A wonderful place you wish you never needed. Andrea was so lovely and so comforting. Our baby Boston passed at home Christmas night and I wondered well, now what? I thought I would drop him at the vet for the crematory process and did a Google search and came across this place. We brought him the next day, went over options and Andrea even gently laid him out on what is sort of like a casket table so we could spend a little time saying goodbye. Her services and price was so reasonable. My husband, daughter and I were so comforted by the care that was taken. I hope to never need these services for a long time, but I will never forget how kind they were in our sad time.

My family and I had to make the hardest and worst decision possible to have our pup Ace put down after 17 glorious years. This Took Place Monday December 30. Andrea was more than a pleasure to work with in our time of grief. Not only was she helpful. She was very understanding and compassionate. She explained to us our options in the process of everything. Our family was expecting to receive our baby boy back by the end of the week but today being New Year’s Day with an amazing gift of letting us know he was ready to come home today. We cannot thank Friends forever enough. I was a mess the day we brought him in and even today when he was picked up and Andrea was nothing but kind and compassionate. Thank you so much. After our beloved Bella passed away on December 14, 2023. My Mom and I were left heartbroken, devastated, and confused about our next steps. After deciding on cremation, I had researched some places, and ultimately decided to bring Bella here. And I will not regret that for a moment.Andrea was unbelievably sweet and consoling. She made us feel very comfortable in the process, as we’ve never lost a pet before. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for this, but were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable everything was priced, even being seen late at night. The facility is clean and you can feel the love and care that they have for these beloved pets. My mom and I decided to privately cremate her at this facility and It was definitely the right decision to honor our Bella this way. Once she was ready be picked up, we headed over, and again we were pleasantly satisfied on how everything was packaged. The paw print mold, and urn was absolutely beautiful we loved everything. We were even given seeds to plant a tree in her honor. Of course we are devastated at our loss, but could not be anymore grateful for what they’ve done for us. Incredibly rude, especially when dealing with a mourning family. We lost my dog on a Friday night and called over the weekend. My husband and I wanted a cremation service right away so we called multiple places not realizing we both called the same place and both left messages. When I got a phone call back the woman seemed really annoyed that we both called and that she already talked to us. During the phone call, she referred to my dog, Luke, as "your pet" which seemed very cold, but was not too big of a deal at first, except it is worth mentioning with how the rest of the call went. In comparison, every other place immediately offered their condolences and asked for a name and used it to address him and were beyond sympathetic. This woman was so indifferent. She then proceeded to paint a vivid picture of my dog as being crushed in a chest, frozen with other dogs, probably covered in blood feces and urine, all while I'm crying and trying to get thru the phone call without losing it. Although those things may be true, it is not something you say to the family, especially as cold hearted as she did. Furthermore, she claims she picks up dogs at vet offices to bring them to her place (she told me this for my previous dog, but we did not use her services then), yet this time she told me she would not "waste" her time driving to Red bank and back. Not like I expected it for free, price was never an object. She was just very unprofessional and I would never call her again. I wouldn't want to inconvenience her to help a grieving family during one of their hardest times.

When our beloved cat reached the end stage of her illness, we knew we would call Andrea at Friends Forever on her final day. This the second time we brought a pet to Andrea. Andrea made us feel 100% confident our pet would be treated lovingly and respectfully from the time we dropped her off to the time we picked her up, and 100% confident that the remains of our pet and only our pet would be returned to us. We are fortunate to have her nearby and ready to help, as it greatly reduced our stress during a very sad time. We would not consider bringing a pet anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend.

Words can't express how grateful I am for the compassionate care we received from Andrea at Friends Forever Pet Crematory. Our poor 17 1/2 year old Chloe passed away at home. I was devastated, but Andrea did everything in her power to make it an easier experience. We were promptly given an appointment, she helped me fill out the forms. They have a lovely seating area where you can spend time with your furbaby. Her box was beautifully engraved with her name and dates, and we were able to bring her home within a few days. I am so glad we found Friends Forever Pet Crematory and highly recommend their services.

My Sweet Bearded Dragon, Rosie, had surgery on Friday. She survived the surgery and came home the same day but she did not make it through the night. My heart is broken and my sweet girl is surely in heaven where I will see her again some day. Thank you Rosie for our fun times together. I miss our daily routines! xxoo I could not stop crying and my thoughts were what proper burial I would have for my sweet girl. I thankfully found Friends Forever! What an AMAZING place. They are the only reason I could get through the weekend. I called and spoke to Andrea at 6 am. She answered the phone and what a pleasant, heart-felt voice I heard on the other end. Andrea was so great and she reassured me that she would take great care of Rosie. I met her within a few hours. She had everything ready for Rosie and I asked her to keep Rosie in her blanket, which she did and Andrea even saved a piece of it and returned it with Rosie. I knew that I would get my Rosie back and not ashes of any other pet. This was my worry initially but not anymore. I picked Rosie up on Monday 4/27/20. She was well-taken care of and she rests in her beautiful box with her fav blanket. Her velvet pouch with Rainbow Bridge wording is beautiful and best yet; Andrea put her little claw print in there so I can go feel close to her whenever I am feeling down. What more can I say to you Andrea, but THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! You helped me through this and I am forever grateful. There comes a difficult time of when your loved one has to go and we live roughly 45 minutes away and there were other pet crematories near us however Friends Forever Pet Crematory answered our phone call on Tuesday roughly at 4:15 AM and had treated us with nothing but with respect and kindness. Thank you Andrea for making this experience less painful and for guiding us the process that you go through. We feel so grateful to have gone to your services and I am sure little Junior is hopping around in bunny heaven. We cannot thank you enough, and we definitely recommend this place. I can not say enough good things about this place and the woman that works there. My girlfriend and I have now brought 2 of our dogs who passed away here. Each time we were greeted with dignity and compassion. I'm sorry I can not remember the woman's name but she is incredibly personable and shows a great amount of care in a incredibly vulnerable time. They treat your pet as if it were a human family member. The products and services they offer are top notch. We will be using them in the future and will recommend any family and friends.

I called on Wednesday afternoon at 6:50pm to inquire about the cremation services for my cat who had just passed away earlier in the day. The website states that this place is available by phone 24 hours. The lady who answered the phone was so rude that at first, I thought I had the wrong number. I told her that my cat had passed earlier in the day and her response was “well, why did you wait so long?” I wasn’t sure why she was being so hostile and argumentative. When I asked about the prices she said “it could be in the 100’s or the 300’s I don’t know”. I didn’t think asking about prices would have been such a difficult question for her to handle. I would expect more compassion from a business like this. I decided to just hang up the phone but, not before telling her that she was an awful employee or owner. I ended up taking my cat somewhere else in Ewing.Based on the responses from this business on some of the reviews it’s obvious that this business lacks basic elementary level professionalism. I am of the opinion that this place should be avoided.

Our beloved Basset Hound Dakota passed away after a wonderful 14 years with us. Andrea was absolutely wonderful in helping us through a very difficult time. She is very professional and compassionate, and she is punctual with our appointments. Our fur baby passed away on Saturday night, and Andrea came in at 11 PM to meet us. Her facility is warm, clean and well-kept like a family home. Andrea gave us all the possible options (urn, paw prints, photos, etc.) for cremation, and the price is reasonable. We highly recommend Andrea and Friends Forever to anyone who is going through this difficult time.

About a year ago our Pomeranian Abbey passed away in the early morning. This was my first experience with a pet passing and I woke up before work to find that she had gone. This was incredibly traumatic and at 6 am, I didnt know what to do or who to call. I googled and Friends Forever was at the top of the list. Andrea called me back immediately despite how early it was. She has a wonderful calming presence and it was such a relief to connect. When I got to the crematorium she met with me right away and helped me to navigate the different options. She was incredibly mindful of the situation and was a great comfort during such a sad and stressful day. In less than a week Abbey was returned to us in a beautiful wooden box with a lovely poem and sweet paw print card. When its time for my cat to cross the rainbow bridge Andrea will be my first call.

