Victor and his staff are the best I’ve dealt with I’ve unfortunately lost three pets and they were fast and prom and they handled my pets like they were family the way they should have been treated. I would not recommend anybody else. I’ve tried one other place once and this is by far the best place I’ve ever dealt with and you can call them anytime day or night and they are right there, they make you feel truly cared for and make you feel comfortable with your family member that she lost our pets are our family and they treat them as that

I can not put into words how thankful I am for Victor and PetsToRemember. On Palm Sunday, I found my sweet Brooklyn was lifted to heaven, my heart was shattered to broken. Victor was more than helpful and considerate especially during this pandemic, he was still compassionate and thoughtful throughout the whole process with being extremely professional. He came right away, he knew exactly what I wanted and communicated with me with no hesitation for days. I couldn't have wished for a better caretaker for my girl during her time of rest. PetsToRemember is amazing! They provided a great experience as I said goodbye to my horse of 25+ years. Victor explained everything to me prior, as it was a planned euthanasia, and day of, giving me the complete confidence that my horse would be respected and taken care of in her final journey. Victor was even so kind to wait off site to give us extra time to say goodbye in private. I received all of my horse's ashes in a beautiful wooden urn and also got an imprint of her hoof as a keepsake. I cannot thank Victor and PetsToRemember enough for helping me with this difficult time and giving me a wonderful way to remember my horse. Petstoremember is such a wonderful company to do business with. Unfortunately I had to use them twice to cremate my fur babies. Victor(the funeral director) is amazing. He makes you feel so comfortable. They are very compassionate and caring. They are convenient (they come to you and remove your pet) so you don’t have to do a thing and their pricing is very reasonable. I was put in a very upsetting and unexpected position when our greedy landlord kicked us out of our apartment after 13 years so she could get double the rent. Our beloved cats that has passed were buried on our terrace with special flowers planted in their memory. The new apartment did not have any outdoor space and I refused to put them somewhere strange. I promised to take care of them forever. I reached out to a few cremation companies and Victor was the ONLY one who responded. His understanding and kindness was outstanding. He lovingly came to our apartment and exhumed our babies and took them to be cremated together. He explained every detail and was very patient with me at an extremely stressful time. Their ashes were returned to me within a week in a beautiful box with a plaque with both their names. Inside, was a pretty pouch that I easily transferred into the urn I purchased. They are now home again with us, thanks to Victor and PetsToRemember. I highly recommend.

I never really type reviews unless I feel something needs a review. Let me start by saying Victor and his staff are amazing. Losing your pet is an awful feeling that you are never prepared for. The compassion they showed from start to finish is truly unmatched.I found myself needing Victor twice within two and half months. First for my 15 year old pitbull it was sudden and unexpected and we had never gone thru this before. I will never forget it was a weekend, it was raining and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He treated him just like a human and that is what I loved the most. He explained everything and I just new Spike would be taken care of the way we wanted him to be. My little shih tzu was looking for attention and he showed him lots of love that day which I will never forget. Fast forward two and a half months and I would need to call Victor again for the 14 year old shih tzu. I was heart broken and couldn't believe we would need this type of service again so quickly. Again they showed up when they said and made the process so much easier. We again knew Archie would be taken care of the way we wanted him to be. Thanks Pets to Remember for being the kind, gentle and caring professionals you are. My family will be forever grateful for your services.

