Heartfelt Gratitude for Noah’s ArkLosing my beloved Britney was one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever faced. Since moving to South NJ as a Black woman, I’ve encountered a lot of discrimination, which has made me hesitant to shop or seek services in person. However, Noah’s Ark restored my faith with their compassion and professionalism during such a difficult time.On November 27th, 2024, just before Thanksgiving, the owner left what he was doing during the holidays to personally meet me and take care of my baby’s body. He treated me and my family with incredible respect, offering words of encouragement that truly touched our hearts. He even gave us time to be with my baby and say our goodbyes without ever rushing us, which meant so much during such a difficult moment. His wife was also so kind and helpful throughout the process.The services were not only fast but also cost-effective, which was such a relief while dealing with the emotional weight of losing Britney. I am still grieving and heartbroken 💔 , but I am so grateful for the smooth and respectful experience I had with Noah’s Ark.I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of pet services. This review was not requested—I simply wanted to share my gratitude now that I’m doing a little better. My family would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff of Noah’s Ark for taking care of our beloved hedgehog. We lost our little Munchkin over this holiday weekend and we’re devastated. Not expecting immediate service, we were surprised to hear a kind, compassionate voice when we called at 12:30am! The next morning, we spoke with Kevin, who made us an appointment to come down within the hour. We were greeted at the door by Linda and Ryan who were not only caring and understanding but also so patient. They let us take all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. We were so surprised when we got the call only three hours later to take Munchkin home. Her ashes were sealed in a beautiful box and we even got keepsake paw prints and hair clippings. We can’t express how much their professional, timely, and personalized services meant to us at this difficult time. We are forever grateful!

This is my first ever Google review! I highly recommend Noah’s Ark if you are looking to have your loving pet properly honored. Our boy died after business hours but Ryan responded to my inquiry in less than 30 minutes after I called and left a message. He was compassionate and understanding and gave me an easy explanation of the services they offer. We brought our beloved cat Dash to them and they even allowed us to spend as much time as we needed with him. We received our little guy’s ashes the next day along with his paw print and a lock of his hair. Kudos to Linda and Debra. They were nothing short of kind and sincere . It was truly a dignified and compassionate experience. Thank you to the entire Noah’s Ark staff. I cannot say enough good things about them all. They made this process much easier. Our little guy will be with us in his favorite place forever. 🖤

Linda is so sweet and kind. She was comforting. Our 16 year old baby passed away and she reassured us that she will get us his paw print and lock of hair. We got it very fast and his paw print is a cute Christmas ornament that our family can hang up in memory of our little good boy. The St Francis of Assisi statue was so heart warming to see.

I want to take a moment to say something about a business no one wants to have to use. Noah's Ark Pet Crematory Owned and Operated by Kevin P. Orender was truly amazing. Linda was kind and loving yesterday and spent well over forty minutes talking with us about our Dune , looking at videos and photos of him . He was treated like he was our family, because he was and is. They don’t make you wait days or weeks to receive your beloved family member back. It was less than 24 hours. Allowing for a sense of much needed closure. I hated having to use their services but I am so grateful to have found them.

I would give negative stars! We lost our beloved dog Sunday morning and called Noah's Ark. Someone answered and said they would give my information to the staff. Awhile later my wife called and was told the same thing. I know they were off and I expected a call today. I called twice this morning at 10 and 11 am. There was no answer, no option to leave a voicemail. Over 24 hours now since my first call and still no call back. I don't care what the other reviews say this is complete nonsense and unacceptable. We found a much better place an hour way and we're home the same day with our beautiful dogs ashes. I wouldn't ever use Noah's Ark!

Losing our sweet boy Coco was hard, but you made the process of grieving easy. Kevin was wonderful and gave me great advice while I sat there weeping for my baby. I had to put my cat Fuzzy Bear to sleep on Saturday October 5 2024. I had my cat Fuzzy Bear for over 14 years. When the time came to have him put to sleep ( which was one of the hardest decisions I had to make ) I decided to bring him to Noah’s Ark. Kevin and the rest of the staff was great to work with. The price was right and I had Fuzzy back within a few hours instead of a week with the vet. I also knew that my pet was returned to me. Fuzzy came back in a nice box and his paw print was in clay plus they gave me a clipping of his fur in a little container ( even though I still have his fur stuck to my furniture) this fur will be with me till I Die. Thank you to everyone at Noah’s Arc. I do have other pets and when the pass I will bring them to.

