Marie was kind and caring. She didn’t rush me and she asked about my Jeffrey. I felt she was very sincere and understanding of my grief. Jeffrey was wrapped in a small bag with a certificate that these were her and only her remains and all of this in a lovely wooden carved box with her name on the bottom. My girl is home and I’m thankful for Animal Heaven’s service and kindness. I highly recommend this business.

I recently lost my 14.5 year old Dachshund, Vince, and found Marie in my search for cremation services. When we spoke over the phone, Marie was so kind and asked about Vince. She made me feel good, as good as you can be when losing a pet, and I was touched by her choice of words when she said “I would be honored to take care of Vince”. When I dropped Vince off, she complimented Vince and asked such nice questions about him. She really assured me he would be in the best hands and gave me the biggest hug as I left Vince with her. There is a special place in heaven for people like Marie and the service she offers. I picked up Vince’s ashes the very next morning and he came to me in a beautiful wooden box with a certificate, some of his hair in a little baggie, and a lovely poem about the rainbow bridge. I’m relieved to have Vince back home with me, right where he belongs. Thank you once again Marie ❤️

I could not love Marie and Animal Heaven any more.... I have lost several pets over the past 6 months. Marie has been there for me throughout each of them. She made herself available for me to bring my babies up to her instead of leaving them at the vet's office for pickup. She could not have been more compassionate and caring at such an emotional and heartbreaking time. Marie made sure that my pets were returned to me within a day or 2. She clipped their fur for me and made prints of their paws. I can never thank Marie enough for her kindness and compassion to me and my fur family. She has made an unbearable process much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Marie and Animal Heaven!

It has been the moment I have dreaded. Laying my sweet girl to rest after almost 12 years together, with a rather unexpected and shortened timeline. Marie was amazing and took us right away ensuring a truly private cremation, which is something I needed. She also called only a few hours later to let us know everything was all set. From the hair to the beautiful paw print and beautiful wooden box, I felt a little more at peace during this awful time. I don’t wish this upon anyone, but we know it unfortunately happens and there is no one better than Marie for that final goodbye. Thank you, Marie.

We drive over an hour to get to animal heaven when there’s a few cremation places minutes from our house because it’s totally worth it. Marie is so kind and so compassionate. It’s so nice to deal with someone like that in your darkest time dropping off your pet that has passed. It’s the hardest thing to do and Marie takes a little of the pain away. I tried one other place near me that had excellent reviews and went right back to Marie after. Other places are bigger businesses. You don’t know how many different people handle your baby. Here it’s just one women at her home from drop off to pick up you deal with her the entire time and she was so sweet patting my bunny and saying how adorable they are and you see how she loves animals and truly cares for each one she handles. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you a million times Marie you’re a gem!

My precious CLOUDY was very sick with bladder cancer and I was heart broken that it was her time to pass over the rainbow bridge. Thankfully I knew just who to call as a few years prior cloud's brother Stommy passed away from pancreatic cancer . That when my vet told me about Animal Heaven. Marie is so passionate and truly cares about you and your pet. She fully understand that they are not just cats ( or other types of pets) she knows they are family members. She make you feel comfortable with your family member passing over the bridge and them taking care of the final step.Marie always provides to rate service. My Cloudy was back home in only a few short days in a beautiful wooden box.Thank you very much for everything Marie, outstanding customer service!!!

I can not even begin to tell you what a caring and lovely woman Marie is. When we lost our spunky and precious first dog to a wicked and vicious cancer almost overnight, we were able to bring our sweet girl to her ourselves. She comforted us and we felt as though we had left our girl in the most loving of hands to complete her circle of life. Thank you for the caring light you bring to what would otherwise be a very traumatizing situation.

My fiancé and I just lost out pet Smokey very unexpectedly. He was up with me till 5:00 am and my fiancé woke up at 10:00 am to find him on our kitchen floor. It was very unexpected (he was 16/17 years old, but wasn't showing any health problems or acting like a cat does when it is about to die). We had talked about cremating our cat but didn't really know how to go about it. I was given Animal Heaven's number by our vet when we dropped Smokey off with them. I called the number and left a voicemail about what had happened. Marie called me back not 15 minutes later and was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and joyous and it was contagious. Most people when you loose a pet or love one talk so quietly and don't necessarily know what to say. She started asking me about him and encouraged me to tell her stories about him. She explained to me what was going to happen, I didn't have to bring him down to her she went and picked him up did everything needed and brought him back to the vet for us to pick him up. It took about 2 days and when we picked up his ashes they where in a nice rosewood box with his name on it, placed in a nice blue gift back with tissue paper and a lovely poem and paper on loosing your pet and the grief experienced. It was so well put together and Marie was such and amazing person that made everything so personal, she went above and beyond what I could have every hoped or expected from this experience, that I had to come and share. If you are looking for a place because a beloved pet has past I would recommend Animal Heaven.

Absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend this place. My friends dog passed in the early morning. He brought him to be cremated at Animal Heaven. He forgot to wait for me to arrive to say goodbye before the process started. She immediately stopped everything for me to get there. She was extremely welcoming and understanding. To be honest, I wouldn't expect anything else since the line of work she's in. She gave me my time alone. She asked us if we wanted a lock of hair, which we both passed on. Very nice place. I do have one recommendation though. Wondering if maybe you could offer paw prints. I know a vet that does it. I would have deffinatley paid for one if offered. Thank you for all of your accommodations.

We had 5 fur kids, all shelter adoptions or other rescues. I lost one of the two cats 3-ish years ago and my vet gave us the business card for Animal Heaven. The woman that answered the phone couldn't have been any sweeter or kinder. It is an incredibly difficult thing to experience but she made it as easy and gentle as she could. The honest caring and compassion was immediately obvious in her voice. The box provided with my sweet boys remains couldn't have been lovelier. Sadly we had to use her services again early this year when we lost the oldest of our three dogs. I called her, and once again she demonstrated why she will be the only person I would call to handle these gut-wrenching, heartbreaking incidents. We have three left and I hope I won't need her services again for many years yet, but if I do - she is who I will call. <3

Highly recommended, she is amazing! Very kind hearted woman, answers the phone right away, and provided a beautiful and personalized urn for our little one.I had called another place which said they could do it for 200, unless I wanted to mix him in with other pets (wall between) BUT would charge an extra 75 for me to drop off him off on the weekend as an “inconvenience” fee. And would take 3 days.I drove 45 mins to get to Animal Heaven and I am so glad I did! Got our little guy back within 24 hours. Thank you again so much for being there during such a terrible time
