My father unexpectedly passed away and we had issues with the hospital releasing his body. It was a rough week of feeling helpless. We were originally at a different funeral home but after days of not getting any information A family member recommended this place. From the very first phone call They went above and beyond to give me and my family what we wanted. They laid out all of our options. It was very comforting being able to meet with staff and them understanding what we are going through. They eased our families pain in a terrible time. We recommend this place you will not regret it.

My brother passed away unexpectedly, from the moment I called and spoke to Jessica, she was very compassionate, professional, and easy to talk to she answered all of our questions. She took her time with my family and I from explaining the process until the very end. The day of the funeral everything was so beautiful, words can’t even express how pleased and satisfied my family and I are with the services that was provided by Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home.Thank you Jessica & Ricky for everything.

The wonderful people at Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home are incredibly caring and compassionate. They really listen and they go above and beyond to make sure you and you family are treated with kindness, respect, and dignity during such a difficult time. When my brother, Frank, passed away suddenly, Gary and the whole staff at Inglesby's assisted us in finding the perfect way to celebrate my brother's life while helping us navigate the challenges of the situation. They truly care and that is apparent in everything they do. My family and I are so grateful to them.

In a very stressful and emotionally draining time, the professional staff of Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home came through for myself and my family in a professional and sympathetic manner. I reached out to more than one of the courteous staff there, Michael, Chivon, Enrichetta, and Jessica came through for my brother, myself, and members of our family, both immediate and chosen or extended family. I would highly recommend their services in time of need, and have only good things to say about the staff that I have interacted with through the process of saying farewell to my brother James.

These life events are never easy, but the staff at Inglesby & Sons did their very best to comfort my family and honor my father. Every detail was handled with care and our family was able to grieve. I am grateful for the service they provided; we were treated as an extension of their own family. I would esspecially like to thank Frank and Chivon for helping us say goodbye.

I called a few local funeral services, and the team at Inglesby, from the very first word, was kind and compassionate about my loss.Once we arranged to meet, Gary sat with us, explained, helped, and made the process much easier. It will never be an enjoyable meeting, but with Gary's help it was doable.

I never imagined it would be so difficult to work with a funeral director after already having a pre planned and paid for funeral. Gary was arrogant, unprofessional, rude and ignorant. I understood that nothing could be done with church and cemetery scheduling during Thanksgiving holiday Wed - Sunday. But this past week since Monday, I just simply wanted to know what I needed to do and what they took care of and what prices have changed. I asked for a check list, which he kept telling me he’ll get it to me soon. He was like a used car sales man, never really giving me a straight answer. On Wednesday when I was still looking for answers, he told me there were 8 people ahead of my mother. Gary didn’t give me obituary that they had on file until Wednesday so the family could edit it. So we didn’t have the link to their website sent out until Thursday, 2 days before her funeral, 8 days after my mother passed away. On Friday the day before the funeral we still had questions not answered. Gary proceeded to tell us he and 2 other guys from funeral home needed need help carrying casket up the steps to church and to be there at 9 am for 10 am viewing. There were no steps to church and there was a mass at 9 so we couldn’t even get into the church until after 9:30. He never did his homework and apparently didn’t even speak to the church. I told him that my mother’s death certificate still had wrong addresses on it the night before the funeral. I asked him to update it with the info I gave him earlier in the week, he said he’s dealing with 15 other people. Then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t be there for the viewing, mass or cemetery the next day. Then named 3 ladies were filling in for him that I’ve never spoken with before. Well thank goodness he didn’t come. Chivon and the other 2 woman in her group, who worked my mother’s funeral on Saturday were amazing, very professional and so kind. Wish I was working with her from the beginning instead of Gary.

Gary was the most unprofessional person to deal with during the loss of a loved one to say the least. The things he said, the things he didn't do and the things he did do were awful. Do yourself a quick favor and go somewhere else. Ingelsby has been in Pennsauken my whole life and didn't think twice of going anywhere else. I so wish that I did. Even my guests where appalled at his behavior. He dressed like a slob, was late opening the door the morning of the funeral and asked my brothers kids if they were there to deliver flowers. I won't even disclose the filth that came out of his mouth regarding the remains of our loved one. Trust me go elsewhere! You can't get those moments in time back.

In August, my dog passed away at 16yo, I was unaware that this funeral home provided pet services but it came up when i googled cremation services in Pennsauken. The staff here at Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home were so amazing, kind and respectful in honoring a member of our family. I called early morning and within an hour I was able to drive over, have all my questions answered, given as much time as I needed to say goodbye, and felt comfort and trust leaving my dog in their care. I chose a private cremation and received my dog's ashes the next day. The funeral home works with Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services in Jackson, NJ. I would recommend their services to any pet owner in the area.

Karen and her team are amazing. At a time when you are grieving the lost of a loved one they make the process as painless and simple as possible. They are so nice and super accommodating when possible. While also trying to go and beyond to meet the families needs in this difficult time. Karen is truly an artist my grandmother looked beautiful in her casket. Every detail was perfect and they thought of everything afterwards. Truly an amazing staff. I would recommend Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home to everyone and anybody. This was an amazing experience given the circumstances.

I want to thank Karen Lamb for the amazing job she has done for me and my family during this difficult time. It is never easy going through something such as losing a loved one especially unexpectedly but Karen made it her priority to make it as easy as possible. I could literally go on and on about her amazing work and the way she handed it all so professionally and emotionally aware. If anyone is ever in need of funeral services THIS IS THE PLACE to go!