Kevin and Linda were amazing, their professionalism and true compassion was incredible. Kevin was so understanding of our unique situation with my daughter being out of town, he assured me that we could wait for her return to all say our good byes as a family. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one made me extremely upset. After reading all the wonderful reviews about this place I felt comfortable knowing that there was a place close to home that we could bring our baby girl to who just passed on Sunday. When my husband first called on Saturday afternoon (to see what the process was after she died) we were told that they were closed Sunday and if our pet died that day we should keep her body cold and they would be in touch Monday. She did in fact die on Sunday morning and my husband called them to let them know what had happened. It must have been an answering service who took the information down and said that she would pass the message along to a staff member. I called again that night (fully understanding it was not their normal business hours) just to make sure the message was passed along because we had our girl in the house and I wanted to make sure that the next morning we would be bringing her in to be cremated. They opened at 9am Monday morning and it’s now Tuesday (three days after her passing) and we have STILL not received a call back. Thankfully we found another place that was wonderful and actually cared about the situation. Lesson learned, don’t always trust good reviews. Shame on you Noah’s Ark.

After the sudden loss of our pet during the middle of the night, we contacted Noah’s ark and received an email response in the early morning from the owner Kevin. Everyone there was incredible. Sweet, patient, and handled everything with incredible care while reassuring our pet would be in great hands. We dropped off at 11:30am and had our pet back home with us around 2pm in a beautiful wooden urn, a lock of his hair in a heart shaped container, and his paw prints. We are so thankful for everyone at Noah’s ark.

I had to put my soul dog down yesterday and although I am reeling, I felt compelled to write a review for anyone else struggling to make plans for the horrible, yet inevitable. I spoke with Linda and Ryan over the phone, both of who were compassionate and empathetic. John came to pick her up after the vet left my home, he was also extremely kind and expressed how sorry he was for my loss. Incredibly, I was able to go get my girl in the evening. Kevin was there to give her back to me and he exuded kindness as he told me to take my baby back home, where she belonged. Thank you so much to Noah’s Ark, my baby didn’t have to spend a single night away from me in an unfamiliar place.

There are no words for the kindness Ellie and Kevin showed us last week as we said goodbye to our beloved Brody. There is no other place I would trust with our beloved old man. Today we had to say goodbye to our beagle boy Fluke. He was a part of our family for 17 years. I could barely speak when I called Noah’s Ark to make arrangements for Flukey’s cremation. Thank goodness an Angel named Ellie answered the phone. She new exactly what to say and how to help.Ellie I can’t thank you enough for the kindness and respect you gave us when we arrived. I was treated with such compassion and care when I came in this Monday. I brought my cat Nala of 19 years to be cremated. My family did a private cremation for my beloved cat Nala. And we got her within hours. They really took care of my Nala. Thank you for everything.

Kevin and Ryan Orender were nothing short of sympathetic, compassionate, and attentive during one of the most difficult times of our lives, the loss of our beloved Scooby. 12/11/2019 I lost my 16 year old Emilina. I called and spoke with Ellie. Ellie was compassionate and thoroughly explained everything to me on the phone. When I arrived Ellie sat down with me and we had a comforting talk. She asked about Emilina and what she was like. I told her stories and some of the bizarre behaviors Emms had. It actually gave me a smile thinking of the warm memories. I showed her pictures. She put me at ease during the most difficult time in my life. She truly cares about what someone is going through when losing a pet. At the end of our conversation she was thoughtful enough to ask if I wanted to say goodbye to Emms before I left... which I did. A short time later I received a call to pick Emms ashes up and when I arrived everything was exactly what Ellie had told me. A gentleman who managed (or owner) was there and he was just as compassionate. I can't thank them enough for their compassion, professionalism and comfort. On a day when the world just stopped for me they did everything and never rushed or treated me like I was just customer. Everyone handles grief differently and they understand that.

Noah's Ark Pet Crematory made the most difficult time that I had to ever endure and made it a comforting experience. Ryan was so compassionate as my family lost our first dog- our member of our family . It was unbearable, heartbreaking and very painful losing our Buddy after 17 years. And after meeting with Ryan , we felt at peace and had complete trust and closure knowing Buddy was in good hands. We spent time with Buddy with family and said our last good byes and prayers . We then went to lunch and spoke about our wonderful memories with Buddy and within a couple of hours , received Buddy's ashes , along with a lock oh his hair and paw print to come home .May Buddy rest in peace and thank you to Noah's Ark Pet Crematory for your compassion ❤️🐾🌈🙏😢

The staff at Noah’s Ark couldn’t have been more kind and compassionate as I processed the loss of my cat. I called them an absolute mess after finding my cat had passed unexpectedly. They treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved and also supported me through the process. They also got her back to me very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I called Noah's Ark a few years ago. I asked if they would be able to cremate my Shepard mix who had been deceased for two years already. I told Ellie I had her ready for burial, but wasn't sure what I wanted to do at that time. Ellie was great, she told me it wouldn't be a problem. Since my Rottweiler mix was up there in years, I decided to wait until that dreaded day. Unfortunately, that day had finally come. I called yesterday and made the appointment for both my girls. Since I'm pretty far away, they were very accommodating by doing everything in less than two hours and saved me from making two trips. I really appreciated that.Everyone there was great, caring, kind and very sympathetic. Linda and her husband were terrific. I'm sorry I never got to meet Ellie.

