First all Pet Cremation was so kind and so helpful, from the moment I called I was crying they took there time to tell me they sorry. They offen her paw prints which I had to get and it come with a stand and everything. I didn’t have it all the money at once Pet cremation worked with me to give half and then the other half before they drop off my baby. My baby was done less than a week. They pick her up and brung her right back to me. 😔They communicated the whole time and even keep asking if I had any questions they was fast and respectful. I posted a picture of how beautiful it come out. Thank you so much for everything

Jo was great helping me thru hard moment they came to pick up my furry baby at my house and brought her ashes back. Thank you for all your great service. I cant say enough about this place and how there kindness and compassion really helped my family through the loss of our cat Linux who we loved very much.They picked him up shortly after we called despite it being late at night, were respectful and empathetic and brought back his ashes within a few days.For myself I think both animals and humans deserve dignity and respect in death and they facilitated that for us.Much respect to the staff and I highly recommend them.

Our beloved dog died Saturday evening. We couldn’t find anyone to pick up our baby. Sunday was Mother’s Day and the grandchildren were coming over We needed to find someone to come care for our precious dog. I googled and called having to leave voicemail messages Finally, I called and Joe who answered the phone, took all our information, said he would come to our home, pick the dog, and hand deliver the remains in a wooden container with a plaque.
