Unfortunately, my cat passed away suddenly at home. Struggling with the grief and scrambling how to handle his remains I found Pet Rest on Google. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, they treated me with so much compassion for my loss. They even offered to pick him up if I needed to. Once we arrived there, I was allowed as much time as I needed to say goodbye to my sweet boy. They thoroughly explained the process of what they were going to do to cremate his remains so I would feel comfortable. The engraving they did came out beautiful and I also received his paw prints in ink and in clay. As much as it's unfortunate to need this type of business, it was very comforting to know there are compassionate people running it.

Thank you SO much to Caroline, Marisol, and Kurt for helping me during a difficult time. After an unpleasant experience with another funeral home, I reached out to Pet Rest in Peace to discuss bringing one of my stray cats, who recently passed away, to them. And I'm so grateful I did - the team was kind enough to arrange a time for us with just 1 day's notice, and gave my boy the farewell he deserved: complete with preparation, a fully private cremation (and plenty of time to spend with him beforehand), and some beautiful mementos, like the clay paw print and twinkling rose. Beyond them doing a wonderful job on the day of, they're also the most compassionate people you'll ever meet. Don't know what we would've done without you - thank you so much everything, it meant so much to us!

Discovered this place after my puppy had a sudden and tragic accident. I’ve never had to deal with the loss of a pet and not knowing where to go I found this company. The staff, a father-daughter duo were very respectfully and empathetic to our situation. They were very caring when setting up our lil guy for our final goodbyes. He was arranged beautifully and we were given privacy to grieve and spend our final moments with him. They were very gentle when handling our precious baby and were very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place if you unfortunately find yourself needing to put your baby to rest.

This is the place to go to hands down. They made us feel so comfortable and at peace with how our baby was being taken care of. If you have any concerns regarding the process, they show you everything in detail to put your mind at ease. He was treated with the utmost respect and care making this difficult process a bit easier. I cannot express enough how caring, thoughtful and kind they were. We couldn’t have asked for a better place than this. Thank you SO much!!

It was incredibly hard to lose another loved one a year after another. I was made comfortable, given my space to spend the last few moments with my baby, Bean, and was given time to be ready to let him go. The box his ashes were put is beautiful and the engraving on it as well. I appreciate your compassion and empathy throughout this process. Thank you so very much for giving me the ability to keep my cat forever in commemoration.

I am so happy me and my husband chose to bring our girl here to be cremated. This was one of the worst days of my life and the staff was extremely helpful, understanding, compassionate, and handled everything from start to finish with such care. They made us feel like our baby girl was in a loving place and the whole process took less than two hours. We were able to bring our baby girl home with us the same day! They have beautiful items on display to choose from and even made her paw print into a clay mold that we will cherish forever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to feel comfort during such a difficult time.

I recently lost my best friend of 14 years. He was my everything and finding a place to ensure he had the best aftercare was very important to me. Pet Rest in Peace was that place. From the first phone call, they were so caring and supportive. They took their time with me throughout the whole process and allowed me to grieve while insuring my pet was still being cared for. The facility was clean, update, smelled nice, and comforting. I was also able to wait for my pets ashes and was able to get them a few hours later, rather then some other facilities who make you wait a week or mail them to you. They wholeheartedly care at this facility and having them there for me in one of my hardest moments was truly a blessing from God. Thank you.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the angels who work here. I’m still grieving the loss of our beautiful boy Poppa! April 26 @ 11:22pm, he took his last breath in my arms. And I haven’t forgiven myself. We walked in to Pet Rest with our boy and was surrounded by so much love by Marisol and staff. After three days of spending $2200 at a vet and hospital, just for our baby to pass away on our arms, depressed me. Pet Rest, Please know that your kindness and generosity towards myself and my Fiancée will forever remain with me. Thank you so much for everything.

Today has been a hard day; my canine, whom I viewed as a family member, has passed on. I called Pet Rest, took my canine to their premises for cremation, and was received by Marisol, who showed a lot of compassion and professionalism. Then came Caroline, who also showed the same level of compassion and professionalism, just like Marisol. I highly recommend, without any hesitation whatsoever, that if anyone needs this service, they should go to Pet Rest in Peace. Much appreciated, Marisol and Caroline-you both are really representatives of compassion and understanding.

The service was beautiful and so touching. The two that work there are amazing and so caring. It was so nice to see animals being treated like apart of the family. They showed my mom and I around the place where my beloved bird would get cremated at. They even let us see him getting put inside and was so comforting with us. I would recommend 100% to anyone seeing where to say goodbye to your loved one.

Losing our Junior was heartbreaking. Pet rest in peace memorial center staff is kind, compassionate and gave the greatest care in making this difficult time easier for us, while also providing us with fast and professional service. Would highly recommend and we got the ashes back on the same day!

I am going through the worst time of my life imaginable, a time of hopeless despair. But Sam and Steve brought so much peace to my heart. ❤️ They have so much empathy and compassion. It shows the minute you walk through this place. I must have called Caroline three times through the day with many many questions and she was so incredibly patient and understanding. When we got there, they were ready and waiting for us. The space has been built with so much love and care. I felt a sense of calm when I entered and was immediately transported. I felt a sense of serenity that my boy was going to the rainbow 🌈 bridge from here. They handled everything for us so beautifully, had the best selection of options to commemorate our child (urns, paw prints, clay prints etc.) and gave us enough and more time with our boy. He was wrapped in a blanket, with a pillow under his head and flowers around him. He looked so peaceful. We brought a framed picture of him and they let us cremate him with some of his favorite toys and treats and his bow tie. They never rushed us and came from such a place of love and kindness. They couldn’t have been more helpful and nicer. The best part was that we were able to bring our boy home the same day. Everything was so seamless and lovely. We were so glad we brought him here.God bless them for bringing some comfort to people going through the absolute worst time of their lives and for helping these beautiful souls pass so peacefully on to the other side. I would urge every pet parent to consider them. Much love and peace ☮️

Let me start by thanking the wonderful staff. They were great from start to finish when me and my wife took our beautiful dog here. They were understanding, compassionate, allowed us time to spend our final moments with our girl. We were allowed to wait during the process and take our girl home with us the same day in a beautiful urn with a name plate and paw print. It was a great experience for the worst time in our lives. I would recommend Pet Rest to everyone.

Yesterday was a tough today for our family. We had to say goodbye to our sweetheart of 14 years, Mallomar. Pet Rest Memorial Center is such a good choice if you are going to cremate your animal. Marisol and Sam were so kind and attentive to every question we had, they never rushed us, and both made the process as calm as one could hope for. We highly recommend them.

Thank you to the staff who walked us through the entire process. Our 20 year old cat Meebo had passed this morning at home and I called about services and they had availability at 2:30PM for same day cremation. They even set up a little area for a final viewing. Staff was lovely and went above and beyond what we could’ve imagined during our grief. Thank you so much for guiding our sweet girl to the rainbow bridge. 🤍🕊️🌈

This place went above and beyond. They received us with a warm welcome knowing exactly who we were and treated us like family. They took my grandmothers 17 year old dog and laid her out like a formal human wake/ viewing. It was so beautiful they gave us as long as we needed to say our goodbyes and had a plethora of urn jewelry and urns to choose from for your furry friend. I can go on. It was really above par service. I cannot be more grateful for Marisol and the other gentleman for their kindness and patience. We viewed the dog and they treated her lifeless body with dignity the entire time all the up until they cremated her. I’ll never have a vet process my animal ever again. Same day service. We said our goodbyes and she was ready in an hour. (She was a small poodle)Absolutely blown away by the QUALITY of service here! Thank you so much!

We lost our beloved Linda on 12/11 at night and called Caroline who allowed us to come in the afternoon the next day. From the warm greetings at the front door, we felt welcomed from the start. They promptly set up a viewing and allowed us to say our final goodbyes without rushing us. It was hard but the calm and serene room allowed us to bid Linda a peaceful farewell. For that I am thankful to Pet Rest in Peace. When it was time for the cremation, we were fully explained the process and even allowed to see the incinerator. They showed us what was included (wooden box for ashes, engraving, a forever flower, and a keepsake) We were not upsold or pushed into buying anything extra and ended up buying a brass urn which was reasonable in price as was the whole package.I cannot recommend this place enough. Pets are family and anyone that has lost a pet knows it is such a heart breaking endeavor. It is nice to know you can go to a place that is sympathetic, kind, and caring.Thank you Caroline and Mr. Perez for treating us with such care in our last moments with Linda. To anyone out there reading this that is about to or has had your pet cross the rainbow bridge, first my condolences. If you are looking for a place to say your final goodbye and cremation, Pet Rest in Peace is a place they deserve.

Today my bunny Thumper passed away and I was able to get him cremated in the instant. I had a hard time looking at him and touching him. The staff here were so lovely and just the sweetest angels. Thank you to the two lovely ladies who helped me say goodbye to my best friend. Thank you for all the memories big boy.

I highly recommend this place to anyone having to say goodbye to a furry loved one. The owners are amazing and kind and walk you through the process. Personally, I did not want to send my dog to a cremation place that takes up to two weeks but this spot I was able to get him back the same day. The memorial service before the cremation is a great moment to say goodbye. Wouldn't have done it any other way. The personalized urn box makes it a nice touch.

