Oh man, not sure where I should begin. From the very first time I spoke to Mr. J I knew this was where I wanted my father to be last. It was difficult of course. Mr. J took the time to acknowledge my loved one, myself and helped me to stay grounded. The staff during my fathers service were very helpful, kind, respectful, just all around AMAZING during our time. I'm truly grateful for this business. Thank you Mr. J & Staff.THIS establishment is where you too would like your loved one to be last.

I want to say Thank You for treating our family with love and compassion. We are forever grateful for making this easier for us. We were truly thankful for Mr. Jay (Awesome). He made us feel like he was apart of our family, the way we kept us informed, how the service was going to take place. When we arrived at the cemetery how he walked the family thru the entire burial was excellent. Thank You Mr. Jay for incorporating our family in the service we were honored. Mikal’s Thank You again now I can rest tonight knowing my nephew was handled with true integrity.

As I've learned, some experiences in life are uncertain and we never know what life will throw at us. Those not so good moments happens in our lives like the death of a loved one and the experience and moment around it will never be forgotten as well. Unfortunately, one month ago this week I experienced the passing of my brother and Jay at Mikale's was the first person I spoke to one the phone to handle his matters. It was just 3 years ago that my mother passed and Jay was the same person who was gracious, very empathetic and consoling during another difficult time. Death is never a good experience, but Jay at Mikales funeral home provided an experience that will never be forgotten. His moment of silence and prayer meant the world to me in the honor and respect to my brother, his life and the lost. Comfort goes so far in moments like this..you really don't know until you endure it. Thank you Mikale's for your purpose, your staff and your grace during this difficult time. Maya Angelo has a quote, "You may forget what a person said, or exactly what they did, but you will NEVER forget how they made you feel." Thank you for being on the positive end of that spectrum for me and my family and because of you I will forever be grateful and will never forget how you made me feel during a very difficult moment in my life. It is never too late to say thank you to you and your team for creating such a peaceful, kind, and genuine experience for our family. It’s been 10 years since my grandmother passed and we utilized your services. It felt more like a close friend or loved one taking care of her. All our wishes were respected and never met with any hesitation. Mr. J even joined our prayer circle, locked hands with us, and prayed over our family. Words could never do justice to the type of support and experience we were given, but ten years later we still feel compelled to state that the time and care given to us will never be forgotten.
