Our sweet Coconut passed in the night while we were in Santa Fe on a cross country road trip. They were very kind when we brought him to them for his final resting place. Coconut was the bestest boy and we were lucky to have him his last 17 months of his 19.7 yr lifeπ

100% loved this business. My dog recently passed from lymphoma cancer and I was completely devastated. I've had my friend for a very long time and I wasn't ready to lose him. Both of the people there were supper respectful, and I felt like they were very sincere about my loss. They had amazing picks of urns to choose from. Urns that I would only think you could find online. I took my dog in on a Monday and they had is ashes ready for me on that Thursday, which Smith's wanted me to wait 2 to 3 weeks. If anybody has The misfortune of having to lose a dog I would completely recommend this place.

First of all, they did not return my call. When I called back the next morning, I was told I could bring my dog in when they reopened at 3:30. I got there at about 3:45 and the place was totally locked up with no note or message as to when they would arrive. I had my dead dog in the back of my car, bloating and covered with wet towels and ice packs to minimize the bloating. I called them the next morning and was told that the lady that opens in the afternoon couldn't get there by 3:30 as she had to pick up her kids! The owner was going to change the advertised times but had not done it yet. I was also told that this had happened the day before. I had this dog for over 12 years and was extremely upset as she did not deserve this kind of treatment. I hate these people!

After losing our super beloved Golden Retriever we founds this place. We did not want to leave our baby at the vet's to be put in a cold refrigerator or somewhere in the back by a trash pile to wait a week for their regular service to pick up. I called Loving Pet and spoke with Roger who was kind. We were able to drive over on Saturday and we ourselves placed our baby in their makeshift chapel to wait until they were back on Monday. The little chapel had some flowers and a little St Francis statue that we paced on the head of the table where our baby lay. It wasn't luxurious but it was restful, private and what we needed. Our baby rested in peace until he was cremated and returned to us the following Tuesday, again, the rerun vessel was not luxurious but it was hand wrapped with a raffia ribbon and a sunflower with a little doggy treat on top..handled with care and a little love. Very much appreciate that.
