I want to share my experience that took place today. I scheduled a visitation at 11 AM for my best friend of 12 1/2 years. After taking care of the payment and paperwork I was led to the visitation room, The moment I laid eyes on the deceased I turned and said that’s not my dog to which I was met by that’s not possible, I tapped my phone and said this is Eli that is not. I was left in the room with the unknown deceased dog until I went outside to collect myself. I was then told they were on the phone with the vet to figure out where Eli is. They finally said Eli was there but due to human error Eli was already cremated. I was supposed to see my best friend for the last time today, Instead I was traumatized for life and will never know who I actually brought home. I am disabled and unable to work Eli was my heart and world instead of seeing my best friend and kissing his head for the last time I will always question whether or not it was my baby I brought home. Final gift you should be ashamed of yourselves it feels like my baby boy died all over again today. Just so you can see this is my handsome boy that you stole the opportunity from me to say my final goodbye, this was my best friend, the damage you did is immeasurable. They offered no explanation at all as to what they did with my dog, you should not be in business.

The fact that I have to share, this publicly is absolutely ridiculous but my dog of 14 years died, and her name was Abby. She was our childhood dog and she meant the entire world to us. When she passed, we thought she would be in the best of hands possible, and that deemed this place untrue to it’s words. Faithful Is a ridiculous claim, They’re nothing but money, hungry lowlife people who want nothing but to see you suffer. Our beautiful dog was put in the hands of these people and our Abby was “lost in transport” because they somehow misplaced her by shipping her out to a family that wasn’t us. We asked how that could possibly happen and they replied with “There’s another Abby with the same name, weight and height, we must have missed the name.” WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN ON HER BAG WHAT THE LAST NAME WAS. After a horrendous week of them dodging our calls and then finally getting through and being asked “Well, Why would you sue?” ARE YOU SERIOUS? We finally, FINALLY got our dog back after rigorous calling for days upon days. There’s absolutely no reason why this place should stay in business. You have caused so much unneeded distress and irreparable damage on my family. NEVER go to this place. EVER.

Horrendous ASPCA sent my baby to them to get cremated I was told that I'd get it privately delivered to make sure someone is home. My partner kindly waited a month passes by and nothing not a single notice or anything. I call and get told they shipped it by UPS, a week later. I get notified that the package containing my baby's ashes was lost. Nothing has been done the only thing was UPS putting a little price of 117 dollars as a remedy.

First, let me say that for this to work, trust & faith in the pet memorial center is essential. I wish that things went smoothly dealing with this place with my cat, but a number of red flags popped up over the course of just a couple days that I had to have my vet pull my baby back from their clutches here and find an alternative center.Do NOT use this place under any circumstances. Go to a place that you can trust, who is compassionate, and who you can feel safe with in the grieving process. I would leave zero stars if I could.Red Flags:* The local number as displayed on Google is often a disconnected number and the only way to get a 50% chance of reaching a person is to call the 1-800 number from the website.* The only available times for a pet cremation are for 11 AM appointments on weekdays (this only makes sense with the next red flag)* I was told by a non-helpful staff member (not Cindy; Cindy was actually a very helpful, informative, compassionate staff member ; the problem person was someone whose name I could not clearly hear but whoever answers their phone after 5 PM) that the cremation process takes 4-5 hours... for a private cremation? This is completely untrue for a typical private pet cremation. I knew this for a fact from recent experience losing my senior dog 2 years ago. The private pet cremation should be maximum 2 hours.* I was also told by this non-helpful staff member that I would not be allowed to remain at the facility for the duration of the cremation process after it starts. I could be there at the start, but I'd have to leave and then they would call me when the ashes were all ready. This is another huge red flag because other places allow you to also be there for the whole process. This just shows me that they do not want any accountability, and they could do whatever they want with whatever ashes, and that is too painful to think about someone mixing up my baby's ashes.* I genuinely believe that this location, based on the 11 AM-only appointment time and the person that told me a private cremation takes 4-5 hours & that they don't allow you to be there for the entire process... I think this location needs to be investigated by PETA or law enforcement for masquerading a communal cremation as a private cremation.* To top off all red flags, when I finally organized for my baby's remains to be picked up and moved elsewhere, this place had no idea that his remains were no longer in their facility after he had been picked up.Do NOT use this place under any circumstances. Go to a place that you can trust, who is compassionate, and who you can feel safe with in the grieving process.

