I called about a deceased loved one and they put me on hold multiple times and asked me where she was multiple times. They messed up all the paperwork it took 2 weeks to get her cremated. We weren't having a funeral but they called to let us know that our funeral services were ready because they called the wrong people they scheduled us to pick our loved one up but then canceled the day of. They are unprofessional forgetful have no empathy and I would not recommend them to anyone

According to the florist Helen Beach’s name was on the card. If it wasn’t, then why wasn’t the florist calledand asked who the flowers were for? My wife has called numerous times since July. Most of her calls have not been returned. Your message at the end of your reply, says please do not hesitate to call. Michael, you told my wife in August that you would call her back in two weeks. Paul and John told my wife at Mrs. Beach’s viewing that no flowers were ever delivered and then John remembered one delivery from Abbott’s. The story keeps changing. We’ve used this florist for many years and they are confident that Mrs. Beach’s name was on the delivery ticket. This is beyond wrong and unprofessional. My wife has spoken with Karen a few times. She is professional and seems to care.

My flowers were delivered on July 6th for Mrs. Helen Beach. The flowers were placed at Paul Milano’s mother-in- law’s viewing in the morning instead of Mrs. Beach’s that night. Michael, the owner, will not reimburse me. I have called at least 15 times. Rarely is my phone call returned. Karen and Michael are blaming Paul. The buck stops with Michael. He is responsible. I spoke with him once and he stressed that he is a man of principle. Haven’t seen it yet. One of my best friends’ Mother died and she never got to see our flowers. Harry & Donna Covely.

Mahaffey-Milano did an excellent job with our mother's funeral. Karen was outstanding in handling all the arrangements. She was very caring and responsive to our plans. Thank you again Karen and Mahaffey-Milano team for all you did during this difficult time for our family.