If you are reading this review. I am sorry for your loss. However, I 100% suggest you utilize the services offered by Pet Rest in Peace. Here is my family’s experience:On January 19, 2025, my family and I made a very difficult decision to humanely euthanize our beloved Bentley, a 14 1/2 year old Shichon. Bentley was suffering due to an inter cranial tumor. I contacted Dr. Lisa Bongiovanni (Vet in the House) and scheduled in home euthanasia for the next morning.I then contacted Pet Rest in Peace who had excellently handled our other pup’s, Lacey, cremation in 2015. I spoke with Kurt who was so friendly, warm and kind. Kurt scheduled the appointment and advised me that Sam and Marisol would handle everything for Bentley and my family. On the next day after Bentley’s passing my family and I arrived at Pet Rest in Peace with Bentley. I initially went in by myself to see if they were ready for us. I was greeted by Sam and Marisol who were so warm, kind and comforting. They offered their condolences and asked if I needed assistance bringing Bentley in. Along with my family, I carried Bentley inside. When I turned Bentley over to Sam and Marisol it was so comforting to see how gently they handled him. It was with the utmost compassion and respect. They asked for a few minutes and then invited us into the viewing room where Bentley was lying peacefully. There were flowers and candles as well as soft music playing. This was Bentley’s doggie wake. We were able to spend much time with Bentley. We picked an urn for Bentley’s ashes. We also requested to have a clay paw print done. We needed a total of six which was no issue for Sam and Marisol. I watched how Sam and Marisol gently shaved the fur from in between Bentley’s paw pads before gently depressing Bentley’s paw into each mold.Sam then explained the entire cremation process which we decided not to be present for.A few hours later we returned. Sam and Marisol had Bentley’s urn and paw prints ready for us.I feel it takes special people to comfort those who have suffered a loss whether it be human or pet. Sam, Marisol and Kurt are definitely Special People. From the Mac Kay Family thank you so very much.

I never anticipated finding solace during this emotional period. We entrusted our beloved BabyCat to them for a private cremation service. The waiting area exuded a tasteful ambiance, accompanied by soft music. Upon our arrival, the proprietors greeted us with condolences for the loss of our 21-year-old feline companion. To our astonishment, they ushered us into a softly lit room adorned with candles for a heartfelt 'viewing'. There, they tenderly placed BabyCat on plush blankets surrounded by flowers. As time passed, they delicately attended to him, capturing his paw print and creating a plaster mold. They even carefully collected a lock of his fur, preserving it in a small ziplock bag.Back in the waiting room, we were given the opportunity to select an urn and personalize the front nameplate. Once all arrangements were finalized, they presented us with BabyCat's remains, along with a commemorative certificate and other thoughtful mementos. This experience provided us with much-needed closure after a sorrowful week. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment to anyone grappling with the loss of their cherished furry friend.

I lost my best friend of 8 years recently. He was old, but his death was very unexpected. Pet Rest in Peace provided an incredible experience for me and my girlfriend. Caroline treated us with warm, open arms. She set up a final viewing of Chance, my rabbit who passed away which at first I was hesitant about due to how painful the loss was. She did an incredible job setting him up so he looked peaceful and at rest. It provided us with the final closure and goodbye we desperately needed. The cremation process took about one hour, and they called immediately once he was ready. The urn was beautifully prepared and the engraving came out better than I had hoped. The whole process was beautifully done, and gave me a great sense of comfort knowing my buddy was put to rest in such a beautiful way.The people who work here are angels. They made the grieving process infinitely easier for me. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had such a beautiful experience here for my little hamster Tutti. The staff were so comforting and sweet. The viewing was a peaceful atmosphere and the little bed they put her on was just so pretty! My boy Gizmo passed and I discovered him late morning on a Sunday. After calling around, I ended my search here. The gentleman on the phone answered all my questions and told me to come in at 2:30. My husband took him in and couldn’t stop talking about how nice they were and he was happy we made this choice. He said they explained everything to him and he was cremated individually which is amazing. They were fast and what we chose to remember our boy was perfect. If you’re ever in the unfortunate situation, I would recommend.

I don’t really write many reviews for places but the service and experience here is beyond amazing. My significant other and I lost our son, Kele, recently. It was incredibly hard for us since it was so sudden. Kele passed away late in the day and we both anxiously were trying to find the best possible option to safely and soundly put Kele to rest. We’re from New York and all New York cremation services require you to wait weeks or ambiguously provide private cremation without giving us any confidence in their service to relieve our anxieties. The NY services all felt so impersonal and rushed as if they only wanted to make money. Thankfully, I was able to find Pet Rest in Peace as I dug more for options that provided private ceremonies for our beloved baby. The ceremony and staff made the process so at ease for my partner and I. My partner rushed over their early at their opening without an appointment because Kele’s passing was so sudden, but he was greeted gently with open arms and condolences. I was able to witness everything and mourn virtually even when I wasn’t able to be present for the funeral. I’m so grateful that this place exist and in the future will only be coming to this place if I would ever had to once again experience the departure of another one of my beloved babies to rest. As of right now, thank you for taking care of Kele in his final moments with us. Thank you for accommodating our request of burning his favorite snacks and his favorite toy with him for Kele to have with him in the afterlife. Thank you for everything and we can’t begin to express our gratitude for providing us with the peace and comfort that we were seeking for during these tough times.

I can't imagine a pet cremation going any better than the one we had at Pet Rest in Peace. From beginning to end, everything was done with empathy, compassion, and grace. Marisol and Mariah acted patiently when appropriate, acted with haste when appropriate, treated our dog as if she was their dog, and allowed us to view every step that we wanted to witness. There was no doubt in my mind that the ashes we left with were from our dog. At no time did I feel like a customer; I felt like we were being helped by friends. Thank you both for easing a difficult day.

I had my cat cremated here today. I was amazed with the 2 girls (Melody and Marisol) that took care of the cremation. They were so compassionate and advised me of every step they were doing. They actually laid my cat out for a viewing. It was beautiful. I am so impressed with this place and will definitely reccommend to friends and family. I can't say enough how comforting this was.

Losing our beloved Pomeranian Meg after 17 years was quite the loss, but from our first phone call to our appointment just 5 hours later, Pets at Rest were caring every step of the way. To find a local, private cremation service, with a 1 hour completion time, made the process so much easier. We highly recommend and appreciate the great price, service and compassion we were given.Michael & Andrea

This place is honestly the kindest and most caring place I've ever been to. The staff are compassionate and understanding. They work with you every step and always ask what your wishes are. They set up your baby in a beautiful way for you to say goodbye.. they take good care of your pet, and you. It's worth the price, and the experience helps you feel comforted and loved. It hurt so much to say goodbye to my ESA and baby Biscuit but the staff really care, and they will be there for you.

Kind and compassionate describes Pet Rest In Peace. We have a sense of closure knowing our Fritz is at peace now. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such warmth and made this journey so much easier. Thank again so much Dana and Marisol for everything you do!

It’s so difficult to put into words just how amazing Pet Rest is. My guinea pig, Leo, unexpectedly passed just this morning and by 2:30PM I had been put at ease, comforted, and able to return home with his ashes peacefully. Even though the business is currently experiencing some minor flooding issues, Marisol was sure to provide all of the accommodations they typically offer. Previously, my experiences with pet cremation have been fast and cold, with no time to consider options or think on decisions, but Marisol checked in with us every step of the way to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. I requested that in Leo’s clay print they do not only his paws, but his nose because his brother who passed a few years ago has his nose print in his clay. Although Marisol had never done this for a guinea pig before, she assured me she would do her best and check in once it was done. It was so much more perfect than I could have imagined it to be. Marisol also took the time to make a matching urn for Leo’s brother, since we were never given a proper one at the place he was cremated a few years ago. The entire experience made me feel like Teddi and Leo are resting peacefully together now. I can’t thank this place enough!

We had to make the very difficult decision to have our cat euthanized and opted for private cremation to keep his ashes with us. We were so fortunate to have found Pet Rest in Peace, as they accommodated us on short notice and were extremely caring, gentle, compassionate, and professional throughout the process. We believe one of the staff members who helped us was Marisol and we're sorry that we did not make note of the other young lady's name, as they were both so kind to us and our little guy. We were given all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes in a peaceful and comfortable setting and the staff explained exactly how the process worked. A very nice wooden urn with custom-engraved name plate was included and we were happy that the clay pawprint was available as an option. We will also be taking advantage of the tribute page they set up to memorialize our kitty as well as the daily affirmations that they send via email. Thank you, Pet Rest in Peace for providing such exceptional service and helping us to begin working through our grief...we are sincerely grateful for all that you do.