The people at final gift were the best during our moments of grief and sadness when we lost our Roxi due to heart failure. They were very accommodating and sympathetic. It was MLK weekend and they were able to get us in the next day to say our last goodbyes to my beloved dog and gave us her ashes that same day. Than you so much and god bless you.

My 13-year-old dog Cello passed unexpectedly, requiring a visit to the emergency vet with no prior plans of where to go for aftercare. The emergency vet works with Final Gift and we are very happy with how things turned out! Cello crossed the rainbow bridge on Saturday around 1pm, and was picked up and brought to Final Gift on Monday. I called them that day, and spoke with Andrew on the phone who was very kind, reassuring, and answered 20 minutes' worth of questions from me regarding the cremation process and memorial products. I was curious about the tracking methods to ensure that the ID of each pet is correct, and he explained that they use a barcode tracking system, with each pet receiving their own unique identification code. We wanted to have a viewing before his cremation, so we arranged it for the following day (today, 7/12/22), and I was surprised with the immediate availability. While I can't exactly say I "enjoyed" the experience of having to cremate my pet, it was pleasant as it could be. Kim met us at the front door when we arrived, and helped us verify our choice of urn, engraving for the urn (up to 4 lines), and memorial product choices. She walked us through the process and led us to a room where we could spend some time with Cello and say our final goodbyes. He was wrapped in a soft blanket with his head on a pillow and looked so peaceful. Behind him was a window with curtains for viewing the cremation chamber. There were also books and resources for dealing with pet grief, as well as lovely pet-themed artwork, sculptures, and comfortable seating. I lost track of the time and we must have spent almost an hour in there, but nobody gave us any trouble about it. When we were ready, all we had to do was open the door and it notified Kim to come back and get him set up. We were able to see the start of the cremation process and allowed to add in some of his favorite treats to be cremated with him. Since it can take a couple of hours, we decided to sit outside in our car, and Kim gave us the option of being notified when the cremation was complete if we wanted them to wait for us to come back in before he was removed from the chamber. We said yes, and about 2.5 hours later she found us outside to let us know Cello was ready. We did not watch that part, but it made us feel better to be close by for it. We stayed in the original viewing room until everything was ready to go, and Kim gave us a bag containing his urn and our memorial items. She was so kind and caring, and I really appreciated her being there. We just opened our bag and everything is wonderful! The custom engraving is lovely, and we chose to include his nickname on it which made me smile to see. Our paw/nose ink prints, as well as the clay paw prints and fur clipping were also amazing and beautifully packaged, which was very much appreciated. We were so glad to be able to get our baby back and all of the items on the same day. Thank you to Kim, Andrew, and all staff who helped Cello and us through this process! - Natalia & Ben

This is my second dog that I brought there. They are so nice and caring. I went on Sunday morning and Marcus greeted me with such compassion. He let me take my time. Talk about my dog and helped me design her urn. Paul and his staff are amazing. They treat your pet, like what they are to you, Family. Thank you, Faithful Companion. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 🐾❤️🐾

OMG I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place. I recently had my pet bunny Hamilton cremated here. I was totally devastated and they were so kind and generous. I definitely recommend their services for any pet cremation. I am truly sorry to anyone who is suffering the loss of a pet.

Words cannot describe how thankful we are for you and your staff for doing such a Beautiful job with our Boxer dog Darby. We had to have him put to sleep unexpectedly by the Veterinary Emergency Group in Clifton and they sent him to you. We were shocked that when he came back to us he was wrapped in two blue velvet bags that you would think he was a King which he was to us. His paw print and your beautiful card was also enclosed with him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts that you treated him like royalty. He was so kind and loving and gentle and always cuddling with us. He was a 84 pound baby boy.who loved to sit on our laps or by our sides. Again thank you for all your kindness.

When I could not reach Pet Meadows after multiple attempts, I contacted Final Gift in Clifton. They thankfully were able to pick up our pet at Oradell Animal Hospital and they went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of. Kimberly, who I was in contact with the most, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Photo urns they didn’t have in stock were ordered for us and everything we ordered looked exactly as it was shown on the website. . They treated the entire process of losing our pet with great kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend their services.

