I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience we had today with this location. We lost our pet rat on Monday night and when we called Tuesday they were ready to take him same day! While we weren’t ready to go that day, that got us in ASAP and took amazing care of us. To a lot of people, Franklin was just a rat, but to us he was family. They knew that, they respected that, and they allowed us to grieve in a beautiful way. They felt our pain with us and did everything they could to keep both Franklin and his family comfortable. The process was so easy and they were so incredibly understanding and gentle. I’m so thankful for their compassion. Thank you, you have no idea how much of a difference you’ve made in our grieving process. We so grateful for your generosity. I highly recommend coming here for a beautiful service that will help you memorialize your fur baby. Thank you again.

My dear orange tabby Holly had to be put down in May. It has been five months and six days since she crossed the rainbow bridge. My mom and I decided to privately cremate her at this facility since Jen and Hannah made us feel so safe and loved when we previously stopped by to ask some questions just to get an idea of what would be coming. It was definitely the right decision to honor my furry baby this way. The compassion of the whole team at Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services, LLC is so deeply appreciated. Holly was fighting to stay here, but she was suffering so we chose to humanely euthanize her on the evening of May 21, 2022, and then Jen and Hannah walked us through the steps, over the phone, of keeping her on ice until their business reopened that following Monday, May 23, so we could bring her in and allow them to get her ready for the service we decided to have on May 24 prior to saying our final farewells to her. The respect and care to your fallen fur family is immense and it is further extended to you, the human companions. The entire building has a warmth to it, from the setup of the Chapel to the beautiful, welcoming statues outside. Plus, the presentation of your pet's remains is so lovely. I shed tears of joy when receiving the bag with Holly's ashes in the urn I selected along with her nose and paw prints and lock of fur. Everyone I interacted with at Abbey Glen was nothing short of kind, considerate and efficient. My vet contracted them for their services following the sudden death of my rabbit. I reached out to them regarding a concern I had with picking him up. They quickly responded and handled the situation well. I had a bunch of follow up questions and requests regarding their services and not once did an employee make me feel like a bother or a burden. They even went the extra mile to make my keepsakes even more special and I am forever grateful for them. They made an awful situation a little bit easier. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Catherine, Gary and Hannah . I do not even know where to start. They are the kindest most compassionate people you can meet; they listen to you and never rush you out. They want to hear about your pet and the stories you have to share. I have experienced several losses over the past few years and every time they have been there with words of comfort and cried with me. They truly understand the devastation of losing a beloved pet. Knowing my babies are in their hands on their final journey has provided me with a sense of relief and comfort. They truly love every animal and treat them with tender loving care like they were their own. So grateful to have found such amazing people during such a time of despair. My 11yo furbaby passed, and I found this place via Google search the next morning. There were 1-2 places that offered pet funeral services, but Abbey Glen's reviews were amazing, so I chose them to take care of my baby. I am glad I found them and came here because the services were amazing. My furbaby was cared for with respect, and thank you for taking care of her afterlife. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for pet aftercare. 5 stars all around!

Needs 10 stars! Catherine (Kat) and Gary, we can't thank you enough. After a horrific week of losing our family member, Gabby, our puggle of 12 years, it was this specific location and their services that turned a bad experience into instant calm the moment we walked in the door. The amount of dignity and respect shown to our family member and our family is almost indescribable. It was important to us that we watched the entire process and to ensure, to the best of our ability, that coming back to us in ashes, was in fact our Gabby. Catherine and Gary did not disappoint. Their poise and professionalism of every minute I was there was top notch. I took notice. After my beloved cat passed away this morning, my family and I were left heartbroken, devastated, and confused about our next steps. After deciding on cremation, I had researched some places, and ultimately decided to bring my baby here. And I will not regret that for a moment.Hannah was unbelievably sweet and consoling. She made me feel very comfortable in the process, as we’ve never lost a pet before. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for this, but was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable everything was priced.Once our baby was ready to be picked up, we headed over. And again was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully everything was packaged and put together.Of course we are devastated at our loss, but could not be anymore grateful for what they’ve done for us.We will definitely return when it’s time, and will highly recommend to everyone in need of their services.Thank you so much to Hannah and Jen from my family and I, and from our sweet Cookies.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars.. I was recommended to come here by a co-worker. From the minute we walked in we were met with a warm and compassionate woman and her equally compassionate daughter. Jen was absolutely wonderful and told us what we could expect for our Ranger . She walked us through the entire process . We were grief stricken and wanted Ranger to go out in first class and this place delivers. They had his name in front of the chapel and she gave us as much time as we needed to say our good-byes and set him up for our viewing. It was beautiful and so peaceful!! she then explained how the entire cremation process works and told us we could watch the entire thing.We sat in the chapel with the viewing window open the entire time. Gives peace of mind knowing only one dog goes in at a time so you can be assured you are getting your dogs remains.our package allowed us to pick a beautiful urn which they added a beautiful necklace with Rangers name engraved on a heart and a locket with his picture. Also included was a lock of his hair, a beautiful nose and paw print and a poem.This is the pet funeral parlor that all places like this should aspire to be. There is not one single detail that Jen and her family have overlooked. They are wonderful and made a horribly sad day a bit better.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!Ranger will forever be with us.The Ferraioli Family