I’ll start by saying my wife Nicole and I don’t have human children, that’s not to say people with kids love their pets any less. It’s just to point out at times we can lack perspective. Our dogs are everything to us.The dignity, compassion, respect and professionalism shown to us and to our fur baby by the whole Orender family is hard to put into words. I can not say enough about how great my experience with Noahs Ark was. They were there for me on Labor day and their kindness was very appreciated at one of my worst days. My Lucy was returned to me in a nice wooden box along with a heart shaped ornament with her paw print. Thank you!!!

Part 2(Please read Part 1 first)While she was gone I removed the clay from his nails and started readjusting his blanket on him neatly. As I was fixing it she came back and just started zipping his bag. I literally had to move my hand out to keep her from zipping me. She coldly said “said we have other appointment.” I reached for the zipper and said I’d like to zip him trying to be polite when I truly wanted to tell her to stop rushing us. She said “we have other appointments coming in” and she just zipped him quickly and walked off. That was easily the most disgusting heartless thing I have ever experienced in my life. I unzipped his bag and finished fixing him in his blanket nicely and zipped him back up. That moment truly made losing him the hardest. I couldn’t believe she was treating me so horribly. They may do this all day every day but this was the hardest day of my life and though this may have meant nothing to her, those last few moments with my baby meant everything to me.She opened the gate and tossed him in like he was nothing. She then told me she would let me know when he was done. I told her when we came for my brother (during Covid’s height) we were allowed to wait inside. She told me I couldn’t stay inside. So what exactly was this full experience she charged me for? I literally got nothing but worse and worse treatment.They have a pet crematory along with a funeral home for humans. I know on both sides they experience people experiencing grief and trama at all levels so I cannot understand why my pain was invalidated especially with them seeing I was there alone without any support. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t over the top and I didn’t expect or request any treatment outside of the compassion and patience they promised just as experienced with my brother’s dog.While leaving I ran into Peter. I told him we had such a great experience with him & I wish he would have been my servicer today because the lady I worked with was harsh & rushed me. I was so shocked by his response. It’s like he wasn’t even the same man we worked with prior. He sternly told me that I was late and my appointment was at 12 & I held them up and wasn’t ready until almost 1 after arriving at 11:40am. I explained that I had spoken to the woman and she told me it was ok to take the extra time. Had she said I couldn’t I would have been at that door at 12 ready to go. But even still, nothing justifies that treatment. To that he told me they didn’t want to stay there until 10pm doing cremations due to waiting on me. Between the extra 10 minutes and maybe 5 minutes to help prep him how does that turn into 10 at night? He told they didn’t have time to give me the service my brother got and that care is only given when they don’t have other appointments. While I was there with my brother two other animals came in just as during my appointment….I wholly regret coming to them under the belief that they provided stellar service to all at all times. If I knew what I know now, I would have used a local company and saved that almost 5 hours of driving for time to pray and grieve. I could have even waited to give him an actual funeral service but I was so scared to risk trying somewhere else and not getting the compassionate quality care I knew I needed & Mooshu deserved.I’ve even referred others to Noah’s Ark so I have absolutely no idea why they were so nasty to me. I thank God for the kindness and patience from the vet’s office because this cremation experience was a horrid nightmare.Yes, they have all great reviews and this may even be the only negative one written. Feel free to check my profile. I generally only write good reviews. However, we were truly wronged and I will not keep quiet about it.

Kevin and Linda's compassion is beyond belief. Their dedication is personal and loving. Despite being the 4th of July they were able to receive my pup and take care of him compassionately, warmly, and efficiently. The big place I contacted couldn't be bothered. Please when that time comes, Kevin is the person to go to. Peace.

Wow what can I say about Noah’s Ark? We had to make a very hard decision to put our dog Bailey to sleep. Bailey suffered from seizures and the last week was tough for him. We decided to take him to Noah’ s Ark to be cremated. From my first call to my last call they were the best people. I spoke to Kathy and Ellie greet us there where we met the owner Kevin Orender. Ellie was the nicest person, very compassionate and made us feel like we made the right decision. Within 2/2 1/2 hours he was cremated and we could pick him up. We did not have to wait two weeks. When we picked him up we were greeted by Kevin who also was a very caring person. I would highly recommend Noah’s Ark for anyone going through what we had to go through. Definitely an excellent choice

On the 14th December Bob & I had to say goodbye to our faithful Max. The service at Noah's Ark was exceptional, everything was a perfect way to say our final goodbye. Ellie was extremely helpful and understanding and we knew our boy was in safe hands. She went above & beyond providing me with her cell phone number to coordinate services after hours. She called us to let us know when John would be arriving. Max was treated with respect and handled with dignity. I would highly recommend Noah's Ark, we think of our special boy every day and thanks to Ellie & John.