We lost a piece of our heart when we had to say goodbye to our English Bulldog Gus, we had him since he was a baby from just ten weeks old. We lost Gus last week to cancer at just under 9 years old. Paul from Faithful Companion brings comfort to a very difficult situation, along with the beautiful engraved box, they made a clay paw print with his name on it, and the Rainbow Bridge poem just brings tears and a smile at the same time. This unfortunately was not our first experience with Faithful Companions, they also took care of us when we lost our first Bulldog, Diesel last summer, we had adopted him at 2 years old he had major health issues but we gave him the best life, he was eight when we had to say goodbye to him. Thank you Paul and Faithful Companion for your compassion in taking care of both Gus and Diesel "the Boys"

Earlier today I had to have cremation services for my two baby girls, Bella & Marlo. I cannot thank the staff enough at Final Gift Pet Memorial in Clifton, New Jersey. The two gentlemen that work there Tony and Joe are patient and understanding, they both expressed a great deal of compassion during the service with my babies.Joanna, words truly cannot express how much I appreciate you. You are such a beautiful, kind, compassionate and empathetic woman. You were so comforting and contributed so much to helping my process there be as smooth as it could possibly be.I will let every furry baby parent that I know about how wonderful and great you all are at Final Gift Pet Memorial in Clifton, New Jersey.

I’m not in the mood to leave this review right now. On Dec 22, I had to have my little baby girl put to rest. Today 1/11/24I went to pick her up in Clifton. Not knowing what to expect..I drove 45 minutes to Clifton. Once the little gift bag was placed on the desk it was fresh pain all over again to realize that’s all I have left. I’ve never been so attached emotionally to a dog and I’m sick without her. The woman who sat with me was so sweet. She even knew she was a chihuahua.Even though I broke down and was out of sorts and probably ran out of there,I hope you realize how being REAL with me was so very sweet and helpful. You went out of your way to be kind to me and at 11pm now and I’m remembering your kindness to me today. ❤️So I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

No one is ever really prepared for the loss of a pet. Our 19 year old boy Sandy was sent to heaven at home by caring Dr. Mini of Happy Paws. She lovingly coordinated it all. The presentation and compassion when I picked him up at Final Gift was outstanding. Thank you for your service!

They were kind, considerate, and sympathetic to our situation. They gave us multiple options to choose from and took great care of our little 16 yr old Chihuahua. Kimberly was very compassionate there. We highly recommend this service to anyone who needs it. We brought our dog in the morning after she passed at home and within 2 hrs it was complete, and we left with her ashes, paw prints, and a card. We were very surprised it was same day service and satisfied with this business. Thank you for your kindness to our family and handling her with such care.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pet crematorium! I had to wait over 3 weeks for both my cats remains to be returned to me. One was euthanized at the pet hospital where I work (I’m a veterinary nurse)on November 16 and the other one on the 17th. They were picked up by the crematorium's' employee within a day or two and I just got them back yesterday, December 8th. They didn’t get cremated until December 4th according to the death certificate I received, so that means they were at that place for over 2 weeks before being cremated. I called multiple times and got the run around along with my coworkers who also called about their status on my behalf. (I’m an employee of the pet hospital where they both were euthanized). This placed should be ashamed of themselves, because my babies should not have to wait 2 weeks to be put to rest and over 3 weeks to be returned to their family, but I know they’re not from the way they handled my situation. When I told the person that returned therm to me yesterday he didn’t seem to care and didn’t apologize when I told him the experience I had and how upset I was with the company he works for! For pet owners that have go through a difficult decision when you have to say your final goodbye to your fur babies I would think twice or maybe 3 times before using this company. I only wish I knew this before I made those final goodbyes! In the future when I have to say goodbye I’ll bring them to my previous hospital where I worked because the place they use is so much better!! I know this because I had to say goodbye to 3 other of my babies when I worked there

I had my best friend Thelma cremated. Very beautiful services and urn❤️. To the world you are just a rat , but to me you were my whole world . Miss her so much 😢