This is my third time using Forever Remembered and I'm sure it won't be my last.Jen is compassionate and the whole process is completely transparent. Beautiful, calming, quiet, and comforting chapel for viewing the cremation process. Beautiful urns included in each fairly priced package.I don't think anything else could be done to make the loss of a pet or the cremation process any better than what you'll get here.

We could not be happier that we found this place . This place was a perfect place to say a final goodbye to our beloved dog, Isla. We live in NY but it was so worth driving to NY and we were able to bring her home on the same day. We recommend to anyone who is looking for a private cremation.

While I have yet to utilize the services of Forever Remembered, I must leave them 5 stars.I run an exotic animal rescue, and have called a few times in the past regarding services and pricing. The woman who answers the phone is so sweet, and just radiates compassion.In the past, we’ve ended up going through our vet’s after-life services due to immediate circumstances.That being said, we hope that when the inevitable keeps happening for our rescue animals, that we can someday use Forever Remembered.To the woman who answers the phone (assuming you may be the owner), please know that your compassion helped me get through the rough day I had today. Our beloved 15 1/2 year old Westie, Casper, was put to sleep on 7/20/24 (Saturday). We were so very grateful to Catherine who met us at this Jackson location on Sunday morning. This is the third Westie that Abbey Glen ( previously Forever Remembered) has respectfully and compassionately taken care of for us.When walking in the door there you immediately feel comforted (as much as can be expected in the circumstances) with a trickling water fountain, candles, plants, soft lighting. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Catherine and Gary. When we went to bring Casper back home on Monday, we brought Casper's 2 year old son, Willie, with us and he put smiles on all of our faces. Bless you for being here, Catherine and Gary, and making such a heartbreaking time a bit easier.

I cannot say enough positive things about Hannah and Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services, LLC in Jackson, NJ. We had a horrific eight-hour experience at an emergency vet that resulted in the unexpected death of my seven year old beloved pug, Greta. My wife and I were unprepared for how to handle our dog’s body but knew that we wanted to get our dog out of the emergency vet’s office immediately; We went online and found this service in Jackson, NJ. Hannah compassionately guided me over the phone regarding how to get Greta’s body to her and suggested we come and spend time with Greta in a peaceful setting. Hannah was in constant contact via text until my wife and I arrived at the facility with our dog’s body. Hannah greeted us upon arrival and was so loving and kind to us and handled every detail. She took our Greta and prepared her for viewing in a beautiful, serene candlelit room. We were encouraged to stay as long as we wanted with Greta. We spent quiet time in peace and were able to say the goodbyes that we were not given at the emergency vet’s office. The time I spent with my dog Greta here meant everything to me – I will treasure this experience forever. Finding this facility and meeting Hannah and having her care so lovingly and respectfully for our Greta was the only bright spot in a terrible ordeal.Additionally, Hannah skillfully guided us through the entire cremation process and we thought the prices were very reasonable. We had Greta back home with us for the final time the same day with the assurance that she was privately cremated, which gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend this business to any pet owner looking for a special way to honor their companion animals.

