

My tabby cat Minerva got so sick, my son and I thought we were going to loose her. She was never the greatest of patients. I remember one morning she couldn't stand, literally falling. I was in a state of panic. I called the animal hospital and I was able to immediately bring her in. Dr. Bodolosky's took good care of my Minerva. Even when her recovery was not very hopeful. I remember I was so devastated. But after two or three days, she recovered. Truly, It's the best place to receive great pet care. The doctor and her staff are so compassionate. I have been bringing my two cats here for 3 years since I got my first cat and I can definitely say that they provide exceptional care. The vet and the nurses are gentle with my cats and provide a lot of helpful advice and info about my cats and their health. They are also very willing to work with you on payments for billing if you cannot afford to pay the whole bill at the time of service. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bodolosky for anyone else's pets.

Our senior cat Steven took a bad turn, we called the office after hours and Dr B called us right back. She asked questions to asses the situation and had us come in first thing in the morning. She was wonderful as was the entire staff. The told us he would not be himself for 4-5 days while the shot kicked in and right on the money, day 5 he completely turned around! They always call the day after a visit to ensure all is ok. I would highly recommend this office, we trust our pets and you can too.

We've been taking our dogs to see Dr. B for at least 15 years. Dr. B has been there for our pets through several surgeries as well as helping us say goodbye to one of our beloved dogs. While we can't always afford all of the recommended procedures we do our best to take care of our dogs because we love them and treat them as members of our family and so does Dr. B and her staff. The cost isn't cheap, but it's very comparable to other vets in the area and we trust Dr. B to help us take care of our pets more than any other vet we've tried.

Whenever I have called for help or advice I have received a very helpful response. Appointments were quickly scheduled and the visit to the office was a pleasant one. The staff is caring and the doctor is very easy to talk to and explains things in an easy to understand way. I was in the facility about 2 weeks ago. Jesse the front desk receptionist was absolutely amazing. She helped me out so much. I was able to bring in a stray, I'm trying to rescue and hopefully bring into my home. Jesse listened to my story and helped me tremendously. Doctor Bodolosky was wonderful with my cat Midnight. Dr Bodolosky saved my puppies life! I had my puppy a few days and he became very sick.I rushed him to Dr. Bodolosky’s office and it was immediately obvious that I came to the right place. Everyone was so supportive and assured me that they were going to do everything they could to save him. I had what I considered a unique circumstance: my eight year old's beloved rat had a growth on her side. The staff at the Animal Hospital of Sullivan county was very understanding, empathetic and professional. They operated on the rat to remove the growth, which on such a small animal presented certain challenges. However, everything went well and to my son's (and my) relief, the rat is doing great.

My wife and I used the services of the Animal Hospital of Sullivan County to take care of our beagle for nine years. Dr. Bodolosky, who is a highly qualified and knowledgeable veterinarian, and her staff did an excellent job taking care of our dog who had many health issues! The animal hospital is very clean and well equipped! They have facilities for doing some surgeries and for overnight or longer hospitalization of animals. Dr. Bodolosky referred us to top notch specialists out of the area when our dog needed specialized orthopedic surgery and other specialized care. They have staff to do grooming and we have had excellent results getting our dog’s nails clipped and dremeled! When the inevitable happens and the dog or cat passes away, they have a crematorium behind the animal hospital to make that sad event a little easier. DR. B... Is a VERY KIND, CARING & SUPER SMART when it comes to my Aunts cat who had diabetes now for about 3 years or so.Mittens, her Kittys' name, recently had a really bad UTI, in which, I, myself who is helping take care of my Aunt along with Mittens & administering her insulin 2X a day, thought we weren't going to be getting her back home. She takes her own personal time away from her family & goes to the office to check on all the patients who end up having to stay. Then after that, even on Sundays, she never fails to give me & assuming the other pet Owners a call on their progress or how they are doing. Dr.B is a great, very smart & knowledge Veterinarian... thumbs up 👍 to Dr. B, Sally & the rest if the girls at The Animal Hospital of Sullivan County. 😊Sorry about all my spelling errors, I would like to inform you that with all great care, attention and all of your knowledge, I am now taking online college courses to receive a bachelor's degree in Vet. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The Animal Hospital is very clean and well kept. The office visit took less time than usual. Kaylie and Schatzie had their nails and anals done in record time. Kaylie had her stitches removed and her ear is healing nicely! Animal Hospital of Sullivan County is the best of it's kind in upstate New York. Dr. Bodolosky has been very professional at all times and genuinely care about her animal patients. She has taken care of my Nik (male kitty) when I lost faith in the nearby vets. He had to go on many different meds to bring his health back to normal and he is doing well (very rambunctious) on the Prozac that is compounded specifically for his behaviour.I would definitely recommend this Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Bodolosky for the care of your pets.