CLIFTON LOCATION NIGHTMARE! A few months back this Clifton location final gift (I cringe even writing their name) was one of 2 places suggested to us and since the place we used for many years sadly no longer offered cremation we had to make a decision. The cremains we received back in a cheap wooden box were a strange color, chunks of bones looked like they had not fully been processed or whatever it’s called which made me sick and residue around the opening of the bag basically looks like a bag of gravel nothing even closely resembling my other pets cremains. Was in contact with a guy from there because we weren’t letting this go without at least getting a refund who always sounded like he was always reading from a script who first said they wanted to come to my home to inspect the ashes (are you kidding me?? You just had them there!) We went in circles with these with these people to get a refund and were told more than once THEY were giving us one but after not receiving anything and calling them asking them where the refund was and getting nowhere we called our vets office for help with this situation who reached out to them and were then told they (my vets office) had to give us the refund, which my vets office did. After watching our beloved pet dying with Cancer, having to make the choice to have to say goodbye to him they (FG) then made an extremely upsetting situation a complete nightmare!!! If I wasn’t so upset I would’ve left this sooner and it would’ve ended up next to another poor pet owners sad review who also had a horrible experience from around the same time I would have been writing mine.Thank you for NOTHING FG! Their terrible customer service, unprofessionalism and handling of my beloved pets cremains are unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the unnecessary added emotional upset you put my family, myself, and other people who went through similar situations. I wouldn’t recommend this “place” to my worst enemy. And I don’t want a useless response back, like sorry you had a bad experience, your place has given us enough emotional upset with this whole mess so I’m asking you to please not cause my family anymore upset than what we’ve already been through.

Just got my cats ashes back today and I’m disgusted. It is ALL bone. And I mean large pieces of bone, one piece of bone is completely intact. I paid $200+ for this service and to be able to put my best buddy into a necklace but all I have is bone fragmentation. I don’t even know what I’m supposed to, the place is closed and doesn’t open until Monday and even then, send my cat back to them? All the other reviews from this place are terrible and I’m genuinely scared to do so.

Making calls and reaching out to a business like Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is one of the most unfortunate and difficult tasks at hand for a pet owner.Finding an operator, owner, and customer service representative like Paul this day and age, who makes it a lot less harder then it needs to be... is a blessing.Paul was very responsive on an early Sunday morning. I think he called me back even a few minutes before his scheduled opening time.(which according to the Google listing is 10 AM)He was thorough, and extremely accommodating from the initial phone call to providing the actual service. He is priced quite fairly given the market rates and offered the absolute privacy we were looking for, for our beloved pet Rosie's final farewell. He clearly takes his business very seriously, is compassionate with his customers about their unfortunate loss and maintains his property in a clean and professional setting..after all it is his families business. We did not feel rushed in spite of how popular his services are, nor the fact that we were essentially a walk in with no prior appointment, and not to mention he also had others commitments to respectfully maintain.I've called quite a few places before finding Paul at Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services and it's evident that many people I spoke to are in this business for the business (which is not a bad thing), but Paul in my experience is in this business for that and most importantly for delivering a dignified service without the nickel and dime attitude that comes often when businesses know you are in need of their services. In fact we went out of our way because he was so accommodating.Thank you Paul and your staff for giving our beloved pet Rosie the cremation services her faithful paws unfortunately required. We've already recommended you to a family member who may be in need of your services from the area in the not too distant future. God bless you, your staff and anyone in need of your services. Prayers for you all on the loss of your faithful companion and family member. We mourn with you and pray for your pets enlightenment. All the best.

We used final gift for our beloved cat of 13 years. Losing him was devestating enough but when his paw print and remains came back smelling horribly of skunk - it destroyed me. I was physically ill for days after this. It was explained to me they pick up for animal control and a deceased skunk was put into the van with our beloved animals' remains on the way to the vet clinic to bring everyone's pets remains back. This is completely unacceptable and careless and downright heartless. I did speak to Sarah who assured me I had their apologies and this was not how they do business etc. She offered I pick something from their website as a consolation. I want nothing from this company after they disgraced the remains of my best friend and pretty much the most awesome cat I have ever had. I am disgusted and depressed this is how my beloved boy came back to me. They did replace the paw print bags and wooden urn but honestly it doesn't fix the damage done and the writing etched into the box was not the same and looked smaller and rushed. I am appalled at what was happened and this company has turned a horrible depressing event into even more of a trauma. If at all possible should I have to make a decision as horrid as this one in the future I will do my best NOT to use this company. Very disappointed.