Just wanna say THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN! MOMMA JEN made me feel like she was my mom how helpful and understanding she was when i called with the bad news about my bearded dragon ZEKE last min! The day it happened! and her daughter HANNAH! ❤️ (sorry if spelled wrong) but they treated us like family! Our neighbor recommended Forever Remembered Pet Services to us after our sweet Schnoodle, Chloe, passed away. We were blessed to have our 4-legged furry family member for 14 years and were heartbroken when her time came. Forever Remembered Pet Services showed us more compassion than we could have ever hoped for and made this difficult time more comforting. A lovely young lady, Hannah, greeted us after we arrived for our scheduled appointment and was so soft-spoken and understanding. She offered several options and was able to fit our needs perfectly. We brought our beloved almost 17-year-old pug/Boston terrier mix to Forever Remembered two days ago. We had used another pet cremation company in New Jersey for our previous dogs. That company was perfectly fine and the people were very compassionate as well. This time we were looking for a place a little closer to home, and we found Forever Remembered online. The reviews were excellent. We found Jen and her daughter to be very compassionate and patient. We are very happy that they took the time to make a paw and nose print for us to keep. There was a very nice selection of urns that we could choose from. Although we’ll always mourn the loss of our Blaze, Jen and her daughter helped make a tough time a little easier.

My precious Luna passed away on me and she deserved more than what most people do with their family pets after they're no longer with us. I came across Forever Remembered and was met with sincerest sympathy and respect in my time of mourning. EVERYTHING was immaculate, the environment was calming and nurturing. Their employee Hannah was very polite, empathetic, and understanding. I was treated with respect and my Luna was handled with such care. Thank you so much for what you have done for my family and I. After our sweet boy (our cat) Max passed away very unexpectedly on 2/6/22 we were left mortified devastated and completely lost on what to do. My fiance and I discussed it with our 12 yr old son whom wanted us to have Max cremated so that we could keep him close to us. We found "Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services". We were very happy about their pricing as well as what's included for the price. We also wanted to be sure that we were getting a private Cremation and not a community one where you'd be getting multiple pets ashes instead of just your own pet. This facility assures you that it's a private Cremation and are willing to show you proof if necessary. As soon as we walked in the doors of this place we immediately felt at ease and comfortable with the surroundings. The place smelled of a beautiful scent of candles. With the package we chose we had the choice of many different urns to choose from and included a pet Memorial Folder of an impression of my pets nose and paw prints! We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend their services!! They are very patient and answer an questions you may have.

I must say "Thank You" for the 2nd time to Forever Remembered and Jen and Hannah. I had to say goodbye to my last fur baby, Callie, 19 yo and it hit me pretty hard. Jen was very responsive whenever I contacted her either by calling or texting. Hannah was very kind and accommodating yesterday when I went to pick her up. She kindly engraved a long message for her urn. Its a family owned local business, and only do private creamations. I recommend them highly for their professional and personal attention to their clients.

I could not believe the royal treatment my dog Dakota had. Sneer expected to walk in and see her laying there partially draped in a beautiful blanket. It felt so good to know she was treated so graciously as if she was royalty. Dakota was my best friend and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you!

This was my first and probably last dog, and I would have never imagined how nice and compassionate they could have been to help me with the last goodbye to my 15 years old best friend.They were extremely careful and I really felt like this was the best way to say goodbye to him.I have done just some minor research in the days coming his last breath and felt comfortable with this place from the reviews and their website. When I spoke to Jen I knew this was the right choice and I was really happy with their service.This is definitely the place where you want to say goodbye.

If there were more than 5 stars I would give them! Jen went above and beyond the call of duty. We lost our boy at 530pm on Friday. She waited 2 hours past closing to receive him. The next morning, she had prepared the most beautiful viewing for us so we could say goodbye. She even let us bring our other dog so she could say goodbye.I was able to stay for the cremation. She kept me posted on every step of the process. She helped me pick a beautiful urn and took nose and paw prints. She gave me a lock of hair and his whiskers. The place itself is very soothing and comforting.The price is way cheaper than the Vet and you know for sure it’s your own pet. You get so much more here. I highly recommend this place to pet owners.

I can’t say enough good things. We ran into an issue with another place after our boy “B” passed. The place the hospital was sending him to had a month wait!! That was completely unacceptable to us. I called here and Daisha (hoping I spelled that correctly) was SO kind and compassionate. They were able to give us the service we hoped for within 48 hours. Hannah was the one to take care of B. Between the 2 of these beautiful souls they made such a difficult time so stress free. The service was absolutely beautiful-everything we wanted for our boy and everything he deserved. Thank you girls!!!! You both have such beautiful hearts!!!!!