My daughter and I lost our best friend last night and it was beyond devastating. I was frantically searching for the right place to take her and I came across Noah’s Ark. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Kevin. He was so warm and reassuring. It was about a 40 minute drive but as soon as I got there, Kevin was waiting for us. It’s crazy to say that I instantly felt calm and like I’d known him my whole life. He made my Maxine as important to him as she is to us. And within an hour, I was bringing her home. I am so beyond grateful to Kevin and Ellie and what they do and stand for. My senior dog, Hercules Achilles, crossed the rainbow yesterday morning after an unexpected illness. After a quick research, I called Noah's Ark to have a private cremation services. The funeral home received my Herky's body by 2:00 and the cremation was finished by 4: 30 pm. The people were professional and respectful all the time. They were caring and made this difficult time for me easier. I had Herky's ashes with me yesterday night, and he did not have to spend the night in a strange place. The paw print done was unexpected and something that I will treasure forever. It will trigger beautiful memories from when he used to put his paws on me during cuddling, or playing, and just because of that is priceless!Thank you so much for helping me, and for your sympathies in this difficult time.

My cat passed away unexpectedly and Noah’s ark helped to ease the pain. I dealt with Ryan who was very nice , understanding , and accommodating. He never tried to sell me anything and offered very encouraging words. While it’s my hope I will never have to use them again I will forever be grateful for their efforts. Very personable, from the very first phone call. Showed care and compassion throughout the entire process. When we arrived the man who worked there was very compassionate. He gave us space and time with our special boy. He did not rush us. When it was time to pick our boy back up later in the day, we received the same care and compassion from another woman. They treat you and your loved ones here with the time and love that you need. We received a special box, paw print, and hair clippings. We know our special boy was in good hands. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one made me extremely upset. After reading all the wonderful reviews about this place I felt comfortable knowing that there was a place close to home that we could bring our baby girl to who just passed on Sunday. When my husband first called on Saturday afternoon (to see what the process was after she died) we were told that they were closed Sunday and if our pet died that day we should keep her body cold and they would be in touch Monday. She did in fact die on Sunday morning and my husband called them to let them know what had happened. It must have been an answering service who took the information down and said that she would pass the message along to a staff member. I called again that night (fully understanding it was not their normal business hours) just to make sure the message was passed along because we had our girl in the house and I wanted to make sure that the next morning we would be bringing her in to be cremated. They opened at 9am Monday morning and it’s now Tuesday (three days after her passing) and we have STILL not received a call back. Thankfully we found another place that was wonderful and actually cared about the situation. Lesson learned, don’t always trust good reviews. Shame on you Noah’s Ark.

After the sudden loss of our pet during the middle of the night, we contacted Noah’s ark and received an email response in the early morning from the owner Kevin. Everyone there was incredible. Sweet, patient, and handled everything with incredible care while reassuring our pet would be in great hands. We dropped off at 11:30am and had our pet back home with us around 2pm in a beautiful wooden urn, a lock of his hair in a heart shaped container, and his paw prints. We are so thankful for everyone at Noah’s ark.

I had to put my soul dog down yesterday and although I am reeling, I felt compelled to write a review for anyone else struggling to make plans for the horrible, yet inevitable. I spoke with Linda and Ryan over the phone, both of who were compassionate and empathetic. John came to pick her up after the vet left my home, he was also extremely kind and expressed how sorry he was for my loss. Incredibly, I was able to go get my girl in the evening. Kevin was there to give her back to me and he exuded kindness as he told me to take my baby back home, where she belonged. Thank you so much to Noah’s Ark, my baby didn’t have to spend a single night away from me in an unfamiliar place.