When I lost Nutmeg, my beloved cat that I've had since I was a child, I felt like I lost a part of my own heart in the process. 💔In my mind, I expected this cremation to be done in the way such things usually are, but once I stepped through those doors. It was so far beyond what I ever could have expected even in my wildest dreams. The amount of care Dana and Samuel took to lay Nutmeg in a cat bed with an adorable paw print blanket, and the roses they put beside her was so profound that the gesture itself nearly moved me to tears. It was easy to imagine Nutmeg was just sleeping in that little cat bed, because she looked so peaceful, content and loved nestled among the blankets. It was exactly how I wanted our last moment together to feel.As I stared down at the beautiful crimson roses beside Nutmeg, I honestly felt some of the heaviness lift from my heart and even as I cried, I couldn't help but feel like I had truly been given the opportunity to say goodbye.Everything about that place from the soft music playing in the background, to the table top waterfall in the adjoining room that sounded serene and especially the overwhelming amount of pure compassion from the staff, made it feel like I was able to spill some of the grief from my heart into the atmosphere itself.I even got to have an impression of Nutmegs paw print made in clay that I can forever keep beside her urn and the small rose they gave me to adorn it.As well as an obituary put up online in her honor where our family and friends can post memories of her.In many ways this place was exactly what our family needed while we were grieving the loss of someone we've loved from the moment we took Nutmeg into our lives. This little hidden gem of an establishment gave me back the one thing I thought I'd never feel again...hope.Hope that Nutmeg had truly found comfort and could still feel our love for her even after crossing over the rainbow bridge. 🌈

The Pet Rest In Peace staff is amazing. I have been here twice to cremate my beloved fur babies and they have made each time a little easier by being supportive, respectful, understanding and super professional. They treat your pets with the utmost respect. Despite it being a very sad day for us, Pet Rest In Peace gave us peace of mind and comfort knowing that our dogs had the goodbye they deserved. I couldn’t stand the thought of sending them off from the vets office and having to wait up to 10 days to receive their ashes. I called Pet Rest In Peace as soon as we left the vets office and they were so accommodating and we were able to take our pet and go home with their ashes that same day. I can’t recommend them enough.

I want to thank Pet Rest In Peace Memorial Center from the bottom of my heart. They are such professionals. They took care of my baby Ted with such care and dignity. They took car of everything within one business day and at an affordable price. Marysol and her dad were so kind to explain to me the whole process. I don’t normally take the time to write a review so believe me these people will take care of your pet with the sympathy and dignity it deserves. I’m so glad I looked them up on the internet. My baby died in Oradell Animal Hospital and they only work with Pet Meadows in Carlstadt. I did not want my baby boy to go through the same thing that my other baby boy went through last year. They took forever to answer phone calls and they didn’t give me his paw print until after a month. My baby was kept frozen for nearly a month at the hospital when I went in person to ask for his remains since they wouldn’t answer the phone or my messages, they apologized and offered me a refund since they still hadn’t picked his body yet, this was nearly two weeks after he died. Instead of issuing me a refund they ended up charging me twice. His nose print came out all smudged and part of his nose was missing. It was just terrible. Whoever reads this I hope you chose this company because they are the best and the service was fast and attentive. They did the most precious clay paw print with his name engraved on the clay. They also did a nose print that really looked like his nose. I’m getting a tattoo of it so I can’t thank them enough. The urn came engraved with his name and anything I wanted to add. I decided to put “The sweetest boy”. Thank you all once again. Thanks to them I can actually say I can let my baby rest in peace once and for all. 🙏❤️

My family and I had such a great experience today with the passing of our 15 year old beagle, Lola. We felt comforted by their kindness and the viewing ceremony was so beautiful. Lola was adorned with a light up rose and wrapped in blankets while laying on a doggy bed. They gave us as much time as we needed. Her urn and clay paw prints came out beautifully. They even gave us the light up rose and a key chain to go home with. We will be using them going forward for all of our pets in the future. Thank you so much for helping us during this tough time!

For anyone in North Jersey looking for a compassionate place to say goodbye to their beloved pets, this is the place to go. Miriah and Marisol truly understand and care for your pets with the utmost respect. They provide same-day services, unlike other places where you might have to wait weeks or even months. Thank you so much for your kind words and support.
Jenny Zhang
Thank you for taking care of our family. The process was very seamless and we appreciate the thoughtfulness as we say our final goodbyes to our baby girl. She sincerely thanks you from the skies above for taking such good care of her.

I came across this place when my dog was diagnosed with cancer a year ago. I saw the reviews and kept it in the back of my mind when the time comes and year later my dog had passed and rather than have the vet’s office handle it we opted to bring our dog ourselves and do a private cremation with our kids and parents. I cannot recommend it enough. We also got the paw print and ashes the same day

AMAZING BUSINESS AND STAFF!! My Nani girl passed away November 2023 and this place took great care of us and her.It is beautiful, comforting and peaceful inside. The staff are super supportive and caring. They are true animals lovers and understand what ppl are going through. They have so many options to choose from, like if you want your beloved baby cremated or buried, if you want a viewing/service before hand, variety of urns and jewelry (you can add some of the ashes to the jewelry to always have them w you)Depending on your financial needs they can assist you to see what services fit best at the time. They offer a free obituary as well on their website if interested. I highly recommend this place. Also, if you see this review, I want to thank everyone who works here for being so caring to me and my family during our tough time.

A few months late, but I wanted to acknowledge the amazing care and service Pet Rest in Peace provided during one of the most devastating times of my life. My guinea pig was put to sleep and I had to make a quick decision on where to have his remains handled. I'm so glad I went with Pet Rest in Peace. I didn't know what to expect, but what I experienced was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I was a complete wreck, and was treated with genuine kindness and compassion the second I walked through the door. The personalized wake, private time to say good bye, custom engraved memorial box, and the fact that I could wait and bring him home that day made the experience so much easier. I recommend Pet Rest in Peace to anyone looking for a dignified and compassionate end of life experience for their beloved pet.

Love this place! My family was nervous with the process of our dog being cremated, but Sam and Marisol made our mind at ease. When I first arrive, our baby girl was laid out perfectly with the cutest rose. They allowed us to have alone time with her, and say our final goodbyes. We watched our babygirl Sophie be placed inside and afterwards we received her ashes back. The urns were beautiful, our free urn was beautiful, We love the engraving on the free urn, We love the keychain, even the beautiful paw print. The overall service was tremendous, and during a sad time for my family, and I we received the perfect care. I recommend this place 1000%. My family did the private cremation. Thank you, thank you, thank you thank you, for taking care of our baby Sophie-Ann.

If you are experiencing the heartbreaking loss of a beloved pet, this is a place where you can hold a small, beautiful funeral to honor their memory and find a bit of comfort for your heart. The staff are exceptionally kind, respectful, and compassionate, offering support during this difficult time.

Had such a beautiful experience here for my little hamster Tutti. The staff were so comforting and sweet. The viewing was a peaceful atmosphere and the little bed they put her on was just so pretty! I recommend this place to anyone who lost a beloved pet and I would definitely use their service again (hoping I won't have to though)!

Caroline and Marisol are amazing women they were so kind and compassionate to my family and our sweet Olive today. Thank you so much for the work that you do and the service you provide. We could not have asked for a better place to say goodbye to our sweet girl may she rest in peace.

This place was a Godsend. I can’t say how grateful my family is for these kind, loving people. Our baby, Lulu, sadly passed today on 1/7/24 and a quick call got my family in just a few hours. Marisol was extremely kind and gentle with us. Marisol welcomed us and treated Lulu and us with respect. She let us say goodbyes to our Lulu as our baby slept peacefully in her cute little bed.I can’t thank these people enough. To be able to come home with our Lulu the same day is something I will always be grateful for. This was the hardest day but Pet Rest in Peace Memorial Center truly made it infinitely easier. Thank you for giving us a keepsake for Lulu and the gift of having her come home with us. This was the most welcoming and compassionate place I could have brought Lulu and I’m glad I did.I can’t imagine the job ever being close to easy. These people have the biggest hearts. I can’t even come to close to explaining how good these people are. Thank you, thank you and thank you again.

I called a few places before contacting this crematory, but no one answered the phone the way the owner of this establishment did. He understood my feelings about losing my friend. From the moment I arrived until the moment I received my dog's ashes, they provided me with the best service. They spoke kindly and softly, as I was trying to process the loss. I am grateful for the memorable goodbye they gave my dog Rocco. Thank you so much. Forever grateful 🐾

Unfortunately this is the third time I needed the services of Pet Rest in peace this year. On 12/23/23 we lost our little boy Jerry and needed to say goodbye. Caroline and Marisol were there to ease our pain, made us feel welcome and took excellent care in preparing our Jerry for our last goodbyes.I can honestly say, they know how to make a difficult time easier, make you feel comfortable and at ease. If its time to say goodbye to your furry friends, Pet Rest in Peace is where you want to go. Marisol, Caroline, and Karl are wonderful warm and friendly people. God bless them all.

This is probably the most difficult review that I’ve ever had to write. As a pet owner your pet is family. You look after it, take care of it, show love and care. Daisy was our girl! People would cross the street because she was a pit Bull. Little did they know she had the biggest heart and wouldn’t hurt a fly. We had her since she was a puppy. Daisy would’ve been 12 yrs old in May. So what does one do once their loved one? Only a proper send off would be best! Where the people who get your dog “ready” for viewing have the compassion and took the time to make sure she looked amazing. It was such a beautiful and sad day. The compassion that my family and I received from Sammy and Dana will not go unnoticed. Although it was a busy day, they were warm, and compassionate. They walked us through everything . Never rushed! Took their time as the tears flowed out of my families eyes. Thank you for everything!Thank you for helping us give our girl the proper send off, because that’s what she deserved.God forbid anyone ever looses their pet, I would definitely be recommending Pet Rest. Love, The Mendoza Family

Thank you Marisol and Kurt for making one of the hardest days of my life breathable. There was nothing but warmth and comfort upon arrival. Every minute of Pet Rest was beautifully thought out, from the beautiful viewing, paw print and custom urn. I am so happy that I found you all and that my baby boy was able to be cared for in such an amazing way on his journey across the rainbow.

This pet crematory place provided my family and I with great service . The customer service and level of comfortability really satisfied our family during this rough time. They provided a beautiful memorial/ceremony for my baby Princess.Employees provided a lot of time to say our last goodbyes. Really grateful to have chosen this place ! Definitely recommend.