Jen was absolutely wonderful, so compassionate. We brought Molly right from the vet's office, stayed thru the cremation, and brought her home with us. I promised I would never leave her, and we didn't. I would definitely recommend.

Jenn is amazing. She had exceeded our expectations above and beyond our comprehension. Took us through our dogs passing and just made it easier for us. From initial phone call to the personal viewing and cremation of our Noah Jenn was Spectacular. I highly recommend the experience that we encountered. Cannot say enough positive statements about this place and recommend Forever Remembered enthusiastically to anyone who is in need of pet cremation services for their loved pet.The level of care is evident from first phone call to collection of ashes. The service is tasteful and was important for our beloved pup Zora and family for closure.Everything is transparent and there is no question you receive your loved ones ashes. This is was big issue for us.Jen is compassionate and thoughtful. She is truly doing a great service.

After having to say goodbye to our beloved family cat of 16 years it was nice to bring her to such a wonderful place for the last step. Jen the owner was kind enough to come in on a Sunday and she was really nice and understanding. The moment you walk in to the building you can fell the positive energy. We were able to pick out the box of our choice which also comes with an engraved plaque. We were referred to forever remembered by a friend and will absolutely do the same if anybody is in this position. Again thank you for your help

I must say thank you, to Jen and Hannah, for being treated so compassionately, when I brought my cat Byron to their establishment.I will always be grateful for Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services, for the exceptional way they handled my cat Byron’s cremation. This business is a family owned business, with dedicated, and very caring people. They go above, and beyond in taking care of everything for grieving families. I chose a small box, that had two gold paw prints on it, and engraved plaque, that was attached to the box. I received a paw print, and his nose print, along with a lock of his fur. This place is amazing!!!! Jen was a Godsend who made the entire experience beautiful & treated my dearly loved cat with the utmost respect. She laid her out so I could say my goodbyes. It left a memory I will have forever and is much more pleasant than a memory of saying goodbye on a metal table in the vet's office. Her sincerity and thoughtfulness brought me to tears multiple times, especially when she surprised me with some extra details I wasn't expecting.I highly recommend going here for your pet and for your own peace of mind. I brought my dog here on what was one the hardest days of my life and their compassion was what i needed. The lyrics had beautiful affordable options, i called a few places and they were the lowest price by $100, so many options for the prove, i foubd the perfect one with my angels birthstone. They have her back to me in a bag with a handmade name tag. I felt so comforted by the care they gave my baby. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. The environment is so soothing. They also provided a nose and paw print which overwhelmed me. Thank you so much for making my difficult day so much better.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars.. I was recommended to come here by a co-worker. From the minute we walked in we were met with a warm and compassionate woman and her equally compassionate daughter. Jen was absolutely wonderful and told us what we could expect for our Ranger . She walked us through the entire process . We were grief stricken and wanted Ranger to go out in first class and this place delivers. They had his name in front of the chapel and she gave us as much time as we needed to say our good-byes and set him up for our viewing. It was beautiful and so peaceful!! she then explained how the entire cremation process works and told us we could watch the entire thing.We sat in the chapel with the viewing window open the entire time. Gives peace of mind knowing only one dog goes in at a time so you can be assured you are getting your dogs remains.our package allowed us to pick a beautiful urn which they added a beautiful necklace with Rangers name engraved on a heart and a locket with his picture. Also included was a lock of his hair, a beautiful nose and paw print and a poem.This is the pet funeral parlor that all places like this should aspire to be. There is not one single detail that Jen and her family have overlooked. This is my third time using Forever Remembered and I'm sure it won't be my last.Jen is compassionate and the whole process is completely transparent. Beautiful, calming, quiet, and comforting chapel for viewing the cremation process. Beautiful urns included in each fairly priced package.I don't think anything else could be done to make the loss of a pet or the cremation process any better than what you'll get here.