My son lost his pit bull Mouse of 12 1/2 years. I called to have him taken care of. Well Victor was beyond kind and thorough. He came quickly and explained everything to me. He showed compassion and made both my son and I secure with our decision to hand our faithful friend and companion over to him. I can't describe how grateful my family is that we found PetsToRemember. Our Taz passed away at home on Christmas Day. I wasn't sure of what to do, but Victor was amazing. He came to the house as soon as he could. We have two little kids and I really didn't want them to see what was going on. When Victor came, he explained the whole process and I felt at ease. I lost my beloved cat of 15 years, suddenly in the early morning hours. I knew I wanted to have him cremated and his ashes returned to me. I goggled and found Pets To Remember. I called Victor at 6:30 in the morning, and he came a few hours later. He kept in contact with me till he arrived. He was so patient and kind with me, as I was an emotional wreck of losing my cat.He treated my cat as if he was his own. Victor was patient and kind during the arrangements. Answered any questions or concern I had. I knew that my best buddy was in good hands.I got my cat's ashes about a week later, in a beautiful box with his name on it. My 15 yr. old cat Lulu passed 11/27/16 at 7:15 a.m. I held her close until the end all the while telling her I loved her and not to be afraid. A few months ago Lulu was diagnosed with lymphoma and given 3 to six months. I had been searching for a suitable place for cremation who would provide transportation. That's when I found Victor and pets to remember. Victor made that sad day easier for me. His compassion and understanding of grieving the loss of a pet was touching. One stand out moment came after all the paperwork was complete. He very gently asked "Maria are you ready for me to take her?" Both my sister Kathleen and I were so moved by that simple question. Victor took such care swaddling my girl in a soft blanket and took her away. Though I will look upon this day with the great sadness death leaves behind I will never forget the person who made that day a bit less heart wrenching.

Fantastic service. They made a tough time much easier. Pets To Remember takes care of everything. They go the extra mile too. If there is anything you need help with that they don't provide in their services, they will get you someone who can help you. Highly recommend Victor! Had a crazy situation, where my fam and I went to a vet to euthanize my dog, Chu Chu. Victor agreed to show up at the location to take Chu Chu after the euthinization. The vet gave a lot of attitude once told that a representative from a cremation company was going to pick up Chu Chu. The vet was also trying to get me to sign a document that would make me loose custody of my baby, Chu Chu after euthinization. I knew it seemed fishy and luckily, Victor arrived just in time for us to discuss. Upon his arrival, he received such an awful welcome and knew instantly what the situation was. He was very helpful, and I refused to sign the documents and left the premises with my family and dog. Immediately after, Victor helped us find and book another vet and was with us every step of the way. Unfortunately, Chu Chu couldn't hold on for the vet the next day, but I'm glad he's now in peace and hurting no longer. Victor came immediately to my home and was very gentle with Chu Chu during pick up. He walked us through the next steps and booked my family and I a memorial service. He even stayed in contact by phone and as annoying as I was with the constant phone calls and questions, he was very kind and understanding. The memorial service was bittersweet because although everyone was crying, it was so well put together and Chu Chu was in great hands. Thank you, Pets To Remember. You really care about pets. You treat them as they are...family.*Update*It's been two years and again, my family and I needed to make funeral arrangements for another loved one, Cassie. Of course, we went with Pets To Remember. Cassie's health deteriorated quickly after Chu Chu's passing and we needed to euthanize her. Pets To Remember swiftly got us in touch with a medical professional to come by our home and took care of the rest. They took care of everything. Cassie did not suffer and her memorial service was as expected...bittersweet. Thank you, Pets To Remember. Cassie is at peace with her buddy, Chu Chu.

The gentleman that came to pick up my Daisy was so understanding, sweet, informative and just courteous and I will never forget that on one of yhe hardest days I've been through in a very long time. She was my best friend, my child and I was heartbroken that day and he made me feel like she was still in good hands even though I couldn't take care of her myself. She passed away after midnight and I couldn't do anything because she was too big and they came right away and gave me back my baby in a beautiful container with a requested lock of hair and name plate. Victor answered my call personally at 3 am and eased all my anxieties and apprehension over what would happen regarding my dog's death. He explained everything that would happen with such detail, it left no room for concern or fear. Even when my boy, Max, was alive, I had trouble trusting his care to anyone because I always felt they would never be as good to him as I was. However, I had complete trust in Victor. His compassion and empathy for his clients is incredible. The rates are so reasonable that an average person can afford to take care of their pet's arrangements the way they want to and even add in some extras. I have recommended him to my family and friends and it is so nice to know that someone who actually cares is taking care of your pet one final time. I will certainly call Victor again if his services are needed in the future. Excellent, awesome, terrific service!!!