She is professional, flexible, compassionate and timely. Her facility is beautiful, warm and extremely well kept. Every detail from start to finish was smooth and comforting. It has been very hard for our family to lose our Beagle after 12 years of giving us his company, he had liver cancer, he died in our home surrounded by all the love we had for him, after processing that he would never be with us again. We who had crossed the rainbow had to say goodbye worthy of him, we did not know where to go, where to call so we began to investigate early in the morning and we found this great place Friends Forever and Andrea was very kind and understanding during our visit call, we set out to take our Cobby but a flat tire delayed us more than the time agreed with Andrea, we called her and apologized because we were going to arrive 30 minutes later, Andres very kindly understood our situation and arranged our arrival so as not to having to wait, once at her place she received us at all times, she was very kind, compassionate, she guided us in the best way to say goodbye to our Cobby, reminders, the ballot box, she gave us our space to say goodbye for the last time to our beloved pet, it was the same way when we went to collect the ashes, we will always be very grateful to Andrea for making this whole process totally bearable and lighter for our pain, Thank you for everything Andrea (English is not our first language) and you were very kind in helping us with every detail and at all times

Andrea is absolutely wonderful! We lost our sweet baby girl last week and felt that cremation was the write choice for us so I google searched pet cremation places and friends forever had the absolute best review and I was not disappointed! Andrea was so accommodating and flexible, and had amazingly quick turn around. I dropped off our baby on a Tuesday, she was cremated and ready for pickup on Wednesday. Making calls and reaching out to a business like Friends Forever Pet Crematory Services is one of the most unfortunate and difficult tasks at hand for a pet owner.Finding an operator, owner, and customer service representative like Andrea this day and age who makes it a lot less harder then it needs to be... is a blessing.Andrea was very responsive initially on my first call on a Saturday afternoon and even until late Saturday evening beyond normal operating hours for a business like hers when others are impossible to reach, she was available.She was thorough, and extremely accommodating from the initial phone call to every conversation since. She even thought of accommodating us with availability and services we would not have thought of on our own.She clearly takes her business very seriously, is extremely compassionate with her customers about their unfortunate loss and is willing to go the extra mile for them.I've called quite a few places before finding Andrea at Friends Forever Pet Crematory and it's evident that many people I spoke to are in this business for the business (which is not a bad thing), but Andrea in my experience is in this business for that and most importantly for delivering a dignified service without the attitude that comes often when businesses know you are in need of their services.God bless you, your staff and anyone in need of her services. I first found Friends Forever through a Google Search the night before my beloved cat, Prince, went to the Rainbow Bridge. While reading all of the reviews and visiting their web page, I got an overwhelming feeling in my heart that Friends Forever was the right place to turn to in this dark time in my life. And I was right. From the first phone call, Andrea was so warm and caring, and she immediately offered to come in and open up an hour early so we could accommodate my work schedule, free of charge. When I met her the next day, I was instantly comforted and relieved that my cherished cat, Prince, was in the right hands. She helped me through every step of the process, and always asked if I was ready or if I would like more time...she would have happily waited forever if I asked her to. I greatly appreciated how I absolutely never felt rushed, and that I was able to be present during the process. I was pleased to find a clean, professional, updated high-tech facility and was surprised at how calm and peaceful the entire process was. My Prince was treated with the utmost dignity and respect and for that I am eternally grateful. Andrea was personable, friendly, and empathetic and I truly can not thank her enough for helping me through this. I will without a doubt be choosing her again in the future, and recommending Friends Forever to all of my pet-loving friends and family. I am so thankful I followed my intuition and my heart by choosing Andrea and I have received what is priceless to me: a profound feeling of closure. My mother's dog passed away in his sleep 5 days ago. She called me for help and I immediately rushed over. I called the vet and was told that I could meet them in their parking lot and they would take the dog's body. In 6-7 weeks, they would send us his ashes.I felt there was another solution out there and I went to google. Friends Forever Pet Crematory popped up and I gave a call. Andrea picked up and provided me information and said she could see us that very day.We arrived at the facility-- it was clean, well cared for and felt very much like a warm and friendly funeral home.Andrea laid out my mom's dog and discussed with us the options. I was amazed at the different options available to us. We even felt we had a mini, unofficial viewing for Rocky; it was the closure we needed.Yesterday, I got a call from Andrea letting me know that Rocky's ashes were ready for pick up. When I arrived, she had a lovely bag containing Rocky's wooden box with an engraved label, a vial of his fur, a plaster mold of his paw prints, and a certificate with Rocky's paw prints in ink.My father passed away a decade ago and we had him cremated. After the memorial service, the funeral home director told me to retrieve my father's ashes, and I remember being surprised that they were in a black cardboard box. Our dog got a better send off than my father!Lastly, the vet told me the cost for parking lot pick up and it was only 5 dollars less than what Andrea charged us! The price is surprisingly affordable considering what you receive.All I can say is this was an absolutely wonderful, caring, gentle experience during a rough time for us. Andrea is lovely and I absolutely will recommend Friend Forever to my friends and family who have pets.

Andrea was absolutely wonderful in accommodating us at a time of heavy emotional loss. Our 14.5 year old pug Gwennie went peacefully the morning of February 27th, and we arranged to have her body cremated at Friends Forever that afternoon. Every detail was cared for, and Andrea walked us through the entire process with compassion and understanding. While I can't speak to other crematories since this was my first experience, I have no doubt that Friends Forever is in a class by itself. Andrea was so helpful with the entire process. She was patient with us, (especially me, I was a mess), and walked us through everything. She gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye to our ferret. His box came out so beautiful but the Rainbow Bridge poem made me cry my face off again. I would recommend this place to anyone. The entire experience made me feel better knowing Bear was in good hands. Andrea went above and beyond and I can't thank her enough.

I am writing this review of Friends Forever Pet Crematory because of wonderful experience I had with them, during the most painful time in my life. I lost my first "baby" dog Mr. Oliver suddenly. He passed away at home and I had no idea what to do or where to go. I called the vet and they offered services, but it just seemed so impersonal for my liking. I scoured the internet looking for different crematoriums and there were some closer to me but Friends Forever had glowing reviews and I decided to give them a call. And there is a reason for all those wonderful reviews. Andrea picked up the phone right away even though it was before business hours. She discussed with me my options and told me to head in around 9:30. My family and I arrived and was greeted by Andrea. She helped us get Mr. Oliver in the room and up onto a lovely bed where we could say our goodbyes in private. She took us into a room to discuss the different options they had. We were then able to go back to the room while she took his paw print and got him ready. We had a little more time to say our goodbyes to him before the cremation. She worked quickly and efficiently. We were told we would be able to get his remains back that same day we just had to wait about an hour or so. I was shocked as I thought we'd have to wait and come back another time. Andrea made the process so easy and I was so glad to be going back home with him right away. The whole process was easy and seemed very personal to us. I knew where he was at all times and it made it so much easier to know that. I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for pet cremation. I'm so glad I made the decision to use them. Please beware of this awful place.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE. I have written to you twice and have not heard back from you with regards to the horrible way my pup was presented to view after we said goodbye on November 15th with our Vet. I am not letting this go. Your very demeanor towards me on the phone acting like a doctor saying my pup probably had cancer and that's why he was bleeding from his mouth without knowing his medical history was cold and uncaring. Your services were awful and we should have never had to viewour pup in the condition he was in with blood coming from his mouth and privates. Not to mention, he was blood stained on his back and still had a tag on his paw. We were graced with using another service for other pets and know the difference. I am requesting a full refund of my monies paid. I am not going away. This will be posted everywhere and I have already contacted the media as a means to expose how you mishandled our pup. You handled us like a business transaction and it was rushed. You never explained that we couldn't watch the cremation which we have done before. So impersonal and I demand a refund.What an atrocious way to handle such a heartbreaking life event. We can never unsee what we saw. Our poor guy suffered something under your care. While we may never know, I'm comforted he was already passed before the bleeding started. You our vet could explain why. Losing my dog was hands down the worst day of my life and Andrea made the hardest parts of it so manageable. Unbelievably accommodating, and incredibly thoughtful. We drove well over an hour to reach her facility because of how special their services are, absolutely worth it and I would recommend them for absolutely any heart breaking goodbye. Thank you endlessly Andrea, we now have Diesel to keep close to our hearts and a calm sense of peace until we meet him again at rainbow bridge.

Friends Forever Pet Crematory was great. Unfortunately after 12+ years our family dog Cocoa lost her battle with cancer and we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. We worked with Andrea who is one of the most compassion and caring animal lovers I have ever met. She was very professional and sympathetic toward us during this extremely emotional time. Andrea allowed us to come in ahead of time to talk about the different options we could select to remember Cocoa. Each member of our family will get a clay paw print of Cocoa so we can all still have a part of her during any tough days ahead. During Cocoas final hours Andrea treated Cocoa like her own dog and treated us like family. I recently had to have a furry family member put to sleep. He had been diagnosed with a disease that we were managing quite well, but things suddenly took a turn overnight. I called my vet in the morning with the hopes of having him seen so he could pass without enduring anymore discomfort , but like many offices post COVID, they were booked to the max and unable to see him . I reached out to Andrea, and within 10 minutes she called me back with a Vet that was willing to meet me at Friends Forever and gently end my pets suffering. Having to call a stranger at such an emotional moment was stressful to say the least, but Andrea brought me peace. She is kind, caring, compassionate and beyond helpful. Her facility is beautiful, and she walks you through the process with total transparency. I highly recommend Friends Forever.

I am so grateful to Andrea from Friends Forever. She guided us through a very painful time in our lives, saying goodbye to our beloved Josie. Andrea made arrangements for euthanasia and cremation for us on a Saturday morning. The Veterinarian she uses was so kind and compassionate and explain everything so there were no surprises. We were able to be with our dog and love her until the end. Since we traveled so far Andrea cremated Josie and we could take her home with us. It is VERY comforting to know that Josie died with her "pack" loving her. Thank you Andrea for giving Josie the dignity she deserved in life and in death.

