Unfortunately our beloved Diamond passed away on March 27, 2024 at 5:15pm. Needless to say how devastated we were. We weren't sure who to call but we knew we needed to get our Diamond picked up and prepared for cremation. I searched on Google places that offered these services but for some reason Pet Creation Universal caught my eye. I loved reading all of the positive reviews and just knew that our Diamond would be in good hands. The wooden urn was beautiful, the paw print was so nice! They took our Diamond on Wednesday night at 9pm and they delivered her back home to us Monday evening! Thank you so much for taking great care of our beloved girl. Sleep in doggy heaven Diamond. We will forever love and miss you.

They lacked transparency, were unresponsive, and didn’t show the compassion one would expect during such a sensitive time. It seemed like they were more focused on getting payment rather than providing a respectful service. The whole process felt rushed and impersonal, and I was left feeling unsure about whether my pet was handled with the care I’d hoped for. I regret using this service and would urge others to look for a more reputable and compassionate provider.

I had a therapy cat Miss London Paris a Calico and she was the world to me. I adopted her in 2019. In Montgomery AL now she loved the south but she ruled the north. She even had her own posy. They would all wait for her at the down stairs window.Two months ago someone wanted hee dead the doctor's couldn't save her.I was devastated. I had lost my baby I had just brought her some new toys and eatings area etc from Chewy Long time customer the very next day Chewy was at my door with flowers. Your company was taking care of her crematorium.When I hot that knock on the door about 2 weeks later. My heart dropped. I ❤️ LOVE her ern I got some of her fur, and I got her foot print.Ooh I also received some permieal seeds purple 💜 my favorite and I never told them that.This company is very therapudic and very professional. They are interested in their customers.

We had Paris for 10 years. She is a yorkie. Paris was diagnosed with a liver infection and passed away 3 weeks later. She would make us laugh and cry .