My beloved bunny rabbit, Hunny Bunny, passed away late at night, and I was looking for cremation services, Victor was the only one to answer late in the night. He came promptly the next morning as promised, very professionally handled my bunny's remains w/ love and attention to detail. Provided me w/ her paw prints, a special paper w/ seeds embedded in it to grow a plant to remember my bunny by, he professionally explained everything to me in detail and was able to return her home to me in a beautiful urn w/ a poem - Rainbow Bridge - and a card. I was put in a very upsetting and unexpected position when our greedy landlord kicked us out of our apartment after 13 years so she could get double the rent. Our beloved cats that has passed were buried on our terrace with special flowers planted in their memory. The new apartment did not have any outdoor space and I refused to put them somewhere strange. I promised to take care of them forever. I reached out to a few cremation companies and Victor was the ONLY one who responded. His understanding and kindness was outstanding. He lovingly came to our apartment and exhumed our babies and took them to be cremated together. He explained every detail and was very patient with me at an extremely stressful time. Their ashes were returned to me within a week in a beautiful box with a plaque with both their names. Inside, was a pretty pouch that I easily transferred into the urn I purchased. They are now home again with us, thanks to Victor and PetsToRemember. I highly recommend.

I never really type reviews unless I feel something needs a review. Let me start by saying Victor and his staff are amazing. Losing your pet is an awful feeling that you are never prepared for. The compassion they showed from start to finish is truly unmatched.I found myself needing Victor twice within two and half months. First for my 15 year old pitbull it was sudden and unexpected and we had never gone thru this before. I will never forget it was a weekend, it was raining and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He treated him just like a human and that is what I loved the most. He explained everything and I just new Spike would be taken care of the way we wanted him to be. My little shih tzu was looking for attention and he showed him lots of love that day which I will never forget. Fast forward two and a half months and I would need to call Victor again for the 14 year old shih tzu. I was heart broken and couldn't believe we would need this type of service again so quickly. Again they showed up when they said and made the process so much easier. We again knew Archie would be taken care of the way we wanted him to be. My son lost his pit bull Mouse of 12 1/2 years. I called to have him taken care of. Well Victor was beyond kind and thorough. He came quickly and explained everything to me. He showed compassion and made both my son and I secure with our decision to hand our faithful friend and companion over to him. I can't describe how grateful my family is that we found PetsToRemember. Our Taz passed away at home on Christmas Day. I wasn't sure of what to do, but Victor was amazing. He came to the house as soon as he could. We have two little kids and I really didn't want them to see what was going on. When Victor came, he explained the whole process and I felt at ease. We had such a wonderful experience with Pets to Remember. Our beloved family dog passed at home on a Sunday afternoon, and unfortunately our vet's answering service was less than helpful. Victor picked right up when I called, was there when he said he would be, and took the utmost care with our boy and our family. He explained everything thoroughly, answered any questions we had, and treated the whole experience with kindness and dignity. We were not rushed, nor was there any sales push for anything additional, just care provided by someone who clearly understands that your pet is a member of the family and that the loss is significant. We had our dog's ashes back in about a week, and I'm pleased to say that this was perhaps the least difficult part of this process. I hadn't been aware a service like this existed before, but I would HIGHLY recommend Pets to Remember and would use them again (when) needed. Thank you so much for everything!