Animal Hospital of Sullivan County is almost a part of our family! They have taken care of our pets for many years and many pets. Most just routine checks but we had a kitten that just wrapped herself around our hearts. Dr. B took care of her for a week and was keeping in touch with the practice when she was out of town. We never figured out what was wrong with Gracie and at the end of the week we had to put her down. There was not a dry eye in the place. Two more kittens took her place a few months later. We also have a German Shorthair Pointer that loves going to see her friends at AHOSC. She has bordered there often. She gets so excited the minute we drive into the parking lot. Once inside, I sometimes think she will jump over the counter to get to Addie, Sally or Michelle. She is affectionately known as "Wiggle Butt". We feel so comfortable bordering her there. Our newest member, Sawyer, a rescued Border Collie/Beagle mixWas timid on his first visit but has since come to love it there too. So if you are looking for a professional, caring staff to care for your pets, we could not be happier than at AHOSC. Something new they are trying is sending emails of the doctors' notes for every visit. My tabby cat Minerva got so sick, my son and I thought we were going to loose her. She was never the greatest of patients. I remember one morning she couldn't stand, literally falling. I was in a state of panic. I called the animal hospital and I was able to immediately bring her in. Dr. Bodolosky's took good care of my Minerva. Even when her recovery was not very hopeful. I remember I was so devastated. But after two or three days, she recovered. Truly, It's the best place to receive great pet care. The doctor and her staff are so compassionate. I have been bringing my two cats here for 3 years since I got my first cat and I can definitely say that they provide exceptional care. The vet and the nurses are gentle with my cats and provide a lot of helpful advice and info about my cats and their health. They are also very willing to work with you on payments for billing if you cannot afford to pay the whole bill at the time of service. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bodolosky for anyone else's pets.

Our senior cat Steven took a bad turn, we called the office after hours and Dr B called us right back. She asked questions to asses the situation and had us come in first thing in the morning. She was wonderful as was the entire staff. The told us he would not be himself for 4-5 days while the shot kicked in and right on the money, day 5 he completely turned around! They always call the day after a visit to ensure all is ok. I would highly recommend this office, we trust our pets and you can too.

We've been taking our dogs to see Dr. B for at least 15 years. Dr. B has been there for our pets through several surgeries as well as helping us say goodbye to one of our beloved dogs. While we can't always afford all of the recommended procedures we do our best to take care of our dogs because we love them and treat them as members of our family and so does Dr. B and her staff. The cost isn't cheap, but it's very comparable to other vets in the area and we trust Dr. B to help us take care of our pets more than any other vet we've tried.

Whenever I have called for help or advice I have received a very helpful response. Appointments were quickly scheduled and the visit to the office was a pleasant one. The staff is caring and the doctor is very easy to talk to and explains things in an easy to understand way. I have complete confidence that the diagnosis is correct and the treatment will be conducted properly. Dr Bodolosky saved my puppies life! I had my puppy a few days and he became very sick.I rushed him to Dr. Bodolosky’s office and it was immediately obvious that I came to the right place. Everyone was so supportive and assured me that they were going to do everything they could to save him. Within 6 hours he was responding to their care and I was able to take him home the next day.I have another dog at home and now will be bringing both of them to her!

