Very respectful, I’ve brought 3 of my dogs that have passed on and it’s been a great experience out of a bad time for my family. Definitely recommend. They opened back up late at night for my one dog after a very traumatic visit to an emergency vet, and I can’t be more happy with all of my times there

Perhaps one of the worst days of my life and they swooped in with such care and love. For going through such a horrible experience, they helped guide me gently on how to proceed after my beloved kitty passed away. In the office it felt like my Belle and I were their only priority and they were so gracious and kind. River the dog wandering around was really appreciated by me, she was a great emotional support and very sweet and soft.I was able to pick a beautiful wooden urn from a large selection and it will be engraved free of charge. The prices for everything were way more reasonable than I anticipated, especially for how wonderful they were in helping me through this and that they only offer private services.I wish I didn't need to write this, but as a pet parent these days come and end of life can be confusing. Rainbow Bridge took me into their arms and guided me lovingly through the process.I am so grateful for people like them.

Idk how they remained so sweet after me regailing them w/ my traumatic story of my beast kitty passing. Post Covid, I'd lost so much & I was circling the drain. Rainbow Bridge restored my faith in humanity by being so kind & understanding in my time of need. It's been over a year & I've recommended them to anyone who needed services. I cannot say enough good things about Rainbow Bridge. They made me feel so comforted when I first came to them in 2021 so when I eventually lost my other baby I knew that I had to bring him here too. Thank you for always honoring my animals with so much care and love, it helps me so so much in the grieving process and I will always recommend them to anyone who loses one of their pets.

Lost my 10 year old Rottweiler in February and rainbow bridge was the nicest, easiest part of the whole ordeal. There are veterinarians out there that say they will call you back in 24 hours, we called everyone and delayed taking max to vet in hopes that we could save him extra pain from moving him. (He’s 130lbs) They never called back! The only reliable aspect of this was the vet we had to take him to and rainbow bridge. Rainbow bridge showed empathy for us when the vet really didn’t and I would highly recommend them for anyone that loses a member of their fur family. Honestly, the easiest and most comforting part of the whole last week we had with him, was leaving my babies body in their hands and knowing they would respectfully take care of him.By the way, it’s about time our society upgrades the way we address and deal with our lost fur babies. They are not just pets, they are our family members and shouldn’t be treated like items, possessions or even trash in some instances. (Like other crematoriums that do group cremations.)I am so thankful that rainbow bridge is local and believes the same! The urns and extras they offer are under $100 by the way, very affordable and worth it. We even had to pay the max for cremation because max was huge and even that was still affordable considering its a private cremation.

She arranged for our beloved dog, Mia to be picked up at our home following in-house vet assisted euthanasia. Christine notified me the next day that Mia was ready to be picked up and "come home". Very kind and considerate throughout the whole process. We didn’t clarify the name we wanted on the memorial bookmark and they were very helpful with ensuring everything was correct and even sent us another set of bookmarks with the correct last name. Great experience overall, would recommend.

If you are reading this review know that Rainbow Bridge does not have 5 stars plus for no reason! I had called Christine after hrs for the day, and I live 45 mins away and she was kind and compassionate enough to say come on over I will meet you back there! So we head on over and as we turn down the located street we are surrounded by this beautiful lake in a beautiful residential neighborhood which gave us a great calming, considering the circumstances and knowing this would be our last car ride altogether. When you go inside they have a decorated layout all ready for you to place your baby to view and say your final goodbyes. They have shelves and display cases filled with different urnes and necklaces for you to choose from if you decide that you would like something else. My experience with Christine was exceptional!!! She really understands that these animals are not just pets they are part of our families! Everything was communicated properly and my baby was ready to be picked up the very next day! Thank you Christine, for the great experience you provided us with during one of our worst times, we will forever be grateful!

Christine's kindness and compassion made all the difference in the world for my family. After our boy passed late at night she was willing to open her doors to us after hours. She gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. She seemed genuinely invested in helping us grieve and say goodbye. The space inside was beautiful. They even have a tiny resting area to lay your pet with a plush bed and soft lights. I was dreading bringing him to a crematorium as I've had bad experiences in the past with other businesses but it was all incredibly peaceful. The urn, bookmarks, and paw print casting were beautifully crafted and packaged with great care. I will be recommending Rainbow Bridge to every person I know and plan on using her services again when my elderly cat passes.