While I have yet to utilize the services of Forever Remembered, I must leave them 5 stars.I run an exotic animal rescue, and have called a few times in the past regarding services and pricing. The woman who answers the phone is so sweet, and just radiates compassion.In the past, we’ve ended up going through our vet’s after-life services due to immediate circumstances.That being said, we hope that when the inevitable keeps happening for our rescue animals, that we can someday use Forever Remembered.To the woman who answers the phone (assuming you may be the owner), please know that your compassion helped me get through the rough day I had today. Our beloved 15 1/2 year old Westie, Casper, was put to sleep on 7/20/24 (Saturday). We were so very grateful to Catherine who met us at this Jackson location on Sunday morning. This is the third Westie that Abbey Glen ( previously Forever Remembered) has respectfully and compassionately taken care of for us.When walking in the door there you immediately feel comforted (as much as can be expected in the circumstances) with a trickling water fountain, candles, plants, soft lighting. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Catherine and Gary. When we went to bring Casper back home on Monday, we brought Casper's 2 year old son, Willie, with us and he put smiles on all of our faces. Bless you for being here, Catherine and Gary, and making such a heartbreaking time a bit easier.

I cannot say enough positive things about Hannah and Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services, LLC in Jackson, NJ. We had a horrific eight-hour experience at an emergency vet that resulted in the unexpected death of my seven year old beloved pug, Greta. My wife and I were unprepared for how to handle our dog’s body but knew that we wanted to get our dog out of the emergency vet’s office immediately; We went online and found this service in Jackson, NJ. Hannah compassionately guided me over the phone regarding how to get Greta’s body to her and suggested we come and spend time with Greta in a peaceful setting. Hannah was in constant contact via text until my wife and I arrived at the facility with our dog’s body. Hannah greeted us upon arrival and was so loving and kind to us and handled every detail. She took our Greta and prepared her for viewing in a beautiful, serene candlelit room. We were encouraged to stay as long as we wanted with Greta. We spent quiet time in peace and were able to say the goodbyes that we were not given at the emergency vet’s office. The time I spent with my dog Greta here meant everything to me – I will treasure this experience forever. Finding this facility and meeting Hannah and having her care so lovingly and respectfully for our Greta was the only bright spot in a terrible ordeal.Additionally, Hannah skillfully guided us through the entire cremation process and we thought the prices were very reasonable. We had Greta back home with us for the final time the same day with the assurance that she was privately cremated, which gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend this business to any pet owner looking for a special way to honor their companion animals.

Thank you to Forever Remembered Pet Cremation - I was distraught looking for services to cremate my 15yo Maltese, Leia - I did a google search, called and spoke with Hannah - we went the next day and she was so sympathetic, went througg the process & told us our girl will be cremated by the afternoon which she was. The most soothing part was the atmosphere of their office - we were so calmed & impressed. I still have 3 dogs, 1 cat & a cockatoo - Forever Remembered will definitely be seeing us again when my babies cross the rainbow bridge.

Forever Remembered does everything perfectly and with love. I am happy to have found them for my ferret Belial. There's so much to praise, but some of the highlights for me were: Affordable service, prices listed on website, prices that adjust per size of animal, shipping of remains (very nice since it was an hour drive away), a beautiful interior and atmosphere, and a grand selection of home-made candles. We will use this location again in the future (hopefully later than sooner of course!)

Words cannot express how grateful we are with Jen and the services her son and daughter provided for our family. Saying goodbye to our Zeus was not easy by far, but knowing he was in the hands of such warm caring individuals made the process bearable. She was patient, kind and understanding. Our family recently lost our 11 y.o. bunny. Being our first family pet and first experience with pet death, we really didn't know what to do. He was such a big part of our lives, we decided on cremation. After researching, we decided that Forever Remember sounded the best. The price was lowest (a competing business offered price matching, which seems odd in this industry) and they only do private cremation for cheaper than most places do individual cremation - different than private I learned. When we went in, there is comforting music and a serene environment inside, with displays of packages you can choose to remember your pet. We gave our pets info and she let us pick our urn and said an engraved plaque would be made...at no extra cost. The process was finished that day, and we also got (unexpectedly) a display of his nose print and paw prints with the rainbow bridge story and a certificate. Never experiencing a pet death, I was blown away with how professional and caring they were with our little buddy. While I have no experience to compare Forever Remembered against another business, I can't imagine another place being nearly as good. I hope we don't need this service again soon, but if we do, I'm comforted knowing Forever Remembered will treat my pet as I would have.