A very stressful and painful experience for my companion!! Very long wait in hot room, Dr. caused undue stress and pain during exam and left for several minutes in middle of exam to take a call that was not an emergency leaving me and my companion in a hot room with more stress!!!!! Will never go again and not refer anyone to visit!!!!!! Your best bet is to go elsewere for someone that cares!!! My reg vet goes on the floor at their level for their comfort!!! GO ELSE WHERE!!!

If I could give "zero" stars I would. Dr. Budolowski was completely unprofessional, disgraceful, and downright rude. We brought our dog in because he had GI upset and incontinence of feces over a course of 24 hours. We called to schedule a regular appointment in the morning and it was never disclosed that they didn't have electricity due to the recent storms.We were given a written bill for $215 for the visit, bloodwork, and a fecal sample. We were told that the bill should be around that price, but because there was no electricity they wouldn't be able to run our card and/or give us a total until electricity returned. We left her our email and phone number to contact us with the updated information. As well as our credit card information so the total could be ran when the system was up and running.2 days later we received a phone call asking for verification in the amount of $580, and sent a new bill to our email. On the bill, we were being charged for:1. Unnecessary tests: She sent out blood for a test that would automatically come up positive on an elderly dog.2. Tests that were never completed: She billed us for a urinalysis, although she never completed one. She asked us to retrieve the sample at a later time and to bring it back to be ran.3. Medication that was contraindicated: She gave a bolus dose of an antibiotic that needs to be given over a 20-30 minute time-frame to decrease likelihood of adverse reactions including neurotoxicity, and she prescribed an oral antibiotic which is known to cause GI upset.......in a dog that's main complaint was GI related.When questioned, she stated "Everyone in this county wants things for free." No, Dr. Budolowski, my husband and I are productive members of society who work for what we have and when using a service in our small community we expect respect, and professional conduct. You should never have given us a bill with an amount if you didn't have a total. SHAME ON YOU FOR MESSING UP AND TAKING IT OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

I had what I considered a unique circumstance: my eight year old's beloved rat had a growth on her side. The staff at the Animal Hospital of Sullivan county was very understanding, empathetic and professional. They operated on the rat to remove the growth, which on such a small animal presented certain challenges. However, everything went well and to my son's (and my) relief, the rat is doing great.

My wife and I used the services of the Animal Hospital of Sullivan County to take care of our beagle for nine years. Dr. Bodolosky, who is a highly qualified and knowledgeable veterinarian, and her staff did an excellent job taking care of our dog who had many health issues! The animal hospital is very clean and well equipped! They have facilities for doing some surgeries and for overnight or longer hospitalization of animals. Dr. Bodolosky referred us to top notch specialists out of the area when our dog needed specialized orthopedic surgery and other specialized care. They have staff to do grooming and we have had excellent results getting our dog’s nails clipped and dremeled! When the inevitable happens and the dog or cat passes away, they have a crematorium behind the animal hospital to make that sad event a little easier. I recommend the Animal Hospital of Sullivan County and Dr. Bodolosky for anyone who wants top-notch veterinary care for their pets!

Dr. Barbara Bodolosky does not genuinely care about her clients. She is extremely cold andheartless. On November 2nd 2010 I brought my dog for a check up and was told by Dr.Bodolosky that my dog had bladder stones and needed surgery that cost $1400 dollars to getrid of them or he would die. She told me that I needed to come in the following day so thatshe could perform the surgery. I was devastated and scared that I would be losing a familymember and explained to her that I couldn't come up with so much money in one day. I askedher if she would take half and then I would give her half the following month. She toldme she doesn't accept payment plans. Then she had the audacityto tell me that the only way she would take a payment plan would be if I had collateral. Iasked her, what do you mean by collateral? She then asked me "do you have any diamonds oranything of value that I can hold onto so that I can make sure you will pay me?" I said nothe only thing I have of value is a computer,a t.v and a gold chain because I am unemployedand disabled. I frantically told her I'll give you all of them to hold just please keepmy dog alive! She then coldly smirked at me and said "call me when you come up with themoney" and she walked away. I have been an excellent customer of hers for 5 years and havespent thousands of dollarson vet bills for my dog. On November 2nd 2010 I paid $335.00 dollars for my visit. I wasextremely upset at the thought of losing my best friend and family member. I didn't evenhave enough money to take a cab back home and wound up having to hitch hike with my sick doginthe darkness. I was hitch hiking right in front of the animal hospital and every singlestaff member including Dr. Bodolosky looked at me holding my dog and crying. They allwalked straight to their vehicles and some of them were even laughing. Then they all drovehome and left me on the side of the roadwith my dog unable to get home. I feel so hurt by her insensitive and horrible conduct andI pray that no one else has to experience what I felt that night. I highly urge everyonewho truly loves their pets and would like to be treated with dignity and respect to choose adifferent vet.