My husband and I were very appreciate and thankful for the services offered by Rainbow Bridge. While saying goodbye to our 17 yr old fur baby was quite possibly the worst day of our lives, Christine was so professional, kind and sympathetic every step of the way. She was timely, efficient and very communicative giving my husband and I the peace of mind that everything would be handled seamlessly. There was a spelling error on our stickers and she corrected the error and over-nighted the new set free of charge. We can’t recommend them enough when it’s time to help your best friend cross the rainbow bridge.

What a truly remarkable place! It is operated by an equally remarkable woman named Christine who welcomed me even when I was earlier than she expected. If you have a story to tell, she will listen. If you have a question, she will answer. If you need a personal moment, she will allow it. My dear sweet companion of nearly 17 years was laid to rest actually two years ago and I wasn’t thinking long term when I placed her in a casket and buried her in my yard of 15 years. It came time this month to sell my house so I can financially retire and I couldn’t bear the thought of living nearby and not be able to visit and sit where Sweet “Pickles” was laid to rest. I knew I wanted to call Rainbow Bridge to help. I exhumed my dog after almost exactly two years to the day and placed her in an appropriately sized cardboard box with a fresh little blanket she once snuggled in. To my surprise her remains were still furry and precious. Christine helped me in a way that gave my dog a chance to love me even more with a keepsake remembrance wherever I traveled in the future. She prepared a beautiful locket for me and engraved an adorable “pickle barrel” urn to hold my dearest friend’s ashes. She reserved some for me spread on her once grave since that was her play place and the territory she guarded throughout most of her life. Taking Pickles to Rainbow Bridge offered a way for my “Pickles” to love me even more and I feel Pickles can look down and see me giving long lasting love to her even two years later. It is “A LOVE THAT LIVES ON” and Christine inscribed that on her little pickle barrel for us to keep her close to my heart. This haven is like a heaven located in a beautiful area and the office and cremation areas are clean and private. I assure you you that taking your pet to Rainbow Bridge will ease you pain and you will know in your heart that you made the best choice and that this is a lovely way to say goodbye.

Chances are if you're reading this you lost a family member. I wish you didn't have to go through something so horrible. Figuring out how to properly send off your loved one is probably the worst gut wrenching feeling I wouldn't wish on anyone, and likely not something any of us ever want to plan. This is where Rainbow Bridge comes into play.Christine at Rainbow bridge treated our Winston with the upmost dignity and respect I could possibly ask for. It was extremely hard to say goodbye to my fiance's and my first pet so early in Winstons life, but Rainbow bridge made a hard day so much easier. For the service they provided I'm truly beyond grateful.Rainbow bridge is prompt, affordable, and courteous. They give you multiple options and pricing, and accept anything from small animals to large dogs and so on. Rainbow Bridge let's you pick the urn, paw print molds, and so on. You are able to say goodbye privately to your pet on a nice plush bed for the last time. This was a HUGE nice touch I've never experienced prior saying goodbye to pets at other crematoriums. It's usually such a poor unpleasant and not private experience. This itself is priceless to be able to really get a proper moment to say goodbye to your loved pet.Christine made an appointment with us without notice and it was so easy to get what we needed. I highly recommend anyone who needs cremation services for loved pets to go to rainbow bridge. Thanks again for helping us say goodbye to our pet.

We lost our pug Brody suddenly on a Sunday morning. Our vet was closed and we frantically began searching for a place to bring him. I spoke with Keith at Rainbow Bridge and without hesitation he asked how he could help with the process. We were over an hour and a half away, but he told us to take our time and he’d be there when we arrived. He even offered to drive to my home and pick up my pet. Christine handled the arrangements and my wife and I were treated with such empathy and care. When the arrangement was over, they had Brody laid out so we could say our final goodbye. They get it. They’re animal lovers too. But they’re more than that. Keith had served our family a few years back and I left the office yesterday with a sense of peace knowing my precious pet was in good hands. The facility is clean and their prices are completely reasonable.The most heartfelt part about Christine & Keith is there comfort. When Brody’s cremation was complete, Christine notified us and let us know Brody was ready to come home. Such a simple statement but it tugged at my heart.I cannot say enough good about Rainbow Bridge. When you need family the most, turn to the family you can trust.