On Saturday evening 1/19, we unexpectedly needed to euthanize our beloved pet Talia, a 7 year old 150 pound Cane Corso. It was a very emotionally difficult time to say the least. I had no idea who to call to care for Talia after she passed. I wanted her to have a proper and well deserved cremation. There were no vets available to help at the time. A neighbor had told me about Pets To Remember, so I called and spoke to a gentleman named Victor. He was very sympathetic and a pleasure to talk to. He came to my house within 30 minutes of our call and was even nicer in person. He put me at ease letting me know that Talia would be cared for during the cremation process. Within a few days Talia's ashes were returned to me in a nicely engraved box. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism. Our beloved dog Lucy passed away at home in her favorite couch on April 20th 2020 6:29am . Our vet opened at 8:am as we decided to have her cremated. We didn’t know what to do so our daughter told us about “ pets to remember” and I’m so forever thankful she did . we called right away and spoke to “ Victor ” he was so compassionate . he took all the info needed and said he’ll be At our home around 12 . He was coming from New Jersey and we live in Staten Island . Surprisingly , my doorbell rang at 10:am . my husband and I brought Lucy down and he took her from us . he took her paw print 🐾 handed it right to us and wrapped her lovingly . We did the paperwork and Explained the authenticity of the cremation and assured me she’d be back home with us by Friday .Sure enough lwe had to sign for . I just want to say Victor thank you so much for everything . You made it easy for us as we were not in our right mind .

I lost my beloved cat of 15 years, suddenly in the early morning hours. I knew I wanted to have him cremated and his ashes returned to me. I goggled and found Pets To Remember. I called Victor at 6:30 in the morning, and he came a few hours later. He kept in contact with me till he arrived. My 15 yr. old cat Lulu passed 11/27/16 at 7:15 a.m. I held her close until the end all the while telling her I loved her and not to be afraid. A few months ago Lulu was diagnosed with lymphoma and given 3 to six months. I had been searching for a suitable place for cremation who would provide transportation. That's when I found Victor and pets to remember. Victor made that sad day easier for me. His compassion and understanding of grieving the loss of a pet was touching. One stand out moment came after all the paperwork was complete. He very gently asked "Maria are you ready for me to take her?" Both my sister Kathleen and I were so moved by that simple question. Victor took such care swaddling my girl in a soft blanket and took her away. Though I will look upon this day with the great sadness death leaves behind I will never forget the person who made that day a bit less heart wrenching.

Fantastic service. They made a tough time much easier. Pets To Remember takes care of everything. They go the extra mile too. If there is anything you need help with that they don't provide in their services, they will get you someone who can help you. Highly recommend Victor! Had a crazy situation, where my fam and I went to a vet to euthanize my dog, Chu Chu. Victor agreed to show up at the location to take Chu Chu after the euthinization. The vet gave a lot of attitude once told that a representative from a cremation company was going to pick up Chu Chu. The vet was also trying to get me to sign a document that would make me loose custody of my baby, Chu Chu after euthinization. I knew it seemed fishy and luckily, Victor arrived just in time for us to discuss. Upon his arrival, he received such an awful welcome and knew instantly what the situation was. He was very helpful, and I refused to sign the documents and left the premises with my family and dog. Immediately after, Victor helped us find and book another vet and was with us every step of the way. Unfortunately, Chu Chu couldn't hold on for the vet the next day, but I'm glad he's now in peace and hurting no longer. Victor came immediately to my home and was very gentle with Chu Chu during pick up. He walked us through the next steps and booked my family and I a memorial service. He even stayed in contact by phone and as annoying as I was with the constant phone calls and questions, he was very kind and understanding. The memorial service was bittersweet because although everyone was crying, it was so well put together and Chu Chu was in great hands. Thank you, Pets To Remember. You really care about pets. You treat them as they are...family.*Update*It's been two years and again, my family and I needed to make funeral arrangements for another loved one, Cassie. Of course, we went with Pets To Remember. Cassie's health deteriorated quickly after Chu Chu's passing and we needed to euthanize her. Pets To Remember swiftly got us in touch with a medical professional to come by our home and took care of the rest. They took care of everything. Cassie did not suffer and her memorial service was as expected...bittersweet. Thank you, Pets To Remember. Cassie is at peace with her buddy, Chu Chu.