3yrs ago. It was a snowy winter at the end of December, our beloved 14 yrs old cat Cookie passed away... It was the saddest day in my life as our first pet loss. We wanted to cremate him but we didn't know where we should bring him. Then, we met Andrea. She cared about our feelings and she respectfully took care of our Cookie. ..We were very satisfied with her services, Then 3 yrs later we lost another beloved our special cat, Conan. He was 19 yrs old....This time we didn't panic. Because I knew where I needed to call. It's Friends Forever's Andrea. She did the same as the last time professionally cremated and took care of Conan. Now we know that both Cookie and Conan were reunited together in heaven...Rest in Peace. Thank you very much Andrea. They both love you from heaven.

I had never had a pet cremated before coming to Friends Forever Pet Crematory, but the reception here was nothing short of exceptionally comfortable. Andrea is nothing short of amazing. Our mission was to find a quality place to bring the vessel of our beloved elderly feline companion. Andrea sat down with us and carefully explained their website and the process of how everything was to be handled for us (as though a human was being taken care of and not a fur baby). There comes a difficult time of when your loved one has to go and we live roughly 45 minutes away and there were other pet crematories near us however Friends Forever Pet Crematory answered our phone call on Tuesday roughly at 4:15 AM and had treated us with nothing but with respect and kindness. I can not say enough good things about this place and the woman that works there. My girlfriend and I have now brought 2 of our dogs who passed away here. Each time we were greeted with dignity and compassion. I'm sorry I can not remember the woman's name but she is incredibly personable and shows a great amount of care in a incredibly vulnerable time. They treat your pet as if it were a human family member. The products and services they offer are top notch. We will be using them in the future and will recommend any family and friends.

I called on Wednesday afternoon at 6:50pm to inquire about the cremation services for my cat who had just passed away earlier in the day. The website states that this place is available by phone 24 hours. The lady who answered the phone was so rude that at first, I thought I had the wrong number. I told her that my cat had passed earlier in the day and her response was “well, why did you wait so long?” I wasn’t sure why she was being so hostile and argumentative. When I asked about the prices she said “it could be in the 100’s or the 300’s I don’t know”. I didn’t think asking about prices would have been such a difficult question for her to handle. I would expect more compassion from a business like this. I decided to just hang up the phone but, not before telling her that she was an awful employee or owner. I ended up taking my cat somewhere else in Ewing.Based on the responses from this business on some of the reviews it’s obvious that this business lacks basic elementary level professionalism. I am of the opinion that this place should be avoided.

Our beloved Basset Hound Dakota passed away after a wonderful 14 years with us. Andrea was absolutely wonderful in helping us through a very difficult time. She is very professional and compassionate, and she is punctual with our appointments. Our fur baby passed away on Saturday night, and Andrea came in at 11 PM to meet us. Her facility is warm, clean and well-kept like a family home. Andrea gave us all the possible options (urn, paw prints, photos, etc.) for cremation, and the price is reasonable. We highly recommend Andrea and Friends Forever to anyone who is going through this difficult time.

About a year ago our Pomeranian Abbey passed away in the early morning. This was my first experience with a pet passing and I woke up before work to find that she had gone. This was incredibly traumatic and at 6 am, I didnt know what to do or who to call. I googled and Friends Forever was at the top of the list. Andrea called me back immediately despite how early it was. She has a wonderful calming presence and it was such a relief to connect. When I got to the crematorium she met with me right away and helped me to navigate the different options. She was incredibly mindful of the situation and was a great comfort during such a sad and stressful day. In less than a week Abbey was returned to us in a beautiful wooden box with a lovely poem and sweet paw print card. When its time for my cat to cross the rainbow bridge Andrea will be my first call.

My old dog lost his battle with liver cancer Sunday night. I had talked with Andrea earlier in the day to make sure that when he passed we would have a place to take him. My vet came to our house and helped him on his way at 9:00 at night. When I called Andrea back and told her he was gone, she said come right over she would meet us in 15 minutes. When we arrived we were escorted into a small private viewing room, just like a regular funeral home. Andrea waited for us in another room while we collected our thoughts. She went over all the service options (we chose private service) Urn choices, and costs. After some paperwork, we wrote a check (we we did not have to pay then,but we did ). We chatted for a few minutes about past pets and the 4 dogs we still had at home. When it was time to go she gave us a few more minutes (no rushed feelings) to say good bye to our baby. We got a call the next day around noon to say he was ready to come home. We were given his ashes in the nice little cherry colored box,along with a cremation certificate with all the times and dates as well as little inked paw prints. Losing a pet is hard enough,Friends Forever did not make it any harder. We had piece of mind knowing that everything was taken care of right there. He was not bused around and rudely shipped back to us Via ups like some of the large care hospitals do. Thank You F.F. for making our loss a little easier

There are many cremation services near me, but I decided to drive 40 minutes out because of the high reviews and I can now see why this business has such good ratings. Thanks again.

We called Andrea on a sunday and she answered immediately and was ready to accommodate us. Upon arrival, Andrea offered hugs and condolences and spoke about how cute my pup was, she led us into a beautiful comforting room where we were able to say goodbye in the perfect atmosphere. We then discussed the many services they offer as well as add ons, Andrea was not pushy at all, she was very patient and understanding. Having peace of mind after a loss is very important and friends forever will offer that having experienced loss themselves. I rarely complete surveys or write reviews.But for anyone reading this, you know the pain and sorrow of losing a pet. I found Friends Forever by doing a google search. The reviews made me want to reach out to them.I called during off hours, and Andrea answered right away. I had questions, and she helped me through the process. She made the details simple, so we could focus on our dog, sweet and wonderful Spike. He had cancer, and the time had come to let him go to something better, as hard as it was for us. We needed to euthanize. The last thing I wanted was to take him to our vet, not that our vet isn't good. Spike didn't have good associations with those visits, since he had tumors removed in the past. Andrea contacted a vet, Dr J (I wish I knew her name so I could include it), who met us there. This was so important to me. I have to say that she was warm, personable, and sensitive. The setting and atmosphere at Friends Forever are pleasant and calming. Our last time with Spike was sad, but I felt so good to be able to hold him and be there for him. The cremation was individual, and I was able to witness. If you read the reason for Andrea and her partner starting this business, this detail was precisely the personal reason behind Friends Forever. I couldn't imagine Spike being cremated with anyone else. The process was quick, the communication with Andrea was awesome, and two days later we were bringing Spike's remains home.I can't recommend Friends Forever enough. They are efficient and detail oriented, but most importantly, they are caring people. What more could anyone need or want.

I want to thank you Andrea for being there for me on one of the worst days of my life. My darling chihuahua Charlie had been in the hospital for a week, and sadly there was nothing more they could do. It was late afternoon on a Sunday, and I was panicked that I would have to leave him to be "picked up" in the morning by the service that they used. I went to Google & found Friends Forever. I called Andrea - not only did she meet me at her closed office, but instead of making me come back the next day, she took care of his cremation then and there - on a Sunday night. She was kind & compassionate and simply understood that I just wanted to take him home. I will never forget that you made a horrible day end at least a little less badly. After the unexpected death of our puppy at our house, we didn’t know what to do. We wanted an imprint of Archie’s paw and a cremation. After the vet bills we had a limit of what we could spend. Other places wanted to charge us an arm and leg for the minimum, and expensive additional charges for anything extra, or they had a 3-5 day wait to have your loved ones remains given back to you.Andrea was kind, honest, transparent and made the experience as normal as it could have been. There are not enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for Andrea and Friends Forever. From our first phone call Andrea was professional and above all compassionate throughout this very difficult time.On Friday October 12 we had to prepare to say goodbye to our precious dachshund Dottie who was suffering from heart failure. We called the crematory suggested by the animal hospital but found them to be cold and impersonal. After doing online searches we found Friends Forever and read the reviews which were stellar. The phrase Friends Forever has special meaning and we feel we found them for a reason. We are so glad we did.We called Andrea on Saturday and she answered right away. We explained our situation and agreed to meet Sunday morning after hours with Dottie. After that first phone call we knew we chose the right place for our Dottie. After speaking to one of Dottie’s emergency vets it appeared that we may be able to take her home. We called Andrea and she was very happy that her services were not needed. I remember Andrea telling us to bring Dottie home and give her all the love and Big Macs she wanted. Later in the day after speaking to another vet, it appeared our Dottie was failing and we had to make the difficult decision that no pet parent should make. Another phone call to Andrea. We kept our original appointment to meet Sunday to bring Dottie with cremation on Monday. A short time after our conversation ended Andrea called to say she would have our viewing and cremation on Sunday. This was such a comfort to us and a great accommodation.When we arrived Sunday at 9am, Andrea greeted us and lovingly/gently brought our Dottie inside. We had a private room which was well appointed and comfortable. Andrea had laid out Dottie in a dog bed on a linen covered table, along with her favorite blanket and toy.We spent time with Dottie then discussed paperwork and the cremation process. Andrea was compassionate, thorough gentle. Andrea explained the importance of tagging each pet prior to cremation. It is important to stress that each pet is cremated individually. When you read Andrea’s story you will understand why this is so important to her.We were able to spend as much time with Dottie as we needed. Andrea gave Dottie a nail clip and took paw prints for us to take home.After we said our final goodbye, Andrea held Dottie with love, dignity and respect, just like Dottie was her own.After the cremation, which we chose not to witness, Dottie’s ashes were brought to us in a bag sealed with her tag. Andrea matched the number on her tag to the number on our paperwork. Andrea placed Dottie’s ashes in a velvet pouch and placed them in the urn we chose for her. We ordered a name plate that arrived 3 days later as promised. Andrea called us on Monday to see how we were and to update us on the order/delivery of Dottie’s nameplate.Thank you for reading this entire review. The day we unexpectedly lost our 4 year old cat was incredibly painful and devastating - it was a Saturday afternoon and we seemingly had no where to turn. When we found Friends Forever, our day brightened. Andrea took us in right away and was the most compassionate person we could have spoken to and made this horrible day a bit easier for us. This isn't just a business doing their job, they understand the pain of losing a pet and provided the comfort we needed. It has been very hard for our family to lose our Beagle after 12 years of giving us his company, he had liver cancer, he died in our home surrounded by all the love we had for him, after processing that he would never be with us again. We who had crossed the rainbow had to say goodbye worthy of him, we did not know where to go, where to call so we began to investigate early in the morning and we found this great place Friends Forever and Andrea was very kind and understanding during our visit call, we set out to take our Cobby but a flat tire delayed us more than the time agreed with Andrea, we called her and apologized because we were going to arrive 30 minutes later, Andres very kindly understood our situation and arranged our arrival so as not to having to wait, once at her place she received us at all times, she was very kind, compassionate, she guided us in the best way to say goodbye to our Cobby, reminders, the ballot box, she gave us our space to say goodbye for the last time to our beloved pet, it was the same way when we went to collect the ashes, we will always be very grateful to Andrea for making this whole process totally bearable and lighter for our pain, Thank you for everything Andrea (English is not our first language) and you were very kind in helping us with every detail and at all times