Today we had to say goodbye to our beagle boy Fluke. He was a part of our family for 17 years. I could barely speak when I called Noah’s Ark to make arrangements for Flukey’s cremation. Fantastic staff, caring and compassionate. I dealt with 4 individuals and they were absolutely great to my wife and I during the loss of our dog, Haze. Ellie was so helpful and allowed us to say goodbye. The location is good and they were done the same day. Amazing service from the most compassionate and caring people. Thank you, Kevin & Eli.From the first moment on the phone with Eli, I knew in my heart that everything would be okay. I could barely even get a few words out before I was in tears, but Eli was patient and so kind. We were about an hour car ride away, but they coordinated all details around our arrival time. We wanted a private cremation for our dog and upon our arrival, they welcomed us in and allowed us as much time to say our goodbyes. After some quick paperwork, Kevin suggested that we grab some lunch nearby and he would call us in a couple hours when the cremains were ready to go home. They are just so amazing. Eli took care of us tonight and I couldn't have picked a better place to get my dog, Ginger, cremated. We had taken Ginger to a vet so they could send her to a crematorium, but I just didn't trust the places that vets send pets to. I googled pet crematoriums and found this wonderful place. I called and explained my situation to Eli and she told me exactly what I needed to do. It's been 4 days since Ginger passed away and she was still frozen on a shelf and I simply didn't feel at peace. I called the vet like Eli told me to do, they had sent her body to the crematorium and they told me they weren't going to cremate her today, so I picked her up and took her to Noah's ark where Eli waited for us past their closing time and even offered to take her out of the car for me because I honestly couldn't get close to her without crying. She brought her inside and laid her on a bed. We filled out paperwork and in the meantime she told us a lot of stories of people that had come in for their services and she honestly was so caring and made me feel so much better. I went to Noah's ark because I wanted to know that my Ginger was going to truly have a private cremation and it honestly doesn't get more private than here. There was absolutely no one but us there, no other pets, no other people, just us. I felt free to hug Ginger, cry and pray for her without feeling uncomfortable. It was as private as having everything happen at home. She even got her paw print even though she was fully frozen. My boyfriend got to see where she got cremated. I honestly couldn't look at it. Eli never rushed anything. On the contrary, I actually felt like she was encouraging me to take my time. She explains the whole process at the beginning and she explains it along the way. She even told me when she was going to open the body bag Ginger was in and asked me if I wanted to see her. Thank you so much Eli. My family and I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us today. By what you told us about the owner I can tell he is as amazing and caring as you, so thank you all for making this sad moment a little more bearable. It is nice to know there is a place that cares about our pets just as much as we do.

I am so happy that God guided my eyes and fingers to this website. My 8 year old yorkie Louis N. Brown passed away early yesterday morning from cognitive heart failure. I called, expecting to hear a recording, but was greeted by a professional voice service. I received a call back within minutes.They were very professional, compassionate and understanding....During times like this it means so much when you lose a pet to have compassionate professionals assist you, especially because I was an emotional wreck....My husband and I drove to Noah's Ark Pet Crematory and they were there to greet us... The atmosphere was very clean with a calm ambience to it... I was able to say my goodbyes to my fur baby Louis and they had the remains ready within a little over an hour or so. We were also able to hang out in the area while waiting, instead of driving all the way back to Hillside......I will always be grateful to Noah's Ark Pet Crematory.... 12/11/2019 I lost my 16 year old Emilina. I called and spoke with Ellie. Ellie was compassionate and thoroughly explained everything to me on the phone. When I arrived Ellie sat down with me and we had a comforting talk. She asked about Emilina and what she was like. I told her stories and some of the bizarre behaviors Emms had. It actually gave me a smile thinking of the warm memories. I showed her pictures. She put me at ease during the most difficult time in my life. She truly cares about what someone is going through when losing a pet. At the end of our conversation she was thoughtful enough to ask if I wanted to say goodbye to Emms before I left... which I did. A short time later I received a call to pick Emms ashes up and when I arrived everything was exactly what Ellie had told me. A gentleman who managed (or owner) was there and he was just as compassionate. I can't thank them enough for their compassion, professionalism and comfort. On a day when the world just stopped for me they did everything and never rushed or treated me like I was just customer. Everyone handles grief differently and they understand that.

Noah's Ark Pet Crematory made the most difficult time that I had to ever endure and made it a comforting experience. Ryan was so compassionate as my family lost our first dog- our member of our family . It was unbearable, heartbreaking and very painful losing our Buddy after 17 years. And after meeting with Ryan , we felt at peace and had complete trust and closure knowing Buddy was in good hands. We spent time with Buddy with family and said our last good byes and prayers . I called Noah's Ark a few years ago. I asked if they would be able to cremate my Shepard mix who had been deceased for two years already. I told Ellie I had her ready for burial, but wasn't sure what I wanted to do at that time. Ellie was great, she told me it wouldn't be a problem. Since my Rottweiler mix was up there in years, I decided to wait until that dreaded day. Unfortunately, that day had finally come. I called yesterday and made the appointment for both my girls. Since I'm pretty far away, they were very accommodating by doing everything in less than two hours and saved me from making two trips. I really appreciated that.Everyone there was great, caring, kind and very sympathetic. Linda and her husband were terrific. I'm sorry I never got to meet Ellie.