The gentleman that came to pick up my Daisy was so understanding, sweet, informative and just courteous and I will never forget that on one of yhe hardest days I've been through in a very long time. She was my best friend, my child and I was heartbroken that day and he made me feel like she was still in good hands even though I couldn't take care of her myself. She passed away after midnight and I couldn't do anything because she was too big and they came right away and gave me back my baby in a beautiful container with a requested lock of hair and name plate. Wonderful experience. We knew our little angel, our fur baby was going to pass. I did some research on Google and came across PetsToRemember. I contacted the phone number listed and got an immediate answer from Victor the owner him self. I explained to him what was going on with Koko, our pet chihuahua we have had for 17 years. He explained his business, how the proccess works, offered affordable prcing with transportation and an urn included, and told me to call him when we were ready. He was helpful, very warm, considerate, and compassionate.Our Koko passed away this past Sunday, I reached out to Victor, and received an immediate response, he even went out of his way to pick up our little princess and took care of her. On top of all that he came back the very next day with a catalog for us to choose an urn. Highly recommend Victor and PetsToRemember.

I lost my dog/son Milo tragically on Monday June 24. I instantly thought my life was over. I sat there with him all day long and my mom came home and said that it was time to make a decision on what was to be done. She referred me to Pets to Remember who she found online. We called around 8:00pm and we were greeted by Victor who we explained everything to. He was very sympathetic and explained the process to us. We were skeptical because it sounded too good to be true. Victor came directly to my house to pick up my dog. He was so gentle and gave me a paw print of him instantly. He went over the paperwork diligently and made sure we understood the process. We decided to give Milo a complete funeral service in addition to the cremation so we could see him once more and then cremate him. Milo was a family member to us so we wanted to give him the best possible treatment.We were then referred to Pat who scheduled the funeral and were greeted by Pat as soon as we went to the Abbey Glen Pet Cemetery. Pat was so sympathetic. You can tell that the whole staff are true animal lovers and I instantly felt the love. They had a personalized sign for us for Milo’s funeral and Pat gave us a tour of the place which was beautiful and the other options of things we could purchase. She then directed us to the place where Milo was to be cremated. Pat thoroughly explained every step to us so we weren’t startled or anything. They placed Milo in a private room. He looked amazing; literally like he was sleeping. This meant so much to me because the way he died caused him to look a bit different. Pat allowed us to have our moment with Milo.We were then introduced to Vinny the mortician who was responsible for dressing up and taking care of Milo. He literally made my dog look alive. When Milo left me, he was hard and stiff but Vinny fixed him up so he was soft, his fur was clean, and he just looked peaceful as if he were sleeping next to me. Vinny then took Milo to the machine to be cremated (which I was able to view) and he was so gentle and paid his respects through the monitor and I instantly felt loved.I was able to receive Milo’s ashes 2 hours later, along with his name plate, death certificate, and a candle in memory of him. If I could give 10 stars I would. My friends and family couldn’t believe the services I received for Milo. They didn’t think it was possible to have an actual funeral for your pet. Although I lost my son, Pets to Remember allowed me to send him away the best way I possibly can. If you love your pet just like a family member and feel that your pet deserves the best possible treatment, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!! I will refer these people to as many people as I can. I will forever be grateful for their amazing services and help in my time of need. Once again thank you to the staff!