We lost our pitty baby suddenly on a Friday night and were just devastated. The next morning I called the only 2 places that cremate pets in the area and left messages. One never even had the decency to call me back, but Christine returned my call almost immediately. She was so kind and accommodating. Before I knew it-her husband and son were at my door to pick my boy up and take him to be cremated. They were so kind and polite to us and made the process so easy. We picked out a package and Christine consulted us on exactly what we wanted every step of the way. I can’t thank them all enough for their compassion and professionalism. They were just wonderful and I will recommend their services to anybody who wants to have their beloved late pet taken care of with dignity and love. My Father, who was grieving terribly about the loss of his 17 year old Beagle, Duke, found Christine and her team at over at Rainbow Bridge. She took the time to explain the options, not only for next steps with Duke based off my Father's needs, but also educated him first on the process in general. My Father was under the impression that he had to go through his Vet for the burial or cremation process and that was ALOT more expensive! Come to Find out that is NOT the case. I think they new that too:( Christine walked my dad through all the options and they found the perfect burial arrangement for Duke. She also offered, without being pushy, some wonderful options for the box and some pictures to add as a keepsake for Dad. As you can see by the reviews above, which are perfect at this point at 5 stars, Christine and her team love what they do and show so much empathy and care for grieving pet owners. They take their time with customers and have pride in what they do and it shows. Christine. Thanks for taking care of my Father and showing him such patience and empathy. today was one of the most heart ripping days of my life. i woke up to find the love of my life passed away over nite. with my eyes swollen and full of endless tears i called christine, she answered the phone sunday morning with comfort and a true sense of compassion for my loss. she is truly deeply lovely and is devoted to her commitment to assure us our pets are in her wonderful care. i know my "mama" is on her way to continue on the other side of the rainbow bridge. i am so deeply heartbroken and thankful you were there for "mama" and me.

Our oldest dog died on October 10th at home after a long illness with CHF and diabetes. I left a message for Christine for services. I received a call back very quickly and was able to get our girl cremated that day. We picked a very reasonable package and received her cremains back the same day. Christine offered me to say my goodbyes for as long as I wished to. She was very comforting and treated us with with dignity and respect. We had a great experience with this business as opposed to our dog’s vet. I would highly recommend dealing directly with her instead of veterinary involvement. She will treat you as an individual animal lover and not a pocketbook.

If you’re looking for a place you can trust to take care of your loving pet after they passThis is the placeI’ve used another place in Pennsauken and I just didn’t want to use them again.When I called rainbow bridge they didn’t immediately say to you “ cash only! You must have cash”Christine is very kind, polite and actually cares about what she does for a living.Its a nice comfortable environment and I felt confident I was getting my pet back and not someone else’s or who knows what in a box.I also brought my 14 year old daughter who is slightly on the autism spectrum and tends to ask a lot of questions, especially since she was nervous and sad about the loss of her 12 year old rabbit.Christine was so very patient with my daughter and answered her questions and didn’t get annoyed like some people do when my daughter asks a lot of questions.I had trouble with my schedule for picking my rabbit up, but Christine was accommodating and patient with me and it all worked out.The box is beautiful along with the bookmarks,the prettiest little yellow bag along with a certificate of cremation.I have 6 more animals and will absolutely use Rainbow Bridge crematory again with confidence.It’s a bit of a drive for me. About an hour, but we’ll worth every minute. They’re very reasonably priced too.It’s heartbreaking to lose a pet when they are part of your every day and a huge part of your family. The least we can do is give them a respectable cremation in a safe place where we know they’re being cared for and not just tossed around, because they’re an animal.Our rabbit Queen Vienna was just that, a queen and she got a respectful goodbye thanks to Christine and Rainbow bridge. There was also another lady present, but sadly I dget her name. Very nice as well.Thank you so much

They're ready for you shortly after your pets passing. They have a lot to offer to memorialize your loved friend. It took roughly 24 hours and the prices are more than fair. Great owner and staff with a real sense of empathy and compassion, they care about you and your pet and the services they provide.