I had to say goodbye to my French Bulldog, Twinkie. Marisol and Miriah were amazing during this difficult time. They greeted us at the door, laid her out gently, shaved keepsakes of her hair, got the perfect paw prints, and explained the whole procedure to us. I have been to this site on several occasions and have referred many friends and family. This is an amazing place to have your final goodbyes to your fur babies. Getting the ashes back the same day puts your heart at ease.
Awika Tocco
They take best care of my little hamster JOEY for one last time. The best I can ask for. Highly recommend it!!!!

This was the absolute most heart centered place ever from the moment you call to set up your appointment through the very end, they are extremely patient, loving and kind. I appreciate the sincerity of their services and care provided to really send my baby home in love and peace. Thank you so much and I would recommend everyone who needs it to come here. Same day service with guaranteed respect to his remains was amazing.

I am so great full to find this place. The staff is amazing, specially the great atmosphere and the tremendous welcoming. I want to send a huge Thank You to Caroline, Marisol and staff. After I left Pet Rest in Peace Memorial Center it was a big relief.

Mr Moks 1972
Both of them were respectful of our grief and allowed us some privacy to say our goodbyes to Mr.Mokong.We also didn’t wait that long.My children chose the 2 necklaces and the paw print, which we took home with us on the same day.Their prices are also reasonable.Today was a very difficult day for our family but you have touched our hearts.Thank you-The Prodon family

I want to thank everyone at Pet Rest in Peace for the attention and care they provided us with today. My mother lost her beloved cat, Bebe, early this morning. Pet Rest in Peace provided her with the privacy, love, and support to say goodbye to her companion of 19 years. Thank you again for everything.
Vanessa Hamilton
Outstanding service, compassion and respect. We lost our dog last week and Dana and Dan at Pet Rest in Peace were wonderful. They met us at our car and handled the whole process in a very gentle manner. We were able to take our boy home in a couple of hours in a lovely photo box urn, with a clipping of his fur. They engraved an elegant brass name plate for the box, too. Highly recommend. They made a hard situation much easier to endure.

Special thanks to all the staff in Pet Rest in Peace Memorial Center who helped us say the final goodbye to Kiki, our 10-year lovely feline friend. They take care of kiki's body with respect, care and love. The room surrounded with flowers and soft music gave us time to grief and comfort. At last, the ashes are put into a nicely decorated wooden box. We are sure to keep it with sweet memories for the rest of life.

Fantastic place to say the least!!On August 27 or beloved Andrew passed and we called Pet Rest in Peace, I received a call back quickly from the owner Kurt who was very compassionate, polite and caring during this difficult time, he explained their services and was never pushy. I had spoken to Marisol the next day and had them retrieve our pet from the hospital, they kept me informed at all times of what was happening with him and all the while being compassionate with me. I would completely recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services without hesitation.Thank you, Kurt, Marisol and all the staff!

My dog recently passed away on 8/12/2023. Dealing with such strong feelings/emotions and trying to grieve, I was praying for a smooth transition. Thank God I chose Pet Rest in Peace Memorial Center. They treated my family and dog with so much kindness, compassion, and care. They provide such a beautiful service for your pet. The place is clean, comforting, and accommodating. If you’re ever going through such tragic experience, your dog deserves to be handled with care at THIS facility. Highly recommend to all!

My aunt's cat passed away last night, and with a heavy heart couldn't do anything about it since it was night time and everything was closed. This morning she called me asking if I can take her somewhere to get her cremated. I started searching on Google and found this place. I immediately called; Caroline picked up the phone. The way she picked up the phone gave me an ease of mind and I already knew this was the place I had to bring my aunt & her beloved cat Chloe. Upon arriving, Marisol was at the door ready for us. The process was easy and everything about this place made the transition and experience a bit more pleasant. Thank you ladies for doing a fantastic job. I will recommend this place everywhere I go.

All I can say is that they were great. I spoke to the owner Kurt on the phone about my dog's situation (Cancer) on 12/8/2023 and that it was time. During our conversation , he asked me if I needed a vet service that made house calls, since I mentioned that I wanted the procedure done at my home and not at an office. I said yes and he gave me a few names to call which he didn't have to do, but he did. Which goes a long way in my book in going the extra mile when people need help in a bad situation. I dropped my Tucker off at 10:30am on Saturday 12/9/2023 and was met by his staff at the door and assisted me in bringing Tucker into the building..( he weighed 88 pounds) His staff were so nice and assisted in every aspect of the process. I was more surprised when they said his ashes would be available that afternoon.( We had a private cremation) They even asked me if I wanted to see the procedure being done, which I declined. I got a call at about 3:45 pm, telling me that Tucker was ready. I decided to pick him up the next day. Overall a very good experience for a bad situation. Thank you Pet Rest for everything.

Pet Rest in Peace Memorial Center a very special place that provides a proper and respectful farewell for our beloved pets. Marisol and Sammy were so compassionate and really did a great job coordinating everything. My family and I were able to say goodbye to our beloved dog in a way I will always remember. Our pets become a part of the family and I truly believe they deserve a proper send off for the love they’ve shown us. The staff does a great job to accommodate the whole process. Thank you for everything. My family is so grateful.

From the first phone call to them and speaking with Caroline, I knew I was going to be taken care of... They are amazing. I was greeted by Marisol and she could not have been more sweet, empathetic, sympathetic and put me at ease from her first eye contact with me. They offer so many comforting options to remember your loved one. After a short wait time, we were called back for the remains which are put in a lovely box with an engraved plate of words that you've chosen. Dana who met me when I came back was an absolute gem. Wonderful, sweet and lovely. She explained what had transpired to me, and what I now had in my possession. It could not have been a smoother, or more wonderful experience for something that can truly devastate a person. Caroline and her husband have carved out the absolute best service for this type of sad event in someones life. They have a support staff of fantastic people that make it a much more comforting experience. Not only that, they are half the price of a few of the other google searched businesses, who I spoke to. One in particular had an awful sales rep who was only interested in taking my money rather than helping me deal with my situation. They are usually the first company that pops up on Google and I do not recommend them BUT I DO heavily recommend Pet Rest in Peace. An A1, Top rated Top notch company. Thank you so much, especially Marisol and Dana. Xo

I can't even describe how amazing everyone was! My daughter's HAMSTER passed away last night.... This being her first pet to pass, it was rough... They treated Pogo (The Hamster) as if he was a human... Greeted us at the door, showed us all of their services, had a small viewing, handled Pogo and my daughter with the utmost respect and dignity.Keepsake flower, keychain, a beautiful urn with a personalized engraving, paw prints, a lock of fur, a pendant... Just an amazing amount of care!I can't thank everyone there enough for how amazing they all were in this tough time. Keep doing what you're doing, you're helping a lot of people and providing a service that few can at such a high level. It was the BEST possible End of Life celebration for Pogo!Thank you to everyone there!

God took our daughter today! Guide her back to heaven! Thanks for their service! Let us accompany our daughter on the final journey! Thank you for their kindness and friendliness!

Thank you @pet_rest_in_peace for all your beautiful accomadations and for how you treated our boy. You guys treated apollo with so much dignity and respect. From the moment we called we felt so much compassion until we brought him in. You gave his life a beautiful ending the way he deserved it with the beautiful set up of flowers and candles the day he passed until the following morning when we had to finally let go. You allowed us to have as much time with him never rushed us, we held on until it was time. Your staff understood our pain and showed so much compassion during this difficult time for that our hearts are forever grateful 🤍🙏🏼 This was the first time we had to cremate one of our pups and our experience here was absolutely incredible. We are happy we chose you and we feel at peace and have closure that apollo was laid to rest the way he deserved.Thank you so much - Perez family.

The compassion, respect, and tenderness of Dana and Marisol on June 24 will never be forgotten. Thankyou for helping us grieve for our Maximus ( mungmung) and understanding that pets are a members of families loved and missed. Five stars for you is not enough to convey our satisfaction with your services. Thank you so much!

I was a mess after I found out my cat had passed away while I was at work. I called Pet Rest and Kurt was extremely comforting and reassured me everything was going to be okay with Sweetie. My mom and I took her in and immediately they already made us feel comfortable and the way they treated Sweetie was amazing. You guys are the best and I can’t thank you enough for what you guys did for us. Sweetie is back home with us, in her beautiful little casket. Dana, thank you for all your kind words. Beautiful place and they will treat your pet with respect and will give you private moments with your pet one last time. If I could rate them a million stars, I would.

This memorial center/crematory deserves 100 stars!! From the phone call to the cremation everything was top notch. Dana and Marisol were so helpful and very comforting. I am so thankful for their help today. Kitty also thanks you. Xoxo

Thank you so much Mariah for your kindness and treating my baby Snowy with so much dignity and respect. I found Pet Rest in Peace through google search, and after reading the reviews I decided to call. The owner Kurt was so kind, and patiently explained to me the process which gave me the piece of mind because I wanted the cremation to be exclusively private, while making sure cremation was individual. On the other hand, I was allowed to see the state of the art crematory.Just like the previous review, no company answered the phone like this place. Talking with Kurt gave me the confidence to move forward with the process. They have an identification process to ensure pet remains are known at all times which was my biggest concern with cremation. The place was so pieceful and private that made me feel confortable during this extremely difficult time and profound grief.I am posting this message because I want people who read this review, who probably are suffering from the loss of their pet, feel the confidence using the service from this company. Just like previous reviews help me to make a decision, i want to pay it forward. You deserve a place like this when looking for cremation service. My experience with Pet Rest in Piece was beyond my expectations, for that I will be forever grateful 🙏🏻.