Andrea is absolutely wonderful! We lost our sweet baby girl last week and felt that cremation was the write choice for us so I google searched pet cremation places and friends forever had the absolute best review and I was not disappointed! Making calls and reaching out to a business like Friends Forever Pet Crematory Services is one of the most unfortunate and difficult tasks at hand for a pet owner.Finding an operator, owner, and customer service representative like Andrea this day and age who makes it a lot less harder then it needs to be... is a blessing.Andrea was very responsive initially on my first call on a Saturday afternoon and even until late Saturday evening beyond normal operating hours for a business like hers when others are impossible to reach, she was available.She was thorough, and extremely accommodating from the initial phone call to every conversation since. She even thought of accommodating us with availability and services we would not have thought of on our own.She clearly takes her business very seriously, is extremely compassionate with her customers about their unfortunate loss and is willing to go the extra mile for them.I've called quite a few places before finding Andrea at Friends Forever Pet Crematory and it's evident that many people I spoke to are in this business for the business (which is not a bad thing), but Andrea in my experience is in this business for that and most importantly for delivering a dignified service without the attitude that comes often when businesses know you are in need of their services.God bless you, your staff and anyone in need of her services. I first found Friends Forever through a Google Search the night before my beloved cat, Prince, went to the Rainbow Bridge. While reading all of the reviews and visiting their web page, I got an overwhelming feeling in my heart that Friends Forever was the right place to turn to in this dark time in my life. And I was right. From the first phone call, Andrea was so warm and caring, and she immediately offered to come in and open up an hour early so we could accommodate my work schedule, free of charge. When I met her the next day, I was instantly comforted and relieved that my cherished cat, Prince, was in the right hands. She helped me through every step of the process, and always asked if I was ready or if I would like more time...she would have happily waited forever if I asked her to. I greatly appreciated how I absolutely never felt rushed, and that I was able to be present during the process. I was pleased to find a clean, professional, updated high-tech facility and was surprised at how calm and peaceful the entire process was. My Prince was treated with the utmost dignity and respect and for that I am eternally grateful. Andrea was personable, friendly, and empathetic and I truly can not thank her enough for helping me through this. I will without a doubt be choosing her again in the future, and recommending Friends Forever to all of my pet-loving friends and family. My mother's dog passed away in his sleep 5 days ago. She called me for help and I immediately rushed over. I called the vet and was told that I could meet them in their parking lot and they would take the dog's body. In 6-7 weeks, they would send us his ashes.I felt there was another solution out there and I went to google. Friends Forever Pet Crematory popped up and I gave a call. Andrea picked up and provided me information and said she could see us that very day.We arrived at the facility-- it was clean, well cared for and felt very much like a warm and friendly funeral home.Andrea laid out my mom's dog and discussed with us the options. I was amazed at the different options available to us. We even felt we had a mini, unofficial viewing for Rocky; it was the closure we needed.Yesterday, I got a call from Andrea letting me know that Rocky's ashes were ready for pick up. When I arrived, she had a lovely bag containing Rocky's wooden box with an engraved label, a vial of his fur, a plaster mold of his paw prints, and a certificate with Rocky's paw prints in ink.My father passed away a decade ago and we had him cremated. After the memorial service, the funeral home director told me to retrieve my father's ashes, and I remember being surprised that they were in a black cardboard box. Our dog got a better send off than my father!Lastly, the vet told me the cost for parking lot pick up and it was only 5 dollars less than what Andrea charged us! The price is surprisingly affordable considering what you receive.All I can say is this was an absolutely wonderful, caring, gentle experience during a rough time for us. Andrea is lovely and I absolutely will recommend Friend Forever to my friends and family who have pets.

Our 14.5 year old pug Gwennie went peacefully the morning of February 27th, and we arranged to have her body cremated at Friends Forever that afternoon. Every detail was cared for, and Andrea walked us through the entire process with compassion and understanding. While I can't speak to other crematories since this was my first experience, I have no doubt that Friends Forever is in a class by itself. Andrea was so helpful with the entire process. She was patient with us, (especially me, I was a mess), and walked us through everything. She gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye to our ferret. His box came out so beautiful but the Rainbow Bridge poem made me cry my face off again. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am writing this review of Friends Forever Pet Crematory because of wonderful experience I had with them, during the most painful time in my life. I lost my first "baby" dog Mr. Oliver suddenly. He passed away at home and I had no idea what to do or where to go. I called the vet and they offered services, but it just seemed so impersonal for my liking. I scoured the internet looking for different crematoriums and there were some closer to me but Friends Forever had glowing reviews and I decided to give them a call. And there is a reason for all those wonderful reviews. Andrea picked up the phone right away even though it was before business hours. She discussed with me my options and told me to head in around 9:30. My family and I arrived and was greeted by Andrea. She helped us get Mr. Oliver in the room and up onto a lovely bed where we could say our goodbyes in private. She took us into a room to discuss the different options they had. We were then able to go back to the room while she took his paw print and got him ready. We had a little more time to say our goodbyes to him before the cremation. She worked quickly and efficiently. We were told we would be able to get his remains back that same day we just had to wait about an hour or so. I was shocked as I thought we'd have to wait and come back another time. Andrea made the process so easy and I was so glad to be going back home with him right away. The whole process was easy and seemed very personal to us. I knew where he was at all times and it made it so much easier to know that. I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for pet cremation. I'm so glad I made the decision to use them. Our pet Coco- a little 5 lbs Yorkie Sweet heart passed away all of the sudden on June 27th, 2023 leaving each one of us shattered and grief stricken. There are not enough stars to rate my experience at Friends Forever. Beginning with my call at 6am on the morning my dog died, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received as well as the professionalism and empathy of the staff. My grief was acknowledged and validated. I was treated with compassion while still being fully informed of my options. Once we arrived at the facility, the staff treated my dog with the utmost respect. We were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. The facility itself was also lovely. It was just as nice as any “person” funeral home that I have visited. Additionally, although I could track my dog online, I was kept updated by phone until the cremation was completed. The service continued when I went back to retrieve my dog’s ashes. The remains were also handled with the utmost care and returned to me in an attractive box. I am so grateful that I chose Friends Forever as they made a difficult time much easier to bear.