this was sissy my one eyed bandit til i brought her to barbara brodolosky . After her eye surgery she now has two eyes. This is nothing short of a miracle that if it wasnt for animal hospital in the next town. I never found a more caring gentle and superior quality vet in my 60 yrs. I had full confidence in her ability to achieve a dream of ours for 2 yrs now. We are so grateful and honored to have such a place close by. If it wasnt as affordable i wouldnt be able to do it. I truly expected it to cost 10 times what it did. I am very poor but i wont scrimp on my pets as all my children have paws. Staff could be A lot better.... They only have a few girls tgat are nice.... The new girl the hired, I don't know why she is not good, actually the last few years this place went to the ground..... The only good propmr6 that are there now are the women that have been there for over the last several years, like Sally., she is great!! Never again! I went to get my dogs leg re splinted and was charged twice. I called to find out why and was told it was their credit card company, and they were working on getting it fixed. Later on in the day, I call back and was told by Joanne, that it would be returned in 2 days. 4 days later, I call back and they said that it would take an additional 2 days for my money to be returned. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge to finally get my money back.

I would leave zero star review if I could. They said they were going to keep my cat overnight to watch and run tests. Before they even looked at my cat they insisted that I pay $350 for the visit. I went to go back the next day and before I left they called me and said that my cat didn’t make it through the night. They also sent a bill for keeping my cat overnight for an additional $350. I will not be using them again.

A very stressful and painful experience for my companion!! Very long wait in hot room, Dr. caused undue stress and pain during exam and left for several minutes in middle of exam to take a call that was not an emergency leaving me and my companion in a hot room with more stress!!!!! Will never go again and not refer anyone to visit!!!!!! Your best bet is to go elsewere for someone that cares!!! My reg vet goes on the floor at their level for their comfort!!! GO ELSE WHERE!!!

If I could give "zero" stars I would. Dr. Budolowski was completely unprofessional, disgraceful, and downright rude. We brought our dog in because he had GI upset and incontinence of feces over a course of 24 hours. We called to schedule a regular appointment in the morning and it was never disclosed that they didn't have electricity due to the recent storms.We were given a written bill for $215 for the visit, bloodwork, and a fecal sample. We were told that the bill should be around that price, but because there was no electricity they wouldn't be able to run our card and/or give us a total until electricity returned. We left her our email and phone number to contact us with the updated information. As well as our credit card information so the total could be ran when the system was up and running.2 days later we received a phone call asking for verification in the amount of $580, and sent a new bill to our email. On the bill, we were being charged for:1. Unnecessary tests: She sent out blood for a test that would automatically come up positive on an elderly dog.2. Tests that were never completed: She billed us for a urinalysis, although she never completed one. She asked us to retrieve the sample at a later time and to bring it back to be ran.3. Medication that was contraindicated: She gave a bolus dose of an antibiotic that needs to be given over a 20-30 minute time-frame to decrease likelihood of adverse reactions including neurotoxicity, and she prescribed an oral antibiotic which is known to cause GI upset.......in a dog that's main complaint was GI related.When questioned, she stated "Everyone in this county wants things for free." No, Dr. Budolowski, my husband and I are productive members of society who work for what we have and when using a service in our small community we expect respect, and professional conduct. You should never have given us a bill with an amount if you didn't have a total. SHAME ON YOU FOR MESSING UP AND TAKING IT OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