My dog passed away on new years day when most places aren't open. Victor answered the phone promptly and talked me through the entire process and the different options for my pet. Victor answered my call personally at 3 am and eased all my anxieties and apprehension over what would happen regarding my dog's death. He explained everything that would happen with such detail, it left no room for concern or fear. Even when my boy, Max, was alive, I had trouble trusting his care to anyone because I always felt they would never be as good to him as I was. However, I had complete trust in Victor. His compassion and empathy for his clients is incredible. The rates are so reasonable that an average person can afford to take care of their pet's arrangements the way they want to and even add in some extras. I have recommended him to my family and friends and it is so nice to know that someone who actually cares is taking care of your pet one final time. My beloved bunny rabbit, Hunny Bunny, passed away late at night, and I was looking for cremation services, Victor was the only one to answer late in the night. He came promptly the next morning as promised, very professionally handled my bunny's remains w/ love and attention to detail. Provided me w/ her paw prints, a special paper w/ seeds embedded in it to grow a plant to remember my bunny by, he professionally explained everything to me in detail and was able to return her home to me in a beautiful urn w/ a poem - Rainbow Bridge - and a card. Today was the saddest day of my life to this point. My sweet pit mix Peyton passed away at home. Out family was not ready to say goodbye to our girl and obviously completely devastated. This business is by far the best ever that I have ever come across for cremation services.Victor the owner was so very patient and careful with a sentimental touch to his voice low and sensitive throughout this difficult process for me and my lost companion.i am eternal grateful for his services done so professionally and beautifully in a timely manner.I received the most beautiful small ern with my dog's name engraved on a golden plate on a cherrywood box with a mold of her little paws with a picture holder attached to it that I really love.I will also say that his price was only 380 dollars which includes all of the above which i feel is an amazing bargain for everything I received.i will forever miss my beloved dog "lady". Victor answered our call for help at 7 AM in the morning. He picked up our dog, who had passed in my daughter's bed, living in Manhattan. By 10:30 he was there. My daughter was terribly upset. We had such a wonderful experience with Pets to Remember. Our beloved family dog passed at home on a Sunday afternoon, and unfortunately our vet's answering service was less than helpful. Victor picked right up when I called, was there when he said he would be, and took the utmost care with our boy and our family. He explained everything thoroughly, answered any questions we had, and treated the whole experience with kindness and dignity. We were not rushed, nor was there any sales push for anything additional, just care provided by someone who clearly understands that your pet is a member of the family and that the loss is significant. On Saturday evening 1/19, we unexpectedly needed to euthanize our beloved pet Talia, a 7 year old 150 pound Cane Corso. It was a very emotionally difficult time to say the least. I had no idea who to call to care for Talia after she passed. I wanted her to have a proper and well deserved cremation. There were no vets available to help at the time. A neighbor had told me about Pets To Remember, so I called and spoke to a gentleman named Victor. He was very sympathetic and a pleasure to talk to. He came to my house within 30 minutes of our call and was even nicer in person. He put me at ease letting me know that Talia would be cared for during the cremation process. Within a few days Talia's ashes were returned to me in a nicely engraved box. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism. Our beloved dog Lucy passed away at home in her favorite couch on April 20th 2020 6:29am . Our vet opened at 8:am as we decided to have her cremated. We didn’t know what to do so our daughter told us about “ pets to remember” and I’m so forever thankful she did . we called right away and spoke to “ Victor ” he was so compassionate . he took all the info needed and said he’ll be At our home around 12 . He was coming from New Jersey and we live in Staten Island . Surprisingly , my doorbell rang at 10:am . my husband and I brought Lucy down and he took her from us . he took her paw print 🐾 handed it right to us and wrapped her lovingly . We did the paperwork and Explained the authenticity of the cremation and assured me she’d be back home with us by Friday .Sure enough lwe had to sign for . On one of the most horrible days of our lives our German Shepard passed away on a Sunday early in the morning. Not knowing what to do next I called our veterinarian who told us that they don't have a service that can come and pickup the dog for cremation, and that we would have to transport the dog to their office. I told them that she weighted about 100 pounds and that we couldn't do that, their reply was that's all they can do. Searched on the internet and found Pets To Remember they will respond to your location and pickup your pet, arrange the cremation and have your pets ashes returned to you. I called and spoke to Victor who was compassionate understanding and comforting. Within a few hours (remember this occurred early Sunday morning) Victor arrived at our house took care and respected our beloved family member and took the time to explain everything to us. You couldn't ask for a more caring understanding person like Victor, anybody out there that has a situation like ours call Victor at Pets To Remember and he will help you every which way he can. Over a week ago Our Angie passed over the rainbow bridge at home. I looked up on the internet who would come to the house and pick her up and take care of the arrangements. Guy showed up with a used body bag, old dirty station wagon filled with junk and needed my help to load my dead dog. Then I paid for a individual cremation and instead got a group cremation meaning I got a bag of teeth that obviously didn’t belong to my dog and some ashes and a junk foot print that matches the quality of a happy meal toy. My guess is he threw my dog in a dumpster and mailed me some dog ashes from the spca.