Please beware of this awful place.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE. I have written to you twice and have not heard back from you with regards to the horrible way my pup was presented to view after we said goodbye on November 15th with our Vet. I am not letting this go. Your very demeanor towards me on the phone acting like a doctor saying my pup probably had cancer and that's why he was bleeding from his mouth without knowing his medical history was cold and uncaring. Your services were awful and we should have never had to viewour pup in the condition he was in with blood coming from his mouth and privates. Not to mention, he was blood stained on his back and still had a tag on his paw. We were graced with using another service for other pets and know the difference. I am requesting a full refund of my monies paid. I am not going away. This will be posted everywhere and I have already contacted the media as a means to expose how you mishandled our pup. You handled us like a business transaction and it was rushed. You never explained that we couldn't watch the cremation which we have done before. So impersonal and I demand a refund.What an atrocious way to handle such a heartbreaking life event. We can never unsee what we saw. Our poor guy suffered something under your care. While we may never know, I'm comforted he was already passed before the bleeding started. You our vet could explain why. Losing my dog was hands down the worst day of my life and Andrea made the hardest parts of it so manageable. Unbelievably accommodating, and incredibly thoughtful. We drove well over an hour to reach her facility because of how special their services are, absolutely worth it and I would recommend them for absolutely any heart breaking goodbye. Friends Forever Pet Crematory was great. Unfortunately after 12+ years our family dog Cocoa lost her battle with cancer and we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. We worked with Andrea who is one of the most compassion and caring animal lovers I have ever met. She was very professional and sympathetic toward us during this extremely emotional time. Andrea allowed us to come in ahead of time to talk about the different options we could select to remember Cocoa. Each member of our family will get a clay paw print of Cocoa so we can all still have a part of her during any tough days ahead. I recently had to have a furry family member put to sleep. He had been diagnosed with a disease that we were managing quite well, but things suddenly took a turn overnight. I called my vet in the morning with the hopes of having him seen so he could pass without enduring anymore discomfort , but like many offices post COVID, they were booked to the max and unable to see him . I reached out to Andrea, and within 10 minutes she called me back with a Vet that was willing to meet me at Friends Forever and gently end my pets suffering. Having to call a stranger at such an emotional moment was stressful to say the least, but Andrea brought me peace. She is kind, caring, compassionate and beyond helpful. I am so grateful to Andrea from Friends Forever. She guided us through a very painful time in our lives, saying goodbye to our beloved Josie. Andrea made arrangements for euthanasia and cremation for us on a Saturday morning. The Veterinarian she uses was so kind and compassionate and explain everything so there were no surprises. We were able to be with our dog and love her until the end. Since we traveled so far Andrea cremated Josie and we could take her home with us. 3yrs ago. It was a snowy winter at the end of December, our beloved 14 yrs old cat Cookie passed away... It was the saddest day in my life as our first pet loss. We wanted to cremate him but we didn't know where we should bring him. Then, we met Andrea. She cared about our feelings and she respectfully took care of our Cookie. ..We were very satisfied with her services, Then 3 yrs later we lost another beloved our special cat, Conan. He was 19 yrs old....This time we didn't panic. Because I knew where I needed to call. It's Friends Forever's Andrea. She did the same as the last time professionally cremated and took care of Conan. I had never had a pet cremated before coming to Friends Forever Pet Crematory, but the reception here was nothing short of exceptionally comfortable. Andrea is nothing short of amazing. Our mission was to find a quality place to bring the vessel of our beloved elderly feline companion. I do not have enough words to thank Andrea for being so kind, courteous, and professional when my pet cat (Cuddles) passed away a couple of weeks ago. I had requested her to call me before my pet was to be cremated privately as i had to offer prayers for my pet. Our sweet Winston was taken from us on a Friday. I was too heartbroken to talk to anyone so my husband was a go between. I ended up taking him to the vet, but Andrea knew I wanted more for my baby, without ever meeting me. She explained the process to me and went way above and beyond to make sure Winston was well taken care of, even like a human I felt. She went so far as to pick Winston up from his vet on Saturday and giving us a plaster paw print and fur. It was so comforting to know he was being taken care of by someone who knew how much we loved him, instead of shipping him to a factory. He was only away from us fir 24 hours, which would have been shorter if we went with Friends Forever to begin with. I can never thank Andrea enough!!

Being the first time I (or my family) has needed such services, I wasn't sure where to start. The first place I called had a receptionist who was only able to take a message...and I never received a call back.However, when I called to inquire about Friends Forever, I was very pleased that I got to speak directly to Andrea. My dear Ginny fell ill suddenly. Medicine did not help her. I did not want her to go through painful procedures and decided to put her to sleep. It was a huge loss to me. I could not just leave her body to the vet and picked up her ashes a week later. I brought her home, cleaned her, then put her in a nice box I decorated for her, along with her favorite blanket. The next day I picked some yellow chrysanthemum flowers from my garden and put them next to Ginny. We then send her to Friends Forever Pet crematory. Andrea was so nice. She offered to keep the flowers with Ginny. On the day of service, Andrea put the flowers next to Ginny's mouth, and the letter I wrote to Ginny under one of Ginny's legs, just the way I wanted it to be. We stayed with Ginny for a short time before the flowers and the letter accopanied Ginny for her final journey on the earth. That is a huge relief to me, since I believe that my dog, who is in the free spirit world, is able to understand the words I wrote to her now. Thank you, Andrea, for all you have done for us. You offered the best service we want, with an acceptable price.

My old dog lost his battle with liver cancer Sunday night. I had talked with Andrea earlier in the day to make sure that when he passed we would have a place to take him. My vet came to our house and helped him on his way at 9:00 at night. When I called Andrea back and told her he was gone, she said come right over she would meet us in 15 minutes. When we arrived we were escorted into a small private viewing room, just like a regular funeral home. Andrea waited for us in another room while we collected our thoughts. She went over all the service options (we chose private service) Urn choices, and costs. After some paperwork, we wrote a check (we we did not have to pay then,but we did ). We chatted for a few minutes about past pets and the 4 dogs we still had at home. When it was time to go she gave us a few more minutes (no rushed feelings) to say good bye to our baby. We got a call the next day around noon to say he was ready to come home. We were given his ashes in the nice little cherry colored box,along with a cremation certificate with all the times and dates as well as little inked paw prints. Losing a pet is hard enough,Friends Forever did not make it any harder. We had piece of mind knowing that everything was taken care of right there. He was not bused around and rudely shipped back to us Via ups like some of the large care hospitals do. Thank You F.F. for making our loss a little easier

We called Andrea on a sunday and she answered immediately and was ready to accommodate us. Upon arrival, Andrea offered hugs and condolences and spoke about how cute my pup was, she led us into a beautiful comforting room where we were able to say goodbye in the perfect atmosphere. We then discussed the many services they offer as well as add ons, Andrea was not pushy at all, she was very patient and understanding. I rarely complete surveys or write reviews.But for anyone reading this, you know the pain and sorrow of losing a pet. I found Friends Forever by doing a google search. The reviews made me want to reach out to them.I called during off hours, and Andrea answered right away. I had questions, and she helped me through the process. She made the details simple, so we could focus on our dog, sweet and wonderful Spike. He had cancer, and the time had come to let him go to something better, as hard as it was for us. We needed to euthanize. The last thing I wanted was to take him to our vet, not that our vet isn't good. Spike didn't have good associations with those visits, since he had tumors removed in the past. Andrea contacted a vet, Dr J (I wish I knew her name so I could include it), who met us there. This was so important to me. I have to say that she was warm, personable, and sensitive. The setting and atmosphere at Friends Forever are pleasant and calming. Our last time with Spike was sad, but I felt so good to be able to hold him and be there for him. The cremation was individual, and I was able to witness. If you read the reason for Andrea and her partner starting this business, this detail was precisely the personal reason behind Friends Forever. I couldn't imagine Spike being cremated with anyone else. The process was quick, the communication with Andrea was awesome, and two days later we were bringing Spike's remains home.I can't recommend Friends Forever enough. They are efficient and detail oriented, but most importantly, they are caring people. What more could anyone need or want.

I want to thank you Andrea for being there for me on one of the worst days of my life. My darling chihuahua Charlie had been in the hospital for a week, and sadly there was nothing more they could do. It was late afternoon on a Sunday, and I was panicked that I would have to leave him to be "picked up" in the morning by the service that they used. I went to Google & found Friends Forever. I called Andrea - not only did she meet me at her closed office, but instead of making me come back the next day, she took care of his cremation then and there - on a Sunday night. After the unexpected death of our puppy at our house, we didn’t know what to do. We wanted an imprint of Archie’s paw and a cremation. After the vet bills we had a limit of what we could spend. Other places wanted to charge us an arm and leg for the minimum, and expensive additional charges for anything extra, or they had a 3-5 day wait to have your loved ones remains given back to you.Andrea was kind, honest, transparent and made the experience as normal as it could have been. There are not enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for Andrea and Friends Forever. From our first phone call Andrea was professional and above all compassionate throughout this very difficult time.On Friday October 12 we had to prepare to say goodbye to our precious dachshund Dottie who was suffering from heart failure. We called the crematory suggested by the animal hospital but found them to be cold and impersonal. After doing online searches we found Friends Forever and read the reviews which were stellar. The phrase Friends Forever has special meaning and we feel we found them for a reason. We are so glad we did.We called Andrea on Saturday and she answered right away. We explained our situation and agreed to meet Sunday morning after hours with Dottie. After that first phone call we knew we chose the right place for our Dottie. After speaking to one of Dottie’s emergency vets it appeared that we may be able to take her home. We called Andrea and she was very happy that her services were not needed. I remember Andrea telling us to bring Dottie home and give her all the love and Big Macs she wanted. Later in the day after speaking to another vet, it appeared our Dottie was failing and we had to make the difficult decision that no pet parent should make. Another phone call to Andrea. We kept our original appointment to meet Sunday to bring Dottie with cremation on Monday. A short time after our conversation ended Andrea called to say she would have our viewing and cremation on Sunday. This was such a comfort to us and a great accommodation.When we arrived Sunday at 9am, Andrea greeted us and lovingly/gently brought our Dottie inside. We had a private room which was well appointed and comfortable. Andrea had laid out Dottie in a dog bed on a linen covered table, along with her favorite blanket and toy.We spent time with Dottie then discussed paperwork and the cremation process. Andrea was compassionate, thorough gentle. Andrea explained the importance of tagging each pet prior to cremation. It is important to stress that each pet is cremated individually. When you read Andrea’s story you will understand why this is so important to her.We were able to spend as much time with Dottie as we needed. Andrea gave Dottie a nail clip and took paw prints for us to take home.After we said our final goodbye, Andrea held Dottie with love, dignity and respect, just like Dottie was her own.After the cremation, which we chose not to witness, Dottie’s ashes were brought to us in a bag sealed with her tag. Andrea matched the number on her tag to the number on our paperwork. Andrea placed Dottie’s ashes in a velvet pouch and placed them in the urn we chose for her. We ordered a name plate that arrived 3 days later as promised. Andrea called us on Monday to see how we were and to update us on the order/delivery of Dottie’s nameplate.Thank you for reading this entire review. The day we unexpectedly lost our 4 year old cat was incredibly painful and devastating - it was a Saturday afternoon and we seemingly had no where to turn. When we found Friends Forever, our day brightened. Andrea took us in right away and was the most compassionate person we could have spoken to and made this horrible day a bit easier for us. We lost our dear friend Willie last night, Saturday April 30th; he was a 10 year old Golden Retriever who passed from Lymphoma. We would like to thank Andrea at Friends Forever, who went out of her way to open up the facility just for Willie on Sunday (when they are usually closed) to help us see him off in the most ideal, intimate way possible. This was our family's first ceremony and we cannot thank Andrea enough for the immense care and thoughtfulness put forth in taking care of Willie from the minute we brought him in. Friends Forever held a very private ceremony for us in which we were able to see the facility and exactly where Willie would be cremated. Andrea was very accommodating and really educated us on exactly what was going to happen. Willie's ashes were given back to us in a beautiful mahogany box along with an ink and ceramic paw print memorabilia. I would highly recommend Friends Forever to anyone looking to say goodbye to their pet as we saw Willie's ceremony was truly a private cremation handled with the utmost care. We cannot thank you enough Andrea.