Our Dog Rocco Passed away last week. She was timely, efficient and very communicative giving my husband and I the peace of mind that everything would be handled seamlessly. There was a spelling error on our stickers and she corrected the error and over-nighted the new set free of charge. We can’t recommend them enough when it’s time to help your best friend cross the rainbow bridge.

What a truly remarkable place! It is operated by an equally remarkable woman named Christine who welcomed me even when I was earlier than she expected. If you have a story to tell, she will listen. If you have a question, she will answer. If you need a personal moment, she will allow it. My dear sweet companion of nearly 17 years was laid to rest actually two years ago and I wasn’t thinking long term when I placed her in a casket and buried her in my yard of 15 years. It came time this month to sell my house so I can financially retire and I couldn’t bear the thought of living nearby and not be able to visit and sit where Sweet “Pickles” was laid to rest. I knew I wanted to call Rainbow Bridge to help. I exhumed my dog after almost exactly two years to the day and placed her in an appropriately sized cardboard box with a fresh little blanket she once snuggled in. To my surprise her remains were still furry and precious. Christine helped me in a way that gave my dog a chance to love me even more with a keepsake remembrance wherever I traveled in the future. She prepared a beautiful locket for me and engraved an adorable “pickle barrel” urn to hold my dearest friend’s ashes. She reserved some for me spread on her once grave since that was her play place and the territory she guarded throughout most of her life. Taking Pickles to Rainbow Bridge offered a way for my “Pickles” to love me even more and I feel Pickles can look down and see me giving long lasting love to her even two years later. It is “A LOVE THAT LIVES ON” and Christine inscribed that on her little pickle barrel for us to keep her close to my heart. This haven is like a heaven located in a beautiful area and the office and cremation areas are clean and private. I assure you you that taking your pet to Rainbow Bridge will ease you pain and you will know in your heart that you made the best choice and that this is a lovely way to say goodbye.

Chances are if you're reading this you lost a family member. I wish you didn't have to go through something so horrible. Figuring out how to properly send off your loved one is probably the worst gut wrenching feeling I wouldn't wish on anyone, and likely not something any of us ever want to plan. This is where Rainbow Bridge comes into play.Christine at Rainbow bridge treated our Winston with the upmost dignity and respect I could possibly ask for. It was extremely hard to say goodbye to my fiance's and my first pet so early in Winstons life, but Rainbow bridge made a hard day so much easier. For the service they provided I'm truly beyond grateful.Rainbow bridge is prompt, affordable, and courteous. They give you multiple options and pricing, and accept anything from small animals to large dogs and so on. Rainbow Bridge let's you pick the urn, paw print molds, and so on. You are able to say goodbye privately to your pet on a nice plush bed for the last time. This was a HUGE nice touch I've never experienced prior saying goodbye to pets at other crematoriums. It's usually such a poor unpleasant and not private experience. This itself is priceless to be able to really get a proper moment to say goodbye to your loved pet.Christine made an appointment with us without notice and it was so easy to get what we needed. I highly recommend anyone who needs cremation services for loved pets to go to rainbow bridge. Thanks again for helping us say goodbye to our pet.

We lost our pug Brody suddenly on a Sunday morning. Our vet was closed and we frantically began searching for a place to bring him. I spoke with Keith at Rainbow Bridge and without hesitation he asked how he could help with the process. We were over an hour and a half away, but he told us to take our time and he’d be there when we arrived. He even offered to drive to my home and pick up my pet. Christine handled the arrangements and my wife and I were treated with such empathy and care. When the arrangement was over, they had Brody laid out so we could say our final goodbye. They get it. They’re animal lovers too. But they’re more than that. Keith had served our family a few years back and I left the office yesterday with a sense of peace knowing my precious pet was in good hands. The facility is clean and their prices are completely reasonable.The most heartfelt part about Christine & Keith is there comfort. When Brody’s cremation was complete, Christine notified us and let us know Brody was ready to come home. Such a simple statement but it tugged at my heart.I cannot say enough good about Rainbow Bridge. When you need family the most, turn to the family you can trust.