My dog had been sick for awhile and we finally had to put him down yesterday morning, after the vet came to our house and my dog passed, we brought him over to forever remember. My mom had called them the day before to set up the services. They were awesome and helped us get through our difficult time! They even made us a little card with my dogs nose and paw print and it was the most thoughtful thing! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I took my chinchilla Lucy here after we found her passed away. This broke my heart. We brought her here and I'm so happy we did. I just lost by baby girl Titi who was 15 y/o on May 2nd. I had spoke to Jen the day before as I knew the next day my baby was being put to rest and she told me when I was ready to bring her in. Her daughter Hannah was the sweetest and soooo understanding. I truly am blessed to have found this place because r everything came out soooo beautiful. The day after which was my baby’s memorial my baby was waiting for me in the chapel looking as sweet and angelic as she always did when she was sleeping. I could not stop crying because she was gone and they made her look so beautiful with the blanket over her. I saw them as they put her in to get cremated and I got to leave with her ashes in a beautiful urn and her nose and paw prints which I thought was such a beautiful keepsake. Our neighbor recommended Forever Remembered Pet Services to us after our sweet Schnoodle, Chloe, passed away. We were blessed to have our 4-legged furry family member for 14 years and were heartbroken when her time came. We brought our beloved almost 17-year-old pug/Boston terrier mix to Forever Remembered two days ago. We had used another pet cremation company in New Jersey for our previous dogs. That company was perfectly fine and the people were very compassionate as well. This time we were looking for a place a little closer to home, and we found Forever Remembered online. The reviews were excellent. We found Jen and her daughter to be very compassionate and patient. We are very happy that they took the time to make a paw and nose print for us to keep. After our sweet boy (our cat) Max passed away very unexpectedly on 2/6/22 we were left mortified devastated and completely lost on what to do. My fiance and I discussed it with our 12 yr old son whom wanted us to have Max cremated so that we could keep him close to us. We found "Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services". We were very happy about their pricing as well as what's included for the price. We also wanted to be sure that we were getting a private Cremation and not a community one where you'd be getting multiple pets ashes instead of just your own pet. This facility assures you that it's a private Cremation and are willing to show you proof if necessary. As soon as we walked in the doors of this place we immediately felt at ease and comfortable with the surroundings. The place smelled of a beautiful scent of candles. With the package we chose we had the choice of many different urns to choose from and included a pet Memorial Folder of an impression of my pets nose and paw prints! We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend their services!! They are very patient and answer an questions you may have.

I must say "Thank You" for the 2nd time to Forever Remembered and Jen and Hannah. I had to say goodbye to my last fur baby, Callie, 19 yo and it hit me pretty hard. Jen was very responsive whenever I contacted her either by calling or texting. Hannah was very kind and accommodating yesterday when I went to pick her up. She kindly engraved a long message for her urn. Its a family owned local business, and only do private creamations. I recommend them highly for their professional and personal attention to their clients.

I could not believe the royal treatment my dog Dakota had. Sneer expected to walk in and see her laying there partially draped in a beautiful blanket. This was my first and probably last dog, and I would have never imagined how nice and compassionate they could have been to help me with the last goodbye to my 15 years old best friend.They were extremely careful and I really felt like this was the best way to say goodbye to him.I have done just some minor research in the days coming his last breath and felt comfortable with this place from the reviews and their website. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them! Jen went above and beyond the call of duty. We lost our boy at 530pm on Friday. She waited 2 hours past closing to receive him. The next morning, she had prepared the most beautiful viewing for us so we could say goodbye. She even let us bring our other dog so she could say goodbye.I was able to stay for the cremation. She kept me posted on every step of the process. She helped me pick a beautiful urn and took nose and paw prints. She gave me a lock of hair and his whiskers. The place itself is very soothing and comforting.The price is way cheaper than the Vet and you know for sure it’s your own pet. You get so much more here. I highly recommend this place to pet owners.

My local funeral home (Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home Pennsauken, NJ) works with Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services and I was extremely happy with how they both handled the care and memorial of our family member in August 2022. Our dog's ashes were placed in a beautiful wooden box that was engraved with her name, and nose and paw prints. I would recommend their service to pet owners.