I emailed the customer care and received a quote and information of what would be included. When I called this location to set up the cremation of my baby girl, they were more concerned that the email I received was not the proper price. I was quoted $280 +tax, but the woman on the phone said no it would be $376 +tax. Almost $100 more expensive. She continued to go on about contacting the online email service and tell them not to quote prices. Long story short I didn't feel any professionalism through the call. It made me quickly choose another company.

This place is absolutely amazing. When we were faced with the tragedy of loosing our best friend way too soon all the staff was professional, kind, and courteous. Kim especially is a very loving and kind soul who is a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Final Gift to anyone who is facing a hard time with loosing there beloved pet.

I can't express my gratitude for this place !! Truly since the moment I called Paul was so genuine and caring to help me with the process of my dear Coco Chanel. I had a very heartbreaking day as I had to make a tough decision for my fur baby but one good thing that happened to me today was meeting Paul and his staff. He took his time and listened to me as I was distraught on the phone and couldn't get my head around what was happening today. He made the process so smooth for me and even came out and spoke with me after I arrived. I knew from the moment I spoke to him on the phone that my baby was in good hands and there wasn't a better place I could've taken her !! The warmth love I felt as I came through the door was something unexplainable. I am so heartbroken but the only thing that makes me feel at ease is knowing I picked such a loving place for my baby coco. I wanna thank you Paul for everything !!! For the heartwarming talk , for accepting my baby, for being so considerate and taking her right in, for guiding me in this heartbreaking process and taking your time to show sympathy as this was a very hard day for me. I truly appreciate it all and can't wait to pick up my baby tomorrow. Thank you for everything !! Again , I couldn't had picked a better place for my baby's transition. 🙏🏼💓💓

I am a veterinarian and have experience with various crematories. Through their error, my personal cat’s ashes were lost in the mail. They made ZERO effort to find them and did not follow up with me at all. There was ZERO empathy regarding this devestating loss. I beg you to please avoid this company at all costs. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service or quality control and it’s insult to injury to be coming from a business where compassion and care should be prerequisites. I never write reviews but this experience was horrendous and people should be aware of the risk they take when using this service.

We recently lost our 18 year old poodle and our 12 1/2 year old golden retriever within the past 4 months. The staff at Faithful Pet in Clifton was very understanding, considerate and easy to deal with. They understand that our pets are family members and that their services are needed at a difficult time. We would definitely recommend Faithful Pet.

I had to deal with a true kind and caring individual named Paul from Faithful Companions a few years when I had to put my dog of 13 years to sleep. He was so compassionate to myself, my husband and children which eased the pain just a little bit knowing he was going to take great care for him as if Rookie was his own dog. Unfortunately, we just lost our dog who was only 2 and again he took care of us with the utmost respect, compassion and care again like it was his own. Thank you Paul, and the rest of Faithful Companions for taking care of us with such professionalism during this very hard time. From the Fernandes Family

I have used Faithful Companion for 5 of my pets and the first 3 times they were great, but the last two times they couldn't follow directions. We had one of our dogs picked up from a place that we had an autopsy performed and we specified that before they cremate our dog they call us so we could Identify our dog and make sure they received the right dog. They performed the cremation without calling us and letting us ID our dog. Yesterday we dropped off our dog to Faithful Companion with specific instructions that we want our cardboard casket back with all of the blankets and items that were placed inside, also my husband specified that he wanted the front right and left paw prints imprinted on the plaque. The gave us paw prints of two left paws.. and they threw the cardboard casket in the garbage... I mean seriously?? This was my husbands baby, best friend, pride and joy and he wanted this to be special for his baby... Instead we have two left paw prints and had to dig the casket out of the garbage pile. I can't believe this.. smdh

I would like to thank this wonderful place for taking last care for my beloved dog.We brought her there yesterday and the staff was very helpful and kind in this difficult time.Joann went above and beyond to help us.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Milan was everything to me. I was very uneasy with letting her go not knowing how she was going to be treated. I in my heart feel as if she was treated like the Bougie Princess that she was. I have to say from the 1st phone call I made to picking up my Princess today I am EXTREMELY PLEASED from the professionalism down to the packaging and I’m a firm believer that packaging is EVERYTHING. I want to say humbly THANK YOU for all that this amazing family has done for mine. Milan is safely home.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Please do your due diligence and take your furry baby somewhere else