We thank God that we found this place in a bind back in 2021 when our thirteen year old boy, Smokey passed away suddenly at home. After long health issues, we had to make the difficult decision to let go of his brother Scottie- just yesterday. And we knew that this was the place to take him. Let me start out by saying that the staff at Pet Rest is incredibly warm, kind and professional. They treat you like family, and they treat your fur babies like family. They give you as much time as you need in a private viewing room. The room is serene, they have beautiful music playing, and it instantly puts you at ease. They give you the option to take locks of fur/hair, whiskers, etc. from your pet. In that room, there is a display area to choose from different urns. They offer paw print molds, jewelry such as rings, necklaces and bracelets (two of which I now have) to fill with your pet’s ashes; and create beautiful engraved name plates. When you’re ready to say a final farewell, they make double sure of it. They make sure you know each pet is cremated separately, not communally. Above all, I think my favorite thing about Pet Rest is that it doesn’t feel like a “business.” They go above and beyond to make sure you feel like you’re at ease, that you’re not rushed, and that you’re ready for the inevitable. It’s a fairly quick process, you get the opportunity to wait in the main room (which is just as calm & peaceful) or go back to your car to wait. If you wait in the room, the staff continues to check on you and provide support. When the process is finished, and the remains of your pet is returned to you, they take the time to explain what is involved in the package. They give you sweet little gifts, and go over the certification of cremation. Even after everything was finished, the staff was patient, kind and courteous- and we had a 5-10 minute conversation just “shooting the breeze” about our pets, and the crematory. We’ve referred this place to other families and friends, and we will continue to do so. THANK YOU Pet Rest for making these tragedies and losses easier on the families that come to you. We are thankful to all of you!

A Great & Professional Service can’t go unnoticed !On December 11th, our Beloved Children/Pets Dolce & Nikko crossed the Rainbow Bridge.Deeply from our hearts, we want to give thanks to Caroline, Marisol & Sam. From our initial call with Caroline, the owner, we felt great Confort, Compassion & Accommodation about bringing our Beloved pups to their facility. Upon our arrival at 4:03pm, we were greeted with Humble & Compasionate by manager Marisol Negron, their hours of operation ended at 4pm. We did place a call to let them know, the traffic was very heavy, however the staff patiently awaited for our arrival, Marisol took good care of us without been rushed, took the time to explain with detail, what to expect for our next day of visit and asked us, what was the most convenient time for us return, which we both agreed towards 10:30am. Next day upon on our arrival, we were escorted to the private viewing room, Dolce & Nikko were accomodated on their bed & pillow, just the way they used to sleep together at home, Marisol was able to recreate the same sleeping position without even knowing them. This posture touched our heart so deeply. After our 30 minutes with them, we sat in the second private quiet room, where we were approched by humble, soft spoken & great deamener Sam Negron, Crematorium Technician which also took the time to explain in great detail every steps of cremation process and a tour of the facility for us to have a better understanding of the process.Once back in the quiet room, we were presented with our choice of fonts to be used on the plaque, which will be displayed with our heart felt message.Caroline gave us time to absorb all the information presented before we both were escorted to the main lobby area to wait for the cremation process to end, sorrounded with calm background music, time went fast.Sam presented a Beautiful wooden box, a folder which contains the Certificate, that can be used to travel with the ashes of your beloved pet and instruction of how to create a Life tributes. Our experience was and A+++ to Pet Rest In Peace Memorial Center and we are very grateful and blessed by GOD that we found such a special facility in our saddest moment. Our gratitud to the owner, staff and facility are immense to say the least. The good word will be passed among anyone who is in need of this great & remarkable service!Isaac & Claude

As many might know losing a pet is tragic and devastating. My husband and I lost our Doberman Gunner and were having a really tough time with the process and adjusting to life. After calling multiple pet crematories we settled on Pet Rest in Peace because of how amazing the entire staff was. From the initial phone call to us picking up the ashes, the staff was so kind, understanding, calming, respectful. It was the first ounce of peace we felt during this tough time. To go to a place that treated us and most importantly our dog like it was their own was truly remarkable. We have to personally thank (Caroline, Steve, Sammy) and Kurt for being so kind on the phone. Please look no further when trying to select a cremation center for your beloved pet. Thank you guys!

TLDR: If you need to cremate your pet, this is your place! Our little boy Cian quickly decompensated over the process of two weeks. We made the difficult decision of transitioning him over the rainbow bridge. In the past, we had lost our dog and had used another cremation place in Clifton (which now has a different name, and we learned different owners). Our experience was okay, not great but fine, that time, so we were going to go back. When we called, their prices had increased substantially and the woman on the phone was not only not supportive, she was quite rude. We found the receipt from our last dog, who had passed two years prior and the cost was over $125 more from then. We had a funny feeling about waiting 3-5 days to pick up Cian and did not feel comfortable going with this place... so I went online and found Pet Rest in Peace.Kurt answered the phone, was extremely supportive and caring, and easily made us an appointment for a private viewing and a private cremation for our baby. Our pup left us on his own accord before his appointment with the vet, so I called back when Pet Rest in Peace was closed to see about moving the appointment earlier. I left a voicemail and Kurt called me back from his cellphone almost immediately and offered his condolences as well as making the appointment earlier. Not only did Kurt make us feel comfortable and comforted, the cost of their services were much cheaper than the other place we had used in the past.We brought Cian to Pet Rest in Peace and were a bit early for our appointment time. The two young ladies there came out to the car to meet us, complimented our boy and assured us we would be well taken care of. They took him and set him up beautifully on his bed in his blanket in a private viewing room and gave us time to say see you later to our boy. I cannot explain how beautiful this experience was (and it was absolutely nothing like our last experience at the other place where I laid my dog on a cold slab in a hallway and was told to come back later after paying them and filling out the paperwork). We elected to get memorial paw prints where we could choose a charm to attach to it. They took the paw prints in front of us and also shaved locks of hair for us to keep, in our presence. It is really comforting to know the things you are receiving are really your animal, again not something we experienced elsewhere. They offered for us to see the cremation oven they'd be using to ensure transparency, and explained the tag they would be attaching to Cian that would ensure he was who we were taking home. In a horribly depressing situation, they were exactly what we needed to feel supported and seen in our grief. They explained everything clearly, helped us fill out the paperwork and told us we could have as much time as we needed to think about what we wanted the plaque on his box to say. They gave us the timeline of two hours with the option to stay and wait for him (not an option we experienced elsewhere) or we could come get him when everything was complete in about 2 hours. They called us in an hour and a half and everything was truly perfect. They included a flower when he was presented to us, and we were able to take that flower home with us in his memory. They also gave us a stand for the paw prints for easy displaying! They also make a pet memorial page for you on their websiteI would recommend this place 1000 x over. If you have any reservations, don't!

I want to thank the ladies who helped me and my daughter today They're so comforting and warm. They allowed us plenty of time to grieve and say our goodbye to our Mini. They walked us through each step of the process. They understood how hard this process can be and make sure to complete engravements or any memories they create for you all in the same day. They dont drag thing out, thank you for that. The clay paw memory was heart warming the young lady was able to get both of Mini paw my daughter got more emotional. Everything was perfect.

Talking to the owners was so easy they were super friendly.. then arriving at the location and meeting the two most caring girls .. they made the whole process so easy, calm and they were full of love and understanding. So happy that I found this place. I recommend Pet Rest In Peace if you love your pet and want warm and caring service. I got a chance to say my last goodbye to my baby Lucy ❤️🐾

I visited this wonderful place today all the way from Bronx, NY with my mother after our family cat Shiloh passed away at 16 years old. The ladies there greeted us with such kindness and compassion from the minute we walked through the door. We were allowed to have a private viewing to say our final goodbyes and then we were told all the details of how the process went. They are very affordable and even engraved the small urn that our baby fit in with her name. Recommend 10000% and God bless the ladies that helped us today, thank you for making our grieving process so much easier and peaceful.

I always check reviews when I need some services but I never wrote one. But I feel I have to write this review for someone out there in need of the right place for a cremation service of their loved pets. Bubi was my first pet and she was with me for 12 years and she lost her sight last June; I took her to many different vets but her health has dramatically deteriorated. I was so desperate and scared the time would come that I lost her. But the time was up last Thursday afternoon, and my partner and I didn’t know what to do, I googled and my partner called the places. We looked for a private cremation service but we couldn’t find any of them in NYC or Long Island that provide what I was expecting. I was looking for a place where I could see the whole process and get it back the same day and go home with me. Finally, when we called Pet Rest in Peace, I think Sam took the phone and he explained to my partner how to handle our cat and carry her to them the next morning. We were relieved somehow and felt everything was going to be okay from his kindest voice. And the Pet Rest in Peace is the perfect place and I am so glad that I found it! My heart was throbbing when I saw the sign and their door as my partner and I arrived at the place on Friday morning because the time was coming to let my girl go. They were already coming to the door, greeted us in the warmest and most comforting manner, and took over my girl. I almost lost my mind but they explained to us the whole process with great comfort and understanding. They are so professional and handled my girl with so much gentleness and care. I told them that I wanted to keep the urn for about 6 months, and then we will scatter while we are traveling when the Spring comes. I didn’t think about the TSA passing through with the urn. But at the end of the ceremony, they gave us the certification of cremation we might need at the TSA. How thoughtful! It was my first time experiencing cremation.. I will not forget every moment and am so grateful for their service. They helped me a lot going through this painful moment. I am not scared anymore of the nature of life and death but so much love and appreciation I learned from this ceremony. I chose the private service but they also have a pickup service and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone who wants their pet in care and love at cremation. You can trust them that your pet will rest in peace. The amount of compassion you showed, I could never thank you enough.., Thank you so much, Dana and Sam!