On March 30th our 7 year old beloved German Shepherd, Falco had to be put to sleep following a very short illness. Our family was devastated losing our best friend. We knew we wanted him cremated but we knew nothing about the process. We had called a local crematorium to start the process and there was no answer. My husband called Friends Forever Crematory and Andrea immediately picked up the phone. After speaking to her for a few minutes he knew she was the one that was going to care for Falco after he fell asleep. Andrea explained the entire process and that she would meet us at North Star Hospital. She not only met us there 15 minutes after he fell asleep, she came in the room like family and sat beside us with such compassion. We arrived at Friends Forever the following day. Andrea had Falco in a beautiful room waiting our arrival. We spent time with him as a family saying our final goodbye. He was then cremated and we brought him home to rest in peace. The peace and love that Andrea has for our beloved pets is undeniable. The pet world is truly blessed to have Andrea’s love and compassion during the most difficult time. We will forever be grateful.

Early Sunday morning during the Blizzard of 2016, we lost our beloved Kodi. We were overcome with grief and we didn't know what to do. From the moment Andrea answered the phone that morning ( I thought I would be leaving a voicemail) she helped us deal with our loss. Our pet Coco- a little 5 lbs Yorkie Sweet heart passed away all of the sudden on June 27th, 2023 leaving each one of us shattered and grief stricken. There are not enough stars to rate my experience at Friends Forever. Beginning with my call at 6am on the morning my dog died, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received as well as the professionalism and empathy of the staff. My grief was acknowledged and validated. I was treated with compassion while still being fully informed of my options. Once we arrived at the facility, the staff treated my dog with the utmost respect. We were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. The facility itself was also lovely. It was just as nice as any “person” funeral home that I have visited. Additionally, although I could track my dog online, I was kept updated by phone until the cremation was completed. The service continued when I went back to retrieve my dog’s ashes. The remains were also handled with the utmost care and returned to me in an attractive box. I was very fortunate to have found Friends Forever when I searched per crematories on google. I called to find out what the process was because I feared I would have to put my sweet cat Zia to sleep. I spoke with Andrea and she was very nice and comforting she told me to call her when I was ready. The day I had to put Zia to sleep being I was so upset I called the wrong crematorium. When I couldn’t find the location I called and when the person told me they where in another town from where I was then I realized I had been calling the wrong crematorium. I contacted Andrea to tell her that I couldnt find their location. Andrea said she wasn’t expecting me (obviously) however that she was in the office and with no hesitation told me to come. Andrea was very compassionate and told me to take as much time as I needed to say good bye to Zia. I have two cats and a dog left and when it is time for them to cross the rainbow bridge I will definately bring them to Friends Forever. Ok, here I am again reviewing Friends Forever Pet Crematory. It’s illegal to remove honest reviews according to the FTC and that’s what was done here. I left a review stating how no care and compassion was given for me or my animal who pass, even though it was just a hamster, he is still family. I called once last night to ask for pricing and was told to call back again in the morning. I was then given attitude and what sounded like annoyance that I was even asking about cremation. Andrea doesn’t care about animals, especially little ones, nor does she care about the owners. She also deletes reviews, honest ones, now I see why there’s 5 stars. Not only did I get terrible service over the phone, she then leaves me a nasty voicemail suggesting I go to other businesses. See attached photo. Honestly will never suggest anyone here or take my on animals here.

This place is an absolute blessing for pet parents who have lost a furbaby. They are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. The office is easy to find, and the aesthetics and decor are soothing and very beautiful. Their step by step process and tracking are amazing, so you can rest assured you are receiving back the pet you left in their care without worry.When my chinchilla, Charlemagne, passed away, I was at a loss because I knew I wanted him cremated, but finding a reputable place that also took care of small animals was difficult. Andrea treated Charlemagne and I will the utmost respect and genuine compassion, and treated little Charlie with the same care as she would with a large, traditional pet like a dog. Everyone at FFPC are so kind, have a sincere love of animals and really understand what us pet parents go through when we lose a member of their family. Our beautiful dog Ciich passed away on January 18th. Our vet recommended using Friends forever, since they use their services, so we did. We are so pleased with everything. I called Andrea and she made me feel comfortable the moment I said who I was calling about. Our sweet Winston was taken from us on a Friday. I was too heartbroken to talk to anyone so my husband was a go between. I ended up taking him to the vet, but Andrea knew I wanted more for my baby, without ever meeting me. She explained the process to me and went way above and beyond to make sure Winston was well taken care of, even like a human I felt. She went so far as to pick Winston up from his vet on Saturday and giving us a plaster paw print and fur. It was so comforting to know he was being taken care of by someone who knew how much we loved him, instead of shipping him to a factory. Being the first time I (or my family) has needed such services, I wasn't sure where to start. The first place I called had a receptionist who was only able to take a message...and I never received a call back.However, when I called to inquire about Friends Forever, I was very pleased that I got to speak directly to Andrea. My dear Ginny fell ill suddenly. Medicine did not help her. I did not want her to go through painful procedures and decided to put her to sleep. It was a huge loss to me. I could not just leave her body to the vet and picked up her ashes a week later. I brought her home, cleaned her, then put her in a nice box I decorated for her, along with her favorite blanket. The next day I picked some yellow chrysanthemum flowers from my garden and put them next to Ginny. We then send her to Friends Forever Pet crematory. Andrea was so nice. She offered to keep the flowers with Ginny. On the day of service, Andrea put the flowers next to Ginny's mouth, and the letter I wrote to Ginny under one of Ginny's legs, just the way I wanted it to be. We stayed with Ginny for a short time before the flowers and the letter accopanied Ginny for her final journey on the earth. That is a huge relief to me, since I believe that my dog, who is in the free spirit world, is able to understand the words I wrote to her now. Thank you, Andrea, for all you have done for us. You offered the best service we want, with an acceptable price.

During the hardest, most emotional time while you are grieving the loss of your precious furkid, you are welcomed with a wonderful, caring woman. She helps you tremendously through your grieving process and you can have closure in a timely manner. I have been there a few times and everytime she has been wonderful. This last time, our baby came home with us later that day. You know that it is your pet's remains as they are tagged when you arrive and you can check the tag when getting back. We also got fur clippings, prayer cards, and paw prints. The ability to post an online memorial is also very cathartic. I would highly recommend using Andrea and her services to everyone who loses their cherished pet. She provides a much more personalized service than a vet or any other crematory can.