My partner and I just lost our dog, who’s pretty much our child, so this was devastating for us. Eli & Kevin were amazing from the start to deal with. We called 5pm the day before and met with them the next morning to handle everything. Within two hours it was all done and our baby was back home with us. I would like to say Thank You for such a comforting experience. Our Boxer, Foxie, passed away this morning of old age. She crossed over The Rainbow Bridge which was not easy for our family and we miss her dearly. My daughter called the crematorium, within the hour they were there and in the most sensitive way they could handle the situation. By the end of the day, she was back home with us. Her paw print ornament, shaved fur so we could remember her and a beautiful wooden box with her ashes. Thank you for such a caring, loving experience.

As a veterinarian, I have provided compassionate end of life care to many beloved pets. When it came time to euthanize my own dog, Sadie-Great Dane, it was very emotionally difficult. Due to her large size, I felt it would be much less stressful to perform the procedure right at the crematorium. There is private room with a super large bed. Ruthie, my English Bulldog laid on the bed right next to Sadie during the whole process. I simply want to say how unbelievably greatful I am to Eli & Kevin for helping me get thru that difficult time. From the beginning phone call to the final hug as I left, Eli & Kevin were amazingly compassionate & supportive.

Ours cat is 14years and 7 months old, just passed away (our lovely baby boy Oskar). In the same day we were looking for cemetery to do cremation for our boy. I cannot express in words how much they helped me. My dog passed at an emergency hospital. The hospital vet was good but the hospital was so cold about the arrangement process. I was searching for any other option and found this place on google. Honestly, they were a god send during a very difficult time. They even stayed open past their regular hours so I could bring my dog over. After wards I found that they provide services far beyond what I expected like transportation and an euthanasia vet friendly room. If the need arises in the future, I will absolutely be only using them. I cannot recommend them enough.

Part 2(Please read Part 1 first)While she was gone I removed the clay from his nails and started readjusting his blanket on him neatly. As I was fixing it she came back and just started zipping his bag. I literally had to move my hand out to keep her from zipping me. She coldly said “said we have other appointment.” I reached for the zipper and said I’d like to zip him trying to be polite when I truly wanted to tell her to stop rushing us. She said “we have other appointments coming in” and she just zipped him quickly and walked off. That was easily the most disgusting heartless thing I have ever experienced in my life. I unzipped his bag and finished fixing him in his blanket nicely and zipped him back up. That moment truly made losing him the hardest. I couldn’t believe she was treating me so horribly. They may do this all day every day but this was the hardest day of my life and though this may have meant nothing to her, those last few moments with my baby meant everything to me.She opened the gate and tossed him in like he was nothing. She then told me she would let me know when he was done. I told her when we came for my brother (during Covid’s height) we were allowed to wait inside. She told me I couldn’t stay inside. So what exactly was this full experience she charged me for? I literally got nothing but worse and worse treatment.They have a pet crematory along with a funeral home for humans. I know on both sides they experience people experiencing grief and trama at all levels so I cannot understand why my pain was invalidated especially with them seeing I was there alone without any support. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t over the top and I didn’t expect or request any treatment outside of the compassion and patience they promised just as experienced with my brother’s dog.While leaving I ran into Peter. I told him we had such a great experience with him & I wish he would have been my servicer today because the lady I worked with was harsh & rushed me. I was so shocked by his response. It’s like he wasn’t even the same man we worked with prior. He sternly told me that I was late and my appointment was at 12 & I held them up and wasn’t ready until almost 1 after arriving at 11:40am. I explained that I had spoken to the woman and she told me it was ok to take the extra time. Had she said I couldn’t I would have been at that door at 12 ready to go. But even still, nothing justifies that treatment. To that he told me they didn’t want to stay there until 10pm doing cremations due to waiting on me. Between the extra 10 minutes and maybe 5 minutes to help prep him how does that turn into 10 at night? He told they didn’t have time to give me the service my brother got and that care is only given when they don’t have other appointments. While I was there with my brother two other animals came in just as during my appointment….I wholly regret coming to them under the belief that they provided stellar service to all at all times. If I knew what I know now, I would have used a local company and saved that almost 5 hours of driving for time to pray and grieve. I could have even waited to give him an actual funeral service but I was so scared to risk trying somewhere else and not getting the compassionate quality care I knew I needed & Mooshu deserved.I’ve even referred others to Noah’s Ark so I have absolutely no idea why they were so nasty to me. I thank God for the kindness and patience from the vet’s office because this cremation experience was a horrid nightmare.Yes, they have all great reviews and this may even be the only negative one written. Feel free to check my profile. I generally only write good reviews. However, we were truly wronged and I will not keep quiet about it.