SUPER LOVING AND VERY HELPFUL! Both ladies were helping us very genuine! The best experience made the whole process seem so comfortable and felt safe for my pet. Lost my poor cat Smokey, 10 years💙 and I know he was in loving hands with them. Thank you so much good pricing also!!!

The staff here are kind, empathetic, and gave us a lot of space during our final moments with our senior cat Darcy. Scheduling was easy and when we showed up, they gave us a small tour to show us where Darcy would be cremated privately. They wrapped him in his favorite blanket and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. Since he was so small, it only took about 30 minutes before he was returned to us in his urn and we were on our way home with him. We wouldn’t have done it any other way, they were wonderful from beginning to end.

I have been to different pet cremation services before I went here but Pet Rest service was amazing. I called in the morning when my first dog that I had for 16yrs has passed in the middle of the night. When I called Pet Rest, they were very calm and caring over the phone, worked out a schedule to come in to have my dog cremated same day. When I arrived, even though I was a total mess, mentally and physically, they were talking to me in a soft tone which helped me calm down a lot. They were carry my pet very gently which I could feel that they care and love for all of the pet as much as I did for my baby. Now I regret not taking my previous pets here. Thank you for helping me say my last goodbye to my precious dog Kuki. I don't think visiting here too much would be a good thing but when another time comes by, I will definitely use their service again and recommend to others!

From start to finish, the team of S&S took care of our baby Lulu perfectly. Starting with a phone call this morning and speaking with Kurt (owner) who arranged an appointment for today and allowed for extra travel time as we were coming from Long Island, NY to Secaucus, NJ. We arrived earlier than expected and the S&S team took care of us in a very professional and gentle manner. The entire staff and owner made a horrible day better, and we were able to bring our Lulu home with us after waiting for a short period of time.We skipped all of the places from here in Long Island to get here because of a pleasant tone over the phone. Was it worth the long drive! Yes and yesThank you guys for making this day much better

Brought my distraught Dear Friend to this place. She had her Yorkie pass early in the morning was able to get an appointment for cremation by 10am. A private cremation complete with footprints ,personal engraving on the lovely wooden box. These people are so kind, compassionate, professional and treat your pet and your grief as real as any other. Highly recommended everything was done in 2 hours and Sasha is now back home with her Mom. If you have this heartbreak this is the place to go. God Bless Pet Rest in Peace!

They literally fell from heaven. I have no words to describe how grateful I am to have found Pet Rest in Peace. From the moment you call and entered the door to the moment I left they treat you with compassion, care and sympathy. I honestly wasn’t expecting all the things these beautiful ladies do for you and your pet. It definitely helps me with the healing process and feel like I gave my Ace the best from beginning to end.

Our cat crossed the rainbow bridge at home. We were heartbroken. We had him 16 years and was the best cat ever. Our only pet. He was our family. We new nothing about how to handle this. I checked out Pet Rest in Secaucus and it had great reviews. My son and I took our beloved cat there. We wanted him cremated because I could not bear the thought of never having him with us again. As we walked in we were greeted by Caroline. I can’t even begin to tell you how very compassionate she was the minute we explained we had no clue how to proceed. The place was so serene and calming. We felt at peace in an instant. The service Caroline gave us was beyond anything that we expected. Our Mister received everything he so much deserved for the love he gave us for all his life. This place goes above and beyond. We are forever grateful to Caroline and Pet Rest for giving our loved one the send off he very much deserved. We will recommend you to all our friends and family. You are the BEST! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️🙏🌈

We can’t say enough about the kindness of the staff here. From my first call to the facility to inquire until dropping our sweet boy off after he passed they were so compassionate and professional. The gentlemen even stayed late after closing waiting for us to arrive there and didn’t rush anything while we were making choices and he explained everything. When I picked up our boy the women could not have been nicer and more understanding. We had used another facility in the past that was ok, but nothing compared to Pet Rest in Peace. Thanks so much for all you do for grieving people and the dignity with which you treated our boy Max.

We just recently lost our family pet so making sure he was cremated was of importance. I called soon after finding out of his passing to get information. The moment I began to speak I choked up. I didn't know it was going to affect me this much. Kurt was the person I spoke to and he was immediately supportive and consoled me. The whole staff is supportive and understanding of a loss of a pet so they make the process easier to handle. I'm thankful I was able to find this place and lay our loyal friend to rest. Thanks for your time and help to the staff, from my family and I.

Our 8 years 3 months baby bunny passed away during the trip while I was traveling back to New Jersey. My wife made an appointment with this company. The overall experience was excellent. The staff members were very professional. I'd like to appreciate all the work you had done to help our baby on his last trip. He will be living in our memory.

I can’t stress enough that the owners from “Rest in Peace” are beautiful people. Marisol is the daughter she’s a sweet soul and kind . My sister’s dog Lola pass away. I went to be by my sister side for moral support. The place is beautiful the funeral and the ambiance was peaceful. The urns you have many choices to pick from they are all beautiful. My sister waited and was able to take her Lola back home the same day. You will not regret a beautiful place to rest your dog or cat any God’s creatures in peace.

I am glad I found this place when searching for a venue for a final farewell to our beloved Yorkie, Cookie, that spent nearly 18 years with us. Caroline seemed so kind and re-assuring on the phone when I called to inquire, When we got there Marisol, Miriah and Dana greeted us with enthusiasm and condolences. They made our last minutes with Cookie very special and unforgetable. I would highly recommend Pet Rest in Peace for any family that wants a special send off for their pet.

We lost our fur baby in March 2022. He gave us the best 15 years of our lives. Pet rest in peace really helped us with this new reality. They made this process a little easier. I felt like my fur baby mattered to them. I felt like they understood our pain. The scenery inside this place is comforting and calming.I highly recommend this place. The best part is that you get to take your fur baby home the same day instead of waiting weeks or months for their ashes.Thank you from the bottom of heart. Thank you.-The Guzman family

Our sweet baby girl Lylah, a 150 lbs Leonberger, passed away this past Saturday. The people at Pet Rest Memorial Center were very professional and incredibly respectful during this very difficult time for us. Should you need this type of service for your beloved pet, I strongly recommend Pet Rest Memorial Center.

First, I would like to say thank you to the whole staff at Pet Rest in Peace. We lost our beloved bunny Maple. When I called, Kurt answered and was extremely compassionate. We were able to bring Maple in that day. They went above and beyond and were so caring, they took the time to explain every step. Both Dana & Marisol were sweethearts and really aided in such a difficult time. They referred to our dear Maple as family on multiple occasions, which is a small thing, but mattered to us greatly. We were able to say our final goodbyes in a peaceful environment without being rushed and were invited to “take all the time you need” throughout our time there. The urn and added clay pawprint were beautiful. I would give them 10 stars if I could. This place checked all the boxes for making the unbearable… bearable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a place to give their beloved family member a final resting place.

5 stars is not enough!!! If you "have to have" a perfecting ending to a beautiful pets story, this was the perfect place. Dana and Marisol were absolutely amazing in comforting us, and handling our beloved pet with so much love and tenderness. Thank you Kurt for providing a place where people can give a beautiful memorial service to their pet. Highly recommended and you will not have any regrets.

Words cannot explain how thankful I am that I found this place for my Chihuahua, Princess who passed away this week. It literally took one call to have everything set up in such a beautiful manner and with the dignity that my dog deserved. The staff was truly amazing and despite the entire situation being so painful they really worked with you in terms of giving you the time that you need, explaining everything in detail and being as patient as they could possibly be. Since that day I have spoken so highly of Pet Rest In Peace. From the lighting to the music .. the entire place was lovely. I am so very grateful and would highly recommend for those who reside in the north New Jersey area. Thank you!!

If you ever wondered whether the ashes u keep are reallyYour pets ashes, at pet Rest In Peace, you don’t have those concerns. They were compassionate and understanding. They allowed the viewing of your pet being prepared and after 3 hours or so you knew with 100% certainty you had your pets ashes. The price was so reasonable , place was meticulously maintained, workers were pleasant and professional. We went back and forth with what we wanted with my pets ashes and remains. We were so emotional from our loss we couldn’t make up our minds. They were extremely patient and never once rushed us. They kept saying, “take your time, no problem, we know this is hard for you and your family. They picked up my pet from the vet’s office where he was euthanized within 2 hours of my calling them. I left there emotional still for my loss, but relieved and secure in knowing the ashes I was carrying belonged to my best friend who protected me, my home and family, for 18 years.

Absolutely perfect. Their customer service is flawless. If you want someone who cares to cremate your lost pet then look here first. Priced extremely fair for the respect shown to owner and pet. Absolutely 100% recommend. Thank you for helping my family have our lost cat home forever.

Pet RIP took care of the cremation for our baby, Sonic. They were so kind and accommodating during a very difficult time. The death of a family member is painful, but they made the process as easy as possible, given the circumstances. The kindness, care, and thoughtful touches made all the difference. We had the urn engraved with "Da Bad Pupper OG / Beloved Brother / Super Sonic." They made the "Super Sonic" larger to stand out, which was perfect. He was a tiny dog with a big personality, and this was the most thoughtful touch. It made me smile and cry all at the same time.

