Took my sweet soul in for cremation and was greeted well. Paid to have her shipped back to me and paid extra for paw and nose print. I explained how important that was to me. I was told 7-10 days I would have her back. Almost 2 weeks later they had not sent her. Drove back to Clovis to pick her up. Different person was there. No nose and paw print, was told she didn't do it but called and was sure it was done. Never received. No apology, no communication on anything and serious lack of professionalism. After this original review, I did get a full refund and an apology call from the owner while I did appreciate.

Our bully passed away on Memorial Day. It ended up being a long couple of nights tending to our dog & my husband was called into work a few hours after our dog passed. I called Faithful Friends Pet Crematory & Kathy & Chantel listened to our needs and we were able to drop our bully off on the holiday morning. It made our loss so much easier with their help & we couldn't be more grateful.

A huge thank you to Kathy and everyone at faithful friends for taking care of our dog Deja. The name plate and box is beautiful and they even gave us a paw print and tuff of her hair. They were very respectful of our wishes and grieving.