Jenn Steinman, welcomed us and treated us with the utmost respect. I called in the midst of grief wanting to have my beloved Mandy ( 18 yr old Lilac Siamese ) cremated but I was very concerned with the many things I read online regarding pet cremation and the probability that they are cremated in groups and one is not guaranteed to actually receive back the ashes of their beloved pet, but Jenn Steinman goes above and beyond in making sure that is absolutely never the case. First and foremost she does not do any group cremation, more than that she allows for the viewing of the entire process while seated in a very comfortable chapel. I have never cremated a pet before; she made us feel safe in our grief and respected. She created a beautiful necklace to go around the urn, took paw prints and nose prints of our Mandy, laid her in a chapel for viewing, and even invited us back for a candlelight memorial service in December. I can't thank her enough for her compassion. Losing Mandy is so painful and stressful, but Jenn made it just a little easier and a lot more dignified. I highly recommend her services over any and all competitors. If you want a 100% guarantee that your are receiving the cremains of your pet and if you want to be treated with dignity and respect, then Forever Remembered is the only place to consider.

I can’t say enough good things. We ran into an issue with another place after our boy “B” passed. The place the hospital was sending him to had a month wait!! That was completely unacceptable to us. I called here and Daisha (hoping I spelled that correctly) was SO kind and compassionate. They were able to give us the service we hoped for within 48 hours. Hannah was the one to take care of B. Between the 2 of these beautiful souls they made such a difficult time so stress free. The service was absolutely beautiful-everything we wanted for our boy and everything he deserved. Our beloved cockerpoo, Clarice, was creamated yesterday at Forever Remembered. Jen, the owner was an absolute saint. We will forever be grateful for her sensitivity and professionalism. She took what was an unbelievably difficult time for my boyfriend Ric and I and provided compassion and understanding during the entire process. Our Clarice was handled with the utmost care and respect. Jen thoroughly explained the process before doing anything. She was completely upfront with us at every step. Jen was willing to show us as much or as little as we wanted, or needed to see, to help us gain the closure we seeked. The chapel was warm and beautifully decorated. The facility is immaculate. Her rates are very reasonable. Included was a lovely box of our choosing to house Clarice’s ashes. We were also provided with her paw and nose prints on a card, along with a poem as a keepsake. The box was personalized with an engraving which Jen made for us on the spot. Everything was carefully wrapped and packaged with colorful tissue paper and hand painted name tag, much like a gift bag. I thought this was especially fitting to remind us perhaps of the gift Clarice had been in our lives. This was our first experience in dealing with pet creamation and Jen’s level of professionalism made it possible for us to say goodbye with the love and dignity our beautiful girl deserved. After having our cat, Clover, at Forever Remembered for cremation, I could never chose another place for my beloved pets. For a very reasonable price, we received so much more than we expected. As soon as you arrive for the viewing service, the ambiance was immediately soothing for our aching hearts. There was a gentle waterfall, soothing music and aroma therapy for relaxation. We knew there would be a viewing before cremation, but it was more touching than we expected. Our pets are our family, our babies, granddogs etc. Clover received a service fit for a human. As only one pet is cremated on a given day, we were givenas much time as we needed to say goodbye and process our grief. when we were ready as we could be, we gave the ok for the cremation. we watched from the viewing window in the chapel as Clover was cremated. You are not obligated to watch but are given the option. My daughter called Clover her Princess. Ms. Jenn customized a box we chose for Clover adding a crown as the finishing touch. Thank you to Forever Remembered Pet Cremation - I was distraught looking for services to cremate my 15yo Maltese, Leia - I did a google search, called and spoke with Hannah - we went the next day and she was so sympathetic, went througg the process & told us our girl will be cremated by the afternoon which she was. The most soothing part was the atmosphere of their office - we were so calmed & impressed. I still have 3 dogs, 1 cat & a cockatoo - Forever Remembered will definitely be seeing us again when my babies cross the rainbow bridge.

Forever Remembered does everything perfectly and with love. I am happy to have found them for my ferret Belial. There's so much to praise, but some of the highlights for me were: Affordable service, prices listed on website, prices that adjust per size of animal, shipping of remains (very nice since it was an hour drive away), a beautiful interior and atmosphere, and a grand selection of home-made candles. We will use this location again in the future (hopefully later than sooner of course!)