I lost my fur baby boy Clyde the Yorkie suddenly on December 10th. People asked me when finding out he was privately cremated "how do you know if your getting HIM back and not another?" I told them I have faith! When I received his ashes on Xmas Eve, from fifth avenue vet, I was more than satisfied and assured that my fur baby boy is home for the holidays! He is in a beautiful blue velvet rainbow bridge bag that was enclosed in a beautiful wooden box! I can tell by the way he was returned he was handled with love and care! This is the second time in the past 4 months that my sister and I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize another one of our animal family members. We were blessed with after hours/emergency care at VSEC and Hospice care follow-up with Dr. Brad Bates from "Lap of Love." He advised us about "Friends Forever," a special place with a very dedicated and knowledgeable Director, Andrea Anastasio, who cared for us and our beloved dog, Jake, and cat, Albert, just today. They had been special buddies and we never expected to lose each of them so close together. It makes a world of difference to have the resources to help with the entire process. Andrea has a gift when it comes to handling all details with compassion and professionalism. We witnessed their private cremations and were able to take our family members home with us. This is very meaningful to us. However, there other options for those who do not feel comfortable being so hands-on; my sister and I are human healthcare providers. The Crematory is state of the art and offers a number of options including a comfortable viewing room, a euthanasia room, if needed, etc. It is beautifully furnished and maintained. We knew immediately that this is where we needed to be with our animal family members. I can't overstate our satisfaction and recommendation to real animal lovers. This place is amazing we lost are sweet Zoey very sudden and didn’t want to wait to have her at peace. Andrea came to get her very early in the morning and had her ashes ready by the afternoon. She was so kind when we were going through one of the worst pains we’ve every experience. She made sure are sweet princess was well taken care of. Friends Forever was beyond caring and completely exceeded my expectations. I was treated like family and I know my pet rabbit Jessica was treated with respect and dignity while in their care. Losing a pet is undoubtedly one of the saddest experiences one can go thru, but Friends Forever helped make the process easier and more comforting. Andrea was compassionate, caring, respectful and professional in this dark time of my life, taking care of my sweet Samantha in the utmost respectful way, Sam was too good of a life companion for some hole in the ground and Friends Forever was a perfect solution, I'm glad I met Andrea and that she has this option for pet lovers in the area.She explained every step of the process and comforted me in making this heart wrenching decision, even on the phone you can tell she's an animal lover.With many areas discouraging burying pets or living in apartments, you can have your fur-baby taken care of in a respectful manner and have them returned to keep close until the time you're reunited on the other side.Highly recommend Friends Forever They're compassionate and don't push or take advantage for higher cost treatments like some might in this time of grief.

We lost our dear friend Willie last night, Saturday April 30th; he was a 10 year old Golden Retriever who passed from Lymphoma. We would like to thank Andrea at Friends Forever, who went out of her way to open up the facility just for Willie on Sunday (when they are usually closed) to help us see him off in the most ideal, intimate way possible. This was our family's first ceremony and we cannot thank Andrea enough for the immense care and thoughtfulness put forth in taking care of Willie from the minute we brought him in. Friends Forever held a very private ceremony for us in which we were able to see the facility and exactly where Willie would be cremated. Andrea was very accommodating and really educated us on exactly what was going to happen. Willie's ashes were given back to us in a beautiful mahogany box along with an ink and ceramic paw print memorabilia. I would highly recommend Friends Forever to anyone looking to say goodbye to their pet as we saw Willie's ceremony was truly a private cremation handled with the utmost care. We cannot thank you enough Andrea.

On March 30th our 7 year old beloved German Shepherd, Falco had to be put to sleep following a very short illness. Our family was devastated losing our best friend. We knew we wanted him cremated but we knew nothing about the process. We had called a local crematorium to start the process and there was no answer. My husband called Friends Forever Crematory and Andrea immediately picked up the phone. After speaking to her for a few minutes he knew she was the one that was going to care for Falco after he fell asleep. Andrea explained the entire process and that she would meet us at North Star Hospital. She not only met us there 15 minutes after he fell asleep, she came in the room like family and sat beside us with such compassion. We arrived at Friends Forever the following day. Andrea had Falco in a beautiful room waiting our arrival. We spent time with him as a family saying our final goodbye. He was then cremated and we brought him home to rest in peace. The peace and love that Andrea has for our beloved pets is undeniable. The pet world is truly blessed to have Andrea’s love and compassion during the most difficult time. We will forever be grateful.

Early Sunday morning during the Blizzard of 2016, we lost our beloved Kodi. We were overcome with grief and we didn't know what to do. From the moment Andrea answered the phone that morning ( I thought I would be leaving a voicemail) she helped us deal with our loss. She even gave us suggestions on how to help our children (one in college and the other developmentally disabled) and our other dogs come to terms with his passing. Sonny recently was diagnosed with a terminal illness, his health was rapidly declining within just about 3 weeks. I could not even understand how sudden this all happened. It was the most darkest days for me, seeing him declining so quickly, unbearable and heart wrenching. I remember searching the internet for something that I was just not ready for, cremation services for my beloved Sonny. What I did know was that I wanted to be part of his memorial and know that he was coming home with me and not someone’s else beloved pet and that he would be cared for even after he has passed. Edited: My dog just passed away and as I’m in tears i called this place and the woman i spoke to said its an additional $160 to pick him up or i can save myself that money and drop him off to which i responded it was too far, and i was going to say i would pay the fee to have him picked up. This review is so overdue.. I was heartbroken when my baby Axl passed away.. we bought him from my boyfriends coworker that told us he was 8 weeks old but after taking him to the vet after he became lethargic we came to find out he was only 4 weeks old.. we did everything to save him.. 2 days & $2000 later my baby was gone.. died in my arms.. he was only 1 lb.. when he died I held him for 2 hours crying.. I had only had him for 5 days .. as I held him I called Andrea to find out what I had to do to have him cremated... not only did she come in on a Sunday and open up for just me and Axl (we were also accompanied by my friend Barb) she did this from the goodness of her heart on her day off.. xoxo. And she also delivered his remains to me at my job because I didn’t want her sitting at her facility waiting for me on the holiday weekend.. I worked maybe less then 2 miles away.. she was the most delightful person I have ever had the pleasure to work with.. I was devastated that my little baby Axl passed away... but since then I have found love again with my new puppy Jax.. he brings a smile to my face everyday.. he would have been a great brother to Axl.. Called to learn more about the pet DNA preservation service advertised on their website, both to find out if I could ship my pet’s body to them for the service and what storage requirements there would be for the body if I was able to find someone closer to me to do it. Woman I spoke with had no information, was not willing to pass on information of the company who performs the service, or entertain the idea of helping to anyone not physically in New Jersey, and on top of it all was rude about it.

I was very fortunate to have found Friends Forever when I searched per crematories on google. I called to find out what the process was because I feared I would have to put my sweet cat Zia to sleep. I spoke with Andrea and she was very nice and comforting she told me to call her when I was ready. The day I had to put Zia to sleep being I was so upset I called the wrong crematorium. When I couldn’t find the location I called and when the person told me they where in another town from where I was then I realized I had been calling the wrong crematorium. I contacted Andrea to tell her that I couldnt find their location. Andrea said she wasn’t expecting me (obviously) however that she was in the office and with no hesitation told me to come. Andrea was very compassionate and told me to take as much time as I needed to say good bye to Zia. I have two cats and a dog left and when it is time for them to cross the rainbow bridge I will definately bring them to Friends Forever. Thank you Andrea for your excellent service and for treating my baby girl with special care.

Ok, here I am again reviewing Friends Forever Pet Crematory. It’s illegal to remove honest reviews according to the FTC and that’s what was done here. I left a review stating how no care and compassion was given for me or my animal who pass, even though it was just a hamster, he is still family. I called once last night to ask for pricing and was told to call back again in the morning. I was then given attitude and what sounded like annoyance that I was even asking about cremation. Andrea doesn’t care about animals, especially little ones, nor does she care about the owners. She also deletes reviews, honest ones, now I see why there’s 5 stars. Not only did I get terrible service over the phone, she then leaves me a nasty voicemail suggesting I go to other businesses. See attached photo. Honestly will never suggest anyone here or take my on animals here.

This place is an absolute blessing for pet parents who have lost a furbaby. They are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. The office is easy to find, and the aesthetics and decor are soothing and very beautiful. Their step by step process and tracking are amazing, so you can rest assured you are receiving back the pet you left in their care without worry.When my chinchilla, Charlemagne, passed away, I was at a loss because I knew I wanted him cremated, but finding a reputable place that also took care of small animals was difficult. Andrea treated Charlemagne and I will the utmost respect and genuine compassion, and treated little Charlie with the same care as she would with a large, traditional pet like a dog. Everyone at FFPC are so kind, have a sincere love of animals and really understand what us pet parents go through when we lose a member of their family. Andrea's warm, and compassionate personality, topped with her professionalism, helped me tremendously during one of the toughest times of my life. I felt so lost and upset and she pulled me back in and helped me get thru the process of chosing the right package and even picking out items to accessorise my clay paw prints. During the hardest, most emotional time while you are grieving the loss of your precious furkid, you are welcomed with a wonderful, caring woman. She helps you tremendously through your grieving process and you can have closure in a timely manner. I have been there a few times and everytime she has been wonderful. This last time, our baby came home with us later that day. You know that it is your pet's remains as they are tagged when you arrive and you can check the tag when getting back. We also got fur clippings, prayer cards, and paw prints. The ability to post an online memorial is also very cathartic. I would highly recommend using Andrea and her services to everyone who loses their cherished pet. She provides a much more personalized service than a vet or any other crematory can.