I'm sad to give this review after they did do a good job on my other pet. I only chose them because of the beautiful paw print I got because that was the option I chose. So unfortunately my 2nd dog passed unexpectedly Tuesday night. Wednesday morning I brought him to Faithful Companion myself. I said I really loved what they did for my other dog and even though I could get this for free else where, I wanted the same thing. I work at an animal hospital and fill out this form all the time. So my due diligence was done. I was told I cold pick him up the next day after 2 PM. But because I otherwise work the same hours as them, I could pick him up Saturday. So I arrive Saturday to pick him up, the gentleman that was there said "Oh did they call you? They weren't able to do the paw print." I AM DEVASTATED! I kept my cool because I can only assume this person was not responsible for not calling me prior to incinerating my pet. I called today because I figured the people in charge of calling me before incinerating my dog would be there. All I got was a sorry the paw was too messy. I work with all sorts of viscera that is no excuse. I have hosed off feet dried them and gotten prints. I just thought I could trust them. This is terrible business. Now I will have to make sure to tell who ever I choose to do my next pet to call because apparently no one thought that might make me change me mind about letting them do it.

I was very upset with the thought of anyone handling my little cat Fiffy's remains. I was feeling really upset about the idea the entire time I was waiting for her ashes. When I got them, I was surprised that the did little impressions of her feet, which was so cute because I regretted never having taken her little footprints. The little keepsake even has a place for her pic and a little clear cover so dust won't get in the impressions. The box that her ashes came in is beautiful wood with her name engraved in a classy font, and they also gave me a nice bookmark about the Rainbow Bridge. I am very impressed with the job they did, and relieved that she was in good hands.

I was dealing with Paul. It was wonderful experience (if you can use this word in these circumstances) over the phone, scheduling personal service, and in person, when I brought my little Yasha for the last journey.Paul was very flexible, friendly and compassionate. I was more than hour late for the scheduled service, but there was no problem expressed ever by Paul. I have picked up an urn with my Yasha's ashes in two hours the same day.The price was less than many other drop-off places, where you drop the body of your beloved pet and receive a remains in 2-3 weeks by mail.Thank you Paul.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They handled my pet with absolute care. I was having trouble receiving my pet back from the shelter and this place had my back 100% throughout that hard time. Thank you so much for everything you do. The way you handled this made me feel 100% better and I feel at peace as I’m sure pixie does too. Thank you so much!

It is extremely hard enough to have to place a fur kid to sleep let alone go through the ordeal of what do you do next. I have gone through this terrible process before with my Peanut. A very loyal sturdy protector of girls and children. He was my 1st ambassador of the Rottweiler clan we had.The place I choose for his cremation in Hopewell was no comparison to here.On the emergent ordeal from an early morning putting our funny Fat chick of a Rottweiler to sleep. Our 2nd Ambassador. We found Faithfull Companion online in a frenzy of a panic mode. The call was answered on a Sunday morning. Total relief. We drove up from Cranford and where meet by a very compassionate Marty! He was very, very nice and understanding and even managed to make me crack a smile as he shared his very own experience. That to me was great as he managed to shift me from mourning to memories and we shared a few together. But he actually listened. No selling anything. Just compassion.I was calmed down quite a bit with his help and was very relieved that we did not just rush into any old place for our girl to be cremated. The inside was impeccably clean. Nothing over the top. Given this is located in the rear of a Funeral home. But just pleasant and calming.I said my one last good buy to my baby girl and we left.I was shocked of how quickly she was cremated 24 hours later. We opted for the clay paw impressions. So very happy I did this! my daughters really needed to have something the can touch and know it was her paws that made those impressions.I will admit that where we skeptical of this, but when I seen the 2 impressions I asked for, they where indeed our Roxies pads! I know her PAWS anywhere.VERY nice job with the impressions!! CLEAN and CLEAR impressions..The wooden box with her name inscribed was just the better mark of a business that clearly does go the extra mile in the whole process. Well though out. Very endearing, very peaceful for us!I can not thank YOU ENOUGH!