Words cannot express how grateful we are with Jen and the services her son and daughter provided for our family. Our family recently lost our 11 y.o. bunny. Being our first family pet and first experience with pet death, we really didn't know what to do. He was such a big part of our lives, we decided on cremation. After researching, we decided that Forever Remember sounded the best. The price was lowest (a competing business offered price matching, which seems odd in this industry) and they only do private cremation for cheaper than most places do individual cremation - different than private I learned. When we went in, there is comforting music and a serene environment inside, with displays of packages you can choose to remember your pet. We gave our pets info and she let us pick our urn and said an engraved plaque would be made...at no extra cost. The process was finished that day, and we also got (unexpectedly) a display of his nose print and paw prints with the rainbow bridge story and a certificate. Never experiencing a pet death, I was blown away with how professional and caring they were with our little buddy. While I have no experience to compare Forever Remembered against another business, I can't imagine another place being nearly as good. I hope we don't need this service again soon, but if we do, I'm comforted knowing Forever Remembered will treat my pet as I would have.

My dog had been sick for awhile and we finally had to put him down yesterday morning, after the vet came to our house and my dog passed, we brought him over to forever remember. My mom had called them the day before to set up the services. They were awesome and helped us get through our difficult time! They even made us a little card with my dogs nose and paw print and it was the most thoughtful thing! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I took my chinchilla Lucy here after we found her passed away. This broke my heart. We brought her here and I'm so happy we did. I just lost by baby girl Titi who was 15 y/o on May 2nd. I had spoke to Jen the day before as I knew the next day my baby was being put to rest and she told me when I was ready to bring her in. Her daughter Hannah was the sweetest and soooo understanding. I truly am blessed to have found this place because r everything came out soooo beautiful. The day after which was my baby’s memorial my baby was waiting for me in the chapel looking as sweet and angelic as she always did when she was sleeping. I could not stop crying because she was gone and they made her look so beautiful with the blanket over her. I saw them as they put her in to get cremated and I got to leave with her ashes in a beautiful urn and her nose and paw prints which I thought was such a beautiful keepsake. My local funeral home (Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home Pennsauken, NJ) works with Forever Remembered Pet Cremation and Memorial Services and I was extremely happy with how they both handled the care and memorial of our family member in August 2022. Our dog's ashes were placed in a beautiful wooden box that was engraved with her name, and nose and paw prints. I would recommend their service to pet owners.

Jenn Steinman, welcomed us and treated us with the utmost respect. I called in the midst of grief wanting to have my beloved Mandy ( 18 yr old Lilac Siamese ) cremated but I was very concerned with the many things I read online regarding pet cremation and the probability that they are cremated in groups and one is not guaranteed to actually receive back the ashes of their beloved pet, but Jenn Steinman goes above and beyond in making sure that is absolutely never the case. First and foremost she does not do any group cremation, more than that she allows for the viewing of the entire process while seated in a very comfortable chapel. I have never cremated a pet before; she made us feel safe in our grief and respected. She created a beautiful necklace to go around the urn, took paw prints and nose prints of our Mandy, laid her in a chapel for viewing, and even invited us back for a candlelight memorial service in December. I can't thank her enough for her compassion. Losing Mandy is so painful and stressful, but Jenn made it just a little easier and a lot more dignified. I highly recommend her services over any and all competitors. If you want a 100% guarantee that your are receiving the cremains of your pet and if you want to be treated with dignity and respect, then Forever Remembered is the only place to consider.

I was inconsolable for 2 days... the minute and I mean the minute I walked into Forever Remembered ~ I felt peace.She took extra care on the cremation of our baby girl Chloe.Thanks Jen !

This is the most caring and compassionate place, I loved how there are NO group cremations so you know you are getting you’re angel and only your angel, she gives them the most beautiful resting place, along with a memory keep sake of their fur or feather and their paw or foot print, the prices are more then fair for all she does, I will be recommending this place to everyone and I will continue to bring all my future angels here, if I could give a bigger start rating I would

Beautiful service, soothing atmosphere, compassionate understanding, all provided by the wonderful staff!! Didn’t know what to expect when my daughter’s pet past on but felt at peace through the whole process. Thank you!!