Wow what can I say about Noah’s Ark? We had to make a very hard decision to put our dog Bailey to sleep. Bailey suffered from seizures and the last week was tough for him. We decided to take him to Noah’ s Ark to be cremated. From my first call to my last call they were the best people. I spoke to Kathy and Ellie greet us there where we met the owner Kevin Orender. Ellie was the nicest person, very compassionate and made us feel like we made the right decision. Within 2/2 1/2 hours he was cremated and we could pick him up. We did not have to wait two weeks. When we picked him up we were greeted by Kevin who also was a very caring person. I would highly recommend Noah’s Ark for anyone going through what we had to go through. Definitely an excellent choice

On the 14th December Bob & I had to say goodbye to our faithful Max. The service at Noah's Ark was exceptional, everything was a perfect way to say our final goodbye. My daughter and I lost our best friend last night and it was beyond devastating. I was frantically searching for the right place to take her and I came across Noah’s Ark. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Kevin. He was so warm and reassuring. It was about a 40 minute drive but as soon as I got there, Kevin was waiting for us. It’s crazy to say that I instantly felt calm and like I’d known him my whole life. He made my Maxine as important to him as she is to us. And within an hour, I was bringing her home. I am so beyond grateful to Kevin and Ellie and what they do and stand for. We are still so heartbroken but knowing she was literally in the best hands she could have been in, we were able to grieve a little bit easier.Kevin & Ellie - from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for everything. My senior dog, Hercules Achilles, crossed the rainbow yesterday morning after an unexpected illness. After a quick research, I called Noah's Ark to have a private cremation services. The funeral home received my Herky's body by 2:00 and the cremation was finished by 4: 30 pm. The people were professional and respectful all the time. They were caring and made this difficult time for me easier. I had Herky's ashes with me yesterday night, and he did not have to spend the night in a strange place. The paw print done was unexpected and something that I will treasure forever. It will trigger beautiful memories from when he used to put his paws on me during cuddling, or playing, and just because of that is priceless!Thank you so much for helping me, and for your sympathies in this difficult time.

Noah's Ark (Ryan and Ellie) took such great care of us during one of the most difficult times in our life. Losing my best friend of 17 years, they showed kindness and compassion. My cat passed away unexpectedly and Noah’s ark helped to ease the pain. I dealt with Ryan who was very nice , understanding , and accommodating. He never tried to sell me anything and offered very encouraging words. While it’s my hope I will never have to use them again I will forever be grateful for their efforts. Very personable, from the very first phone call. Showed care and compassion throughout the entire process. When we arrived the man who worked there was very compassionate. He gave us space and time with our special boy. He did not rush us. When it was time to pick our boy back up later in the day, we received the same care and compassion from another woman. They treat you and your loved ones here with the time and love that you need. We received a special box, paw print, and hair clippings. We know our special boy was in good hands. We highly recommend Noah's Ark.

Rude and unprofessionalThis is the 4th cat I have taken there to be cremated 3 in the past 4 monthsMy appointment was for 4:30I arrived at 4:35 not exactly late thanks to trafficThey claim to be open till 5 but I don't think I was there even 10 minutesBunch of phoniesRyan was the one I dealt withHe asked me if I wanted a fur clipping and when he took out a tiny bag I told him I wanted a larger clipping and he said he didn't have any larger bagsThat was mistake number oneDid not bring me back in the office to select an urn and opened the garage door to rush me outI have always exited thru the door I entered thru in the officeDid not give me any time to spend with my cat or even offerI am beyond upsetThen I called back right away and got Kevin and he was not nice about it at allDid not apologize for bad behaviorI told him I felt rushed and was not allowed to select an urnSaid I could pick out an urn when I pick up his ashesFirst he said they have 3 small urnsI said I do not want anyone selecting my cats urnThe whole experience was extremely upsettingThere is no excuse when you are spending $235 and have spent 3times that amount in almost as many monthsThey deal with death on a daily basis and their lack of sensitivity is appallingParticularly with a beloved petI did not get to spend anytime with my beloved kitty😠I was given the bums rushI have a lot more cats and will be seeking another place when their time comes to pass.

My best buddy passed away on Saturday morning called and made an appointment to drop him off at 12pm loved that you have to call before you go in so it's a little more private woman that to care of me was very compassionate even teared up when I got upset, I picked him up Monday and he was back where he belongs with me and my family.Would recommend 110 percent compassionate, fast, and the remains box is beautiful, the paw print with inscription and snipe of hair was the icing on the cake great job NOAH'S ARK thank you so much ❤️