Great experience ! Paul was awesome from the first convo we had I felt like it was gonna work out and our good boy was safe in his hands. Bundlez was our first baby , so much energy and love but things changed fast. He had quite a few issues found and was in pain so we gifted him one last gift. We relieved all the pain the only way we could. And thanks to Paul and everyone at faithful pet cremations Bundlez aka Mr Sexy is home with us forever 🙏🏻 Thank you once again , god bless you all !WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAITHFUL PET CREMATIONS ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could say one thing. Horrible. I paid for a clay paw I mprint to be done for my sweet sweet dog. AND THEY FORGOT TO DO IT!!!! 😡😡😡 And the owner said “I’m sorry”. Offered no discount on the services provided and didn’t try to make it right in any way. Absolutely disgusted with the service and will NEVER use the service again. You had one job, how do you forget something that important? And then offer nothing but a refund for a service that wasn’t provided (so it’s not a refund). So sad and feel an emptiness in my heart. 🥺

I want to thank Faithful Companion for everything they have done. I feel much more relieved I was able to keep my pets ashes instead of burying him like some usually do. They are a great service and so kind during your loss.Once again, thank you so much.

James McGuinness

Melissa Ramos
The staff was very kind and caring. They picked up my dog, Casey, in a timely manner and his remains were available for pick up the next day. Very impressed with the engraved box and presentation of Casey's remains. Sobbed when I read the card containing Rainbow Bridge, which I had never heard before.

I can’t express enough how thankful I am for this place. They do such a beautiful job handling loved ones remains. From the moment you walk in the staff is very comforting and understanding. Everyone is treated with the same care as if you’re family. They put so much heart into every detail I definitely recommend this to anyone that has pets.

Recently my family suffered a horrible tragedy. Our beloved German Shepard, Otto, was shot and killed by the Wyckoff Police Department, when an officer responded to the wrong address and was startled by Otto in the backyard. He died from his injuries and we made arrangements with Faithful Companion to have him cremated.Paul was one of the kindest souls we have encountered throughout this disaster. He was completely sympathetic to what happened, offered his compassion and helped us handle this difficult process. He was emotionally invested in our case and tried his best to make this as easy as possible. He answered every phone call right away, he even dealt with the local police due to the nature of this incident. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate us and make Otto's memorial as beautiful as possible.THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS, PAUL. You are a good person.

I can't say enough good things about this place. My family lost out Rottie Massimo yesterday. The entire process was emotionally draining but the staff here was wonderful. The two gentlemen I met at the crematorium were nothing but caring and fully accommodating. I and my family were very pleased with the final presentation.

I lost my Lucky on Monday. I was devestated and heartbroken. I brought him there and they walked me through the process. They treat your pet's body with the upmost respect and compassion.

I can't believe this.. smdh

Extremely professionally handled! The only other thing I would like to see is that the ashes are put in a velvet tie string bag. Thank you all so much for your loving care of our pet!!!

We have used them twice, in the past year! They are very considerate, and compassionate. Their prices are very reasonable and the urns are very nice!

I paid $403 to get my baby cremated and I asked to put my cats birthday and the day he passed and I received this smh I’m very disappointed, this was definitely not what I expected to get in return. Extremely disappointing

I received my dogs ink paw print yesterday 1/25/17 and it was absolutely garbage ..I actually left it on my kitchen table for my family to see it and not one person in my house knew what it was ..I even showed co-workers at work and they had no clue what its was one person even said "that looks like smudged ink on a paper " ...I will never recommend this place to anyone!!

DURING A MOST DIFFICULT TIME OF LOSING OUR BELOVED DOG, LUCKY, WE FOUND COMFORT IN DEALING WITH 'FAITHFUL COMPANION'. HER ASHES WERE PROMPTLY RETURNED TO US. THE STAFF WAS CARING AND THOUGHTFUL AND THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. THEY DO NOT TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IN YOUR TIME OF NEED AND A TIME OF SORROW. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO US BY A FRIEND AND EVEN THOUGH WE WERE HEARTBROKEN 😢, WE WERE VERY PLEASED OVERALL. WE WILL USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN FOR OUR CATS AS WELL AS ANY OF OUR FUTURE PETS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAITHFUL COMPANION.