It took me some time to do this.. I rarelyPost reviews, if ever, but this is necessary because just like me, there could be someone out there in need of the right place for such a painful moment. On what was the worst day of my life, I needed to find a place for my baby to be cremated. It happened on a Sunday so many places by me were closed, which now I am actually so thankful for.I came across two places, one up by me, in the Dutchess county area and Pet Rest in Peace in Jersey. I called both places and the demeanor between both individuals was the complete opposite. The gentleman that answered the phone at Pet Rest in Peace made me feel like he would take care of my baby so much better than that other guy in Dutchess, so I headed to Jersey and I thank God I did. Like I mentioned above, in what was the most painful day of my life, and I’m so sorry I was in such a bad state of mind I can’t remember their names, but the men and the woman that took care of me and my baby, made this entire process so much easier. The amount of compassion they both showed, I could never thank them enough. If anybody is looking for the right place and memorial service for their babies, I honestly think this place is perfect.Thank you so much guys, for taking such good care of us when we needed it the most.Jess & PJ 🐾

My dog passed away today and this place provided my sisters, father, and I to make the process easier. One of the staff said Terry looked handsome which broke my heart even more cause even the staff do go up and beyond to make sure Terry was comfortable 😢. I just wanna say thank you to them and making sure he was taken care of.

Update: 2nd time with Pet RIP…The “10 star” rating STILL STANDS!! This time, with our loss of our second furbaby, Danny was so understanding and wonderful, So considerate.Kurt and Caroline (Husband & Wife, owners) are incredibly helpful. They respond immediately and are considerate of all your needs.May I add, the pricing is the best out of all the crematoriums.I STRONGLY recommend this place after your pet crosses over. In fact, if your pet has to be euthanized at the vet’s office, ask them to please take your baby to Pet Rest In Peace. I cannot begin to tell you how mch the comfort you.Thank you again, from your musician clients, Tom & Den.**********************************************If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I called before they opened because my little on had just passed away, and the owner, Caroline, called back immediately. I was able to set up an appointment right away. They are so tremendously understanding. The girl who greeted me, Marisol, was very sweet, so compassionate, and accommodating, and gave us time to grieve and was very consoling. She treated our baby with so much love. And the place itself may not look like much from the outside, but let me tell you, it´s very nice inside, very peaceful. I have 3 other pets…when that time comes, I will definitely bring them here! Gracias, Marisol, for being so understanding and being a sweetheart. The little Chi warrior’s family truly appreciated it.

Staff was so helpful... very sweet and understanding. They guided us thru the process. Even gave us private moment with my baby Logan. Thank you so much. Wish I knew of this location sooner.

Caroline made us feel calm and she walked us through the whole process. As bad as we felt, we also felt a sense of relief knowing that our Bubba would be handled with respect and professionalism. They were excellent.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Marisol is such a kind, empathic, patient, and respectful human. I could not have imagined a better experience during such a difficult time. They are so clear and organized. Their location is lovely, clean, and relaxing. It was a blessing to find them. I will recommend them to anyone I know going through fur baby loss. Thank you

This place is the best, I’ve never experienced the loss of a puppy until 8/8/23. Unexpectedly my baby boy Nikko passed my children and I were and still are devastated. I didn’t know what to do and I didn’t want to lay him to in my back yard. So I started googling and came across this place. I called and the young lady that answered the phone was so sweet she told me to come in as I get there a gentleman Danny comes out to greet me and the kids and ask if he may have Nikko I said sure…Then I walk inside the place is beautiful. There I knew it was the peaceful place for my baby. I didn’t want to burry him so I had him cremated. My kids and I all agreed we wanted his ashes. They explained to me what they do they set him up in a private room on a nice pillow flowers around him a blanket over him and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to our nikko. They gave me his paw prints some of his hair in a small bag and then the proceeded to cremation at the end they gave me a beautiful small brown little box with his Ashes, with a plate on the side where we wrote a nice message this was a wonderful experience. I recommend this place to anyone 100 percent.

Our beloved Mr. Lucky passed away a couple of weeks ago, and the staff at Pet Rest in Peace was very supportive and helpful to us during this very difficult time. We called them as soon as we needed their services, and Caroline was very sweet on the phone. We were in quite a state of shock and did not want to commit to taking our sweet puppy there - we were in complete denial. She advised that we talk it over and call back when we were ready. When we arrived for our appointment, Duane was waiting for us at the front entrance. He greeted us with open arms and was such a gentleman. Caroline gave us time to prepare for the next steps, and when we were ready, she explained how the process works in detail, but without being too graphic if that makes sense. Duane handled our puppy so carefully as if it was his own, and was very gentle from beginning to end. It was a relief to know everything was handled with care. A tribute page was offered to us, and a name plate was offered as well (which Kurt later sent us because were not in the right state of mind on the day this occurred). Caroline, Duane and Kurt, if you are reading this review, please know that you comforted us during one of the most challenging times of our lives. You listened to our stories of how we met as a result of Mr. Lucky running off the leash, and you were there with a box of tissues when we shed our tears. You will be in our hearts always as the people who offered a temendous amount of support during one of the most challenging times of our lives. We have an enormous amount of respect for what you do, and we thank you with the utmost sincerity.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat yesterday and this place accommodated us so quickly and gracefully just now. Marisol, the girl who took care of the service was so compassionate and professional. If you are faced with the devastating loss of a pet, this is the absolute perfect place to go. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I brought my kitty there and was immediately greeted the most compassion I've ever seen. the other reviews are spot on and this place is worth every penny (they also have amazing prices). I feel my kitty was in the best hands possible and i was allowed to be included in every step of the process. if I could give this place 1,000 stars I could ❤ I would've regretted going anyplace else.

Our cat passed away today and the ladies working there made everything so peaceful. They were phenomenal. Truly respectful of our grief and love for our cat. Thank you so much for making a difficult time easier.

This place right here is top of the line. My husband and I were treated with the utmost respect and walked us through the process, while dealing with our loss. I left with a sense of peace. I couldn't have asked for a better experience whilst mourning our loss.

I like to thank Marisol and staff for making my experience so comforting. This place may not be as fancy or as private as other places but the quality, care and compassion was so accommodating for me going thru this difficult moment. That's the most important part than having to pay high prices and less care. They explained the whole process and the viewing aspect gave me the comfort that my beloved baby was coming home with me. I would hope the owner/manager recognizes what these women do on a day to day basis because to have that empathy everyday makes a world of a difference for anyone going thru a loss. I highly recommend this place.

I lost my beloved 17-year-old pet cat, Blanca, about a week ago, the day it happened, I called Pet Rest and set up an appointment for the next day in the early afternoon. Don't let the exterior fool you, inside is a quaint little parlor to allow you, and other guests to view your pet one last time before being sent off to be cremated, which you can also view in a neighboring room through a window. The process took about an hour and a half for my cat, and was very affordable at around $220 for a private cremation. I received a beautiful wooden box containing the bag of my cat's remains, the box also has a metal inscription which you can write yourself. Though I feel bad for forgetting names, I do remember the comfort from the very friendly and accommodating employees that were there to ease me into the process. I would definitely recommend those who have lost a pet to come here.If I was to give any criticism, it would only be that I thought my cat's remains seemed to be treated a little rough after the cremation.I specified to not have them ground into a finer dust, and to leave the bones as intact as possible. This was followed, and the remains were not ground, but they were swept from the oven into the bottom of a separate metal tub on the ground, which may have shattered, or fragmented some of the fragile remains. I was expecting a slightly larger box, or container for the unprocessed remains, but they were still small enough to fit into a pocket-sized zipped bag which I'm unsure might have been because of the handling, or maybe it's just how little was left after the cremation was done.I personally was hoping to have been able to see whether a skull, or skull piece was left, but I cannot really tell with the current assorted fragments left condensed in the small bag. Though, perhaps I am at fault for not being more specific, this is more of a personal thing that not everybody will have. I would still wholly recommend Pet Rest to others for the affordability, options, and friendly staff.

My cat passed away on the way to his vet to be put to rest. We searched for a place that would help us memorialize his passing and found Pet Rest in peace. We called and spoke with a lovely woman on the phone and got an appointment the same day my cat passed. When we walked in, we were greeted by name, by Jose and welcomed with such compassion. Jose explained everything that was going to happen from beginning to end and gave us so much, and unrushed, time to spend with our cat. Just sheer professionalism

My English Bulldog, Faith, passed away on Thanksgiving Eve. My veterinary hospital on Staten Island, NY who I have been going to for 35 years has a crematory on site but could not accommodate me until after the Thanksgiving holiday. I found Pet Rest In Peace on the Internet and they were available to help me on Thanksgiving Day to cremate my loved one. Ariel was very nice and she made a 10 a.m. appointment for me. On the day of my appointment I was running a half an hour behind schedule, I called them and spoke to Carolyn she told me It was no problem. When I arrived, Steve, was there to receive me. He was very kind, compassionate and helpful. I would highly recommend their services and I will come back again when I need their services. They are available 7 days a week and available on every holiday. Unlike other crematories places that I️ called in NJ who had answering services answering their calls, Pet Rest In Peace answers their own phone lines.