Wonderful experience. We knew our little angel, our fur baby was going to pass. I did some research on Google and came across PetsToRemember. I contacted the phone number listed and got an immediate answer from Victor the owner him self. I explained to him what was going on with Koko, our pet chihuahua we have had for 17 years. He explained his business, how the proccess works, offered affordable prcing with transportation and an urn included, and told me to call him when we were ready. He was helpful, very warm, considerate, and compassionate.Our Koko passed away this past Sunday, I reached out to Victor, and received an immediate response, he even went out of his way to pick up our little princess and took care of her. I lost my dog/son Milo tragically on Monday June 24. I instantly thought my life was over. I sat there with him all day long and my mom came home and said that it was time to make a decision on what was to be done. She referred me to Pets to Remember who she found online. We called around 8:00pm and we were greeted by Victor who we explained everything to. He was very sympathetic and explained the process to us. We were skeptical because it sounded too good to be true. Victor came directly to my house to pick up my dog. He was so gentle and gave me a paw print of him instantly. He went over the paperwork diligently and made sure we understood the process. We decided to give Milo a complete funeral service in addition to the cremation so we could see him once more and then cremate him. Milo was a family member to us so we wanted to give him the best possible treatment.We were then referred to Pat who scheduled the funeral and were greeted by Pat as soon as we went to the Abbey Glen Pet Cemetery. Pat was so sympathetic. You can tell that the whole staff are true animal lovers and I instantly felt the love. They had a personalized sign for us for Milo’s funeral and Pat gave us a tour of the place which was beautiful and the other options of things we could purchase. She then directed us to the place where Milo was to be cremated. Pat thoroughly explained every step to us so we weren’t startled or anything. They placed Milo in a private room. He looked amazing; literally like he was sleeping. This meant so much to me because the way he died caused him to look a bit different. Pat allowed us to have our moment with Milo.We were then introduced to Vinny the mortician who was responsible for dressing up and taking care of Milo. He literally made my dog look alive. When Milo left me, he was hard and stiff but Vinny fixed him up so he was soft, his fur was clean, and he just looked peaceful as if he were sleeping next to me. Vinny then took Milo to the machine to be cremated (which I was able to view) and he was so gentle and paid his respects through the monitor and I instantly felt loved.I was able to receive Milo’s ashes 2 hours later, along with his name plate, death certificate, and a candle in memory of him. If I could give 10 stars I would. My friends and family couldn’t believe the services I received for Milo. They didn’t think it was possible to have an actual funeral for your pet. Although I lost my son, Pets to Remember allowed me to send him away the best way I possibly can. If you love your pet just like a family member and feel that your pet deserves the best possible treatment, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!! I will refer these people to as many people as I can. I will forever be grateful for their amazing services and help in my time of need. Once again thank you to the staff!

My dog passed during the night and I found him Sunday morning. I felt alone in so many ways unsure of what to do, but PetsToRemember helped me in so many ways. They were quick and efficient without losing the personal touch necessary in such a difficult time. Today was the saddest day of my life to this point. My sweet pit mix Peyton passed away at home. Out family was not ready to say goodbye to our girl and obviously completely devastated. I went online to find information for services for removal. I found Pets to Remember and spoke with Victor. He came to our home very quickly and with the upmost care and respect prepared Peyton for the next steps. Then he came into out home and sat with my wife and I explained everything that was going to happen next as slowly as we needed. This business is by far the best ever that I have ever come across for cremation services.Victor the owner was so very patient and careful with a sentimental touch to his voice low and sensitive throughout this difficult process for me and my lost companion.i am eternal grateful for his services done so professionally and beautifully in a timely manner.I received the most beautiful small ern with my dog's name engraved on a golden plate on a cherrywood box with a mold of her little paws with a picture holder attached to it that I really love.I will also say that his price was only 380 dollars which includes all of the above which i feel is an amazing bargain for everything I received.i will forever miss my beloved dog "lady". Thank you for everything victor and I hope God sends you blessings from my heart to yours.