I lost my fur baby boy Clyde the Yorkie suddenly on December 10th. People asked me when finding out he was privately cremated "how do you know if your getting HIM back and not another?" I told them I have faith! When I received his ashes on Xmas Eve, from fifth avenue vet, I was more than satisfied and assured that my fur baby boy is home for the holidays! He is in a beautiful blue velvet rainbow bridge bag that was enclosed in a beautiful wooden box! I can tell by the way he was returned he was handled with love and care! You guys at friends forever are truly amazing! Especially in dealing with the lost of my fur baby! From the bottom of my and my family heart, we thank you! My only regret is that in my extreme grief I forgot to asked for a hair clipping! Once again, Thank you!!!

This is the second time in the past 4 months that my sister and I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize another one of our animal family members. We were blessed with after hours/emergency care at VSEC and Hospice care follow-up with Dr. Brad Bates from "Lap of Love." He advised us about "Friends Forever," a special place with a very dedicated and knowledgeable Director, Andrea Anastasio, who cared for us and our beloved dog, Jake, and cat, Albert, just today. They had been special buddies and we never expected to lose each of them so close together. It makes a world of difference to have the resources to help with the entire process. Andrea has a gift when it comes to handling all details with compassion and professionalism. We witnessed their private cremations and were able to take our family members home with us. This is very meaningful to us. However, there other options for those who do not feel comfortable being so hands-on; my sister and I are human healthcare providers. The Crematory is state of the art and offers a number of options including a comfortable viewing room, a euthanasia room, if needed, etc. It is beautifully furnished and maintained. We knew immediately that this is where we needed to be with our animal family members. I can't overstate our satisfaction and recommendation to real animal lovers. These are the first steps to mending our broken hearts. To anyone viewing this, we wish you peace and strength with your own journey. MTG

SO I CALLED BACK LATER AND A WOMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID CALL BACK AT 5:45PM WE COULD COME AT 6PM. I CALLED AT 5:45PM AND THE WOMAN SAID WE COULD COME AT 6:45PM. BEFORE 6:45PM CAME SHE CALLED ME BACK FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER SAYING WE COULD COME AT 7PM NOW THEY WERE FINISHING UP WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I ASKED HER HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE AND FOR A 15 LB DACHSHUND YORKIE MIX IT WOULD BE $300. MY BOYFRIEND SAID NEVERMIND AND WOULD JUST BURY HIM THE BACKYARD. AS A COURTESY I CALLED THE WOMAN BACK TOLD HER MY BOYFRIEND DIDN’T HAVE THE MONEY AND DIDN’T WANT ME TO PAY IM SORRY WE AREN’T GOING TO MAKE IT AND THE WOMAN HUNG UP. IF I EVER GET A DOG I WILL NEVER REACH OUT TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. IT’S SAD BUSINESSES ARE SO MONEY HUNGRY THEY CAN’T EVEN SHOW COMPASSION TO OFFER CONDOLENCES BEFORE JUST HANGING UP DURING A PERSON’S BEREAVEMENT. make a call to have more information about the cremation of a kitten that just died, which is very sad. they returned the call and were very rude, they yelled at me and told me to go to a place that spoke Spanish that they were not going to receive us or any member of my family.

Friends forever made a very difficult time go as possible thank you so much. Our Fred got sick New Year's eve.I called Andrea to see if they were available New Year"s Day and what we should do if he passed that day.She was very kind and said she would be available.We put him down that Monday Jan,4.Andrea was very accommodating and showed much compassion.She was very caring and patient.It was like losing a child.Fred was 17 1/2.The place itself was very nice and Andrea allowed us to stay as long as we need.Thank you for everything Andrea!Tony and Enza

Sonny recently was diagnosed with a terminal illness, his health was rapidly declining within just about 3 weeks. I could not even understand how sudden this all happened. It was the most darkest days for me, seeing him declining so quickly, unbearable and heart wrenching. I remember searching the internet for something that I was just not ready for, cremation services for my beloved Sonny. What I did know was that I wanted to be part of his memorial and know that he was coming home with me and not someone’s else beloved pet and that he would be cared for even after he has passed. I want to thank you Andrea for your caring, respectful and high quality help with my cat, Sonny’s, final arrangements. Losing him after 16 years was so painful and still is but your service made it more tolerable! The compassion you have towards our beloved Sonny and people really show. My kids are also very thankful. I will recommend you highly to anyone needing your services! I am so glad I found you. Thank you!

Edited: My dog just passed away and as I’m in tears i called this place and the woman i spoke to said its an additional $160 to pick him up or i can save myself that money and drop him off to which i responded it was too far, and i was going to say i would pay the fee to have him picked up. She said okay have a good day and hung up. No type of sympathy or anything! 20 minutes after my 1 start review this woman calls me back NEVER have i heard of a business calling back angry because of a 1 star review!

all I can say is thank you Andrea.. so so much from the absolute bottom of my heart.♡ if I could give you an unlimited amount of stars just know I would!! if you loved your pet as much as my fiance & I did our Leo Michael please I'm telling you MAKE THIS TRIP!! I promise you it is worth every penny & mileAndrea was the most sweetest compassionate person we could've ever asked to lay our sweet boy to rest , she also explained everything so thoroughly, I'll admit after losing my bestfriend I was a little timid & scared of who I would be bringing him to & leaving him with but as soon as I left I knew we had picked the absolute best place out there! if you're scared of not getting back your babies remains .. please read her story & understand why she started this & what she's doing she treats every pet that comes in as her own! I picked up my sweet boy today & everything was beyond perfect exceeded my expectations which were already high.we are finally at peace having him home & knowing that it is him & only him she reassured us again through everything when we came to pick up our beloved Leo Michael today.. I know that he was safe in your protection so again thank you again andrea from the absolute bottom of Nick & I's heart & we know that Leo Michael would be thanking you aswell🖤I also just wanted to add how warm it made our hearts that she recognized how beautiful that he was & she made sure she said it when we first dropped him off & aswell as taking him home means so much to us , you will forever hold a special place in our hearts.Xoxo.

They eased the pain of final arrangements for our dog Leo. Andrea came super early to pick him up so the kids wouldn’t have to see him leave.. the services they provided are top notch, exactly what you would do for your pet if you loved and cared for them. Thank you!

This review is so overdue.. I was heartbroken when my baby Axl passed away.. we bought him from my boyfriends coworker that told us he was 8 weeks old but after taking him to the vet after he became lethargic we came to find out he was only 4 weeks old.. we did everything to save him.. 2 days & $2000 later my baby was gone.. died in my arms.. he was only 1 lb.. when he died I held him for 2 hours crying.. I had only had him for 5 days .. as I held him I called Andrea to find out what I had to do to have him cremated... not only did she come in on a Sunday and open up for just me and Axl (we were also accompanied by my friend Barb) she did this from the goodness of her heart on her day off.. xoxo. And she also delivered his remains to me at my job because I didn’t want her sitting at her facility waiting for me on the holiday weekend.. I worked maybe less then 2 miles away.. she was the most delightful person I have ever had the pleasure to work with.. I was devastated that my little baby Axl passed away... but since then I have found love again with my new puppy Jax.. he brings a smile to my face everyday.. he would have been a great brother to Axl.. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone looking to finalize the last of their pets journey... the compassion and love I felt was definitely real.. my gratitude to Andrea always as I was in so much pain ❤️💕.Sincerely,Tracy Laird

Called to learn more about the pet DNA preservation service advertised on their website, both to find out if I could ship my pet’s body to them for the service and what storage requirements there would be for the body if I was able to find someone closer to me to do it. Woman I spoke with had no information, was not willing to pass on information of the company who performs the service, or entertain the idea of helping to anyone not physically in New Jersey, and on top of it all was rude about it.

Losing a loved one is not easy, but having friends forever do everything for you was amazing. They were nice, caring, and fair priced. They never dropped the ball once from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them if you had a tragedy with your little one.

I cannot recommend Andrea highly enough! During one of the most difficult moments in our lives, Andrea was nothing short of professional and more importantly, truly caring! We lost our baby boy and it felt like our worlds crashed. Andrea was there the moment I contacted her and cared for our boy as if he was her own. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and treated our baby with such love! She helped get us through one of the most difficult times in our lives and eased some of the pain. I was in need of their services during the pandemic when I lost my dear dog they accommodated me to the best of their ability due to the restrictions that were placed upon them including bringing a veterinarian to assist in euthanization of my poor animal. I would definitely recommend them they do provide array of choices in the final preparations for your pet.

I had my bird cremated here and it was a great experience. She was very nice and considerate towards me and my mother. She did an excellent job at explaining her business and what was going to happen with my pet. It’s amazing service here 10/10 recommend this place.

Words cannot express how wonderful this places, and the owner, she is absolutely amazing, so empathic, so accommodating, if I could give more than five stars, I would !And, very reasonably price on top of it, I highly recommend, 100%!i’ve had two of my dogs cremated at Friends forever , and I will most definitely have any other of my fir babies who pass cremated here as well.

Just recently our beloved Chance passed away. It was heart breaking and a difficult process to go through. We wanted to honor him and the love and memories that we created together so we went to Friends Forever. They were able to help us with everything that we needed and give us all of our opinions that we could do. We chose to get a regular urn and a keychain urn in memory of Chance. I thank them very much for everything they did to help us with our loved one. RIP Chance