We lost our pitty baby suddenly on a Friday night and were just devastated. The next morning I called the only 2 places that cremate pets in the area and left messages. One never even had the decency to call me back, but Christine returned my call almost immediately. She was so kind and accommodating. Before I knew it-her husband and son were at my door to pick my boy up and take him to be cremated. They were so kind and polite to us and made the process so easy. We picked out a package and Christine consulted us on exactly what we wanted every step of the way. I can’t thank them all enough for their compassion and professionalism. They were just wonderful and I will recommend their services to anybody who wants to have their beloved late pet taken care of with dignity and love. My Father, who was grieving terribly about the loss of his 17 year old Beagle, Duke, found Christine and her team at over at Rainbow Bridge. She took the time to explain the options, not only for next steps with Duke based off my Father's needs, but also educated him first on the process in general. My Father was under the impression that he had to go through his Vet for the burial or cremation process and that was ALOT more expensive! Come to Find out that is NOT the case. I think they new that too:( Christine walked my dad through all the options and they found the perfect burial arrangement for Duke. She also offered, without being pushy, some wonderful options for the box and some pictures to add as a keepsake for Dad. As you can see by the reviews above, which are perfect at this point at 5 stars, Christine and her team love what they do and show so much empathy and care for grieving pet owners. They take their time with customers and have pride in what they do and it shows. Christine. Thanks for taking care of my Father and showing him such patience and empathy. today was one of the most heart ripping days of my life. i woke up to find the love of my life passed away over nite. with my eyes swollen and full of endless tears i called christine, she answered the phone sunday morning with comfort and a true sense of compassion for my loss. she is truly deeply lovely and is devoted to her commitment to assure us our pets are in her wonderful care. i know my "mama" is on her way to continue on the other side of the rainbow bridge. i am so deeply heartbroken and thankful you were there for "mama" and me.

Our oldest dog died on October 10th at home after a long illness with CHF and diabetes. I left a message for Christine for services. I received a call back very quickly and was able to get our girl cremated that day. We picked a very reasonable package and received her cremains back the same day. Christine offered me to say my goodbyes for as long as I wished to. She was very comforting and treated us with with dignity and respect. We had a great experience with this business as opposed to our dog’s vet. I would highly recommend dealing directly with her instead of veterinary involvement. She will treat you as an individual animal lover and not a pocketbook.

If you’re looking for a place you can trust to take care of your loving pet after they passThis is the placeI’ve used another place in Pennsauken and I just didn’t want to use them again.When I called rainbow bridge they didn’t immediately say to you “ cash only! You must have cash”Christine is very kind, polite and actually cares about what she does for a living.Its a nice comfortable environment and I felt confident I was getting my pet back and not someone else’s or who knows what in a box.I also brought my 14 year old daughter who is slightly on the autism spectrum and tends to ask a lot of questions, especially since she was nervous and sad about the loss of her 12 year old rabbit.Christine was so very patient with my daughter and answered her questions and didn’t get annoyed like some people do when my daughter asks a lot of questions.I had trouble with my schedule for picking my rabbit up, but Christine was accommodating and patient with me and it all worked out.The box is beautiful along with the bookmarks,the prettiest little yellow bag along with a certificate of cremation.I have 6 more animals and will absolutely use Rainbow Bridge crematory again with confidence.It’s a bit of a drive for me. About an hour, but we’ll worth every minute. They’re very reasonably priced too.It’s heartbreaking to lose a pet when they are part of your every day and a huge part of your family. The least we can do is give them a respectable cremation in a safe place where we know they’re being cared for and not just tossed around, because they’re an animal.Our rabbit Queen Vienna was just that, a queen and she got a respectful goodbye thanks to Christine and Rainbow bridge. There was also another lady present, but sadly I dget her name. Very nice as well.Thank you so much

Rainbow Bridge is hands down the best place to get your furry and feathered friends laid to rest. We said goodbye to our beloved Desiree not too long ago and they were nothing but helpful and kind throughout the entire process, they truly do stand by their word in treating your animal like their own as well as you, thank you guys again for all you did.