my dog was very sick with lime disease,you all helped very much.your care for me and my dog was awesome.my other dog got sick and passed it was very hard to see him die.i had the animal hospital creamate my dog and your overwhelming care was appreciated so much.you unexpectantly sent me a card with words of concern and sorrow and you gave some locks of hair and his footprints in ink on paper. Dr. Barbara Bodolosky does not genuinely care about her clients. She is extremely cold andheartless. On November 2nd 2010 I brought my dog for a check up and was told by Dr.Bodolosky that my dog had bladder stones and needed surgery that cost $1400 dollars to getrid of them or he would die. She told me that I needed to come in the following day so thatshe could perform the surgery. I was devastated and scared that I would be losing a familymember and explained to her that I couldn't come up with so much money in one day. I askedher if she would take half and then I would give her half the following month. She toldme she doesn't accept payment plans. Then she had the audacityto tell me that the only way she would take a payment plan would be if I had collateral. Iasked her, what do you mean by collateral? She then asked me "do you have any diamonds oranything of value that I can hold onto so that I can make sure you will pay me?" I said nothe only thing I have of value is a computer,a t.v and a gold chain because I am unemployedand disabled. I frantically told her I'll give you all of them to hold just please keepmy dog alive! She then coldly smirked at me and said "call me when you come up with themoney" and she walked away. I have been an excellent customer of hers for 5 years and havespent thousands of dollarson vet bills for my dog. On November 2nd 2010 I paid $335.00 dollars for my visit. I wasextremely upset at the thought of losing my best friend and family member. I didn't evenhave enough money to take a cab back home and wound up having to hitch hike with my sick doginthe darkness. I was hitch hiking right in front of the animal hospital and every singlestaff member including Dr. Bodolosky looked at me holding my dog and crying. They allwalked straight to their vehicles and some of them were even laughing. Then they all drovehome and left me on the side of the roadwith my dog unable to get home. I feel so hurt by her insensitive and horrible conduct andI pray that no one else has to experience what I felt that night. I highly urge everyonewho truly loves their pets and would like to be treated with dignity and respect to choose adifferent vet.

this was sissy my one eyed bandit til i brought her to barbara brodolosky . After her eye surgery she now has two eyes. This is nothing short of a miracle that if it wasnt for animal hospital in the next town. I never found a more caring gentle and superior quality vet in my 60 yrs. I had full confidence in her ability to achieve a dream of ours for 2 yrs now. We are so grateful and honored to have such a place close by. If it wasnt as affordable i wouldnt be able to do it. I truly expected it to cost 10 times what it did. I am very poor but i wont scrimp on my pets as all my children have paws. Staff could be A lot better.... They only have a few girls tgat are nice.... The new girl the hired, I don't know why she is not good, actually the last few years this place went to the ground..... The only good propmr6 that are there now are the women that have been there for over the last several years, like Sally., she is great!! Sally is the best worker this place has ever had, I don't know why when the owner has people like Sally ready able and more then experienced to work here she does Not hire them, instead we get stuck with unprofessional Girls that have no experience at all, now we and several of pthet6 people have changed our Vet. There are better more experienced and much better prices that care for you and your pet and your whole family that are very near by,don't go here unless you have to..... Please get new stafg6 Doctor, you know you have more then qualified people like Sally5 that want a job and can do a good job doesn't our community deserve thus3.....

Never again! I went to get my dogs leg re splinted and was charged twice. I called to find out why and was told it was their credit card company, and they were working on getting it fixed. Later on in the day, I call back and was told by Joanne, that it would be returned in 2 days. 4 days later, I call back and they said that it would take an additional 2 days for my money to be returned. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge to finally get my money back.

I would leave zero star review if I could. They said they were going to keep my cat overnight to watch and run tests. Before they even looked at my cat they insisted that I pay $350 for the visit. I went to go back the next day and before I left they called me and said that my cat didn’t make it through the night. They also sent a bill for keeping my cat overnight for an additional $350. I will not be using them again.

Even though we were only visiting your area, you jumped right in to diagnose and treat her, staying open past your normal closing time. You saved her life. There are no words to express our gratitude! We had Miette to our own veterinarian yesterday for follow up and she is A-ok!