My baby boy Chubby passed on Monday 3/5. He was 17 1/2 years old. This has been a very hard time for us. My son called Victor and he came to my home. Victor answered our call for help at 7 AM in the morning. He picked up our dog, who had passed in my daughter's bed, living in Manhattan. By 10:30 he was there. My daughter was terribly upset. He shared some sympathetic and empathetic words with her. The process was handled so professionally and with alacrity. We were very fortunate to have called Pets To Remember. On one of the most horrible days of our lives our German Shepard passed away on a Sunday early in the morning. Not knowing what to do next I called our veterinarian who told us that they don't have a service that can come and pickup the dog for cremation, and that we would have to transport the dog to their office. I told them that she weighted about 100 pounds and that we couldn't do that, their reply was that's all they can do. Searched on the internet and found Pets To Remember they will respond to your location and pickup your pet, arrange the cremation and have your pets ashes returned to you. I called and spoke to Victor who was compassionate understanding and comforting. Within a few hours (remember this occurred early Sunday morning) Victor arrived at our house took care and respected our beloved family member and took the time to explain everything to us. You couldn't ask for a more caring understanding person like Victor, anybody out there that has a situation like ours call Victor at Pets To Remember and he will help you every which way he can. Great service, thank you again.

Over a week ago Our Angie passed over the rainbow bridge at home. I looked up on the internet who would come to the house and pick her up and take care of the arrangements. To my surprise there is such a thing as a pet funeral director Victor Galante , the president of pets to remember, was very compassionate and professional. He took our girl and treated her just like she was a human family member. For that we are all thankful. We received Angie back home yesterday. Pets have always been part of my family, so it’s so comforting to know that there is someone out there that feels the same way. Thank you again Victor. You are a very special person ❤️🐶

Guy showed up with a used body bag, old dirty station wagon filled with junk and needed my help to load my dead dog. Then I paid for a individual cremation and instead got a group cremation meaning I got a bag of teeth that obviously didn’t belong to my dog and some ashes and a junk foot print that matches the quality of a happy meal toy. My guess is he threw my dog in a dumpster and mailed me some dog ashes from the spca.

This is the second time I use Victor pet to remember for my dog he is a delight to work with he really cares about the passing of your animal not in it just for the business when my second dog died only 6 months apart from my other dog I rest assure that I was in good hands when I called Victor to take care of my beloved dog he treats the dogs with dignity and respect . I totally recommend his service I have one dog left and hope he's going to be around a lot longer before I have to call in Victor again if you're an animal lover and you really care about your animal and you want to give it a really good send-off then I would only suggest pets to remember Ask for Victor he's the nicest kindest person you ever want to meet

A very big thank you to Mr. Galante and PetsToRemember. Our beautiful cat Hillary (23) passed away peacefully this week. We contacted Mr. Galante late in the evening, and as late and cold as it was, he was willing to come to our home immediately. We chose to wait until the morning. Early the next day, Mr Galante arrived on time, was very compassionate and understanding and helped us through this difficult time. Mr. Galante handled everything for us, reassured us that our wishes would be taken care of and took care of Hillary as though she belonged to him. My baby Tigger Coach Sheppard 9/17/2008 - 4/6/2020 is home laying in his favorite spot on our bed. All City Pet Cremation in Ozone Park, Queen really did an amazing job thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤ you are truly amazing working with my grieving family during our rough time.