Fantastic staff, caring and compassionate. I dealt with 4 individuals and they were absolutely great to my wife and I during the loss of our dog, Haze. Ellie was so helpful and allowed us to say goodbye. The location is good and they were done the same day. Amazing service from the most compassionate and caring people. Thank you, Kevin & Eli.From the first moment on the phone with Eli, I knew in my heart that everything would be okay. I could barely even get a few words out before I was in tears, but Eli was patient and so kind. We were about an hour car ride away, but they coordinated all details around our arrival time. We wanted a private cremation for our dog and upon our arrival, they welcomed us in and allowed us as much time to say our goodbyes. After some quick paperwork, Kevin suggested that we grab some lunch nearby and he would call us in a couple hours when the cremains were ready to go home. They are just so amazing. Eli took care of us tonight and I couldn't have picked a better place to get my dog, Ginger, cremated. We had taken Ginger to a vet so they could send her to a crematorium, but I just didn't trust the places that vets send pets to. I googled pet crematoriums and found this wonderful place. I called and explained my situation to Eli and she told me exactly what I needed to do. It's been 4 days since Ginger passed away and she was still frozen on a shelf and I simply didn't feel at peace. I called the vet like Eli told me to do, they had sent her body to the crematorium and they told me they weren't going to cremate her today, so I picked her up and took her to Noah's ark where Eli waited for us past their closing time and even offered to take her out of the car for me because I honestly couldn't get close to her without crying. She brought her inside and laid her on a bed. We filled out paperwork and in the meantime she told us a lot of stories of people that had come in for their services and she honestly was so caring and made me feel so much better. I went to Noah's ark because I wanted to know that my Ginger was going to truly have a private cremation and it honestly doesn't get more private than here. There was absolutely no one but us there, no other pets, no other people, just us. I felt free to hug Ginger, cry and pray for her without feeling uncomfortable. It was as private as having everything happen at home. She even got her paw print even though she was fully frozen. My boyfriend got to see where she got cremated. I honestly couldn't look at it. Eli never rushed anything. On the contrary, I actually felt like she was encouraging me to take my time. She explains the whole process at the beginning and she explains it along the way. She even told me when she was going to open the body bag Ginger was in and asked me if I wanted to see her. Thank you so much Eli. My family and I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us today. By what you told us about the owner I can tell he is as amazing and caring as you, so thank you all for making this sad moment a little more bearable. It is nice to know there is a place that cares about our pets just as much as we do.

I was treated with respect and dignity and so was my mini soul mate. I am so happy that God guided my eyes and fingers to this website. My 8 year old yorkie Louis N. Brown passed away early yesterday morning from cognitive heart failure. I called, expecting to hear a recording, but was greeted by a professional voice service. I received a call back within minutes.They were very professional, compassionate and understanding....During times like this it means so much when you lose a pet to have compassionate professionals assist you, especially because I was an emotional wreck....My husband and I drove to Noah's Ark Pet Crematory and they were there to greet us... The atmosphere was very clean with a calm ambience to it... I was able to say my goodbyes to my fur baby Louis and they had the remains ready within a little over an hour or so. We were also able to hang out in the area while waiting, instead of driving all the way back to Hillside......I will always be grateful to Noah's Ark Pet Crematory.... They gave us a wonderful poor print and a hair clipping and a handsome mahogany box to keep our adorable pets ashes in.. they let us be with our pet before the cremation and actually witness him going into the crematorium...extremely comforting that we know we're only getting our ashes...

My partner and I just lost our dog, who’s pretty much our child, so this was devastating for us. Eli & Kevin were amazing from the start to deal with. We called 5pm the day before and met with them the next morning to handle everything. Within two hours it was all done and our baby was back home with us. I would like to say Thank You for such a comforting experience. Our Boxer, Foxie, passed away this morning of old age. She crossed over The Rainbow Bridge which was not easy for our family and we miss her dearly. My daughter called the crematorium, within the hour they were there and in the most sensitive way they could handle the situation. By the end of the day, she was back home with us. Her paw print ornament, shaved fur so we could remember her and a beautiful wooden box with her ashes. Thank you for such a caring, loving experience.

As a veterinarian, I have provided compassionate end of life care to many beloved pets. When it came time to euthanize my own dog, Sadie-Great Dane, it was very emotionally difficult. Due to her large size, I felt it would be much less stressful to perform the procedure right at the crematorium. There is private room with a super large bed. Ruthie, my English Bulldog laid on the bed right next to Sadie during the whole process. I simply want to say how unbelievably greatful I am to Eli & Kevin for helping me get thru that difficult time. From the beginning phone call to the final hug as I left, Eli & Kevin were amazingly compassionate & supportive.

Ours cat is 14years and 7 months old, just passed away (our lovely baby boy Oskar). In the same day we were looking for cemetery to do cremation for our boy. I cannot express in words how much they helped me. My dog passed at an emergency hospital. The hospital vet was good but the hospital was so cold about the arrangement process. I was searching for any other option and found this place on google. Honestly, they were a god send during a very difficult time. They even stayed open past their regular hours so I could bring my dog over. After wards I found that they provide services far beyond what I expected like transportation and an euthanasia vet friendly room. If the need arises in the future, I will absolutely be only using them. I cannot recommend them enough.
