I want to share my experience that took place today. I scheduled a visitation at 11 AM for my best friend of 12 1/2 years. After taking care of the payment and paperwork I was led to the visitation room, The moment I laid eyes on the deceased I turned and said that’s not my dog to which I was met by that’s not possible, I tapped my phone and said this is Eli that is not. I was left in the room with the unknown deceased dog until I went outside to collect myself. I was then told they were on the phone with the vet to figure out where Eli is. They finally said Eli was there but due to human error Eli was already cremated. I was supposed to see my best friend for the last time today, Instead I was traumatized for life and will never know who I actually brought home. I am disabled and unable to work Eli was my heart and world instead of seeing my best friend and kissing his head for the last time I will always question whether or not it was my baby I brought home. Final gift you should be ashamed of yourselves it feels like my baby boy died all over again today. Just so you can see this is my handsome boy that you stole the opportunity from me to say my final goodbye, this was my best friend, the damage you did is immeasurable. They offered no explanation at all as to what they did with my dog, you should not be in business.

The fact that I have to share, this publicly is absolutely ridiculous but my dog of 14 years died, and her name was Abby. She was our childhood dog and she meant the entire world to us. When she passed, we thought she would be in the best of hands possible, and that deemed this place untrue to it’s words. Faithful Is a ridiculous claim, They’re nothing but money, hungry lowlife people who want nothing but to see you suffer. Our beautiful dog was put in the hands of these people and our Abby was “lost in transport” because they somehow misplaced her by shipping her out to a family that wasn’t us. We asked how that could possibly happen and they replied with “There’s another Abby with the same name, weight and height, we must have missed the name.” WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN ON HER BAG WHAT THE LAST NAME WAS. After a horrendous week of them dodging our calls and then finally getting through and being asked “Well, Why would you sue?” ARE YOU SERIOUS? We finally, FINALLY got our dog back after rigorous calling for days upon days. There’s absolutely no reason why this place should stay in business. You have caused so much unneeded distress and irreparable damage on my family. NEVER go to this place. EVER.

Horrendous ASPCA sent my baby to them to get cremated I was told that I'd get it privately delivered to make sure someone is home. My partner kindly waited a month passes by and nothing not a single notice or anything. I call and get told they shipped it by UPS, a week later. I get notified that the package containing my baby's ashes was lost. Nothing has been done the only thing was UPS putting a little price of 117 dollars as a remedy.

First, let me say that for this to work, trust & faith in the pet memorial center is essential. I wish that things went smoothly dealing with this place with my cat, but a number of red flags popped up over the course of just a couple days that I had to have my vet pull my baby back from their clutches here and find an alternative center.Do NOT use this place under any circumstances. Go to a place that you can trust, who is compassionate, and who you can feel safe with in the grieving process. I would leave zero stars if I could.Red Flags:* The local number as displayed on Google is often a disconnected number and the only way to get a 50% chance of reaching a person is to call the 1-800 number from the website.* The only available times for a pet cremation are for 11 AM appointments on weekdays (this only makes sense with the next red flag)* I was told by a non-helpful staff member (not Cindy; Cindy was actually a very helpful, informative, compassionate staff member ; the problem person was someone whose name I could not clearly hear but whoever answers their phone after 5 PM) that the cremation process takes 4-5 hours... for a private cremation? This is completely untrue for a typical private pet cremation. I knew this for a fact from recent experience losing my senior dog 2 years ago. The private pet cremation should be maximum 2 hours.* I was also told by this non-helpful staff member that I would not be allowed to remain at the facility for the duration of the cremation process after it starts. I could be there at the start, but I'd have to leave and then they would call me when the ashes were all ready. This is another huge red flag because other places allow you to also be there for the whole process. This just shows me that they do not want any accountability, and they could do whatever they want with whatever ashes, and that is too painful to think about someone mixing up my baby's ashes.* I genuinely believe that this location, based on the 11 AM-only appointment time and the person that told me a private cremation takes 4-5 hours & that they don't allow you to be there for the entire process... I think this location needs to be investigated by PETA or law enforcement for masquerading a communal cremation as a private cremation.* To top off all red flags, when I finally organized for my baby's remains to be picked up and moved elsewhere, this place had no idea that his remains were no longer in their facility after he had been picked up.Do NOT use this place under any circumstances. Go to a place that you can trust, who is compassionate, and who you can feel safe with in the grieving process.
