We used Final Gift a few weeks ago when we lost our 15 year old fur baby. Their service was so personalized, kind and attentive. The staff was compassionate, caring and supportive. Our fur baby was able to return to us in less than 3 days, in a beautifully packaged, cared for presentation so we can preserve his memory in the best way. 10/10 recommend them!!!!

We had our beloved Winter Cremated today. We have used this place before.. but sadly found out not same people. It was sold. Well first let me tell you I was quoted a different price than I was charged. A huge difference ! Also I was told that my husband could be in there when they put him in. Nope. It was via FaceTime. Second every pet we have owned we could bring there blanket, toys ect to go with them to heaven. Not this place! They told my husband it was EPA regulations. Well folks I just looked it up. It says we can. But that the places don’t like too because it gunks up there equipment! Why not tell the truth!! I am beyond upset. Not only getting charged over 800 dollars, but mostly my pet went in there without his toys or blankets. Stay far far away from this place! We will!

Today, we picked up our Luna from Infinity. After an enjoyable drive there, we had a lovely visit with Sharon who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I am absolutely devastated over my little man Dexter’s passing last week but I cannot express enough how compassionate Infinity’s staff was. They treated Dexter like he was their companion and we were family. The memorial package is beautiful, the facility is comforting, I know they took great care of him. The private services are unquestionable and you know you are getting your beloved companion back. I will never use a different service. We used Infinity 10 years ago and we knew what we were going to do when Dexter passed. For me my grieving couldn’t start until he was home and they understand that so they have an option to make an appointment which is a lot faster than going through your vet. There is a lot of healing that we all have to do after our baby’s passing and rubbing the beautiful paw print comforts me at the worst of times.Unfortunately we lived out of state when my little girl passed 5 years ago, I don’t have the same confidence that I have her back and I never will.

I am so, so happy with the service I received. My brothers cat, Boots passed away Sunday night and we brought her in on Monday and I can't remember her name but we were greeted upon arrival by a nice woman.She talked us through everything and made sure that all the details were correct. We got the package with a pawprint and fur. And she asked if there was anywhere special we'd like the fur from and since Boots was a gray tiger with white, we wanted the white preferably from the chest and then the gray from the head. She gave us time to grieve alone and then waited for us to leave before coming back to get Boots's box.When we picked up her ashes on Wednesday, we were overwhelmed with the amount of fur we have received. Only expecting a little bit, a patch of white and a patch of gray stripes, we received a patch from her tail, chest, head and side. It was more than we expected so that made my brother extra happy. Boots was 18 when she passed.Anyway, it was a quick and easy process and I recommend Final Gift to anyone who has lost a beloved pet and is looking for cremation services. Wanting others to know how dissappointed I was with services provided for my dog.Have had many dogs...all creamated in the past...remains were returned in tasteful urns or wooden boxes. Happy to display them...honoring my dogs.At Final gift my dog was returned in a tin can!It was like kitchen canisters back in the day or a can I keep my dig treats in.Not the way I want my petHonored or displayed.Final Gift, please consider using reusable bags,eliminating velvet bag and a more approprate holder for pet ashes.

Every step of the way, they were there to support us and give us choices in treating his afterlife process with his body in the way we wanted for him. I just want to say that my wife and I have used Infinity Pet Services for our 3 cats. Excellent service going back to 2013 when I used them for my cat KC. I would then again use Infinity in the Spring of 2015 for my cat Jonesy and in the Fall of 2015 for my cat Tia. My cats were not young and were well into their mid-teens. I have even spoken to them by phone, when selecting an urn. If you are in the area, they are totally worth it. I went through our cats’ vet. I now have 2 younger cats, that I will hope live as long as the others. After receiving the fur swatch of KC, I didn't want one for the other two cats. It's bigger than you think. KC's fur swatch was taken to the vets and was cremated along with Tia's. We go with the private cremation.My mother in law just lost her dog a few weeks ago and I recommended Infinity Pet Services. Her dog was back in about a week.

This place gives you and your pet the last send off in a very helpful way if you need the ritual of putting your baby to rest. Also, even on the days or times they are closed they tend to have a fairly quick response to their emails and will try to help you however they can.Google does need to fix their description though! This is not a pet sitter, it's a crematory.

Chris, Stacey and Allison made a Brutally, sad day into a bit of needed closure. Walking in to my 14 year old chihuahua's cremation literally made me sick to my stomach. Chris came right out to my vehicle to greet me, she remembered my Baby's name, my name and offered sincere condolences. When arriving they sat with myself and my family and genuinely listened to stories about baby, looked at pictures, videos, we laughed, we cried. It felt like a beautiful little funeral for her, which gave me some much needed closure. They allowed us to be part of anything and everything we wanted, the entire process from start to finish if we wanted. They gave me beautiful little keepsakes and provided colors that matched her amazing personality. They even helped me make a stepping stone I brought.They did her paw prints repeatedly until I was happy, gave me many different decorations such as sawatzky crystals, letter stamps , and anything else you can imagine. The room was beautiful, classy, respectful and soothing. There is a beautiful little river that runs outback and a big picture window that you sit right next to. I feared having even the smallest regret as I decided how to care for my bestfriend of 14 years, my only child and leaving there I felt happy, secure, had closure and felt she had the respect and handling that she deserved. I cannot say enough about these amazing women who provide something that changes an horrific situation into a peaceful one. There is no other place to even look at if you want the most amazing care of not only your pet but yourself. No words exist to say how wonderful or to ever thank them. Angel's that help you heal....

We have brought all of our cats who have died to Infinity and this is the closest thing you can get to a funeral home for pets. They are a group of compassionate, kind, and loving people who fully understand the grief that one goes through when losing a pet. While most people who aren't animal lovers will say "Oh, it's just a cat", they know what you are going through and are very respectful. We chose to drive there and personally drop off our cats for cremation, but they also will pick up a pet's remains at many vets in the area and deliver the cremains back within a week. They offer a wide selection of urns and will return your pet's ashes with a personalized candle, a ceramic impression of your pet's paw, and a piece of fur if you desire. I highly recommend them if you want to give your pet the best you can after his or her death. Ask for Stacy when you call.