The compassion that I felt, the patience that they gave, When your most favorite partner leaves you they will treat you like your family deserves. They understand how much they mean to you. The process they explain step by step. They guide you through. The place is set up beautifully. So calming. Lots of comfortable seating. It really was a small memorial/funeral for my baby. Jose really took care of us. He kept us updated. While we waited. Jose was so understanding, so kind. We enjoyed his company so much while we tried to put our heads together. Everyone was so surprised that I brought her home the same day. I was so grateful that when she passed at 1am I was able to call in the morning and arrange an 11am appointment. Thank you so very much Pet Rest! I love the Urn she is in and I love the care you gave her. I have recommended you to all my friends.

I wanted to say goodbye to my dog, KOON, until the end. I made a reservation in one day. And we were able to do private viewing, even cremation. I still appreciate the employee who treated my dog with the same heart as my family.

I was calling around to different pet crematories as my family and I wanted a viewing prior to cremation. We wanted to make sure we were going to get back her remains and wanted to be there with her till the very end. The other crematories had a week wait and would have my dog in a freezer for a week... I didn't want that for her and found Pet Rest in Peace in Secaucus. They were able to make a next day appointment for us and even when we showed up an hour early- they accommodated us and treated us with kindness. He carried our dog, Hyori, gently and allowed us to watch the entire process. We received Hyori back after an hour and thirty minutes in a beautiful wooden box with a personalized metal plate. We also received a beautiful keylight, a lovely bookmark, and a Rainbow Bridge poem notebook. He was very professional and explained everything in a calm manner. My family and I never felt rushed despite being so early for our appointment. Thank you for treating my family and I with kindness and professionalism.

My husband and I just came back from cremating our beloved Rosie. I can’t say enough about Kurt and his associate (I’m sorry, with all the confusion, I forgot his name). They made my husband and I feel like family and took very good care of Rosie. They are empathic, caring and above all, true professionals. I highly recommend their facility. I know our Rosie is grateful as well. Thank you all for your incredible attention and immediate response to our needs.

I lost my babygirl after 13.5 years with me last night at almost midnight. I called Pet Rest this morning and was attended by Cody. He made these services so easy and smooth I can't thank him enough for making this dreadful process so transparent and easy for me during my very difficult time. Brian assisted use during the services and he was very compassionate, accomodating and we never felt rushed or anything. These people are amazing and very professional.I'm so thankful I found out about this place. They permitted us to stay 45 min with my babygirl then proceed to private cremation. After 1.5 hours, I had my beautiful Dolce back with me in a beautiful wooden box with an engraving. They had many urn/necklace options. for you to select from.Thank You so much to the entire staff for making my final farewell to my princess so smooth. Forever thankful for this place and their staff for assisting me during a very challenging time. I'm forever thankful <3

I heard about this place awhile back after my first dog passed away. I knew this was something I wanted to do for my other dog. When I called, the people I spoke to were wonderful. They were helpful and sympathetic. I took my pet there today for a private cremation. The man who took care of us was caring and professional. He gave us time with our pet and explained the process. We spent about an hour and a half there. They have a comfortable seating area. You can choose whether or not to view your pet being placed in the retort. They have many beautiful urns available or you can bring your own. We brought one and it was handed to us when everything was done. We also got a cremation certificate and a little book of sayings and poems about pets and pet loss. The only reason I took a star off is because of privacy. The way the place is set up, there isn't a private room. In the waiting room there is also the entrance to the bathroom. A few people came by us to use it as we sat there. Now this wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for some people who prefer privacy. It's also a bit awkward for the people walking passed. Just something to be aware of.We would not hesitate to recommend taking your pet here.

My hamster passed this morning and I've made my appointment. I'm rating 5 stars just for the wonderful lady who answered the phone this morning and helped me with some info on what to do with my beloved family pet. Such wonderful customer service. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be greeted and be given the same wonderful service once I arrive with my princess. Sleep In Peace my beautiful Jensen. Love You Always.

My dog Ding Ding passed 4 weeks ago. When we google pet cremation. It is "View, Wait & Return in about 3 hrs" caught our eyes. We then called to schedule an appointment the next morning after Ding Ding passed. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and explained the whole procedure. We were able to bring Ding Ding there, viewed, waited and came home with her remains about 2.5hr later. The two staff there were very professional and nice! And the cost is only $220. We are grateful to their service during our heart broken time. I feel I must write a review to let people know where to go. I like to leave a Chinese version below so that some Chinese reading friends would know where to go when it's time.

On Sunday morning, I called Pet Rest In Peace and spoke to Kurt. He was warm and took his time answering my questions. He also explained to me what I should do if the inevitable happed at home during after hours. Which was helpful. My 16 year old Baby (Timmy) moved on to his journey that Sunday afternoon. I could not even gather my thoughts. We are a simple family and the service provided was perfect. I’m glad we found Pet Rest In Peace. Thank you.

It's never easy saying goodbye to your pet but this place made it as manageable and simple as possible. Jose was kind, professional and very sympathetic. I got a beautiful urn and a plaque so I can always remember my sweet baby. I highly recommend this place if you live in North Jersey.

Lost my angel Rosemary suddenly. I was able to drop her off immediately after calling, given a fair price on the cremation plus wooden box with engraving. The package was convienent for me because I lost my dad then cat within 3 months and was emotionally drained from making decisions. Cody was very kind and recepting even though I showed up in pajamas with eyeline running down my face. Their kindness was one less stress for me during a difficult time. I got to pick my angel up within a few hours but chose the next morning. The weekend hours were extremely convienent since her passing was sudden. I recommened rest in peace to any pet owner who considered their fur baby as a part of the the family. They took care of my angel and i am very appreciative.

Just came back from the crematory. Very compassionate people. Did a very nice job on Chance and even cremated her favorite blanket. Quick. Respectful & private. Beautiful urn. Engraved plate. ID and certificate so you know you have the correct family member. She will live on in our hearts forever. ♥️♥️♥️♥️ wonderful warm welcome when we arrived. A bad situation but they know how to treat grieving families. Would recommend them 1000%

Kirk, thank you so much to you and your team for the kindness you showed River Song and my wife & I on Tuesday. It was a difficult day for me and very hard to say goodbye to my beloved fuzzy valentine. You created the perfect environment and I appreciated being able to say goodbye to River one final time. We was able to give River the send off the way that I wanted it to be and it just felt perfect I also very much appreciate the memorial site that you provide and have been uploading photos already and lit a candle for my River. Finally, I love the 30-day messages - they are helping me immensely with my own grief, especially as this is the first true loss that I have had in my own life - thank you again so very much. My bunny passed away unexpectedly and I called at least 6 pet creamatoriums to try to figure out how soon I could get him cremated. Kurt at Pet rest in peace was the only person that asked what his name was and gave condolences. They were extremely understanding with my schedule changes and when I arrived with my bunny, Cody was so incredibly gentle with my bunnys body. He made sure to explain the process each step of the way before he did what was needed to be done. He answered all of my questions, even the ones that were difficult to answer. You helped make an awful situation a little bit easier, thank you so much. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else going through this painful ordeal.

Let me explain why this isn't just a full on 5 stars. We spoke to Kurt on the phone, and, although I was a bit manic at the time, he was an absolute gentleman and professional, and all around wonderful to speak to. He made us feel like our baby would be treated right, and this wouldn't be some purely for profit, cut and dry business we were handing her body to. Unfortunately, our experience was not the case. When we arrived, I carried her body in myself, stitches be damned (my choice entirely, mind you, they do offer a pick up service) and the lady recieving us had us place Mocha on a nice table. Not only was her entire demeanor and tone completely jarring and plastic, but as I gently laid her down, she said, "Aww...what happened?"Are you kidding me? What kind of a question is that? Everything she said was said in an obviously put-on tone, and it made our final goodbye a cheapened experience. All I see now when I think of the last time I got to see my baby was how the attendant half shook her body out of the vacuum sealed bag we had to keep her in, and carried her to the incinerator, head flopping. All we asked for was a bit of reverency, and the lack of something so simple given was incredibly upsetting. That being said, I don't think our experience is likely common with this company. I would probably recommend this place, just not this particular person.Edit: My previous rating was 3 stars, but I had to change it to 1 star, due to their response:"We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. After speaking with the staff member who served your family yesterday, the only thing she could say was, “I helped them with all my kindness.” We wish you all the best."Not even a standard "we're sorry that was your experience". We gave them the benefit of the doubt, due to my previous experience on the phone, and assumed the lack of care was an isolated incident. We didn't ask for them to shed tears for our lost companion, but after having such a poor experience, a simple apology was the least they could have done.

Sadly, As I write this review, later I will be making an appt to cremated my sweet boy, Harold. I have brought several of my fur babies here. The pain of losing a furry friend is undeniably crushing.EVERYONE at Rest In Peace, have always been so kind, understanding, compassionate and respectful of the heartache we go through when our fur babies cross over. When I leave with my furbaby, I comforted and at peace knowing it’s really MY baby.I thank everyone at Rest In Peace for giving MY heart peace.....Lourdes Escobar

Very beautiful establishment. The people are extremely empathetic and make the situation that more tolerable. They handled our Smokey with respect and ensured she was treated with dignity. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

When my dog, Twiggy, passed away my family decided to have her cremated. We're so appreciative of the way Jay helped us through this difficult process. The facility was clean and we had a chance to view her and see where she was being cremated at. Jay was very professional and caring and went out of his way to make us comfortable and to help us to understand the process.

Thank you so much for your kindness.
krystal labarck

I'm rating 5 stars just for the wonderful lady who answered the phone this morning and helped me with some info on what to do with my beloved family pet. Such wonderful customer service.
